The laundry business is rapidly growing in urban society, especially in areas with a high activity rate. One of the main challenges is the manual transaction recording process, which causes inefficiency and potential errors. This research aims to design and develop a web-based cashier system for Laundry Indimo Azza using the Prototype method. The system is designed to support customer data recording, automatic service fee calculation, service and employee management, and structured transaction and financial reporting. The Prototype method was chosen due to its ability to adapt to user needs through design and evaluation iterations. Testing results using white box and black box methods show that the system works according to expectations, increasing operational efficiency and speeding up customer service.

A wedding is a very important moment for everyone and requires meticulous preparation, sometimes taking months to years, but the lack of time and support from friends and family is often not enough to fulfill all the needs for planning a wedding. In this case, wedding organizers (WOs) are here to solve this problem. This study aims to examine the development of a growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. This study aims to develop an application-based accounting information system applied to developers in Jambi City, the phenomenon that occurs now is recording financial statements still using manual methods or even using a simple application, namely Microsoft Excel only. In the era of technology that has been very rapidly developed and has not been utilized in its application. Types of qualitative research. This research uses qualitative research design with a case study approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because it allows researchers to gain a deep understanding of the development of accounting information systems at PT Putra Bungsu Irdani Jambi.

The Nganjuk Regency Government shows a commitment to strengthen the capacity of MSME actors through activities such as digital training. However, the challenges of digital transformation demand a more adaptive strategy. The omah away program is present as a regional innovation in accelerating the digitalization of MSMEs, in line with the national vision towards the smart economy and digital transformation targets announced in the RPJMN. Based on the theory of Dynamic Governance with 3 variables such as Thinking Ahead, Thinking Again, and Thinking Across, this omah away program offers digital training, business legality facilitation, and marketing through digital platforms. This study highlights how the away house becomes an integrative model that not only provides technical training, but also builds a collaborative ecosystem between the government, business actors, the private sector, communities, education and society. Despite the impact on increasing the participation of digital MSMEs and reducing the unemployment rate, obstacles such as low business legality and online marketing effectiveness are still found. Therefore, critical reflection and cross-actor collaboration are key to the sustainability of the program. These findings strengthen the relevance of Dynamic Governance theory in the context of local-based digital transformation, as well as support efforts to achieve smart economy in areas with growing potential such as Nganjuk Regency.

Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dalam industri wedang uwuh di Imogiri mendorong UMKM Taruna Agro Nusantara untuk berinovasi melalui produk wedang uwuh siap saji dalam kemasan paper cup yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut kemasan wedang uwuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui diskusi dengan pemilik UMKM dan pakar desain untuk merumuskan atribut kemasan. Selanjutnya, pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui analisis konjoin untuk mengetahui kombinasi atribut yang paling disukai konsumen. Atribut kemasan yang dipilih yaitu slogan, warna, informasi produk, dan ukuran kemasan yang kemudian ditentukan level atributnya. Dari 9 level atribut menghasilkan 54 stimuli yang kemudian direduksi menjadi 9 stimuli menggunakan  orthogonal array. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Persentase tingkat penerimaan responden terhadap stimuli tertinggi yaitu pada stimuli 4 sebesar 78%  kategori tinggi dengan kombinasi slogan “manfaat terasa, tradisi terjaga”, berwarna merah, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, serta berukuran 240 ml. Nilai kepentingan tertinggi terdapat pada atribut ukuran dengan nilai 47,147. Nilai kegunaan tertinggi untuk atribut slogan adalah “kehangatan dalam tiap genggaman”, atribut warna terdapat pada warna merah, atribut informasi terdapat pada informasi yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, sedangkan nilai kegunaan tertinggi dalam atribut ukuran yaitu pada ukuran 240 ml. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan produk wedang uwuh siap saji yang lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan selera pasar.

Kue Malaka merupakan salah satu kuliner tradisional khas wilayah pesisir Sumatera yang identik dengan cita rasa manis dan tekstur lembut. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman, eksistensi makanan tradisional seperti kue Malaka mulai terpinggirkan oleh kehadiran makanan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi produk kue Malaka dengan isian gula nipah sebagai upaya diversifikasi pangan berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tahapan mencakup pengumpulan bahan, pengembangan resep, pembuatan produk, uji organoleptik oleh 20 panelis, serta analisis data secara deskriptif. Inovasi dilakukan dengan mengganti isian gula aren menjadi gula nipah dan menambahkan taburan parutan buah nipah. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa kue Malaka dengan isian gula nipah diterima baik oleh panelis dari segi rasa, aroma, dan tekstur, serta memiliki potensi sebagai produk alternatif yang menarik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kuliner tradisional berbasis potensi lokal untuk mendukung pelestarian budaya dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.

However, after interactive counseling with an easy-to-understand approach, there was a significant increase in knowledge, with 41 respondents (68.3%) showing an increase in understanding, reflected in a change in the knowledge category to a better level. This activity emphasizes the importance of promotive and preventive interventions in areas at high risk of nutritional problems. The implementation of direct and participatory education involving cadres and health workers has proven effective in increasing awareness and forming healthy lifestyle behaviors in adolescents. Therefore, similar education programs need to be implemented continuously to reduce anemia rates to prevent stunting and prevent stunting from adolescence.

Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis data dari observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan personel militer, dan kajian literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan alat komunikasi sejaring yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi terbaru seperti jaringan 5G, kecerdasan buatan, dan sensor canggih untuk memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi yang cepat dan akurat di antara unit-unit yang terlibat dalam serbuan mekanis. Penerapan teknologi komunikasi terbaru ini memberikan dampak positif dalam latihan praktek serbuan mekanis, termasuk peningkatan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan, koordinasi yang lebih baik antar unit, serta respons yang lebih cepat terhadap perubahan situasi di medan pertempuran. Namun, tantangan seperti keamanan informasi, ketahanan jaringan, dan kebutuhan pelatihan personel dalam penggunaan teknologi baru juga perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang pentingnya optimalisasi alat komunikasi dalam latihan praktek serbuan mekanis untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dan efektivitas Korps Marinir dalam menghadapi tantangan di medan pertempuran modern. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan, pelatihan, dan penggunaan alat komunikasi sejaring yang canggih untuk mendukung misi militer yang kompleks dan dinamis.

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pembelajaran mengenai perang proxy (proxy war) bagi taruna Korps Marinir di Akademi Angkatan Laut sebagai bekal dalam menghadapi ancaman pertahanan negara di masa depan. Perubahan makna istilah “perang” yang kini lebih sering dipahami sebagai sifat daripada sekadar tindakan, menunjukkan urgensi pemahaman baru di kalangan militer. Proxy war merupakan konfrontasi tidak langsung antara dua kekuatan melalui perantara untuk menghindari konflik langsung yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan fatal. Saat ini, Taruna Korps Marinir belum memperoleh pembelajaran khusus mengenai proxy war, sehingga materi ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan konsep pembelajaran proxy war yang dapat diterapkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan taruna Korps Marinir, agar mereka memiliki bekal yang memadai untuk menjadi perwira TNI-AL yang mampu menghadapi berbagai ancaman pertahanan di masa depan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan, meliputi pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, serta uji coba konsep pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi materi proxy war secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan taruna dalam menghadapi skenario perang tidak langsung.

This study aims to analyze the human resource development (HRD) strategies implemented at PT JVC KENWOOD and their impact on employee productivity. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that HR development strategies such as continuous training, coaching, and periodic performance evaluations have positively contributed to improving employees' skills and work efficiency. However, challenges remain in utilizing training technology and measuring program effectiveness. Therefore, continuous evaluation is needed to ensure that HR strategies are optimized in supporting the company's productivity.

Di era modern, eksistensi minuman tradisional mulai tergeser oleh minuman modern, termasuk wedang uwuh yang merupakan minuman khas Yogyakarta. Salah satu upaya pelestarian wedang uwuh adalah melalui inovasi dan difersifikasi produk, seperti pengembangan produk coklat bar dengan rasa wedang uwuh. Cokelat dipilih karena memiliki daya tarik tinggi di berbagai segmen pasar serta nilai komersial dan khasiat yang baik untuk kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis cokelat yang paling sesuai sebagai bahan dasar utama dalam pengembangan produk coklat bar wedang uwuh dengan membandingkan cokelat hitam dan cokelat putih berdasarkan atribut visual, khasiat, dan nilai komersial. Metode yang digunakan adalah Focus Grup Discussion (FGD) bersama perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi wedang uwuh, dengan melibatkan 9 orang peserta. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahan dasar untuk produk cokelat bar wedang uwuh, cokelat hitam lebih unggul baik dari aspek visual, kandungan, dan nilai komersilnya. Secara visual, uji organoleptik seperti warna, bau, rasa masih lebih unggul cokelat hitam. Cokelat hitam kaya akan flavonoid, polifenol, teobromin, asam askorbat, zat besi, magnesium, dan serat sehingga lebih memberikan khasiat yang lebih baik untuk tubuh. Margin harga cokelat hitam lebih tinggi tetapi tidak signifikan bedanya dengan cokelat putih, sehingga penggunaan cokelat hitam sebagai bahan dasar produk cokelat bar wedang uwuh sangat direkomendasikan.  

This research aims to develop and evaluate learning media based on traditional engklek games in improving the understanding of the concept of flat building in grade II students of SD/MI. The background of the research is based on the low interest and understanding of students in basic geometry materials and the lack of contextual and fun learning media innovations. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the ankle media was effective in improving students' understanding of flat shapes such as squares, triangles, and circles, with an increase in the average student score from 66.2 to 83.5. In addition, the use of this media also increases students' enthusiasm, active participation, and collaboration and socialization skills during the learning process. These findings are in line with constructivist and sociocultural theories that emphasize the importance of active and contextual learning. Engklek learning media not only enriches a meaningful mathematics learning experience, but also contributes to the preservation of local culture. This study recommends the use of traditional games as an innovative strategy in mathematics learning in elementary schools.

This study aims to describe the process of planning Mathematics learning at SMA Negeri 12 Padang in implementing the Independent Curriculum. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with interview techniques and observations of Mathematics teachers. The results of the study showed that teaching tools, such as teaching modules, assessments, remedial programs, enrichment, olympiads, textbooks, teaching materials, and LKPD, were arranged systematically and adaptively according to student needs. Based on the results of observations, the teaching tools achieved a success percentage of 98.54% in grades X and XI. The teaching tools support meaningful, contextual learning, and improve student competence. Evaluation and development of teaching tools are carried out continuously to be relevant to curriculum developments.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy which have a strategic role in national economic development. In the context of the traditional culinary industry, pempek as one of Palembang's typical foods has great economic potential. This traditional food has become a superior commodity that is not only popular in its area of ​​origin, but has also spread to various regions in Indonesia. In this Real Work Lecture (KKN), the activity began with field observation methods, in-depth interviews, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) aimed at discussing the concept of developing promotional media and business identity together with business owners in order to identify the main problems faced, especially in terms of promotional media and business identity. The main problem faced is the limitations in marketing and branding aspects, especially in terms of effective promotional media such as banners, TikTok content, business cards and strong business identities such as business plaques and websites. Through the right approach, it aims to increase business visibility, expand market reach, and ultimately increase sales turnover. The mentoring program has succeeded in increasing the managerial capabilities of MSME owners in managing modern marketing aspects. Training in the use of digital platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and WhatsApp Business has equipped business actors with practical skills in creating attractive visual content and strategic publication scheduling. changing the business approach from being conventional to being more professional and systematic.

This study aims to examine the significance of developing interpersonal intelligence in early childhood as a fundamental basis for supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Interpersonal intelligence which involves the ability to understand and interact effectively with others plays a vital role in forming positive relationships, promoting cooperation, and resolving conflicts in a healthy way. Through an in-depth literature review, this study explores various strategies and approaches that can be implemented to foster interpersonal intelligence from an early age, such as play based activities, group interactions, and the application of specially designed curricula. The findings show that a warm and supportive environment, interactions that are sensitive to children's needs, and opportunities to interact in meaningful social activities greatly contribute to improving children's interpersonal abilities. Therefore, this study recommends the importance of including strategies for developing interpersonal intelligence in early childhood education programs in order to form individuals who are able to interact socially and emotionally well in the future.

This research is motivated by the low attendance and involvement of church youth in spiritual activities, as well as the weak Christian character that should be the basis of their lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the service learning approach by IAKN Tarutung students on character development and increasing participation of Naposo Bulung youth at HKBP Maranatha Ressort Cinta Damai. This research is based on the theory of service learning (Eyler & Giles, 1999), experiential learning (Kolb, 1984), and the concept of sense of belonging (Etzioni, 1991) which emphasizes the importance of emotional involvement and critical reflection in the learning and service process. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which were conducted for three months. The results of the study showed that the service learning program had a significant influence in increasing the attendance of youth from an average of 14 to 25 people per week, as well as fostering positive characters such as responsibility, discipline, and social concern. Students not only act as implementers of activities, but also as spiritual mentors and spiritual friends, who form authentic and contextual relationships with teenagers. The implications of this study confirm that service learning is an effective approach in the formation of church teenagers because it combines aspects of direct service with spiritual and academic reflection. Therefore, it is recommended that this approach be integrated more systematically into the curriculum of higher theological education and used as a model of sustainable service in the church community.

This article examines the case of Warung Sate Kambing in Mojosongo, Solo, with an emphasis on operational activities, business strategies, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for creating applications for digital ordering and payment. The research took a descriptive qualitative approach, applying interview, observation, and literature review techniques. The analysis of this research shows that the application of digital technology, through the creation of web-based applications and the integration of the QRIS digital creation system, can improve service efficiency and expand outreach to customers. The development process is carried out using the Waterfall method to be more organized and systematic.

One of the effective learning methods is the development of media and learning resources. The use of interesting and appropriate media for children in MI/SD is very important because children tend to learn through visuals and audio. Learning resources and learning media are very important to increase student motivation, make learning easier to understand, and make learning active and fun. Using a literature study methodology, this study investigates the ideas, roles, and importance of media and learning resources in the learning process. The results show how important the role of teachers is in selecting and developing learning media, as well as how important it is to manage a learning resource center to ensure high-quality basic education.

Islamic education aims to shape individuals who are faithful, possess noble character, and can make positive contributions to society. Besides transferring knowledge, Islamic education also instills spiritual, social, and intellectual values, in line with the goals of the SDGs, particularly quality and sustainable education. Its implementation involves synergy among schools, pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), and social-religious institutions. Even though it faces challenges such as resource limitations and the influences of globalization, Islamic education has significant opportunities through digital technology and government policy support. By integrating Islamic values into an adaptive and inclusive education system and strengthening collaboration among institutions, Islamic education can become a key pillar in building a civil society with global competitiveness.

 Toko Percetakan Zacky Karya Abadi masih mengelola data stok dan penjualan secara manual, yang menimbulkan berbagai tantangan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web guna menyederhanakan dan mengotomatisasi proses tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi tahapan observasi, wawancara, serta perancangan sistem menggunakan alat bantu seperti Activity Diagram, Usecase Diagram, dan ERD, yang diimplementasikan dengan PHP dan MySQL. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi dengan akses berbasis peran untuk pemilik, admin, karyawan, kasir, dan pelanggan. Sistem ini memiliki fitur modul manajemen stok, transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan pengguna, dan pelaporan operasional otomatis. Implikasi dari sistem ini adalah peningkatan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat melalui laporan real-time, serta meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data.
