Penelitian dalam bidang analisis sosiolinguistik telah banyak dilakukan untuk memahami penggunaan bahasa di media sosial, termasuk penggunaan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan fenomena penggunaan bahasa Indonesia di media sosial berdasarkan aspek sosiolinguistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui analisis makna pesan terhadap penelitian- penelitian terdahulu mengenai tema yang serupa. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan bahasa Indonesia di media sosial dari perspektif sosiolinguistik. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan konsep-konsep baru dan teori-teori sosiolinguistik untuk memahami lebih jauh penggunaan bahasa di media sosial yang semakin kompleks dan beragam.

Dalam pembelajaran tari tentunya kreativitas dalam tari dapat dikembangkan dalam berbagai stimulus dan strategi pembelajaran yang akan diterapkan. Salah satunya melalui lagu cangkurileung, dari lagu tersebut penari diharapkan untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kreativitas gerak melalui lagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan lagu cangkurileung yang digunakan pada pengembangan kesenian tari. Saung Angklung Udjo adalah salah satu destinasi yang rutin melaksanakan pertunjukan Kesenian Sunda. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan seni pertunjukan Saung Angklung Udjo dilihat dari aspek nilai budaya pariwisata, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seni pertunjukan Saung Angklung Udjo adalah seni pertunjukan kesenian khas Jawa Barat yang berlatar belakang budaya Sunda, seperti wayang golek, haleran, tari topeng, calung, angklung, dengan alat musik tradisional, seperti calung dan angklung. Seni pertunjukan tersebut, menggambarkan seni tradisional yang memiliki daya tarik wisata dengan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada di dalamnya, yaitu nilai kehidupan manusia, nilai hubungan manusia dengan alam sekitar, nilai manusia dari aspek waktu, nilai manusia dari makna kerja dan amal perbuatan, serta nilai hubungan manusia dengan manusia yang lain. Maka dapat disimpulkan jika penerapan stimulus lagu cangkurileung pada pengembangan tari untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ini cocok dalam pembelajaran tari, serta stimulus diyakini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas para penari di Saung Angklung Udjo. Saung Aklung Udjo melakukan pertunjukan secara teratur serta mewariskan budaya sunda kepada anak-anak dengan mendidik mereka untuk menguasai seni tradisi sunda dan angklung secara gratis. Anak-anak tersebut akan tampil dalam pertunjukan, diberi honor sehingga diberi bantuan biaya sekolah. Saung Angklung Udjo di dirikan sebagai upaya untuk menyatukan kecintaan kepada anak-anak, seni tradisional, flora dan fauna, alam, serta lingkungan menjadi suatu harmoni, yang nyaman dilihat, didengar, dan dirasakan.

Bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan bahasa, manusia dapat berinteraksi baik dengan sesamanya, lingkungannya, maupun dengan penciptanya. Kemampuan berbahasa erat hubungannya dengan kemampuan berpikir. Semakin terampil seseorang berbahasa, semakin jelas jalan pikirannya. Keterampilan ini diperoleh melalui latihan-latihan yang intensif dan bimbingan yang sistematis. Demikian pula dengan kemampuan berbahasa, khususnya berbicara dan menulis. Kemampuan berbicara dan menulis berhubungan pula dengan penguasaan kaidah-kaidah bahasa, di antaranya penguasaan kosakata, penguasaan kata baku dan tidak baku unsur serapan, penguasaan proses morfofonemik dan pembentukan kata. Morfofonemik adalah ilmu yang mempelajari perubahan-perubahan fonem yang timbul sebagai akibat pertemuan morfem dengan morfem lain. Kata-kata serapan yang mengalami proses morfofonemik, terkadang membuat kita sulit untuk membedakan mana yang baku dan mana yang tidak. Kata baku adalah kata yang sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pembahasan mengenai pengimbuhan yang benar khususnya tentang unsur serapan dari bahasa asing.

Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam yang ada di Kabupaten Majalengka tepatnya di Sukasri Kidul. Kabupaten Majalengka memiliki wisata alam yang bernama terasering Panyaweuyan. Wisata alam tersebut menyajikan panorama alam yang indah nan asri, dari gugusan bukit yang ditanami sayuran seperti daun bawang,bawang merah,selada dan lainya. Penelitian pada artikel ini mengunakan prosedur penelitian kualitatif mengacu kepada pengumpulan data,deskriptif dan membaca. Wisata alam ini dahulunya hanya sebuah bukit gundul yang digunakan sebagai lahan pertanian. Karena bentang alamnya yang curam, satu- satunya cara mengolahnya dengan membuat terasering. Asal mula terasering Panyaweuyan ini berawal dari sebuah gagasan kecil dari seorang petani bawang merah yang bernama Tatang, Tatang menjadi pengerak bagi para petani di daerahmya dengan mengembangkan sistem budidaya bawang dilahan miring dengan model konservasi terasering. Lahan tersebut kini dikenal dengan terasering Panyaweuyan bahkan, terasering tersebut telah di daftarkan ke badan pangan dunia atau food and agriculture organization (FAO) sebagai terasering terbaik di dunia untuk kawasan bawang merah. Pada tahun 2015 para petani di datangi oleh seorang fotografer yang berasal dari kecamatan Maja fatografer tersebut naik turun terasering sambil terus memotret para petani. Para petani belum mengetahui tujuan dari fotografer tersebut, fotografer tersebut datang ke terasering bertujuan untuk mengikuti lomba pameran foto lalu memenangkan lomba tersebut di Jakarta sejak saat itu wisata alam tersebut banyak dikunjungi wisatawan lokal hingga mancanegara. fotografer tersebut sampai membuat tempat sampah dan toilet fotografer tersebutlah yang pada akhirnya membuat wisata alam terasering Panyaweuyan itu diketahui banyak orang.

 Changes in the meaning of words can occur because of the need to accommodate a concept that does not yet have a vocabulary or a concept that has the same component of meaning as a vocabulary that already existed.  For example, the use of the word broadcast 'spread'.  Originally the meaning of the word broadcast was synonymous with the function of radio, but now it is also used to define other transmissions such as broadcasting counterfeit money. The development of the vocabulary of a language can also show the socio-cultural development of its speakers.  This development is unlimited: it will always develop as long as the speakers are still there and use Indonesian in everyday life.

This research is based on the Regulation of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2018 concerning Conformity Tests for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology One component that must be tested with a minimum passing standard of ≥ 100 lux at a distance of 100 cm. Data collection is obtained at the Calibration Agency to obtain accurate results. The purpose of this tool, the Lux Meter is equipped with a distance sensor to measure the light intensity of a collimator lamp with an intensity that must be ≥ 100 within a distance of 100 cm from the light source. So, making a tool that can be used to measure the amount of collimator illumination is accompanied by measuring the distance, so that it can ensure the results are in accordance with the limits that have been determined with a Lux Meter equipped with a distance sensor using the BH1750 module and the HC-SR04 module. For testing the tool made, it was compared with a Standard Lux Meter with the HIOKI brand, an average error value of 0.021 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 00.020 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.022 was obtained, while for testing the distance sensor it was compared with a Standard Meter with the FLUKE brand. The average percentage error value is 0.002 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 0.011 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.008 at a distance of 130cm.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does workload affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) What is the effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) How does workload and competence affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) The effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) The effect of workload and competence on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. Workload has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if the workload is increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (2) The competence in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the individual characteristics indicator and the lowest score on the knowledge indicator. Competence has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if Competence is improved, then work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (3) Work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City is high. With the highest score on the anxiety indicator and the lowest score on the indicator cannot relax. Workload and competence have a positive effect on work stress in Banjar City Health Centers. This means that if the workload and competence are increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase.

This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

This research is motivated by several problems as follows: Employee work discipline is still not optimal, judging from the aspect of employee attendance is still lacking. There are still many employees who go home before the specified time. The level of employee discipline is still minimal because employees have double jobs such as having work practices at home, so they are required to come to another workplace before the end of work hours. The non-implementation of the sanctions made made employees of the Gandrungmangu II Health Center often come to work late, do not come to the health center without providing information, do not participate in morning and evening apples and abuse working hours for other purposes. Employee discipline in complying with work regulations has also not been maximized. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of incentives and organizational commitment on the work discipline of employees of the Gandrungmangu 2 Health Center in Cilacap Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the provision of incentives is carried out in accordance with the provisions, then work discipline will increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the organization's commitment increases, then work discipline will increase. The provision of incentives and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the provision of incentives and organizational commitment increases, then work discipline will increase.

The steps of strategy management include: internal and external environment scanning (Internal &; External Scanning), Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Function Control and Evaluation.

The purpose of this research is to examine the output of management accounting where managers of each division will make decisions in the future to evaluate the company's financial performance in PT. RRK . Research data is primary data obtained from interviews with the finance & accounting division and direct observation at the company. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, namely the management of PT. RRK  through the finance & accounting manager has implemented management accounting in its business activities by making decisions based on financial reporting both from raw material shopping activities, sales recap to accounts payable. However, in terms of evaluation, PT. RRK  cannot be said to be maximized because the scope is only as far as the financial perspective which should also be able to cover other perspectives if the evaluation system uses BSC (Balanced Score Card).

Sistem penggajian merupakan faktor yang penting dalam mencapai  tujuan suatu perusahaan, dimana sistem penggajian terdiri dari suatu  kerangka kerja yang saling berhubungan dalam suatu perusahaan yang  berfungsi menginformasikan data biaya tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan pada perusahaan dan mengatur proses pembayaran atas jasa yang dilakukan oleh karyawan. Pembayaran gaji dan upah yang adil sesuai dengan kinerja dan prestasinya, maka akan berperngaruh positif terhadap bertambahnya nilai dan produktivitas perusahaan. Selain itu sistem akuntansi penggajian yang baik diharapkan mampu mengefektifkan dan mengefesiensikan dalam proses pelaksanaan penggajian, sehingga kendala ataupun permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi dapat dihindari.

This study examines the genealogical transformation of the Neosufi order in Indonesia, focusing on the shift from a private-ritual institution to an active and open social movement in the public space. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study and hermeneutic analysis, this paper highlights how the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN) Suryalaya represents a new form of Sufism that combines spiritual depth with collective social action. This transformation is seen in various fields, ranging from drug rehabilitation, Islamic boarding school education, to spirituality-based economic empowerment. The order is no longer just a space for contemplation, but also plays a role in the process of social reconciliation, moral advocacy, and expansion into the public space through digital media. However, this dynamic also raises genealogical problems in the form of spiritual symbolization by the state, co-optation of power, and ambiguity in the interpretation of modernity. Indonesian Neosufism is a contextual response to spiritual and social crises, as well as a field of negotiation between the legacy of tradition, the demands of modernity, and the structure of state power. This study is a development of the author's dissertation and academic book manuscript that is being prepared for publication, thus presenting theoretical and practical contributions to the study of Sufism and social development.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).
