The enzyme α-amylase is one of the enzymes that plays a role in the process of degrading starch into maltose and glucose. Organic compounds such as polyphenols and flavonoids are inhibitors of α-amylase. The star fruit plant (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) has α-amylase enzyme inhibition activity and has the potential to be used in the therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine whether ethanol extract and the fraction of star fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) have α-amylase enzyme inhibition activity, inhibition against α-amylase enzyme and better inhibition activity. The test of α-amylase enzyme inhibition activity was carried out using 3 test groups, namely negative control, positive control (acarbose) and samples (ethanol extract and star fruit fraction) with concentrations of 12.5 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm and 200 ppm. The results of testing the inhibitory activity of α-amylase enzyme of ethanol extract and the fraction of star fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) obtained IC50 values of 5.581 μg/mL, 76.725 μg/mL, 43.152 μg/mL and 55.447 μg/mL, respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of star fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) at a concentration of 200 ppm has a very strong activity in inhibiting the α-amylase enzyme with an inhibition percentage of 85.217% and an IC50 value of 5.581 μg/mL.

Students often have difficulty understanding the concepts of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), especially at the elementary school level. This difficulty is caused by the lack of variety of learning methods that are capable and attract students to actively participate in learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class IV C students in the elastic movement material in science and science lessons. This research applies the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model which uses Mystery Box media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which consists of two cycles. The instruments used include pretest and posttest as well as observation sheets. The data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively to measure the increase in learning outcomes from one cycle to the next. The research results show that implementing PjBL with Mystery Box media improves student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was significant improvement, although some students had not reached the target. In the second cycle, learning outcomes continued to improve, with the majority of students reaching or exceeding the KKM. The percentage obtained from the pretest and posttest results was from 56.73% to 74.62%.

In the era of advancing information and communication technology, using the internet has become very easy. This is due to the need for access to information, lifestyle, communication, entertainment, and knowledge available on various social media platforms. Social media plays a role in shaping a person's identity, and high social media use among students can impact their mental health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 87 PAI students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.220 with a significance level of p = 0.041 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students' intensity of social media use, the lower their mental health. Conversely, the lower the intensity of social media use, the better their mental health.

A death certificate is proof of a person's death, but in its implementation there are still several problems, including that there are still people who have died but are included in the permanent voter list for the 2024 election and there are falsification of death certificates. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the death certificate recording program in the population and civil registration services of South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that target accuracy is said to be optimal, because people already know and receive death certificate registration services. The program socialization indicators are not yet optimal, because there are still people in the South Tangerang City area who do not know how important it is to take care of population administration, especially death certificates, due to the lack of socialization by the population and civil registration services. In terms of indicators of achieving program objectives, there are still people who have not registered death certificates even though they are aware of the existence of the death certificate registration program. In terms of monitoring indicators, the program has not gone well in its implementation because it was found that people had not registered death certificates, this is because the supervision carried out by the population and civil registration services did not reach enough and was not evenly distributed to all communities in South Tangerang City.

This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to investigate the involvement of MSMEs in supporting people economy focusing on inclusiveness, innovation, and digitalization aspects and explores the primary challenges faced by MSMEs towards accessing technology and innovating for global market. This study clearly has significant implications, including that MSMEs play a key role in driving people's economy; notably most of these developing countries whose economies have reached steady state growth periods and also create jobs—results also. Regular posts of new-generation features is another factor that causes the figure to grow, something innovation and digitalization have also worked on in order to drive an efficiency curve further upward. Second, numerous obstacles encountered by MSMEs parties such as infrastructure issues are still less evenly distributed, access to capital constraints for MSMEs actors and complexities in the regulation for MSMEs actors. This study is useful for supporting the government to design adequate regulations and policies that can drive people economy through accommodating of MSME actors in the capital market as efficient prospective fund Chanel.
