This article examines the possibility of reconstructing Islamic epistemology through the integration of classical Ilm al-Usūl principles with modern epistemic challenges. The revivalist/textualist, reformist/maqāṣidī, and critical-hermeneutic approaches to Islamic epistemology are discussed, each contributing a unique perspective on the reconciliation of traditional Islamic knowledge with modern intellectual developments. The main objective is to analyze how Ilm al-Usūl can maintain its normative foundations while responding to contemporary issues such as misinformation, the growing complexity of scientific knowledge, and the fragmentation of epistemic authority. By examining maqāṣid al-sharīʿa, ḥujjiyyah, and other core concepts within Ilm al-Usūl, the article proposes a conceptual bridge that balances revelation with empirical data, fostering a more adaptive epistemological framework. The research design follows a conceptual-analytical library approach, utilizing both classical Islamic legal texts and modern epistemological literature, including social epistemology and theories of knowledge justification. The results reveal that the reconstruction model offers a more comprehensive solution compared to traditional approaches, addressing modern epistemic challenges without abandoning foundational Islamic principles. The discussion highlights the importance of modernizing the methodology to include empirical tools like data literacy and ethical considerations, while maintaining the normative integrity of Islamic knowledge. The article concludes by presenting practical implications for Islamic education and religious authority, recommending the integration of scientific literacy and modern epistemic practices into Ilm al-Usūl curricula. It also suggests future research on specific case studies and the development of modern indicators of epistemic authority.

State Administrative Law is a legal regulation regarding administration in a country, where the relationship between citizens and their government can run well and safely. In forest management, the need for permits is based on absolute legal provisions which have aspects that must be fulfilled beforehand and regarding the boundaries of each activity in managing forests, the government agrees to supervise them based on Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry Article 31 paragraph (1) To ensure the principles of justice, equity and sustainability, forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects. The aim of the research is to determine aspects of forest management. The research method used in this research is literature study by collecting data through articles, the web, books and other sources. The results of the discussion of this research are that forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects, where these aspects are determinants in managing forests which have been considered previously. The meaning of forest sustainability aspects and business certainty is contained in Article 31 Paragraph (1). What is meant by forest sustainability aspects includes: a. environmental sustainability, b. production sustainability, and c. implementation of social and cultural functions that are fair, even and transparent.  What is meant by aspects of business certainty include: a. area certainty, b. certainty of business time, and c. certainty of business legal guarantees.

Indonesia is currently experiencing enormous changes, namely being in the era of globalization and free trade, where companies are required to be able to compete with other countries in order to maintain the existence of their companies (Rohayatin, 2021:2). On the other hand, government organizations are also required to have better good governance, this can be seen by the Indonesian people becoming increasingly critical of everything the government does (Dwiyanto, 2021:1). The public demands a good governance pattern through the principles of good governance (transparency, accountability and credibility) (Imbaruddin, 2019: 86). Good governance is basically a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and their implementation that can be held accountable together as a consensus reached by the government, citizens and the private sector for the administration of government (Prokomsetda, 2017). This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of leadership style and organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Department.  

Implementation of the principles of the rule of law and Pancasila democracy in the context of protecting the rights of every human being in Indonesia. The values associated with Pancasila, in protecting one's rights, are very diverse. The first value of Pancasila, if it is related to the rights that every human being has, means affirming recognition of God the Creator. The second value is that humans have equal dignity and rights that must be respected by each other. The values of Pancasila must be put forward in order to unite the Indonesian nation, so that the Indonesian state becomes one united nation. The fourth principle, if related to the rights possessed by humans, emphasizes the importance of fair distribution of resources and opportunities, as well as being able to overcome all forms of injustice in society. Finally, the fifth principle is related to the rights possessed by every human being, meaning that the value of Pancasila places greater emphasis on the importance of democratic governance, by providing space for participation for citizens to be active in society.

The goal of this study is to investigate how social media is employed in the context of Christian ethics. This research approach involves the use of literature or literacy research. Christian ethics is the moral code followed by Christians, rooted in the teachings of God's word. The Bible serves as the cornerstone of God's teachings, providing guidance for Christian individuals living according to the principles of God's Kingdom. This research examines debates among the early congregation regarding Jewish religious morality and ceremonies and their implications in the context of contemporary church pastoring. Through a critical historical exegesis approach and literature study, this article explores the views of Paul and Peter regarding the application of Torah law to Gentile Christians. This research highlights that a pastor must be an example for the congregation, not rule arbitrarily, and remain focused on God's call in their ministry. Analysis of the social, economic, and cultural context of the time this letter was written also provides insight into the challenges the early congregation faced. This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

This article discusses the role of Islamic economic mitigation in achieving social justice and economic sustainability in the context of natural disasters. The main focus of this research is how the principles and instruments of Islamic economics, such as zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, andIslamic microfinance institutionscan be used to reduce the social and economic impact of natural disasters. Islamic economics, based on the principles of social justice and redistribution of wealth, offers a holistic and sustainable approach to dealing with disasters. These instruments are capable of providing immediate and effective assistance, as well as supporting long-term rehabilitation and development programs. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a library research approach. The research results show that Islamic economics not only functions as an economic system, but also as a mechanism for achieving social justice and economic sustainability, which can significantly increase society's resilience to future disasters. This paper emphasizes that the application of Islamic economic principles can be an effective and sustainable solution in dealing with the macroeconomic impacts of natural disasters.

This research was conducted with the aim of providing information about Islam and Pancasila Democratic Economics with Islamic criticism of Capitalist and socialist Economics. The research method uses literature study, by explaining theories related to titles obtained from books, journals and online media. This research found that when juxtaposed Islamic economics and Pancasila economics have the same concept and aim at human welfare and justice. The capitalist and socialist economic systems have been criticized by Islamic economics because of injustice, exploitation and imbalance. By integrating Islamic economic principles, Indonesia can develop a more just, stable and sustainable economic system in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila and Islamic teachings.

However, fasting is not intended to be difficult, as stated in the Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah: 185, which emphasizes ease rather than hardship in fasting. Besides its spiritual aspects, fasting also has health benefits, such as helping patients with obesity and heart disease. For patients with chronic kidney disease who require hemodialysis, fasting can be particularly challenging. Hemodialysis is a life-saving method that involves cleaning the blood outside the body. In Islam, there are principles of ushul fiqh that provide rukhsah or legal concessions for those who face difficulties in fulfilling religious obligations due to certain conditions. However, if a kidney failure patient insists on fasting despite having been granted rukhsah, this is known as azimah. This study aims to explore the status of azimah for hemodialysis patients who choose to fast from an Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and in-depth interviews with fiqh experts, this research seeks to understand the legal implications and medical conditions involved. The results are expected to provide clearer insights into the practice of fasting for hemodialysis patients within the context of Islamic jurisprudence.

By instilling multicultural education with the principles of Christian values (Galatians 5:22-23) such as love, peace, joy, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control is relevant to create a nation that is tolerant, lives in harmony, accepts and respects each other despite having different backgrounds.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of office technology and ergonomics in improving employee productivity and well-being. By integrating advanced technology and ergonomic principles, companies can create a more comfortable and healthy work environment. The research method used in this study is a literature review that collects and analyzes information from various sources regarding office technology, ergonomics, and their impact on work productivity. The study found that the use of ergonomics-enabled technology in the workplace significantly increases employee happiness. Companies that invest in ergonomic technology and equipment can create a sustainable competitive advantage through a healthier and more productive workforce. This study shows that a balance between technology and ergonomics is key to creating a productive and sustainable work environment.
