The economy of a country can be seen from its internal conditions such as the real sector, namely production, consumption and investment. In addition, the condition of the Indonesian economy can also be seen from external conditions which are reflected in the development of the balance of payments which illustrates the condition of the Indonesian economy in the real and monetary sectors. The balance of payments also measures the ability of the economy to support international transactions, especially transactions related to debt obligations and export-import transactions, and informs the government about the state of the economy, especially in this regard. On the results of economic relations with other countries. Thus, the balance of payments can assist in decision-making in the currency sector. Indonesia's balance of payments often fluctuates from time to time. A current account deficit does not result in a balance of payments deficit because the financial account increases capital and compensates for the current account deficit.

The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.

The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

A manufacturing company engaged in the furniture industry, specializing in wood, rattan and glass products. Industry clusters, which consist of a group of companies related geographically and sectorally, have become the focus of attention in regional economic and business strategy studies. This study uses an industrial structure analysis approach to understand the strength of competition within an industry cluster. Some of the factors analyzed include the level of industry concentration, new entries, bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, as well as product or service substitution. The data used in this study includes information about the companies that are members of the industrial cluster studied. The research method used includes secondary data collection, such as company financial reports, industry data, and related publications. In addition, interviews with industry stakeholders were also conducted to gain deeper insights into the structure of competitive forces and the factors that influence industrial clusters. The results of the analysis show that the structure of competitive forces in industry clusters can vary depending on the industrial sector studied. This research contributes to our understanding of how the structure of competitive forces and industry clusters can shape a competitive business environment, as well as providing useful insights for the development of effective business strategies within industry clusters.    

The JKN Program is an effort to equalize the quality of health services for all Indonesians, with a wide range of health services and affordable contributions. The JKN program has many benefits, but there are still many participants who do not comply with the JKN program rules, for example, do not pay contributions on time. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence public compliance with the JKN program in each region of Indonesia. The method in this study uses a literature review design by collecting research sources in the form of valid articles. After several article sources have been collected, the researcher reviews the published article sources to produce a new analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the compliance of JKN participants in paying contributions are the level of knowledge, income level, and perceptions of health risks that are owned by each member of the community. The use of first-level health facilities can also affect participant compliance in seeking health services and social, economic, and cultural presence are also a number of external factors in JKN participant compliance.

The purpose of the CERDAS program is to improve the knowledge of the public about diabetes mellitus and encourage the community to regularly check blood sugar examination. The method of implementing the CERDAS program is a lecture and discussion. The results of the devotion showed by the development of 100% CERDAS cadre knowledge included in either category and 100% CERDAS cadre can perform its duties. The CERDAS cadre is prepared to assist free counseling and examination of free blood supervisors and provide information on diabetes mellitus through the whatsapp group. Community knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus after extension is included with a good category of 57.7% and category less than 42.5%.

Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

The outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 has brought downturn to the global economy and many companies went bankrupt during the epidemic. However, according to Unilever's financial report for the first half year, its sales fell only by 1.6% and its financial situation is still stable. The reason for it is not only for Unilever's action of taking Covid-19 as normalization, but also for its differentiation strategies, which make Unilever a competitive enterprise when the consumer products are in demand in Covid-19. Through the literature research method, this article uses the combination of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and PEST (political, economic, social and technological factors) models to explore the internal and external environments of Unilever in 2020, and concludes that under the multiple impacts of the external environment, Unilever still has great opportunities to make development relying on its own excellent internal conditions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the benefits, convenience and service features on the decision to use the OVO digital wallet for students. The population used is UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students who have used or are currently using the OVO digital wallet. Samples were taken through purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of benefits, convenience and service features influence the decision to use the OVO digital wallet for students. Based on the results of the t test, the benefits and convenience variables have a positive influence on the decision to use. While service features have no influence on usage decisions

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and net profit margin on company value in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies with a sample of 21 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using the purposive sampling method and based on the 2018-2021 sampling criteria. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on the firm value of the transportation and logistics sector studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 and tcount 3.040 > ttable 1.989. so it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on value based on statistical analysis it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the value of the companies in the transportation and logistics sector being studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.205 > 0.10 and tcount 1.277 < ttable 1.989. conclude that net profit margin has no effect on company value. it can be concluded that capital structure and net profit margin have a significant effect on company value in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, with Fcount is 5.272 > Ftable 3, 11 significant value of 0.007 is smaller than the targeted significant level of 0.05. R Square of 0.115. This means that there is a contribution of 11.5% from the independent variables, namely capital structure (X1) and net profit margin (X2) to firm value (Y). While the remaining 88.5% is contributed or influenced by other variables.    

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and company size on earnings management with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are Manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Samples on this research were taken using purposive sampling method and the number of samples used in this research is 25 companies. The results obtained in this study are profitability have a significant positive effect on earnings management, company size do not significantly influence earnings management, and managerial ownership  can moderate the effect of profitability and company size on earnings management.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), Regional Expenditure and Regional Financing on the Economic Growth of the Regional Government of Pasuruan City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample method used is the Saturated Sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of Economic Growth in Pasuruan City, the data obtained from the Pasuruan City BPS website and Budget Realization Report data obtained from the official website of Pasuruan City. Analysis of the data used in this research uses multiple linear analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that partially there is no influence between Regional Original Income (PAD), Regional Expenditures, and Regional Financing on the Economic Growth of Pasuruan City.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate programs carried out by public relations at The Square Hotel in improving the company's good image in the pandemic era.Hotel The Square Surabaya is working with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) to carry out a vaccine package program and also a care tourism program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the two programs being undertaken by Hotel The Square Surabaya. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews.The results of the study show that the tourism care program and the vaccine package program are active strategies and apply stakeholder theory as a form of enhancing the company's positive image. Hotel The Square is also trying to carry out these activities in accordance with the program planning that has been done.    

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of social capital in Wonogiri chicken noodle and meatball traders in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The results of this study explain that (1) trust in each individual can be born from friendliness that comes from one individual to another individual which after that carries out a reciprocal process. (2) Maintaining trust greatly affects the quality and cohesiveness of the network. (3) Family ties can be a very useful social capital in overseas countries.    

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The purpose of this research is to find out how bonds are regulated in the Indonesian capital market from legal protection and corporate responsibility that defaults on bond investors. This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.
