This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents is an employee at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than the t table, namely 5.608 > 1.672, with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.402 (positive sign) means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is with the calculated t value of 6.400 > t table, namely 1.672 with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 is 0.467 (positive sign), meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is equal to 5.042 > t table which is 1.672 with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β3 is 0.345 (positive sign), meaning that the higher the employee's career development, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at the Imam Bonjol clinic in Kediri. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The number of samples used is 30 employees. The results of this study are that there is a partial effect of work conflict on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect. The effect of work stress partially on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.001 <0.05 which means it has a significant effect. Partial effect of workload on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.015 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect and work motivation partially has an influence on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.025 <0.05 which means that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the simultaneous influence of the variables of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance, the results of the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation have a significant influence that can improve employee performance at the Imam Bonjol Clinic, Kediri.

Research Objectives To determine the influence of discipline, motivation and compensation variables on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. To find out what variables are most dominant in employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Simultaneously shows that discipline, motivation and compensation factors have a significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, discipline, motivation and compensation factors significantly influence employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, compensation factors have a dominant influence on employee work performance, followed by discipline and motivation factors in community service.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

  Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (studi pada kantor Kecamatan Mijen). Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mijen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  semua pegawai kantor Kecamatan Mijen yang berjumlah 90 orang.  Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel serta menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh kelengkapan sarana prasarana  terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 72 responden, yang merupakan bagian dari dari total populasi yang berjumlah 88 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian diolah secara parsial menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel antara karakteristik individu, motivasi, dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai KUA se Kota Semarang. Secara parsial, karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelengkapan sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. In this study, the population used was 1,000 employees of the production division of PT. Samkyung Jaya Garment Ungaran which consists of 554 female workers and 446 male workers. The number of samples used were 91 respondents with probability sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result shows that if competence is improved, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This result shows that if work motivation is increased, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunter pada PT. Global Arrow Semarang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunteer terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang, sebanyak 214 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Metode pengambilan sampel akan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas,          Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Normalitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Goodnes of Fit (Uji Model) dan Uji Hipotesis. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah, pertama, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Observations that contain the intent to determine how much influence the variable understanding of SIA, compensation, competence, motivation, experience on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The population contained in this study amounted to 70 employees with sample criteria targeting employees who use accounting information systems totaling 42 employees. The tool to analyze the data is multiple regression analysis. With the results of the partial research test where the variables of understanding accounting information systems, compensation, and work experience have no significant effect on employee performance, while competence and work motivation affect employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test of all these variables together have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

This research is motivated by the performance achievements of the employees of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs and Excise Office of Supervision and Service Office which have not been achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Motivation (X1) and Competence (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of the Middle Type of Customs Tanjung Emas. Descriptive analysis in this study uses the index number method. Determining the number of samples was calculated based on the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 71 employees from a total population of 248 employees. The sampling method uses simple random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that motivation has no significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is smaller than t table, namely 0.481 <1.667 (df = 68), with a significance value of 0.632 which is greater than α = 0.05. Motivation (β1) is positive at 0.042 which means that there is no effect of motivation on performance (not significant). The results of the analysis show that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than t table, namely 8.028 > 1.667 (df = 68), with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05. Competence (β2) has a positive sign of 0.705 which means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee's performance (significant).

This study aims to examine and partially analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Barru District Fisheries Service Employees. To test and analyze the joint influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. This study used two approaches, namely descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially indicate that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the leadership, the higher the employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. 2) Partially shows that the motivation variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the motivation that is followed will further improve the performance of the employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. 3) Partially shows that the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. And 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline will affect the increase in employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency by 84.4%

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents The results of this research in hypothesis 1 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.362 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.398 > 1.989) with a level of significance of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.659 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results of F count > F table (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) which means there is a significant influence between work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The conclusion of this research is that in hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 4 there is a significant influence on work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia employees.

ABSTRAKMotivasi merupakan proses mempengaruhi atau mendorong dari luar maupun dari dalam terhadap seseorang atau kelompok kerja agar mereka mau melaksanakan sesuatu yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan. BRI Syariah KC Denpasar mempunyai strategi untuk bisa berbaur dengan masyarkat di Bali dengan memperkerjakan karyawan non muslim supaya nasabah yang non muslim bisa menerima BRI Syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini fokus tentang: 1. Bagaimana motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Bagaimana kinerja karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyaman non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berbentuk kalimat, kata, atau gambar berdasarkan hasil pendekatan secara langsung melaui metode wawancara secara langsung atau secara online mengenai motivasi dan kinerja karyawan non muslim yang dipraktekan di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Wawancara ini dilakukan kepada para informan dalam hal ini adalah pemimpin perusahaann dan karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Adanya dorongan dari luar untuk menumbuhkan semangat dalam bekerja yang diberikan oleh perusahaann seperti gaji yang sesuai, harapan yang terpenuhi dan bonus bagi karyawan yang berpestasi akan manambah semangat bekerja karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar dan menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik lagi. 2. Apabila Kinerja karyawan non muslim baik dalam bekerja maka tujuan BRI Syariah KC Denpasar akan terwujud yaitu menjadi perbankan yang rahmatal lil ‘alamin.   ABSTRACTMotivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside or from within a person or work group so that they are willing to carry out something that has been determined. BRI Syariah KC Denpasar has a strategy to be able to mingle with society in Bali by employing non-Muslim employees so that non-Muslim customers can accept BRI Syariah itself. This study focuses on: 1. How is the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. How is the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. To find out the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in the form of sentences, words, or images based on the results of the direct approach through direct or online interviews regarding the motivation and performance of non-Muslim employees practiced at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. These interviews were conducted with informants, in this case, company leaders and non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The results obtained: 1. The encouragement from outside to foster enthusiasm for work given by the company such as appropriate wages, fulfilled expectations and bonuses for high-performing employees will increase the enthusiasm for work of non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar and produce employees who have even better performance. 2. If the performance of non-Muslim employees is good at work, the goal of BRI Syariah KC Denpasar will be realized, namely to become a banking that is rahmatal lil 'alamin.
