The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities,specially  for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of  education,and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of planning,organizing,commanding,koordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market 

In human development, it is often characterized as a developmental milestone where new behaviors emerge and are increasingly complex as the stages of development appear in this modern era. Development does notoccur at a constant pace. A relatively fast growth (spurt) can be interspersed with slow growth (plateau).Some scholars use such uneven patterns of growth and change as evidence of qualitatively different periods of development. From the results of the study found 3 factors that have the potential to affect the development of each child's reasoning,namely; Hereditary factors (heredity), environmental factors, heredity and environmental factors that interact to form behavior. The characteristics inherited by each child have a sensitive period, namely when children are active and motivated learners and when children construct their knowledge based on experience. In implanting physical and cognitive devices there is thought and language becoming increasingly interdependent; As thought and language begin to fuse, children often talk to themselves which is known as self-talk. Self-talk has an important function in cognitive development: By talking to themselves, children learn to guide and direct their own behavior in the process of performing difficult tasks and performing complex maneuvers_just as adults guide them.

Mantras in some traditions and cultures are closely related to the values of spirituality and religiosity. Mantras can be used as a vehicle to pray and desire in the hope that they can be granted by God. Asihan becomes one type of mantra that has the function of getting the affection of the intended person. Asihan has magical powers that are suggestive that make spell pronunciation have charisma and the power to attract the attention of others. This article aims to describe the structure, context of speech, creation process, and function of the asihan. The method used in this article is descriptive-qualitative by placing text analysis as the object of research. In addition, it is also analyzed the context of mantra speech related to the practice that is a condition of obtaining the power of the mantra. The results showed that the structure of the mantra of asihan from the use of language, compounds, and themes with isotopic analysis has a relationship with the form of belief in God. Meanwhile, the context of speech and the process of creation describes the process of pronouncing mantras and practices that must be fulfilled by spell pronunciation, while the function shows the functional usefulness of mantras by spell pronunciation. 

This journal discusses the presentation of financial statements on non-profit entities. Initially, non-profit entities presented financial statements based on PSAK 45 which was later changed to ISAK 35. One of the non-profit entities included in the church, the most important aspect of which was financial accountability. Good accountability is obtained from generally accepted accounting standards.The purpose of this journal is to find out the presentation of financial statements based on the implementation of ISAK 35 which began on January 1, 2020. The object of this paper is the presentation of the financial statements of the HKBP KM 55 Church. The data were collected through a series of interviews and observations. Apart from that, no one else, whether a prophet, apostle, church father or pastor, can give breath and tell people to receive the Holy Spirit. This research aims to discover Christian views and attitudes in ordaining office or worship services. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative with an approach to understanding and comprehending the importance of receiving the anointing from the Holy Spirit so as not to be extreme in completing office or worship services. The Holy Spirit anoints a person so that the person experiences a change in life to become spiritually qualified and has the divine ability to carry out service according to his or her calling, with abilities that surpass human strength.

Eschatology is a branch of Theology, that focuses on what will happen in the last days of the world and human history, studying a season that will take place in the future, that is a reality that the history of the world and all the human beings would finally reach a consumed end. This is actually a process that is progressing toward an a-by-God-appointed-end. God with all His understanding has decided and determined since eternity. Speaking of the end times means the hope of those who believe because at that time the glorious coming of Christ shall be fulfilled and the established Kingdom of God will be marked with the judgment seat for the living and the dead. At the beginning of Jesus’ ministry, He proclaimed repentance and the Kingdom of God (Matthew 4:17). Mark explained at the start of his ministry, John was imprisoned, and Jesus appeared and proclaimed the Gospel, about the Kingdom of God. He said: “The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the Gospel.” (Mark 1:14-15) The purpose of proclaiming the Gospel is for those who hear it will repent and believe in the Gospel. Jesus clearly showed there is a relevance between sharing the Gospel and eschatology.

Children's behavior patterns are vulnerable to environmental influences. Apakah ada pengaruh iklan zakat melalui media online secara simultan terhadap loyalitas muzaki di Baznas Provinsi Bali?.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan antara variabel iklan terhadap loyalitas muzaki di Baznas Provinsi Bali 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel media online terhadap variabel loyalitas muzaki di Baznas Provinsi Bali 3. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan zakat melalui media online.Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah muzakki di Baznas Provinsi Bali. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah uji regresi berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows 7 versi 25. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS ditemukan hasil penelitian bahwa uji regresi berganda adalah 1,425 0.221 dan 0.223 serta hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,555 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 dengan secara simultan sebesar 24,934 > 3,23 dengan signifikan 0,00 besarnya nilai loyalita muzaki tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara iklan zakat melalui media online terhadap loyalitas muzaki di Baznas Provinsi Bali baik secara parsial atau terpisah maupun secara simultan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas masa pandemi covid-19 MA Al-Amin Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi kepada siswa kelas XII MA Al-Amin Tabanan. Hasil respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas ini adalah sangat antusias. Dengan pembejaran tatap muka terbatas ini siswa dapat kembali ke sekolah dan berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya, dapat langsung menerima pembelajaran dari guru, serta dapat berdiskusi terkait pembelajaran yang dipelajari. Hal ini menjadikan proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi siswa siswi MA Al-Amin Tabanan. Pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru lebih mudah dipahami karena guru menjelaskan secara langsung tidak sebatas pemberian tugas sehingga pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas ini merupakan solusi yang tepat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi siwa selama belajar daring.

Menulis merupakan proses kreatif untuk menuangkan gagasan dalam bentuk bahasa tulis. Oleh karena itu, siswa dituntut memiliki keterampilan untuk menuangkan ide dan gagasan dengan menulis. Dengan menulis ini, diharapkan siswa mempunyai rasa keingintahuan yang tinggi serta kemampuan berpikikir yang luwes. Dan diharapkan dapat mengamati, menanya, menalar, mencoba, dan mencipta yang dituangkan dalam tulisan yang sering disebut karya tulis ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah untuk meningkatkan daya kemampuan berpikir siswa di MA Raudlotul Huffadz, untuk mengetahui cara menjalankan program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah di MA Raudlotul Huffadz, dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi madrasah dalam melaksanakan program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa-siswi kelas X dan XI di MA Raudlotul Huffadz, Tabanan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumen, metode wawancara, dan metode observasi. Hasil dari karya tulis ilmiah menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peran program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah untuk meningkatkan daya kemampuan berpikir siswa di MA Raudlotul Huffadz seperti untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, untuk mengkoordinasikan gagasan, untuk mengembangkan kemampuan (skill) dan budaya menulis, sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mengikuti Penilaian Akhir Semester, untuk mempersiapkan siswa berkompetisi dalam Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah, dan Hasil Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) terbaik siswa menjadi koleksi perpustakaan; (2) Cara menjalankan program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 untuk kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah masih berkelompok. Guru yang memang ahli dalam bidang karya tulis ilmiah tersebut yang diamanahkan untuk membimbing siswa-siswi MA Raudlotul Huffadz. Pada tahun 2018 program kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah ini wajib diikuti oleh seluruh siswa-siswi MA Raudlotul Huffadz kecuali kelas XII; dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah diantaranya siswa-siswi MA Raudlotul Huffadz adalah santri dan santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Raudlotul Huffadz, siswa-siswi MA Raudlotul Huffadz tidak dapat mengakses internet dan membawa peralatan elektronik, ada beberapa siswa yang malas untuk membaca refensi di perpustakaan serta menulis. Serta ada siswa yang malas untuk bimbingan kepada guru pembimbingnya, masih ada sebagian besar siswa yang belum bisa mengkoordinasikan gagasan, guru dan siswa biasa menunda pekerjaan di dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan karya tulisnya.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas Bauran Pemasaran produk tabungan pada PT. BPRS FAJAR SEJAHTERA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui implementasi bauran pemasaran terhadap produk tabungan di PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: strategi marketing mix dapat meningkatkan minat nasabah dalam menggunakan produk tabungan di PT. BPRS FAJAR SEJAHTERA dengan menggunakan indikator-indikator 7P yaitu : a) produk, b) harga, c) tempat, d) promosi, e) orang, f) bukti fisik, g) proses.

Perkembangan pendidikan pada masa sekarang dipengaruhi oleh globalisasi kehidupan modern, sehingga penggunaan teknologi sudah sangat dibutuhkan dan merupakan suatu kebutuhan. Pada dunia pendidikan kebutuhan pengamatan dalam metode pembelajarn sehingga membangkitkan minat siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dengan aktif dan memahami materi yang disampaikan pendidik. Seorang pendidik harus memiliki kreatifitas dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran sebagai bentuk kualifikasi pendidik dalam pengembangan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut dapat dirumuskan, bagaimana bentuk pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai kreativitas dalam kualifikasi pendidik? Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai kreativitas dalam kualifikasi pendidik. Sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi para pendidik lain untuk meningkatkan kualifikasi pendidik dalamkreativitas pengembangan media pembelajaran. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan dijelaskan secara interpretative dan terstrukturdengan menggunakan sampel purposive, untuk memudahkan dalam menggali data berdasarkan informan yang kompetensi di bidangnya. Menggunakan sumber data primer dari informan pendidik di lembaga pendidikan di Denpasar dan data sekunder dari arsip dan referensi yang terkait. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian adalah bentuk pengembangan media pembelajarandalam meningkatkan kualifikasi pendidik adalah pendidik menunjukkan ijazah akademik, peran sebagai pendidik, pengembangan media pembelajaran melalui audio visual dan media audio visual, dan kerjasama dengan stakeholder.

Komunikasi efektif bagi kiai penting dimiliki. Ada pelbagai dasar yang mendukung pentingnya komunikasi egektif bagi kiai. Pertama, komunikasi adalah proses pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemimpinan dan pengendalian manajemen yang cukup banyak dilakukan oleh kiai di pesantren, kiai terus berupaya untuk menempatkan setiap orang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Kedua, komunikasi sebuah aktifitas yang cukup banyak menyita waktu pemimpin, kiai sebagai sosok sentral di pesantren tidak hanya melakukan komunikasi dengan santri dan pengurus pesantren akan tetapi dengan masyarakat luas. Saat terjadi komunikasi pemimpin bisa melakukan segala hal yang terkait dengan tugas yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya. Semua informasi harus disampaikan melalui pelbagai bentuk media atau saluran komunikasi terhadap pemimpin. Supaya pemimpin memiliki dasar untuk membuat sebuah perencanaan dan kebijakan. Rencana oleh kiai dikomunikasikan dan disosialisakan bagi orang lain untuk kemudian dilaksanakan. Sebagaimana kiai dalam melakukan kebijakan yang menyangkut upaya menjaga komitmen dan kompetensi SDM yang dimiliki Pondok Pesantren Bali Bina Insani tanpa melihat perbedaan latar belakang.

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

The purpose of Community Service is to improve the quality of early childhood in reading the Qur'an in Lopang Village, Kembangbahu Regency and find out what obstacles are experienced in learning the Quran at TPQ Syuhadak. The method used by preparing material that will later be applied as an interactive learning method. So that it is easy to understand and remember by children. From this dedication, it can also be known what obstacles and obstacles exist in TPQ Shuhadak both internally and externally in an effort to improve the quality of reading the Quran in early childhood.  

Background: Pre-operation is the initial stage to prepare the patient as much as possible, more than two-thirds of patients waiting for surgery experience anxiety because it is their first time undergoing spinal anesthesia surgery. As a result of the patient's intense preoperative anxiety, there is a possibility that the operation cannot be carried out. The way to overcome anxiety is through deep breathing relaxation techniques. Objective: To determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation on anxiety in preoperative patients. Research methods: This research uses quantitative research design using Quasy Experiment, namely an experimental design carried out without randomization. This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in the operating room in February 2024. This population consisted of 42 patients in one month with a research sample of 30 respondents. This research instrument uses the APAIS questionnaire. This research technique uses purposive sampling. Results: The data that can be generated when using the deep breathing relaxation technique is 30 respondents using the pre test-post test technique. During the pre-test, those experiencing moderate anxiety amounted to 40.0%, severe anxiety amounted to 40.0%, the most severe anxiety/panic amounted to 20.0%. At the time of the post test, those experiencing mild anxiety were 66.7%, and those experiencing moderate anxiety were 33.3%. Conclusion: When the observation was carried out, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety, so that the respondent's anxiety had reduced.

(PONV). PONV can be caused by many factors, one of which is the length of fasting. Preanesthesia fasting about 6-8 hours before surgery is performed as an effort to minimize the incidence of aspiration of stomach contents or nausea and vomiting. Objective: Determine the relationship between the length of fasting and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in post-spinal anesthesia. Research Methods: This type of research is an observational study with a Cross-sectional research design. The population in this study is all patients who will undergo spinal anesthesia in the IBS room of RSUD Kab. Batang. Sampling in this study was using the Purposive Sampling method of 49 samples and using the Spearman Rank analysis test. The research instrument uses observation sheets. Research Results: The age of most respondents in this study was 36-40 years as many as 26 respondents (53.1%), the most gender is women 32 respondents (65.3%), and those who experienced the most fasting length of 2-6 hours with 30 respondents (61,3%), while PONV as many as 29 respondents (59.2%). Based on the results of the Spearman Rank test to determine the relationship between the length of fasting and the incidence of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) obtained a result of 0.007 (P0.5). The majority of respondents who did not experience PONV were 14 respondents (28.6%). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the length of fasting and the incidence of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV).
