Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

Penetapan pemberian Hak Milik dilakukan secara umum kepada warga negara Indonesia yang menguasai tanah dengan status Hak Guna Bangunan bagi rumah tinggal yang jangka waktunya telah habis, atau akan peningkatan status dengan ketentuan luas tanah yang bersangkutan tidak lebih daripada 600 m² dan masih dikawal oleh bekas pemegang hak. Pasal 4 Keputusan Menteri Negara Agraria/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 6 Tahun 1998 menyatakan permohonan Hak Milik bagi rumah tempat tinggal yang tidak memenuhi   persyaratan   yang   ditetapkan   dalam   peraturan   tersebut   akan   diproses berdasarkan ketentuan umum. Tujuan kajian ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui pemberian Hak Milik rumah tinggal kepada masyarakat khususnya pemberian Hak Milik yang tanahnya berasal dari HGB yang bersumber dari Hak Pengelolaan / HPL  Perum Perumnas Kota Semarang, melalui SPPT / Surat Perjanjian Penggunaan Tanah, mengetahui prosesnya dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemberian hak milik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan   yuridis normatif. Data kajian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari informasi, bahan perpustakaan  seperti  buku,  jurnal  dan  arsip  yang terkait  dengan pokok penelitian. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  status  kepemilikan  Hak Milik  atas tanah untuk rumah tinggal yang berasal dari hak pengelolaan Perumnas Kota Semarang sebagian besar berasal dari status HGB, namun terdapat sebagian kecil yang masih memiliki Hak Pengelolaan. Proses pelaksanaan hak milik yang sumbernya dari HGB dilakukan  dengan  mengajukan permohonan  di pejabat tanah kota semarang dengan melampirkan surat permohonan pendaftaran hak milik (HM) diatas HGB yang berasal dari HPL, SPPT (Surat Perjanjian Penggunaan Tanah, perjanjian jual beli / surat ikatan jual beli,  fotokopi sertipikat  Hak Guna  Bangunan (HGB) yang telah disahkan kesahihannya,  Salinan  tanda  Pengenalan  (KTP),  Fotokopi  pembayaran PBB tahun terakhir, Bukti deposit Perolehan Hak Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB), Surat persetujuan Perum Perumnas, Surat persetujuan pemegang Hak Tanggungan (HT) jika dibebani  HT,  Ijin  Permit  Bangunan  (IMB)  dari  developer tersebut,  Membayar  biaya  ukur       petak  tanah  mengikut  jumlah  yang  ditentukan Pendaftaran Tanah. Kendala yang ada adalah Kurang lengkapnya persyaratan-persyaratan, tanah dalam sengketa, Salinan buku tanah tidak sesuai, PBB untuk tnah kosong, persyaratan seperti SPPT / Surat Perjanjian Penggunaan Tanah, tidak lengkap. Kata Kunci: Hak pengelolaan, Hak Milik, dan Perumahan  

Abstrack: The rapid development of technology affects various aspects of life, one of the effects of technological developments is felt in the process of data management systems which are almost entirely digital-based, this affects the availability of data recorded in digital form which is very abundant, resulting in the creation of a digital system known as Big Data. On the other hand, the rapid development of technology creates new problems, problems that often arise in the current era regarding the protection of personal data. Regulations related to the protection of personal data, both in government and private institutions, have been regulated in several laws and regulations, but in their implementation the rules governing personal data protection are not sufficient to provide protection for personal data collected in Big Data, both in government institutions and private. Therefore, this study analyzes the alignment of the use of Big Data technology with public or consumer privacy regarding the protection of personal data. The research method uses a literature review with a conceptual-analytic approach. The data used are various journals related to the topic the author is studying, related laws and regulations and several news sources from print and electronic media. The use of big data must be balanced with strong protections related to personal data protection, in practice in Indonesia the lack of legal rules related to personal data protection has resulted in many cases of data leakage.

The health profile book for the province of East Kalimantan in 2016 Sickness Rate (Morbidity) describes the incidence of disease in a population over a certain period of time, which can be in the form of incidence rates or prevalence rates of a disease. The morbidity rate also plays a role in assessing the health status of the community. Data on population morbidity comes from the community (community based data) obtained through a morbidity study, and the results of data collection from the District/City Health Office, the health program manager at the provincial level. The morbidity rate in 2013 was 11.74 and decreased in 2014 to 9.18 and increased in 2016 to 11.90. (Dinkes: 2016) The implementation of PHBS is low, because there are still many students who eat snacks carelessly and there is still garbage scattered in the school yard. The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Aims to increase the knowledge of elementary school students in clean and healthy living behavior through the Socialization of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with the Three Thumb system, Provide understanding and awareness to elementary school students about the importance of the school PHBS program Able to reduce morbidity due to lack personal hygiene in the school environment. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, demonstration method and practical method, data collection techniques, namely the initial test and the final test. The result is that there is an increase of 21% of students' knowledge of the importance of PHBS.

This study aims to determine and analyze what factors can influence a Purchase Decision (study at Elegant Soes Bukittinggi store). The population in this study are customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store, especially those who live in the city of Bukittinggi with a total sample of 100 respondents who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Primary data collection uses questionnaires distributed to customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store and secondary data collection uses literature studies from reading sources such as books, journals, websites and articles related to research. The results of hypothesis testing in this study state that all hypotheses can be accepted, where the Consumer Behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. This Purchase Decision identifies that the higher the usefulness of the product and the suitability of the product to the consumer's purchase value, the higher the value of the purchase decision and the Online Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable, this indicates that the higher the intensity of online promotions carried out by the Elegant Shoes store it can improve the purchasing decisions made by consumers.

Blood donation activity is the obligation of every community as a form of concern for others. Many people do not know about the health benefits of blood donation. There are even people who are reluctant to donate blood because they are worried about the side effects it causes. In fact, by donating blood, the blood cells in the body are replaced more quickly with new ones. The purpose of this activity was to carry out the HISFARMA Social Service and Persit KCK HUBDAM I/BBU Community Pharmacy Seminate Association PD IAI North Sumatra. This activity was carried out by conducting a site survey with the implementation team, meeting with Representatives of PERSIT KCK HUBDAM I/BBU, Medan, North Sumatra. Besides being useful for helping others, blood donation also makes our bodies healthier. So it can be concluded that this activity has a good impact and influence on people's knowledge in carrying out this activity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Hanggar Tala’salapang di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Hanggar Tala’salapang di kota Makassar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) pada SMA Katolik Rantepao. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana penelitian tersebut dianalisis, disimpulkan dan disajikan dalam bentuk perhitungan angka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian di lapangan serta melalui kepustakaan dimana pengumpulan data-datanya dilakukan dengan mempelajari buku-buku, skripi, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dengan menggunakan rumus dan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa efektivitas realisasi pengelolaan dana BOS tahap I adalah 101,35 artinya pengelolan dana BOS pada SMA Katolik Rantepao sangat efektif dari anggaran tahap I sebesar 215.100.000, tahap II 100% dengan kriteria efektif dari anggaran Rp 286.800.000 dan tahap III persentasenya 72,51% dengan kriteria kurang efektif karena dari anggaran sebesar Rp 211.950.000 dan realisasinya pada tahap III adalah sebesar Rp 211.950.000.  

There has been a lot of rapid growth in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in recent years. MSMEs are critical to the overall health of the national economy. They are responsible for creating jobs and generating profits, which in turn helps support other parts of the economy. The development of MSMEs is hoped to reduce the unemployment rate, which will result in an increase in people's purchasing power and growth in the country's economy. The purpose of the study is to see an overview of how business motivation and performance and the impact of business motivation on the performance of business actors. The population is 461 business actors. The sampling technique using the Slovin Formula was obtained by a sample of 81 people. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive and verificatif analysis consisting of regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis show that business motivation has a score of 81.36 which means that business actors have excellent business motivation with the lowest score on the expectation indicator and the highest score on the intensive indicator. As for the Business Performance variable, it has a score of 69.52 which means that business actors already have good business performance with the lowest score on the indicator of increasing sales and the highest score on the indicator of increasing profits. The results of the verificative  analysis Business motivation has a significant effect on business performance in the Sukaregang Kulit Industry Center, Garut Regency. Good business motivation is needed to support business performance.

Para investor tentu saja mengharapkan tingkat pengembalian atas aset (return on aset), sehingga sangat dibutuhkan kajian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi. Penelitian menggunakan variabel current ratio, debt to tequity ratio dan total aset turnover sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen return on aset. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020 sebanyak 33 perusahaan. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 9 (sembilan) perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa current ratio, debt to tequity ratio dan total aset turnover secara parsial berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap return on aset.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and learning environment on learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is an analytical approach, namely a quantitative approach and descriptive and verification methods. The samples used in this study were all students of class XII one of the Senior High Schools in the city of Bandung, so the number of samples used in this study were 123 samples. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS v25 a The results showed that the results of the T-Test of teachers' professional competence had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation, the learning environment had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation. In accordance with the results of the F test is a significant effect on learning motivation.

Deixis is a pragmatic study that examines the relationship between the structure of language and the environment in which the language is used. The phenomenon of deixis or use is most often seen in everyday conversation in the form of verbal language. Deixis is also found in the conversation of characters or figures in literary works such as films. The study entitled "Deixis in the Film Bumi dan Manusia by Hanung Bramantyo" examines the use of deixis in the film directed by Hanung Bramantyo with the title "Earth and Man". Persona, time, place, social, and discourse deixis are the five categories of deixis studied in this study. Researchers used analytical methods in the form of pragmatics with qualitative techniques to analyze the data that had been collected. The data used in this study include fragments of speech from film conversations, both words and phrases containing deixis, including personal deixis, time deixis, location deixis, social deixis, and discourse deixis. Watching movies, capturing data, recognizing, categorizing, analyzing, formulating, and presenting data are the stages of analyzing in this research. Data analysis illustrates that the film directed by Hanung Bramantyo with the title "Bumi dan Manusia" has a deixis in the form of person, time, place, social, and discourse.

Speech act is one of the analyzes of pragmatic studies that examines language and relates to aspects of its actual use. One type of speech act is illocutionary speech act. There are many kinds that can be studied using illocutionary speech acts, one of which is speech acts in films. The background of this research is because the film Mariposa by Alim Sudio found many sentences or utterances that refer to the type of illocutionary speech act. This study aims to analyze and describe the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts that exist in the speech of the characters in the Mariposa film. The research method in this study used a pragmatic and qualitative research form. Based on data analysis, it was found that in Alim Sudio's Mariposa film there are 50 illocutionary speech acts which include representative speech acts, directive speech acts, expressive or evaluative speech acts, commissive speech acts, and declaration speech acts. The representative speech acts in Alim Sudio's Mariposa film consist of fifteen utterances. There are sixteen directive speech acts in Alim Sudio's Mariposa film. There are eleven expressive or evaluative speech acts in the Mariposa film by Alim Sudio. There are four commissive speech acts in Alim Sudio's Mariposa film. There are four speech acts of declaration in Alim Sudio's Mariposa film. Then, the benefits of research on illocutionary speech acts in Alim Sudio's film Mariposa are to have a critical understanding, broaden horizons, increase knowledge and knowledge from analyzing illocutionary speech acts through films.

In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

Masyarakat pada umumnya ingin berpenampilan menarik di hadapan orang lain. Perawatan yang dilakukan diantaranya mulai dari ujung rambut sampai ujung kaki. Masyarakat memilih kosmetik biasanya karena harganya murah, iklan kosmetik yang ditampilkan menarik, ataupun melihat efek yang dihasilkan ketika rekan terdekat telah menggunakannya. Padahal, kebutuhan kosmetik tiap orang berbeda-beda bergantung dari jenis kulit orang itu. Masyarakat juga diharuskan jeli dan teliti dalam memilih kosmetik yang aman dan baik untuk dirinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengetahuan yang cukup dan baik dalam memilih kosmetik yang aman dan baik bagi masyarakat agar pembelian kosmetik itu dapat memberikan hasil semaksimal mungkin sehingga penampilan yang diinginkan dapat terwujud. Sosialisasi dilakukan di lingkungan RT 16 RW 04 Kelurahan Rawa Buaya melibatkan ibu rumah tangga dan bapak-bapak yang berusia dalam rentang 30-60 tahun. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pembagian kuisioner, presentasi materi, dan pembagian flyer yang berisi tips singkat sesuai dengan tema pendidikan. Pengetahuan masyarakat bertambah sebesar 78% setelah dilakukan pemaparan materi.

This activity raises awareness of citizens to live healthy and comply with recommendations from related parties.

Penelitian dengan membangun alat pendeteksi asap rokok menggunakan sensor MQ-2 berbasis Arduino Uno menghasilkan analisis bahwa semakin besar kadar asap rokok yang terdeteksi sensor maka semakin tinggi nilainya. Menggunakan Sensor MQ-2 digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kadar asap rokok pada ruangan bebas asap rokok dimana pada saat sensor berada dibawah nilai ppm < 200 maka kondisi ruangan dalam kondisi normal pada saat sensor mendeteksi ppm antara 200 sampai dengan 300 kondisi ruangan dalam keadaan waspada, sedangkan saat sensor mendeteksi lebih dari 300 kondisi ruangan dalam keadaan bahaya dan kipas dc berputar untuk menetralisir keberadaan asap rokok. Kemampuan pendeteksi asap rokok ini akan mendeteksi keberadaan asap rokok di udara tergantung dari sudut sumber asap rokok dan waktu pembacaan pada sensor serta arah pergerakan asap rokok. Proses pengiriman data dari input ke output dilakukan dengan menggunakan ketika sensor MQ-2 mendeteksi asap rokok, sensor MQ-2 akan mengirimkan sinyal ke Arduino Uno untuk mengaktifkan output. Jadi hasil penelitian Setelah merancang prototipe sistem dan mengujinya, dapat diketahui bahwa pendeteksi asap rokok dapat diterapkan pada ruangan bebas asap rokok.

This study aims to perform Usability Testing on software or freeware applications, namely LINE Messenger. Usability Testing itself is a method of evaluating the usability of software (Software) which aims to increase the usability of an application / product by analyzing, identifying problems, measure efficiency, measure convenience and determine user satisfaction. Usability testing for the LINE Messenger application is carried out to determine the level of ease of use of the Line application, such as ease of understanding features, memory location of features, and also assessing the User Interface (UI). to the application, preparing test scenarios, looking for respondents or testing subjects, making questionnaires with the System Usability Scale (SUS) standard, and conducting usability analysis on the results of respondents and questionnaires. Then the final output is in the form of reports and conclusions regarding the results of the analysis. LINE Messenger itself is a popular social media application, an application that has many features such as LINE Today, Share screen and also has a LINE Shop. LINE itself is an easy-to-use application, with the results of the questionnaire showing positive Usability Testing results for LINE Messenger.

Penelitian uji coba produk ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar nilai ekonomis dari pengolahan ikan lele menjadi nugget dengan konsep zero waste, penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta. Data dari penelitian ini diambil dari hasil uji organoleptik  yang diujikan kepada panelis dengan memberikan penilaian dalam hal tekstur, aroma, warna dan rasa dengan skala uji 1-5. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu bulan. Hasil uji panelis dari aspek rasa sebesar 4.5, aroma 4.1, tekstur 4.1, warna 3.9, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar panelis menyukai olahan nugget berbahan ikan lele Pengolahan ikan lele dengan konsep zero waste pada olahan nugget mampu menambah nilai ekonomis dengan memanfaatkan rendemen bagian tubuh ikan lele. Pengolahan ikan lele dengan konsep zero waste terbukti mampu mendukung program dunia dalam meminmalisir pemborosan makanan dan mengurangi limbah pengolahan makanan.
