Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

The activities of the Program Pengembangan Produk Daerah (PPPUD) have been carried out at Micro small business (MSB) Putri Timus, which is held at Manggung RT 03 RW 08 Cangakan Karanganyar. This PPPUD activity is made in the framework of promoting the timus as a superior product in the Karanganyar area. MSB Putri Timus produce fried timus which is a typical Karanganyar food and souvenir. The fried timus that provides MSB has a specialty that is bligo (Benincasa hispida). But the drawback of this product is not durable, only last less than 24 hours. The purpose of this activity is to carry out production through frozen timus so that durability can be marketed outside the Karanganyar region. The method used to achieve the objectives is to increase knowledge about Good Production Methods (GMP) and freezer procurement. The result of this activity is the availability of freezers and the production of timus frozen by MSB Putri Timus. The resulting frozen timus specifications are available in a plastic bag containing 12 timus. This frozen thymus has a durability of more than 30 days.

Pengembangan wisata budaya di Desa Wisata Tapak Tilas Sultan Agung dan Desa Wisata Songgo Langit ini merupakan bagian dari Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) ini memfokuskan pada program Desa Mangunan Sebagai Wisata Desa Unggulan Yang Kompetitif dan Berbudaya. Tujuan program ini adalah menjadikan mitra sebagai model pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat berkelanjutan melalui potensi desa wisata yang dipadukan dengan budaya. Program pengembangan yang dilakukan, meliputi: legalisasi perkumpulan dalam bentuk sanggar seni. Untuk melakukan legalisasi Sanggar Lestari Budaya dan Sanggar Ngesti Budoyo dibuatlah akta notaris agar dalam beraktivitas memiliki keabsahan dan dilindungi oleh Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Program lainnya adalah pelatihan inovasi pengembangan seni budaya, pemaketan wisata budaya.

Judul Pengabdian ini adalah “: Mengenal Multiple Intelligences untuk mengembang– kan  Bakat dan Minat Anak”Khalayak sasaran dalam program pengabdian ini adalah Masyarakat Non Produktif yaitu guru dan orang tua peserta didik TK Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. Mereka perlu diberi tambahan pengetahuan dikarenakan guru TK Lakshmi 7 tidak berlatar belakang S1 Pendidikan,  melainkan guru TK Lakshmi 7 hanya dari SMK,         Sedangkan Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Ceramah/penyuluhan, diskusi dan pelatihan..Sebagai evaluasinya dipergunakan angket dan observasi  untuk menjajaki cara mengimplementasi mereka dilapangan setelah ada penyuluhan.            Hasil dari pengabdian ini orang tua dan guru dapat memahami pentingnya Multiple Intelligence untuk mengembangkan bakat sdan minat anak. Sedangkan dari hasil penyebaran angket didapat hasil sebagai berikut  77,8% (21 Orang tua dan guru) dapat memahami Multiple Intelligence.Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian Mengenal Multip\Intelligences untuk mengembang– kan  Bakat dan Minat Anak”pada orang tua peserta didik dan guru TK Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta berhasil. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 27 orang , 24 orang (88,89%)  diantaranya sdh memahmi baik teori maupun prakteknya sedangkan yang 3 orang (11,11%) kurang menguasai dikarenakan tidak rutin hadir dalam pertemuan

Hasil survei TIMSS menunjukkan Indonesia berada di posisi bawah jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara di Asia. Upaya yang dapat ditempuh dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya pelatihan penyusunan soal HOTS bagi guru. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang ciri-ciri dan cara pengembangan soal HOTS yang berkualitas baik; (2) memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengubah soal biasa menjadi soal HOTS; dan (3) pengembangan soal HOTS bagi guru-guru di SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir. Target luaran yang dihasilkan melebihi target luaran yang diharapkan yaitu jumlah guru yang hadir dan mampu mengembangkan perangkat soal HOTS berjumlah 25 guru meningkat dari 21 guru yang ditargetkan. Hasil kuesioner tanggapan guru terhadap pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa materi pelatihan pengembangan soal HOTS sangat diminati dan dibutuhkan guru dalam pengembangan pembelajaran abad 21 dan menunjang era revolusi industri 4.0. Guru merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan karena dapat menjadi wawasan keilmuan baru dalam pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa perangkat soal HOTS sesuai dengan materi yang diampu guru serta implementasinya dalam pembelajaran di kelas, serta publikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

Inovasi teknologi untuk pendidikan mutlak dibutuhkan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, karena teknologi digital dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan masyarakat di sektor pendidikan. Fleksibilitas, efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan teknologi yang tepat dapat menembus ruang dan waktu dalam menjembatani komunikasi antar para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pendidikan. Penerapan sistem monitoring pembelajaran online sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Departemen Teknik Kelautan FTK-ITS dengan mitra sekolah Al Uswah Surabaya, menjadi solusi terhadap sistem yang masih konvensional yang kurang efektif dan efisien serta rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan akibat kesalahan manusia. Pada akhirnya, dengan sistem ini dapat memperbaiki pelayanan dan kinerja, sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi proses tersebut meningkat. Parameter penting yang direkam menjadi database oleh sistem monitoring pembelajaran terkait kehadiran siswa, kehadiran guru dan durasi waktu proses belajar mengajar dapat dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Fitur sistem yang mampu diakses orang tua siswa, bahkan dapat menjadi media promosi untuk meningkatkan reputasi sekolah serta peran serta orang tua/wali siswa dalam mendukung kesuksesan kegiatan pendidikan. Sistem elektronik ini tidak akan memberikan hasil optimum jika tidak diiringi dengan perubahan pemahaman dan perbaikan budaya belajar mengajar guru, siswa, serta manajemen sekolah. Atau sebaliknya, dengan kehadiran sistem ini secara tidak langsung dapat memaksa untuk terjadinya perubahan budaya belajar-mengajar ke arah yang lebih baik secara bertahap. Dalam penelitian ini parameter penting terkait kegiatan proses belajar mengajar selanjutnya dianalisis untuk menemukan hubungan yang mendukung hipotesis terkait peningkatan budaya belajar mengajar dan reputasi sekolah melalui penggunaan sistem berbasis teknologi komunikasi dan informasi ini.

This study examines company size, liquidity and asset structure on capital structure in the food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. Analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The test results show that for liquidity variables affect the capital structure, this shows that companies that have high liquidity, will choose to use funding from internal sources first, namely using their current assets rather than having to use funding through debt. These findings support the Pecking Order Theory which states that companies will prefer to use internal funding, namely by using their current assets to meet their funding needs. Test results for company size and asset structure show no effect on capital structure.

This study aims to determine the application of e-SPT, the level of understanding of taxation, service quality, and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously and partially affect the compliance of corporate taxpayers in reporting such as KPP Pratama Tegal. Data collection methods used are questionnaires. The population of this study was 4,245 respondents while the sample taken in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis along with the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing.  The test results show that 1) the implementation of e-SPT, the level of understanding of taxation, service quality, and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously on corporate taxpayer compliance in reporting such as at KPP Pratama Tegal. 2) The application of e-SPT partially influences the corporate taxpayer compliance in reporting such as at KPP Pratama Tegal. 3) The level of understanding of taxation partially does not affect the compliance of taxpayers in reporting such as in KPP Pratama Tegal. 4) Quality of Service partially affects taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Tegal. 5) Taxpayer awareness partially does not affect the corporate taxpayer compliance in reporting such as in Tegal Primary Tax Office. The coefficient of determination, obtained R2 value of 0.359 or 35.9%. It can be interpreted that 35.9% of corporate taxpayer compliance in this model is influenced by the application of e-SPT variables, the level of understanding of taxation, service quality, and awareness of taxpayers, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Perkembangan kualitas hidup manusia dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan.Semua itu bisa terjadi dan berproses melalui pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan nilai – nilai yang di anggap benar dan baik oleh masyarakat untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya dan dalam rangka mencapai masyarakat madani (civil society), yaitu masyarakat yang terperdayabaik ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi, budaya dan politik. Pembangunan yang dimaksud adalah usaha yang dilaksanakan untuk dilakukan secara sadar, sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk mengadakan perubahan guna mewujudkan hari esok yang lebih baik. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu elemen masyarakat yang berperan  sebagai agent of change (agen perubahan) yang dinilai mampu membawa segenap perubahan  ke arah yang lebih baik dengan mengabdikan dirinya kepada masyarakat.

The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Increasing competition especially in the culinary business , make Pecel Solo Restaurant should strive to meet the expectations of customer with the needs and desires of customer so that what is accepted by consumers as expected earlier. The purpose of this study was to determine if there are any the difference (gap) between the expectation with the customers perception of service quality dimensions on Pecel Solo Restaurant. The sampling technique using non probability sampling technique with the sample size is 68 respondents. Data analysis methods used are Mann Whitney , and the Importance Performance Analysis

This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. Infant health can be known one of them through the assessment of nutritional status. In general, Body Mass Index (BMI) has been used as a method for measuring the nutritional status of children. If there are two children who have same body weight and height, they may have different nutritional status. Whenever this occurs, the use of BMI for measuring the nutritional status shall be deemed less accurate. The anthropometry will be vital in measuring the nutritional statuss. The guidelines for determining the nutritional status Anthropometry parameters are selected and recommended which includes an assessment of the age, weight, body length or height. This research aims to build a model of C4.5 adaboost so it can recognize patterns and be able to classify the nutritional status of children into five classes: normal, fat, very fat, thin and very thin. The variables used in this classification is Gender, Age (Months), Weight (kg) Height (cm). C4.5 (decision tree) Method has a good performance in dealing with the classification of nutritional status but the C4.5 has a weakness in the class imbalance. Adaboost isone ofboosting methods that could reduce imbalances class by giving weight to the level of classification error which may alter the distribution of data. Experiments carried out by applying the adaboost method C4.5 to obtain optimal results and a good degree of accuracy. The experimental results obtained from C4.5 method show that accuracy is 89.53%, the error rate is 10.47%, while the results of C4.5 with adaboost show 90.23% accuracy and 9.77% error rate. It can be concluded in the classification of nutritional status of children with C4.5 and adaboost proven method to solve problems of class imbalance and improve the high accuracy and can reduce the level of classification error.

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power.
