This research aims to ; 1) To find out how the Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) are conducted; 2) To find out what the professional competence of Indonesian language teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle School is. 3) To determine the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. The research subjects were 45 Indonesian Language Teachers at Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation questionnaires. The research results show that Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) activities reached 87%. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire data which reached 87%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. Meanwhile, research results on teacher professional competence reached 86%, this is proven by the results of questionnaire data which reached 86%, which is in the range of 81-100% in the Very Good category. The influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle School. The calculation results obtained a value of rxy = 0.838 which is between (0.800 - 1.000). Thus, rcount is greater than rtable at the 5% significance level and 1% significance level (0.294 < 0.380 < 0.838), this means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the correlation analysis value shows that the influence of Subject Teacher Deliberation Activities (MGMP) on the professional competence of Indonesian Language teachers in Tanjung Pinang City Middle Schools is 70.2%.

Mangrove plants are also often called coastal forests, mangrove forests, brackish forests, tidal forests because mangrove plants live near the coast and have an important role in their ecological value to support coastal development activities and marine conservation. This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

The background of this research is to understand how to communicate with persons with disabilities. The purpose of this research is for the general public to understand how to interact properly and correctly with persons with disabilities. The research method used in this study is a qualitative description method. The results of this study were to obtain data on communication problems that often occur between people with disabilities and how to communicate well with people with disabilities. The conclusion of this study is that it is difficult for people with disabilities to communicate, the right way to communicate is to communicate with love and feelings and with soft words.

Vocational High School (SMK) is a school level that requires substantial funding, of course, in this case, educational institutions at the vocational level must prepare good funding sources. Funding for education is basically the key to achieving the goals and quality of educational institutions. This research was conducted to find out the sources of financing used in SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. This study used a qualitative method with observation, interviews and documentation with the principal of SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. The results of this study are that Wijaya Putra Surabaya Vocational School uses three sources of funds including funds from (1) the government, (2) funds from students, and (3) funds from students' parents. The management standards for Wijaya Putra Surabaya Vocational School are in accordance with the existing guidelines.

This study aims to explore the effect of innovative mathematics learning in the Merdeka curriculum at MIN Kedungwuni.  Using a literature study and interview approach, this research examines the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders, such as teachers, students and parents, related to the implementation of these innovations.  The findings of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of mathematics learning innovations in increasing students' interest, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and mathematics achievement.  The results of this study can provide a basis for further development in innovative mathematics learning in elementary schools

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

The struggles of the student movement in Indonesia can be seen from its history which was influenced by changes in the ruling regime and pilot-economic order. The role of students in the dynamics of power change in Indonesia has a considerable influence, such as during the fall of President Soeharto which gave birth to the New Order era. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the role of the student movement in resisting the New Order. In this study using the literature study method by collecting research data through relevant books, journals, and previous articles. The results obtained from this study are that the struggles of the student movement experienced a dynamic development, this clearly illustrates that the movement carried out by students during the New Order era played an important role in turning the wheels of history.

The economy of a country can be seen from its internal conditions such as the real sector, namely production, consumption and investment. Then the monetary sector, such as inflation, the money supply and the balance of the exchange rate. In addition, the condition of the Indonesian economy can also be seen from external conditions which are reflected in the development of the balance of payments which illustrates the condition of the Indonesian economy in the real and monetary sectors. The balance of payments also measures the ability of the economy to support international transactions, especially transactions related to debt obligations and export-import transactions, and informs the government about the state of the economy, especially in this regard. On the results of economic relations with other countries. Thus, the balance of payments can assist in decision-making in the currency sector. Indonesia's balance of payments often fluctuates from time to time. A current account deficit does not result in a balance of payments deficit because the financial account increases capital and compensates for the current account deficit.

The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.

The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

A manufacturing company engaged in the furniture industry, specializing in wood, rattan and glass products. Romi Violeta from the production process department says that due to the limited working hours, especially as the production orders for tables, shelves, etc. increase every month, the physical and mental strain employees take to meet their production targets. The purpose of the research is to find cases of high physical and mental stress at manufacturing sites with high stress standards such as tables, shelves, and chests of drawers, and to provide suggestions for improving the reduction of physical and mental stress. . Based on an analysis of the results, the mean cardiovascular load (CVL) percentage was found to be 43.902%, indicating that the assessment needs improvement, and the Bourdon Vielsma test speed result was 12.593 seconds with a score of 7. , a body weight score (WS) of 11.5 is included in the adequate group (C). Accuracy is 3.26, score is 8, fair group (CB) weighted score (WS) is 12, constant is 8.185 seconds, score is 5.5, score is . 8 are in the suspicious (R) group.

Industry clusters, which consist of a group of companies related geographically and sectorally, have become the focus of attention in regional economic and business strategy studies. This study uses an industrial structure analysis approach to understand the strength of competition within an industry cluster. Some of the factors analyzed include the level of industry concentration, new entries, bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, as well as product or service substitution. The data used in this study includes information about the companies that are members of the industrial cluster studied. The research method used includes secondary data collection, such as company financial reports, industry data, and related publications. In addition, interviews with industry stakeholders were also conducted to gain deeper insights into the structure of competitive forces and the factors that influence industrial clusters. The results of the analysis show that the structure of competitive forces in industry clusters can vary depending on the industrial sector studied. This research contributes to our understanding of how the structure of competitive forces and industry clusters can shape a competitive business environment, as well as providing useful insights for the development of effective business strategies within industry clusters.    

The JKN Program is an effort to equalize the quality of health services for all Indonesians, with a wide range of health services and affordable contributions. The JKN program has many benefits, but there are still many participants who do not comply with the JKN program rules, for example, do not pay contributions on time. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence public compliance with the JKN program in each region of Indonesia. The method in this study uses a literature review design by collecting research sources in the form of valid articles. After several article sources have been collected, the researcher reviews the published article sources to produce a new analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the compliance of JKN participants in paying contributions are the level of knowledge, income level, and perceptions of health risks that are owned by each member of the community. The use of first-level health facilities can also affect participant compliance in seeking health services and social, economic, and cultural presence are also a number of external factors in JKN participant compliance.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin or the body is ineffective using insulin. Based on the community diagnosis in the community RT.17 Wonorejo village in 2022, Diabetes Melitus as a priority of health problems that must be interferenced because the percentage of diabetes case mellitus by 3.1%. Alternative troubleshooting Diabetes Mellitus in Wonorejo RT 17 village is with CERDAS program. The CERDAS program consists of the activities of establishing and coaching, citing, and blood sugar examination. The purpose of the CERDAS program is to improve the knowledge of the public about diabetes mellitus and encourage the community to regularly check blood sugar examination. The method of implementing the CERDAS program is a lecture and discussion. The results of the devotion showed by the development of 100% CERDAS cadre knowledge included in either category and 100% CERDAS cadre can perform its duties. The CERDAS cadre is prepared to assist free counseling and examination of free blood supervisors and provide information on diabetes mellitus through the whatsapp group. Community knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus after extension is included with a good category of 57.7% and category less than 42.5%.

Role is an action taken by someone in an event or event, in this case, the action taken by the principal in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. Discipline is defined as one's awareness and willingness to comply with all applicable rules and norms. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the role of the school principal and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's role in disciplining students of SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. This study aims to find out how the roles and supporting and inhibiting factors play the role of school principals in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. To better understand the role of the school principal in shaping the discipline of SDI Nurul Bayan students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then manage and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from school principals, teachers, and students of SDI Nurul Bayan. The results of the research in this thesis are that (1) the principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep has become a headmaster who has set a good example for his school staff, ( 2) The role of the school principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep in forming student discipline is quite good, namely by disciplining himself, namely by setting an example, directing and coaching carried out on teachers/staff and students, (3) Factors supporting the role of the principal in SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep is the existence of support from teachers/staff, support from parents, the existence of rules written in each class, and awareness of the students themselves, while the inhibiting factor for the role of the principal is the delay of students coming to school.    

Perkembangan zaman semakin pesat, tak hanya pada bidang teknologi namun juga pada bidang industri. Dengan adanya perkembangan industri hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan akan material semakin meningkat terutama untuk sebuah produk. Sekarang ini salah satu material yang banyak dikembangkan adalah komposit, komposit adalah gabungan dari dua bahan atau lebih komponen yang berlainan dan mempunyai sifat yang berbeda. Komposit terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu matrik sebagai pengikat atau pelindung komposit dan filler sebagai pengisi komposit. Serat alam merupakan alternatif filler komposit untuk berbagai komposit polimer karena keunggulannya dibanding serat sintetis. Pohon pisang adalah tanaman paling banyak dijumpai dan tumbuh subur di Indonesia. Pelepah pisang jika diolah kembali akan menjadi serat dengan kekuatan yang tinggi dan daya serapnya lebih bagus sehingga sangat baik jika digunakan sebagai bahan penguat pada komposit. Penelitian ini dilakuan menggunakan metode penelitian yang memiliki sifat percobaan (experimental) dengan tujuan untuk menguji sifat mekanik komposit.  

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of physical evidence (real) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2. To determine the effect of empathy (emphaty) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 3. To determine the effect of reliability (reliability) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4. To determine the effect of responsiveness(responsiveness)on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5. To determine the effect of collateral (guarantee) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6. To determine the effect of price (price) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 80 respondents with a sampling technique using the number of samplespurposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique begins with the research instrument test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results: 1) Physical Evidence (real) influential and significant to consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2) Empathy has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer in Padang City; 3) Reliability (reliability) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4) Responsiveness (responsiveness) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5) Guarantee (guarantee) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6) Price (price) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City.

This research presents the Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) in Islamic Financial Institutions, which plays a part in supervision and is responsible for Islamic teachings. Based on the research findings, it is expected that the members of the board have a deep understanding in the fields of fiqh muamalah, finance, and economics. The functions and characteristics of DPS in Islamic banking are intertwined with influential networks that align with the management of Islamic banking risks, such as reputational risk, which ultimately affects other risks, such as liquidity risk. DPS has the responsibility to ensure that various products and actions of Islamic banks are in line with the principles of Sharia. This research includes relevant literature reviews. The objective of this research is to elucidate the role of DPS in Islamic banking. The analysis adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, which means the researcher needs to dissect and describe the investigated issues. Data collection is conducted through document reviews and literature sources.

In the digital era, people are expected to master and use technology. This also applies to micro, small and medium enterprises. MSMEs must be able to make good bookkeeping both manually and digitally. Digital accounting can be managed with the Bukukas application on a smartphone. The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.
