This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

This study aims to determine the liturgical activities of OMK in Sebabi Community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit. The intended liturgical activity is the participation of OMK in taking part in liturgical tasks, such as participating in the celebration of the Eucharist, worship of the word without a priest, singing practice (choir), as lector I or II in the Eucharistic celebration , as psalmist and so on. This study used qualitative research methods. The source of data in this study was OMK in the Sebabi Community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit.   Data   collection   techniques   used   in   this   research   are   interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The place of research is in the Sebabi community of St. Joan Don Bosco Parish of Sampit. The informants in this study were ten of them who were grouped into three, namely a Priest as a mentor of OMKs, community leader and OMK. The research steps include determining the theme, informant profiles, interview with informants, reflection, implications, synthesis and prospects.

This study aims to describe the awareness and involvement of the people in church life at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. This research was based on phenomena or what happened in the field, that awareness and involvement of people in church activities is still not actively involved. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by using interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in June at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of parish priests, community leaders, and people at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Miles model. Huberman which consists of 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan buah : air dan lama pemanasan terhadap sifat fisik, kimia, dan antibakteri pasta belimbing wuluh. enelitian ini dimulai dengan membuat pasta belimbing wuluh menggunakan perbandingan buah : air pada saat proses blending yakni 1 : 1, 1 : 2, dan 1 : 3. Kemudian pada proses pemanasan pasta dengan perbedaan lama pemanasan 10 dan 15 menit. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji kadar air metode gravimetri (oven), uji total padatan terlarut menggunakan refraktometer genggam, uji viskositas menggunakan Viskometer Rion VT-04, dan uji antibakteri metode difusi agar dengan suspense bakteri Escherichia coli media pertumbuhan bakteri nutrient broth dan nutrient agar.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan buah : air memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap nilai kadar air, total padatan terlarut, viskositas, dan antibakteri pasta belimbing wuluh. Kemudian lama pemanasan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap nilai kadar air, total padatan terlarut, viskositas, dan antibakteri pasta belimbing wuluh.

Produk minuman memiliki permasalahan masa simpan yang rendah akibat adanya kontaminasi mikrobia. Beberapa metode pengawetan dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan masa simpan produk minuman. Bahan pengawet alami dapat digunakan sebagai senyawa antimikrobia, salah satunya adalah bakteriosin. Penggunaan bakteriosin dalam industri minuman dapat membantu mengurangi penggunaan pengawet sintetik serta intensitas perlakuan pemanasan. Fokus kajian pustaka ini pada aplikasi bakteriosin untuk mengurangi mikrobia pada produk minuman dan mengevaluasi kualitasnya setelah dilakukan penambahan bakteriosin. Berdasarkan kajian pustaka diketahui bahwa aplikasi beberapa jenis bakteriosin dari berbagai bakteri asam laktat pada produk minuman menunjukkan terjadi penghambatan pertumbuhan mikrobia pada produk dan tidak terdapat perubahan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk minuman tersebut. Bakteriosin berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai pengawet alami yang dapat memperpanjang masa simpan produk minuman.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Perangkat Desa, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dan Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi Perangkat Desa, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan t-statistik > 1,96. Partisipasi Masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan nilai R2 0,65 atau 65

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen pada UMKM Batik Jumputan di Kelurahan Tahunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian pemilik UMKM Batik Jumputan di Kelurahan Tahunan. Data primer di peroleh dari angket 6 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner. Kemudian data di analisis menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap keuangan (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel perilaku manajemen keuangan (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,445.

Bankruptcy is a condition of the company that shows the company's inability to operate properly due to severe financial difficulties. The purpose of this research is to know and measure the financial health condition of PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk using Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, Springate and Grover methods. The population is 13 years with the period 2007-2019 and the sample is 10 years with the period 2010-2019. This type of research is descriptive research using bankruptcy method and one sample t-test. The result of the study is altman Z-Score method, Springate and Grover predict PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk does not have the potential to go into bankruptcy while Zmijewski's method predicts PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk has the potential to go into bankruptcy. Based on the results of one sample t-test test calculation and the amount of standard deviation value obtained Zmijewski method is a relevant and accurate method to predict bankruptcy at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk.

This study aims to examine the effect liquidity risk, credit risk and financial performance, through the application of the catur purusa artha concept as a basis for risk management, at BUMDes Dwi Tunggal, Buleleng Regency. This research use multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity risk  have a significant  effect on financial Performance. Credit risk has no significant effect on financial performance. The value of chess purusa artha with dharma as the basis for risk management encourages BUMDes managers to have the same commitment in building risk control awareness. This strategy ultimately reduces credit risk, which results in a decrease in NPL and maintains liquidity risk.

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance owned by Sekapuk Village residents of Gresik Regency as investors. The population in this research is the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency who become investors in 2020. The sample is 80 respondents with random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM with the PLS application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance for residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance disable to act as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on learning outcomes in PAK (Catholic religious education) learning at Santa Maria Palangka Raya Middle School, especially for class VIII students. Through this research, the researcher wants to see further whether there is an influence of social media on the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is at St. Catholic Junior High School. Maria Palangka Raya. The research population is all students in class VIII. The research sample is class VIII B and C taken by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed via google form and additional interviews with Catholic religious education teachers. The data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation technique.

Tujuan penulisan  ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan “Pengaruh Kinerja Roomboy Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Bagian Housekeeping Hotel Harris Batam Center”. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan wawancara, angket dan observasi. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh informasi terkait kualitas pelayanan Roomboy Hotel Harris Batam Center. Tujuan penulis adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja room boy bagian housekeeping terhadap kualitas pelayanan roomboy di Harris Hotel Batam center. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang yang diambil dari accidental sampling. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kualitas pelayanan roomboy seperti keterampilan kerja mendapatkan nilai 100%, disiplin kerja 94% dan tanggung jawab kerja mendapatkan nilai 95% di Hotel Harris Batam Center dapat dikatakan baik.

Based on the data ofNabire District Health Office concerning findings of cases in 2009 which are recorded as TB type patients: Positive BTA Pulmonary TB 209, Positive BTA relapsed TB 3, Negative BTA but positive Rontgen about 625 cases, Extra Pulmonary Pediatric patients 72 and 175 with total number for all cases of each type of TB patients about 1083 persons. The aim of this study is to analyse the risk factors of home environment Pulmonary Tuberculosis related Prevention Practices in Nabire Regency. The research design was observasionally retrospective study with case control study design. All of the patients who had been diagnosed as Positive BTA Pulmonary TB through microscopic examination both in the hospitaJ or Community Health Center (Puskesmas) laboratory were taken as the sample of the study, in January - July 2010 periode. Matching separation that based on age and gender, the control group member is each person who more or less has the same characteristic with the case group, live at Nabire district and 15 years of aged, as part of the case group neighbours but does not suffer pulmonary TB. The results indicate a signicantly relationship between occupation density (p = 0,001); OR= 4,376), in room ventilation (p = 0,001; OR = 3,541), in house ventilation (p = 0,017; OR= 2,637), in room lighting intensity (p = 0,017; OR= 2,615), in house lighting intensity (p = 0,002; OR= 3,455), in room hwnidity (p = 0,037; OR = 2,406), in house humudity (p = 0,001 ; OR = 4,376), presence of window in room (p= 0,002; OR= 3,500), in room temperature (p = 0,131; OR= 2,143), in house temperature (p = 0,001; OR= 3,984) with incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. There is no relationship between floor type (p = 0,001; OR = 4,376) and separation room (p = 0,851;OR = 0,869) with the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. It is suggested to attempt the increment of Pulmonary tuberculosis findings, improvement of house environtment condition with emphasized on sanitation aspect of healthy house at the time of build, and increase clean and healthy behaviours.

Through catechesis, people are expected to understand the Eucharist as the source and peak of Christian life. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by using interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in May at the Santa Maria Asumta Rungun station. There were 10 informants in this study consisting of 1 parish priest, head  of the congregation and 8 people. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman which consists of 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

This study aims to determine how important catechesis is in improving the understanding of Catholics, especially the Catechism of the Sacrament  of Penance.  Catechism  as  a  way to  give  understanding  to  the  people  about  the teachings that exist in the Catholic Church. Through this study, it is hoped that Catholics can understand what the Sacrament of Penance is so that the faith of the people will grow and develop. This  type  of  research  is  a  qualitative  research  with  a  descriptive approach. Data obtained by using interviews and documentation. The research was carried out in May 2021 at the St. Petrus Paulus Panaen Station, Santa Maria De La Salette Muara Teweh Parish. There were 7 informants consisting of 1 fellow Pastor, and  6  people.  The data analysis  technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  role  of  parents  in  online  learning  on children's cognitive abilities, inhibiting and supporting factors experienced by parents at SDN 1.2 Pangelak. Through this study, it is hoped that parents can realize how important  parental  involvement  in  online  learning  towards  children's  cognitive abilities in Catholic Religious Education subjects during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on May at SDN 1.2 Pangelak. The informants are 14 people consisting of the Principal, 1 Catholic Religion Teacher, 6 parents and 6 students. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

This study aims to describe the cooperation between catechist and parents in developing the faith of the child in the Stasi of Santo Joseph Batuah, the Parish of Santo Petrus and Paulus Ampah. The reason the researchers raised the title of this study is due to the lack of cooperation between parents and catechisms in developing the faith of children in Stasi Santo Yosef Batuah. This is descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained by interviews and documentation. The study was conducted on May 20 - June 2, 2021. The study was conducted at the Stasi of Saint Joseph Batuah Parish of St. Peter and Paul Ampah with a total of 13 informants. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's model of 3 stages, namely reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion withdrawal.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge
