This study aims to analyze the service quality at Ketapang Urban Aquaculture (KUA), a mangrove ecotourism area in Tangerang Regency, using the Servqual theory encompassing five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This qualitative research utilized primary data from in-depth interviews with KUA management and secondary data from relevant literature. The findings indicate that physical facilities, such as trekking paths and informative signs, enhance visitor comfort. Educational programs run on schedule, and the complaint system effectively addresses visitor concerns. Friendly and well-trained staff provide a sense of safety and a positive tourism experience. However, challenges remain in optimizing sanitation facilities and digital promotion. The study concludes that KUA's service quality meets expectations, supporting sustainable ecotourism.

One of the competencies that must be mastered to face global competition in the 21st century world of work is individuals who have critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is one form of HOTS application. The purpose of this study was to analyze the HOTS test instrument to measure critical thinking skills. The method used is Research and Development which is reduced to 3D (define, design, development). The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA MAN 2 Wonosobo, with data collection techniques namely interviews, tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study was validation by experts and analysis with the Rasch model assisted by Ministep software. Analyzes with the Rasch model include summary statistics, item fit, item size, item correlation, and person size. Validation from experts gets an average score of 140 out of 160 with an average proportion of 87.7% which indicates a very valid instrument. Summary statistics for the testing phase show that the measurement of the person is 0.69 and 0.73 and the measurement of the item is 0.86 and 0.87, which means that the consistency of the student's answers is in the sufficient category, but the quality of the items is good. For the person measure implementation test stage it showed 0.69 and 0.74 meaning that the consistency of student answers was also in the sufficient category, while the quality of the items for the reliability aspect was in the special category with values of 0.96 and 0.97. Item Fit or the level of adding item items shows a 100% fit item from the testing stage to implementation.

Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar currently has good service quality on the interest in repeat visits to outpatients in polyclinics with an increasing number of outpatient visits. However, there are also services that are desired by patients and families of patients so that the service is said to be bad. This is felt by patients visiting the hospital, namely the better the services provided where before the researchers conducted the research there were still many shortcomings in the form of medical devices and irregular service hours. Where the quality of service can also be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with what the patient wants and can be said to be satisfactory service. Therefore, to increase the number of patient visits, the hospital tries to provide quality service so that patients feel satisfied. Revisit interest is the behavior that occurs in response to a service that shows the customer's desire to revisit the hospital. This study aims to determine the quality of service and its effect on outpatient revisit interest in polyclinics at Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital. The population in this study was 750 patients and the sample size was 254 patients who made a repeat visit at the polyclinic of the Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are the level of repeat visits on an outpatient basis at the Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital can be seen from the aspects of tangible (physical evidence) of good value, reliability (reliability) of good value, responsiveness (responsiveness) of good value, assurance (certainty) of good value, and empathy (empathy) of good value.

This study aims to analyze the application of Deep Neural Networks (DNN) as an artificial intelligence approach in processing weather data to support more accurate and stable climate predictions. Increasingly unpredictable and fluctuating weather patterns demand modern analytical methods capable of capturing non-linear relationships among atmospheric variables. DNN is utilized due to its ability to learn complex data structures through multilayer representations that extract deeper features from input variables. Weather data such as temperature, humidity, rainfall, air pressure, and wind speed are processed through several preprocessing stages to ensure optimal model performance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies to examine the role of DNN in weather prediction systems. The findings indicate that DNN demonstrates strong generalization abilities, robustness to fluctuating data, and more stable predictive outputs compared to conventional statistical approaches. Thus, DNN is considered a promising component for the development of early warning systems and modern data-driven climate analysis, offering improved reliability in understanding and forecasting atmospheric conditions.

Cryptocurrency has become a new trend in the world of digital finance, but its adoption is still limited among the public. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived benefits and trust on cryptocurrency purchase intention among students of Bina Sarana Informatika Margonda University. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to student respondents. Data processing uses the SPSS 25 application and data analysis is carried out by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially perceived benefits had no effect, while trust was proven to have an influence. Simultaneously, perceived benefits and trust affect cryptocurrency purchase intention. The findings imply the importance of increasing understanding of the benefits and building public trust, especially students, in cryptocurrency to encourage the adoption of this technology. This research also highlights the need for further education on the potential and risks of cryptocurrencies, as well as the development of supportive regulations to increase trust and adoption among students and the general public

Integrating modern leadership approaches with local wisdom remains a challenge in enhancing the quality of education in Indonesian higher education institutions. This study examines the impact of integrating instructional leadership with ethnopedagogy based on the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy on learning quality at Graha Nusantara University. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 50 lecturers selected through systematic random sampling and 100 students. Data were collected through validated questionnaires (validity coefficients ranging from 0.72 to 0.89; reliability with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88), in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings reveal that instructional leadership independently accounts for 67 percent of the variation in learning quality (coefficient of determination, R-squared = 0.670, with p < 0.001), with key determinants being guidance (correlation coefficient = 0.820) and vision-mission communication (correlation coefficient = 0.790). Ethnopedagogical leadership contributes significantly through the values of Somba Marhula-hula (regression coefficient = 0.45), Manat Mardongan Tubu (regression coefficient = 0.41), and Elek Marboru (regression coefficient = 0.38). The integration of these approaches produces significant synergistic effects (R-squared = 0.830), resulting in a 70 percent increase in active interaction, a 68 percent improvement in the effectiveness of learning strategies, and a 66 percent boost in productivity. This study contributes to developing an integrated leadership model that combines modern values with local wisdom. It also provides practical implications for designing training programs and implementing dual-approach monitoring systems in higher education institutions.
