The contemporary ecological crisis demonstrates an imbalance in the relationship between humans and nature that is not only ecological, but also theological and moral. This article aims to analyze the ecological crisis from the perspective of Augustine of Hippo through the concepts of free will (liberum arbitrium) and the order of love (ordo amoris), as well as their relevance to the relationship between humans and nature. This study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method. The primary data sources are secondary literature, namely books and academic studies discussing Augustine’s philosophical and theological thought, supported by journal articles, Church documents, and contemporary ecotheological studies. The data were analyzed using descriptive-analytical and hermeneutic methods. The results of the study indicate that the ecological crisis originates from the disorientation of human will influenced by excessive self-love, which gives rise to an anthropocentric and exploitative attitude toward nature. From Augustine’s perspective, the restoration of the relationship between humans and nature requires an order of love directed toward God as the highest good. Therefore, the ecological crisis is understood as a spiritual crisis that demands an inner transformation of humanity in establishing an ethical relationship with all creation.

This article examines the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI), the concept of sensus communis proposed by Nicholas of Cusa (1401–1464), and the formation of religious communities. Through a theoretical-philosophical analysis, the author argues that sensus communis as the integrative capacity of the human intellect that unifies sensory, rational, and intuitive dimensions offers a normative epistemological framework for critically addressing the reductionism inherent in algorithmic AI. The main finding indicates that AI constitutes only a partial simulacrum of the integrative capacity of human reason and, therefore, cannot replace the ontological-transcendental dimension of authentic formation. Accordingly, this article proposes a model of critical-integrative formation grounded in three pillars: the selective use of AI, the preservation of AI-free spaces, and hermeneutical integration. The relevance of Cusa’s thought for contemporary religious formation is articulated in three contributions: docta ignorantia as a formative habitus, coincidentia oppositorum as a paradigm of dialogue, and ontological participation as the foundation of knowledge.

This study examines women’s transformational leadership in educational institutions through a systematic literature review approach. The increasing involvement of women in leadership positions in schools and universities has attracted academic attention to understand their contribution to organizational development and the improvement of educational quality. This study aims to synthesize recent empirical research findings on women’s transformational leadership in education. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant studies published between 2021–2026 through academic databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect using the keywords “transformational leadership,” “women leadership,” and “education or school.” After a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 empirical articles were analyzed. The findings indicate that female leaders tend to demonstrate transformational leadership characteristics, including inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, and individualized consideration. These leadership practices positively affect teacher motivation and performance, organizational commitment, organizational climate, and learning innovation. However, women in leadership positions still face challenges such as gender stereotypes, structural bias, and social expectations regarding gender roles, indicating the need for institutional support and more inclusive policies.

This study aims to analyze the effect of combining bait types and immersion durations on the catch yields of blue swimming crabs (Portunus pelagicus) in the waters of Kuala Penet, East Lampung. The research method employed was a field experiment utilizing a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The focus of the study was directed toward two types of bait, namely goldstripe sardine (Sardinella spp.) and chicken intestines, with three variations of immersion duration: 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, and 24 hours. Through statistical analysis, it was discovered that the combination of goldstripe sardine bait and a 6-hour immersion duration provided the most optimal catch yields. Nevertheless, chicken intestines demonstrated strong potential as an economical and sustainable alternative bait at a 12-hour immersion duration. The interaction between the bait type and immersion duration variables proved to be significant, thereby supporting an integrated approach to the management of collapsible pots. These findings provide a scientific basis for formulating sustainable crab fishing guidelines that can be adopted by local fishermen and relevant authorities to support the ecosystem-based conservation of coastal fishery resources in East Lampung.

Sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) is an increasingly popular horticultural commodity in Indonesia, attracting both farmers and consumer. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of single‑micronutrient fertilizer Mn‑EDTA (12%) in enhancing the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.). The treatments consisted of control, standard NPK, 0.25 NPK, 0.50 NPK, 0.75 NPK, and 1.00 NPK. The experimental findings demonstrated that the application of single‑micronutrient Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer had a highly significant effect on vegetative growth and yield components of sweet corn, with statistically higher values compared with the control treatment. In general, fertilizer dosages equivalent to 0.25–1.00 NPK produced greater plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, ear length, ear diameter, biomass weight, ear weight with husk, ear weight without husk, plot yield, and productivity than the control. The RAE calculation indicated that the fertilizer was effective when applied at dosages equivalent to 0.75 and 1.00 NPK. The highest effectiveness was observed at the 1.00 NPK dosage, with an RAE value of 101%. Notably, the application of Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer at the 1.00 NPK dosage provided significant field effectiveness, as reflected by the RAE value of 101%. This result implies that the use of single‑micronutrient Mn‑EDTA (12%) fertilizer at the 1.00 NPK dosage increased yield by 1.01 times compared with the yield improvement obtained from the reference fertilizer relative to the control treatment.

The acceptance sampling test of coffee cherries is an important quality control stage in Arabica coffee processing, yet operational evidence at the estate level remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of acceptance sampling for coffee cherries and to identify the proportions of normal and defective cherries as a basis for improving harvest quality. The research was conducted at an Arabica coffee estate in Situbondo by observing monthly harvest samples from April to August 2024 to classify cherry color (red, partially ripe, green, and black) and fruit density after soaking (partially empty, empty, single bean, and double bean). The results showed that the cherry composition consisted of 93.63% red, 3.54% partially ripe, 0.09% green, and 2.84% black cherries. The density test results indicated 4.30% partially empty cherries, 0.79% empty cherries, 10.27% single-bean cherries, 84.58% double-bean cherries, and 4.00% coffee berry borer-infested cherries. These findings indicate that acceptance sampling is useful for identifying harvest lots that do not meet quality standards and can serve as a basis for improving red cherry picking practices, harvest timing, and field supervision.

Waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic economics that holds great potential for improving community welfare and promoting sustainable socioeconomic development. However, this potential has not been fully realized due to low public participation in waqf. This situation indicates that messages and education regarding waqf have not been effectively communicated to the general public. This study aims to analyze how the distribution, promotion, and advertising of waqf messages are conducted to the public through a case study of the Indonesian Waqf Board in South Tangerang City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review to obtain a comprehensive picture of the waqf communication strategies implemented. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of waqf messages is still limited to seminars, workshops, and incidental activities, resulting in uneven information reach. Waqf promotion has also not been conducted consistently and remains conventional, while the use of digital advertising and social media has not been maximized. The main obstacles faced include low public literacy regarding waqf, a lack of professionalism among waqf administrators, and minimal public trust in waqf management. This study concludes that the development of waqf requires modern communication strategies through the digitization of messages, consistent promotion, increased institutional transparency, and intensive use of social media in order to significantly increase public participation in waqf.

This article aims to reconstruct legal awareness and social justice in the context of a contemporary rule of law through the integration of economic law, digital law, civil law, criminal law, and constitutional law within the framework of citizenship rights and Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory. The main problem of this research stems from the fact that the development of the modern legal system tends to be sectoral, formalistic, and not fully responsive to social change, unequal access to justice, and digital transformation that affects the relationship between citizens and the law. This research uses a normative legal research method with a conceptual, legislative, and sociological approach. The results of the study indicate that legal awareness is not simply understood as formal compliance with norms, but must be developed as a substantive awareness oriented towards social justice, protection of citizenship rights, and public welfare. From the perspective of Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence, law is positioned not only as a regulatory instrument, but also as a means of social transformation based on the values of justice, moral responsibility, and siding with the interests of society. Integration across legal branches is crucial for the legal system to more comprehensively address issues related to economics, digitalization, civil relations, criminal enforcement, and state governance. Therefore, the reconstruction of legal awareness must be directed toward establishing a legal paradigm that is integrative, humanistic, adaptive, and socially just.

The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) is a social protection instrument designed to help low-income families meet their basic needs. However, its implementation often faces challenges such as targeting inaccuracies, limited data, and varying administrative capacity at the village level. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of BLT-DD using William N. Dunn’s six policy evaluation criteria through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, covering effectiveness, efficiency, equity, responsiveness, conceptual alignment, and implementation. The findings indicate that BLT-DD is fairly effective in helping households maintain consumption, yet its effectiveness and adequacy remain constrained by the amount of assistance and the quality of data collection. Program efficiency and responsiveness are relatively good in villages with sufficient governance capacity, while equity emerges as the weakest aspect due to inaccurate data verification. Conceptually, BLT-DD aligns with the needs of low-income communities, but implementation accuracy still requires reinforcement. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for more systematic monitoring mechanisms, cross-sectoral data integration, and administrative training for village officials to enhance service quality. Overall, BLT-DD provides valuable support but requires improvements in governance and data systems to optimize outcomes, including regular evaluation strategies and refinement of supporting regulations.

Bureaucratic rigidity is a form of public administration pathology that remains a serious problem in Indonesian governance. The bureaucracy's rigid, hierarchical nature, slow decision-making, and resistance to change are major obstacles to the government's digital transformation process. Amidst the demands of the digital era, which prioritizes speed, transparency, and efficiency, an unadaptive bureaucracy actually slows down innovation in public services and erodes public trust in the government. This study aims to analyze bureaucratic rigidity as a disease in public administration and its impact on the implementation of digital transformation in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review. The results indicate that bureaucratic rigidity is caused by a conservative organizational culture, complicated regulations, and low human resource capacity to adapt to technology. Furthermore, a lack of system integration and weak transformational leadership exacerbate these conditions. Digital transformation is not merely a technological issue, but a paradigm shift in governance. Therefore, comprehensive bureaucratic reform is needed, including simplifying procedures, strengthening the digital competency of civil servants, and shifting the work culture to be more flexible and innovative. Thus, an adaptive and responsive bureaucracy can be realized as the foundation of an effective digital government that is oriented towards public services.
