During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all sectors were affected by the pandemic. Companies need strategies to be able to survive in the pandemic era. Public Relations is an important element in an institution and company, one of which is playing an important role in enhancing the company's positive image. This study aims to analyze and evaluate programs carried out by public relations at The Square Hotel in improving the company's good image in the pandemic era.Hotel The Square Surabaya is working with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) to carry out a vaccine package program and also a care tourism program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the two programs being undertaken by Hotel The Square Surabaya. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews.The results of the study show that the tourism care program and the vaccine package program are active strategies and apply stakeholder theory as a form of enhancing the company's positive image. Hotel The Square is also trying to carry out these activities in accordance with the program planning that has been done.    

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

Merantau is an activity outside the territorial area to get a better life and with different goals for each individual who migrates. Social capital itself is a capital that cannot be seen but can be used to develop the lives of individuals or groups that are created from mutual trust in each other which then creates a very strong network so that values are born in the midst of the community which aims to achieve goals. together. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of social capital in Wonogiri chicken noodle and meatball traders in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The results of this study explain that (1) trust in each individual can be born from friendliness that comes from one individual to another individual which after that carries out a reciprocal process. (2) Maintaining trust greatly affects the quality and cohesiveness of the network. (3) Family ties can be a very useful social capital in overseas countries.    

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The purpose of this research is to find out how bonds are regulated in the Indonesian capital market from legal protection and corporate responsibility that defaults on bond investors. This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.

Human resources referred to are the provision of resources both in terms of quantity and quality of medical personnel and health workers. The problem in the study carried out is that it provides an understanding regarding student learning in Civics learning which is still not good, especially because the teacher only uses the classroom environment and places more emphasis on taking notes from textbooks. In addition, student participation in asking and answering questions during learning activities is still lacking, which makes them less motivated to learn. Using the Teams Games Tournament approach, this study aims to improve Civics learning outcomes and student involvement in the learning process in class IV SDN Blega 1 unit "GOTONG ROYONG". Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are the four steps of classroom action learning carried out over two cycles. At SDN Blega 1, the research participants were grade IV students. The authors tested, interviewed, and made observations while developing a data collection methodology. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it was found that students learned more about human collaboration in the Civics curriculum. Whereas in Cycle I 44% of students passed the KKM, and 56% of students did not pass, after being given instructions, Cycle II used the Teams Games Tournament approach to carry out learning achievement tests, so that the number of students who passed increased. 32 people or 89%, while the decrease in the number of students who did not pass was 4 people or 11%, and Cycle III increased the number of students who passed by 36 people or with a percentage of 100%. Civics learning outcomes for class IV SDN Blega 1 can be improved through learning activities with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) paradigm.    

This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held in two meetings. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 28 students of grade I at SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar. The results of the study showed that the test results for the first cycle of the class average reached 65 with a percentage of 60.7 achieved completeness, with 11 students having achieved mastery and 17 other students not. In cycle II the average obtained was 89.2 with a completeness percentage of 89.3 with 25 students having achieved mastery and 3 people had not. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of the Scramble Game Learning Model can improve vocabulary mastery in Indonesian Language learning Class 1 SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar.    

Character education is a process in which religious, moral, and ethical values are implemented to students through science, with the help of parents and teachers, as well as the community where it is very urgent to shape and develop the character of students. Each child has expectations The good things from him exist on this earth, but that hope must continue to be honed and socialized properly so that the character of each child can be formed and developed optimally. The digital era which does not have a positive impact, but also has a negative impact in the end makes it a separate task for educators, parents as well as adults in providing guidance as well as monitoring what children have done with the digital media they use, right up to the child's able to take advantage of his digital media as well as possible also receive positive benefits for himself and his life later.

From the 10 questionnaire statements, the mode percentage was obtained ≥ 90% with the category suitable for use, and the results of critical thinking test questions from the pretest value of 54% with the value of the increase in the posttest from the value of 95%. Therefore it can be concluded that the pretest data for students' critical thinking skills is very good because they have reached the specified KKM

Language acquisition that occurs in children, apart from being influenced by the environment, can also refer to a spectacle. This research is sourced from the Youtube platform which is often used as an entertainment spectacle for children. Moreover, children under the age of now have a high curiosity. Once they introduce Youtube viewing, they will continue to use this social media as a means of entertainment. The acquisition that occurs in children can be seen from what he imitates in everyday spoken language. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive by using the method of listening. The data from this study were conducted in the Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta, namely on children aged five to six years. For the sake of creating language acquisition to achieve positive things, the family and the surrounding environment have an important role in the formation of children's language acquisition.  

This community service activity was carried out as a collaborative program between two tertiary institutions, STIA Satya Negara and Darussalam Polytechnic. This PKM aims to promote tourism in the city of Palembang. The activity was carried out through virtual ways (zoom meetings) with participants from Palembang city tourism activists, students and high school/vocational school students in the Palembang city area. After the pandemic, tourism in the city of Palembang entered a transitional period so that tourism, especially in this city, was getting better. Palembang is the oldest city in Indonesia which played an important role in the spread of Buddhism during the heyday of Sriwijaya so that in these traces there are many historical relics that are left behind and should be preserved as cultural heritage.  

This paper was created with the aim of providing insight into strengthening national identity. National identity is an understanding of the identity of a nation and state, besides that the formation of national identity itself has become a provision that has been mutually agreed upon. Upholding and maintaining what already exists and trying to correct all mistakes within a nation and state. National identity consists of a collection of cultural values that develop and grow in various aspects of life. However, at this time the interaction between individuals was reduced due to the busyness of each community and the influence of globalization so as to create a society that does not care about other people and forgets about identity as a society with a nation and state. This task aims to provide efforts to strengthen national identity through civic education. We hope that this assignment can regenerate our awareness of national identity.

The Region V Airport Authority Office as UPT (Technical Implementation Unit) within the Ministry of Transportation is under the auspices and is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Director of Air Transportation. The function of the Region V Airport Authority is to supervise, control, and regulate aviation activities. This research aims to find out (1) How is the quality of the Inspector's supervision of flight security in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) The obstacles faced by aviation inspectors in the avsec field and the efforts made by inspectors in conducting surveillance in the terminal area of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, in February - March 2023, this research uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The data in this study used primary and secondary data, data collection in this study was by interview, observation and documentation. And the tringulation technique to test the reliability of the data. The results of the discussion in this study are (1) the quality supervision of inspectors on aviation security in the terminal area is good as evidenced by training, field practice and has followed applicable regulations such as PM 41 of 2011 which contains airport authority inspectors only as regulators who carry out supervision of activities in the field. (2) and the obstacles faced by inspectors in the terminal area, namely limited security area cooking permits for this obstacle, the inspectors have carried out surveillance of the avsec and if the inspectors find that the person is categorized as endangering flight activities, the inspectors take action against the person without having to contact the avsec on duty in the terminal area, office busy hours for the office busy hours themselves, the inspectors use breaks or office hours to keep monitoring in the terminal area, and finally the culture as the inspectors themselves are firm and give an appeal that the actions they take are wrong.
