This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and post-test control group design research design. This research uses the Numbered Head Together Cooperative Learning model to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano for the 2022/20223 academic year. The sample in this study was class. The average post-test score obtained in the experimental class was 87.7, and the average in the control class was 78.1. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with the condition that the data comes from a normally distributed and homogeneous population—test normality using the Lililefors test and homogeneity. Based on the hypothesis of the research statistical data, a tcount of 2,730 was obtained. Based on the ttable with α=0.005 and degrees of freedom (dk) = n1 + n2 -2 =20+20-2= 38, By looking at the ttable, we get ttable = 1.688. So tcount is greater than ttable, namely tcount = 2,730 > ttable = 1,688. Thus, according to the test criteria, if tcount > ttable, then H0 is rejected, so hypothesis H1 is accepted, and it is concluded that there is an influence of using the Numbered Head Together model on student learning outcomes in the human respiratory system material at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano.

The objective of this research is to assess the utilization of Canva application as a biology learning media at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau. 2. To assess the efficacy of utilizing the Canva application as a Biology learning medium in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau. This research instrument employs a combination of interviews, questionnaires, and test questions. Subsequently, the data is examined utilizing the percentage calculation. The research yielded a design for electronic-based media, which involved several stages: needs analysis, design, validation and revision, and testing and implementation. The effectiveness test results, validated by media experts, yielded a 95.38% rating in the highly feasible category. Similarly, the material experts rated it as very feasible with a score of 98%. Furthermore, 92.31% of students who participated in the trials found it to be very feasible. This is supported by the average pretest score of 59.3, which increased to 89.33 in the posttest, resulting in a gain score of 0.73. Therefore, utilizing the Canva application as a digital learning platform is highly appropriate for enhancing the academic achievements of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau.

Coal in Jambi is a problem that people continually complain about and causes traffic jams and damaged roads. Until the end of 2022, there are 51 coal mining companies operating in Jambi Province, spread across Sarolangun, Tebo, Batanghari and Muaro Jambi. The Jambi provincial government is preparing alternative coal transportation routes via land and water. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive format, aimed at explaining, summarizing various conditions, various situations or various variables that arise in the community which is the object of the research based on what happens. Then bring to the surface the character or description of the condition, situation or variable. The results of observations from questionnaires that have been distributed by students hope that this alternative will reduce the level of traffic jams and the number of accidents that occur in the community. The Governor of Jambi, Al Haris, has made various efforts in alternative development in his province. Apart from that, Governor Al Haris also stated the ban on coal transport via national roads and the importance of the progress of Jambi City as a barometer for the development of Jambi province. Improving Students’ Writing Ability In The Procedure Text Using Duolingo Application At 8 Grade Students Of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. This study aims to 1) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text before they are taught using the Duolingo application. 2) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text skills after they are taught using the Duolingo application. 3) to explain the significant difference in students’ writing competence in procedure text taught before and after using Duolingo application. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research. An experimental design was applied in carrying out this study.  The researcher took two classes as samples: VIII A (experimental group) and VIII B (control group). The experimental group has been given treatment by duolingo application in procedure text. On the other hand, the control group was not assigned treatment at all. The population in this study was class VIII in the  academic year 2023/2024. This study indicated that using Duolingo Application in procedure text is an effective technique. The results of the pre-test mean scores in both classes were 66.34 for the experimental group and 66.94 for the control group. In addition, the mean post-test score of experimental group was 84.78, and the control group was 76.66. These findings were calculated using the t-test formula. The t-test > t-table, based on the test results. T-table 5% percentage is 1.670. the computation shows that 6.180 > 1.670. There is a significant difference in students using  the Duolingo application in procedure text for students of grade 8 of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Students are interested and excited when using Duolingo Application in the learning and teaching process with the goal of developing students’ writing skills. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that using Duolingo Application in procedure text can help students to develop and improve students writing skills.

This research aims to analyze the content of the short story entitled "Amarah Virus Pada Negeriku" by Ike Loveni Nur Safitri based on the impact of the virus on city conditions from economic, population aspects in the form of migration and transportation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis strategy method. This short story tells about the rapid increase in the Covid-19 virus and the policies implemented by the government to suppress its spread. From this, the impact on city conditions emerged, such as the economy in the city being disrupted, transportation within the city not running well, the migration process being disrupted, and the policies implemented apparently helping to reduce problems in the city, especially air pollution.

This research ais to descrribe implementation of the Masteryy Learning Mode in teaching writing of advertisements, posters, and slogans in the eighth-grade class at SMPN 17 Semarang. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on variables such as mastery learning, advertisements, slogans, and posters. The sample consists of one Indonesian language teacher and 30 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection involves observation, Student Worksheets (LKPD), interviews, and documentation. The results indicate the effectiveness of the model's implementation, characterized by structured steps, a crucial role for the teacher, and active student involvement. Formative evaluation also aids in students' understanding and prepares them for higher levels.  

Information and digital technology has become an important part of an organization to grow and develop in an era of change. This will show how tourist villages use information and digital technology to provide new information, services and value to a wide audience. One of the tourist attractions in Lembanga Randanan is the Painted Rice Fields. The fertile rice fields provide beautiful landscapes and a deep impression. Students from the Management study program at the UKI Toraja Faculty of Economics with the theme Tourism Village are collaborating with the Lembang community and parties in the development and promotion of the Painted Rice Fields tourism in Lembang Randanan so that it can be touched by a wide audience, especially the commercialization of tourism. From the results of observations, it was found that the basic problems that hinder tourism promotion are the lack of public awareness to promote painted rice field tourism and the ineffective use of information and digital technology. The aims and objectives of organizing community service are to introduce painted rice field tourism to the general public and to help the Lembang Randanan community in using information and digital technology for promotion. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data collection was obtained from searching various references such as books, journals and articles. The results of the service activities that have been carried out are helping tourist villages with promotion, marketing and management of tourist villages. This includes creating Instagram and YouTube social media accounts which aim to promote tourist villages, especially painted rice field tourism in Lembang Randanan. From this research, it is hoped that potential-based tourism village promotion can be carried out.

Tax compliance is an attitude when taxpayers are able to fulfill their tax obligations with their own awareness. The change in the tax system which originally implemented an official assessment, changed to a self-assessment, is hoped that taxpayers will be more compliant in fulfilling their tax obligations, because taxpayer compliance and awareness greatly influences state revenues from the tax sector. The government also has another way to increase taxpayer compliance, namely by implementing tax amnesty. For taxpayers who take part in the Tax Amnesty program, they can receive forgiveness for the taxes they should pay as well as the elimination of administrative and criminal sanctions. Almost every country has an infrastructure development program to meet the welfare of the general public, including Indonesia and to run this program the main funds come from taxes. So taxes and values ​​have a very important and influential role in the country's development process and as financing for government expenditure for its implementation. This research aims: 1) to find out whether self-assessment has an effect on taxpayer compliance. 2) to find out whether the tax amnesty has an effect on taxpayer compliance. The writing in this article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. So the research results show that self-assessment and tax amnesty have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.    

This research aims to see the influence of the director's policy on a company contained in a literary work. The literary work used in this research is entitled Tuan Direktur by Hamka. The problem identified in this study is how the character's policy affects the performance of his company and the importance of coworkers. The descriptive qualitative method is used to describe and analyze the policies and strategies taken by the character Tuan Direktur in leading his company. Stakeholder theory becomes the theoretical basis to understand how the director's policies can affect various parties involved or interested in the company. The analysis was conducted by considering the perspectives and interests of various stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and the surrounding community. The results show that the director's policies in the novel include factors that make the policies appropriate or inappropriate. Each policy has a different impact on company performance and affects the interests of stakeholders differently. The implication of this study is the importance of the director's role in forming policies that consider the interests and perspectives of various stakeholders. By understanding the implications of directors' policies, organizations can improve corporate strategy and management to achieve better and sustainable performance.

This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

This research is motivated by widespread business networks in the business world and raises fierce business competition. To respond to this, the author conducted a business network research conducted by MSMEs Yoi Milk. The objectives that must be achieved in this study include: (1)  to find out what the founders of Yoi Milk did to build their business network. (2) to find out how marketing is done by Yoi Milk. (3) to find out how the financial management is carried out by Yoi Milk in order to get profits in accordance with what the business wants. This research was conducted directly by the founder of Yoi Milk. This research seeks business networks carried out by Yoi Milk business entrepreneurs to decide on product development starting from marketing carried out to products marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, one of which is interviewing Yoi Milk business actors about marketing, sales, and financial management carried out for profit.

Rantau Rasau Village, which is one of the villages in Berbak sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district. To get to Rantau Rasau village we have to use river transportation services in the form of ketek (a type of large boat equipped with a robbins engine), this water transportation. It is the only access to Rantau Rasau village because there is no land road to the village. This thesis aims to determine the role of air transportation in the economy of the people of Rantau Rasau village, East Tanjung Jabung district, to find out what obstacles exist in the use of this transportation.This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of air transportation in the economy of the Rantau Rasau village community, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, includes mobility for people in and out of the village and also as a bridge for all economic activities of the Rantau Rasau village community. Working capital products are one of the products offered and distributed by the State Savings Bank, Medan Sharia Branch Office, which is in great demand by customers because human needs are unlimited. This research uses qualitative research with the data used is secondary data, namely through literature study. The benefit of doing working capital financing at a bank is being able to finance the company's daily expenses or operations. With sufficient working capital, the company will operate economically and efficiently and not experience financial difficulties. The aspects of working capital financing at BTN Syariah are due to interest from customers and factors such as superior service, processing speed, competitive profit sharing ratio, as well as the availability of desired funds, margins, third party funds, and non-financing. performance financing which is an aspect of working capital financing at BTN Syariah KC Medan bank.  

This research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru, while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru.

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

The aim of this study is to examine how PT Mayora Indah Tbk handles exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions. At PT Mayora Indah Tbk, instances of exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions arise from the existence of subsidiaries overseas, loans, export sales, and certain significant company acquisitions. The qualitative research method is employed, with PT Mayora Indah Tbk as the subject of investigation. The collection of data and information utilizes library research methods and information extracted from PT Mayora Indah Tbk's Annual Report. The findings of the study indicate that the treatment of exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions at PT Mayora Indah Tbk aligns with the relevant PSAK. Nonetheless, the study is constrained as it relies on data from publicly distributed financial statements and concentrates solely on the account of other income exchange rate variances in the elaboration of financial statements. The researcher looks forward to improved and more intricate research endeavors in the future.

Every activity is bound to be presented with obstacles, this research describes the obstacles to the solutions suggested by the researchers. Based on the research results, extracurricular activities are divided into 2 (two) parts, namely mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. This is in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014 concerning extracurricular activities in educational units. One of the extracurricular activities that must be implemented at every level is the Scout Education extracurricular as implemented in the 2013 curriculum. Scout Education plays a role as a vehicle for complementary activities in the learning process with the aim of forming and developing student character. In the implementation of Scout Education extracurricular activities there are 3 (three) models, namely the Block Model, Actualization Model and Regular Model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the research results are presented descriptively.  

Pembatalan Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli hak atas tanah karena pihak pembeli tidak melakukan kewajiban pembayaran terhadap pihak penjual sesuai apa yang telah dituangkan dalam Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli hak atas tanah. Syarat pembatalan suatu perjanjian adalah adanya wanprestasi sehingga pihak yang merasa dirugikan dapat menuntut pembatalan perjanjian. Penuntutan pembatalan perjanjian harus dilakukan melalui pengadilan sehingga yang membatalkan perjanjian adalah melalui putusan hakim. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: (1) Bagaimana pembuktian terhadap pihak yang telah melakukan suatu perbuatan wanprestasi? (2) Bagaimana pembatalan akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli hak atas tanah oleh pengadilan akibat wanprestasi (Studi Kasus Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 1650 K/Pdt/2015)? (3) Bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap para pihak setelah batalnya akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli hak atas tanah oleh pengadilan akibat wanprestasi (Studi Kasus Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 1650 K/Pdt/2015)? Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif analitis, sumber dan jenis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah data hukum sekunder. Hasil penelitian: 1) Sebelum mengajukan upaya hukum berupa gugatan ke pengadilan disyaratkan memberikan peringatan atau somasi. Harus difokuskan kewajiban apa yang tidak dipenuhi sesuai perjanjian serta didukung bukti-bukti yang valid (sah) untuk membuktikan benar terjadinya wanprestasi. 2) Majelis Hakim Mahkamah Agung berpendapat bahwa Pengadilan Tinggi Denpasar tidak salah dan telah benar, Putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Denpasar menyatakan sah dalam hukum Akta Nomor: 12, tanggal 4 Februari 2011, tentang Pengikatan Jual Beli kemudian dibatalkan karena wanprestasi oleh Tergugat sehingga tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat. 3) Putusan Mahkamah Agung menolak Permohonan Kasasi, maka akibat hukum terhadap para pihak yaitu: Tergugat dinyatakan telah melakukan wanprestasi; Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli dibatalkan karena Tergugat wanprestasi sehingga tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat; dan Pembayaran sejumlah Rp 2.000.000.000,00 (dua milyar rupiah) menjadi hak Penggugat dan tidak dapat diminta kembali.

Background: Data obtained from the Palembang city health office that the incidence of head injuries in 2018 there were (16.15) patients. Head injury (trauma capitis) is a mechanical injury that directly or indirectly affects the head that results in head wounds, fractures of the bones of the skull, tearing of brain membranes, and damage to brain tissue, as well as resulting in neurological disorders. One of the nonpharmacological therapies that can be given to patients who experience pain in minor head injuries is music therapy. Objectives: to gain real experience and knowledge and to document the application of music therapy to pain scales in nursing care for minor head injuries. Methods: this type of scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach to explore the problem of nursing care in two patients with minor head injuries. Nursing care was carried out on two patients, which was carried out on June 15 to 17, 2022. Results: from music therapy actions to Mr. A and Mr. D with the first diagnosis of acute pain related to physical injury agents. The results of the evaluation of the first patient, Mr. A, found that the patient experienced a decrease in the pain scale to 3 (mild), before music therapy the pain scale was 5 (moderate), the pain problem was resolved, and the intervention was stopped. For the evaluation, the second patient, Mr. D, obtained a pain scale of 2 (mild), before music therapy the pain scale was 4 (moderate), the pain problem was resolved, and the intervention was stopped. Conclusion: the results of the nursing evaluation on Mr. A and Mr. D problems resolved the intervention was stopped. It can be concluded that music therapy can reduce pain in patients with mild head injuries.
