A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

Empowerment of Farming Communities in Enhancing Rural Economic Development. This socialization aims to find out the extent of the role of Farmer Groups in increasing the empowerment of the farming community of Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency and to know the Rights and Obligations of Owners and Cultivators.The main problem of the target audience is to find out how the behavior of the farmers in Kulwaru Village regarding financing and management and calculating the profits of rice farmers. As well as knowing how accounting and local wisdom in the profit-sharing system between the owner rice farmer and the cultivating rice farmer under the guise method. Based on the research, the results obtained from analyzing the results of experience and interviews with rice farmers in Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency produced a form or model of profit sharing cooperation with the "mask" method. Owners and cultivators in a production sharing cooperation agreement are not carried out in writing, but verbally. In addition, owner farmers and sharecroppers also have different rights and obligations in managing rice fields.

This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.  

The World Health Organization (WHO) as an agency of the United Nations, noted that in Indonesia, traffic accidents are the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease and tuberculosis (TB). It is recorded that around 1.2 million people die each year in traffic accidents. Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for adolescents, aged 15 to 29 years. Of this number, 73% are dominated by teenage boys. The number of traffic accidents among adolescents can occur due to several factors, one of which is the lack of understanding of adolescents about the laws and regulations governing traffic problems. In Indonesia, there is a law that regulates traffic, namely Law no. 22 of 2009. An understanding of the substance of the Traffic Law is deemed necessary for teenagers, especially for those who are still in high school. Therefore, this activity is one of the means to minimize the death rate among teenagers caused by traffic accidents, by increasing the knowledge and understanding of teenagers about Traffic laws. It is hoped that a better understanding of the Traffic Law, can reduce the number of traffic accidents among teenagers. Broadly speaking, the implementation method in this activity can be divided into three stages, first, namely pre-activity which includes licensing activities, surveys, and program preparation. Second, implementation starts with giving questionnaires before and after lectures and lectures. Third, evaluation, which includes the preparation of reports. The results of this activity showed an increase in the understanding of service participants regarding the Traffic Law and the forms of violations regulated in it. Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

The role of the community in waste management at this time is generally limited to waste disposal. We are not yet at the stage of waste management where waste can be reused by the community. Waste management must be handled comprehensively with the 3R principle, namely reduce, namely reducing waste piles; reuse by reusing waste that is not used; and recycle, namely recycling into products of economic value. Good waste management is expected to reduce the volume of waste that is disposed of at the final disposal site (TPA). The need for community education on proper waste management and disposal in order to reduce the impact of environmental pollution.The service was carried out in Triyagan Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, at the beginning of the activity by giving a pre-test, presenting the material, and at the end of the activity, namely an evaluation with a post-test. The results of the pre-test mean score are 62, and the post-test average score is 82, after receiving counseling. The score of the evaluation results showed that there was a positive change in the mindset of the community.

The purpose of this service is to find out how the legal protection for victims of domestic violence according to Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and what are the obstacles or obstacles that arise in the implementation of protection for victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The method in this community service is by means of lectures and discussions. Legal protection for victims of domestic violence is very much needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity and forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological violence, sexual and neglect experience suffering and losses, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. The obstacle or obstacle that arises in the implementation of protection for victims of domestic violence is that domestic violence is often not reported to the police, because victims feel ashamed to open up household problems to other parties. family

Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a place used to collect waste that has been sorted first. The selected waste is then collected and made crafts. Garbage Bank with good potential to be able to increase people's income. Making packaging at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a form of support for the creativity of the community that makes interesting works from waste. This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

The beauty salon business is part of art for every woman in expressing beauty through creative ideas and beauty care, which has become an individual's identity, personality, and development in today's era. The development of the world’s beauty business in Indonesia continues to grow, supported by beauty culture originating from abroad and within the country. Beauty salons in Semarang offer quality service and care experiences, making it easier for consumers who need quality and fast service. The community service activity program concluded that business plan assistance training was conducted by providing an understanding of the importance of a business plan for beauty salons in Semarang. The business plan created is written evidence; the entrepreneur is able to create a business plan and apply the business opportunities that arise, and is ready to implement the business ideas that have been planned at the beginning, by determining the policy direction that he wants to achieve. A business plan is created with the aim of making it easier for the business to run according to targets and make it easier to achieve as a means of communicating with consumers and increasing capital.

In this increasingly difficult economic situation, there is a lot of competition in various fields, including competition in the business world. Many companies are competing to gain market share, so this spurs companies to strive to continue to progress in improving their business management. In addition, companies are starting to change their view from one that is product or service oriented, to a customer oriented view. One strategy that can be used by companies is to build customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is needed to ensure the company's future. Maintaining customer loyalty is absolutely necessary for a company to survive and be able to compete with other companies.

With its diverse tourism potentials, Rinding Allo village has passed the top 75 of Indonesian Tourism Village Award in 2023 and is developing into an international tourist destination. The English language competences of people in an international tourist destination are very important to provide good service to foreign tourists. This training aims to provide the knowledge and skills of English for tourism for the people of Rinding Allo village. The method used in this community service program is Asset Based Community-driven Development which consists of six stages. The method was applied by integrating the needs analysis stages and the English for specific purposes learning approach. At the asset mobilization stage, English for tourism training was carried out for five meetings. Each meeting discussed one unit of the English for tourism module which had been specially compiled in the previous stages. English for tourism training for the people of Rinding Allo village run well and provided useful material for the participants. During the training, the participants seemed enthusiastic in learning and practicing tourism English conversation. The participants’ mastery of English vocabulary and expressions in the tourism context as well as their confidence in using the language in communicating increased through this training.

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on redefining brand identity. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME backgrounds. Through rigorous thematic analysis, the study reveals insights into effective digital marketing strategies that align with sustainability goals while reshaping brand identities for MSMEs. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, transparency, and social responsibility in crafting sustainable brand identities in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of practical strategies for MSMEs to thrive in the competitive digital marketplace while embracing sustainability principles.

Pembelajaran yang efektif terjadi ketika semua tujuan pembelajaran terpenuhi semaksimal mungkin. Dengan aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran mereka, siswa dapat meningkatkan kesempatan pendidikan mereka. Semakin besar jumlah siswa yang terlibat aktif dalam pembelajarannya, maka semakin besar pula prestasi belajarnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana cara meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar IPA melalui penerapan Metode Demonstrasi dan Eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus penelitian tindakan kelas karena semua siswa dapat mengidentifikasi isolator dan konduktor setelah dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: rancangan kegiatan, observasi, refleksi, dan revisi. Siswa kelas VI semester 1 di SDN Rekkerrek 3 Kecamatan Palengaan menjadi fokus penelitian ini, dengan data berupa tes formatif, lembar observasi, dan lembar tugas. (LKS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kemampuan membedakan isolator dan konduktor meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yang diukur dari ketuntasan belajar siklus I (68,5) dengan tingkat ketuntasan 60% dan siklus II (95%). dengan skor rata-rata 75,5. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Metode Demonstrasi dan Eksperimen dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Kelas VI Semester I SDN Rekkerrek 3 Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan dan model pembelajaran dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh berlakunya Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 18 tahun 2007 tentang Sertifikasi Pendidik Dalam Jabatan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 41 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. Pendidik diwajibkan membuat RPP yang lengkap dan sistematis agar pembelajaran berlangsung secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif, serta memberikan peluang yang cukup bagi prakarsa, kreaifitas, dan kemandirian sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologi peserta didik. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan dengan model Stephen Kemmis. Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Umpan Balik, dirancang dalam 3 (tiga) siklus. Hasil penelitian : 1). Terjadinya peningkatan komitmen pendidik-pendidik menyusun RPP inovatif, yaitu sebanyak 94% pendidik-pendidik mampu mencapai nilai 4,00-5,00 dalam skala 1-5, dan 2). Terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan pendidik-pendidik menyusun RPP Inovatif, yaitu sebanyak 88% pendidik mampu mencapai nilai 4,00-5,00 dalam skala 1-5. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, bahwa Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Umpan Balik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pendidik-pendidik  menyusun RPP Inovatif.

Stunting merupakan satu masalah kesehatan yang masih dihadapi bangsa indonesia. Stunting dapat berdampak pada kualitas generasi penerus bangsa di masa depan. Anak-anak yang mengalami stunting akan terhambat pertumbuhan otaknya sehingga kurang cakap dalam belajar. Ini akan menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hidupnya dimasa depan. Oleh karena itu percepatan penurunan stunting menjadi prioritas nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penyaluran dana stunting serta bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penagulangan stunting di Desa Sibalaya Barat Kecamatan Tanmbulava Kabupaten Sigi, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penyaluran dana desa untuk penanggulangan stunting terealisasikan secara keseluruhan, namun dalam pencegahan stunting masih terdapat hambatan, karna kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat akan pentingnya hidup sehat dan bersih. Hal hal yang harus di perbaiki agar program kegiatan yang dilakukan bisa lebih efektif menurunkan stunting

Cases of ship accdents in Indonesian water in 2022 are of particular concern to the Indonesian government, especially for the Ministry of Transportation which has responsibility for shipping safety and security, based on the report of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) in 2022 there have been 13 shipping accident in Indonesian territory where the existence of victims who died has become a special concern for Indonesian government, so the author tries to unravel the problems that arise and have an impact on the occurrence of the ship accident cases as a resulted of errors from the ship’s crew (human error). The methode used is to make observations, interviews from related sources, research and studies in the field are analyzed scientifically, and literature is written from various sources.  n this research is to conduct observations, interview, scientifically analyzed field studies, and literature literacy from various sources. The results of this study are to minimize the occurrence of ship accidents which result in loss of lives and achieve the zero accident target for the shipping world in Indonesia.

As international trade activities are increased, there are more regulative practices which might  be  barriers to trade. One  of such hindrances is exchange rate volatility that  affects trade activities both  directly  and indirectly. Exchange rate volatility of currencies can  affect  the  trade engagements and  as well as the  trade balance of a country. One  of the  implications of the  study is that  the  impacts of monetary policy changes on trade activities can  be  noticed significantly in the  long-term. While impacts on export levels  are usually immediate, import levels are changed in long-run. The research analyzes the correlation between inflation and  devaluation and  clearly  states their  impacts on  trade balance. The  case study about devaluation of the  currency of Azerbaijan elaborates the  impacts of currency volatility on exports which is illustrated and analyzed in this research. Moreover, inflation and  devaluation correlations and  their impacts on import level of a country are studied through correlation and  multiple  regression analyses based on the  data exported from  OECD and  World Bank.  The  results conclude that  exchange rate volatility significantly impacts the trade balance in terms of imports and  exports. Given the  results, exchange rate is a non-trade barrier and affects foreign trade.

Ship waiting time is one issue that is always getting serious attention in every country. Marine transportation became the main made of transportation in trade. Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it  willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor ship scheduling, pilotage, and loading and unloading productivity to the waiting time. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33,5 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
