This study discusses the development of narratives on Islamic morality and history through interactive audiovisual media as an effort to address the learning needs of the digital generation that demands high engagement, engaging visualizations, and immersive learning experiences. Based on library research methods, this study examines literature on narrative pedagogy, Islamic historiography, and digital learning technology to formulate a narrative model that integrates cognitive, affective, and interactive aspects. The review shows that although audiovisual media and technologies such as AR/VR have been proven to increase student motivation and understanding, studies specifically combining narratives on morality, Islamic history, and interactivity design are still limited. This study proposes a participatory narrative model based on interactive audiovisual through choice-based storytelling, reflective quizzes, and micro-scenarios that can strengthen historical understanding while internalizing moral values. The analysis shows that interactive media serves not only as a means of conveying information but also as a space for moral experience that allows students to build empathy, reflection, and value awareness. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of narrative pedagogy in Islamic education and provides practical recommendations regarding media design, teacher readiness, and infrastructure support for the implementation of more effective and meaningful digital learning.

Higher education in Indonesia has undergone significant transformation due to the implementation of a capitalist system that emphasizes profit orientation and business logic. The commercialization of educational institutions has resulted in limited access, particularly for low- and middle-income communities, and has led to social inequality and a shift in the educational paradigm toward commodification. This study uses qualitative methods with literature review to examine the impact of capitalism and commercialization in higher education. The findings reveal an increase in tuition fees, the commodification of knowledge, and the privatization of universities, which reduce access and lower the quality of education. Criticism of educational capitalism emphasizes the importance of social and spiritual values and equal access. Therefore, it is recommended that policy reforms balance the roles of the state and the private sector, strengthen regulations, and expand access to fair and quality education for the sake of higher education that is oriented towards social welfare and sustainability.

This research analyzes the application of J. Oswald Sanders' servant leadership concept to tongkonan (traditional house) leadership in Toraja society. The background of this study is the presence of authoritarian leadership tendencies among to parenge (tongkonan leaders) who prioritize personal power over community service and empowerment. This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review, analyzing academic articles, research journals, and theological sources to understand the relevance and applicability of Sanders' principles within the Toraja cultural context. The findings reveal that Sanders' servant leadership, which is grounded in spiritual discipline and community empowerment, represents a viable alternative for reconstructing tongkonan leadership from an authoritarian model to a collegial model. However, implementing this model faces structural challenges due to the transformation of tongkonan's functions and the intrusion of formal government systems. In conclusion, Sanders' principles can be applied to tongkonan leadership through institutional reconstruction that combines traditional Toraja values with transparent and accountable leadership practices, thereby creating leadership that is simultaneously serving and empowering the community.

Christian transformational leadership offers an ideal model for church organizational development, but its implementation in the Indonesian context faces complex structural and cultural barriers. This study aims to identify and analyze the structural and cultural barriers that influence the implementation of Christian transformational leadership in Indonesian church organizations, analyze the mechanisms of organizational resistance and their implications for leadership effectiveness, and formulate adaptive strategies relevant to local dynamics. The method used is a qualitative literature study with a systematic literature review approach of the latest academic sources. The results show that structural barriers include limited human resource capacity, weak organizational infrastructure, and immature management systems, while cultural barriers are rooted in strong local traditions and resistance to new leadership models. Organizational resistance arises through mutually reinforcing interpersonal, organizational, and cultural mechanisms, resulting in decreased congregation participation and empowerment effectiveness. Effective adaptive strategies include participatory dialogue communication, continuous leadership development, acculturation of leadership to local values, and the formation of an inclusive organizational culture. This study concludes that the sustainable implementation of Christian transformational leadership requires a holistic approach that integrates changes in structure, culture, and interpersonal relationships while remaining sensitive to the local context and cultural wisdom.

This study aims to develop a Christian Religious Education learning model based on Tongkonan values to strengthen the spiritual identity of Toraja youth amid identity crisis caused by globalization. Using qualitative method with literature study, this research analyzes the integration of Tongkonan philosophical values such as karapasan, kasiuluran, and kasianggaran with theological principles of Christian Religious Education through contextual learning approach and narrative theology. The results show that Tongkonan values have strong resonance with Christian teachings and can be integrated into a learning model comprising five components: theological-cultural foundation, contextual curriculum design, experience-based learning strategies, the role of three educational centers, and authentic evaluation. Implementation of this model has significant implications for strengthening spiritual identity through formation of solid self-identity, authentic moral value internalization, and development of spiritual resilience. This Tongkonan values-based Christian Religious Education learning model bridges the dichotomy between modernity and tradition, making Christian Religious Education more relevant and meaningful for Toraja students by equipping them with a holistic identity as Toraja people who are also followers of Christ.

This research is motivated by the gap between the standard prayer readings of Khoiru Ummah Islamic Junior High School Malang and the diverse practices of students due to differences in background. The absence of a specific time allocation for talaqqi becomes a challenge in standardization efforts. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation steps of the guided habituation method through the Jahr technique (loud reading) in congregational Dhuha Prayer as a pedagogical solution. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study design. Data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with the Principal and Islamic Education Teachers, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with students, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of this method follows the habit loop flow (trigger, routine, reward) from a behavioristic perspective. The Jahr technique functions as an effective auditory stimulus (talaqqi) in helping students memorize standard readings, supported by the fiqh-pedagogical justification of Jahr li at-ta'lim. Despite its effectiveness, challenges were identified in the consistency of student responses (passive) and the lack of systematic post-prayer reinforcement. It was concluded that the guided habituation method through the Dhuha Prayer Session is a practical pedagogical model that can be implemented to standardize practical worship in schools.

The Aceh Sharia Court is a special judicial institution formed based on the specifics of Aceh as regulated in the Aceh Government Law. The existence of the Aceh Sharia Court has juridical consequences for the exercise of judicial power which was previously exercised by the Religious Courts. This research aims to analyze the position of the Aceh Sharia Court in the national justice system and examine its power in replacing the authority of the Religious Courts in handling cases related to Islamic law. The research method used is normative legal research. The research results show that the Aceh Sharia Court has an equal position to the Religious Court in the judicial power structure, but has broader authority because it covers Islamic civil cases, sharia criminal (jinayat), and sharia procedural law. This transfer of authority does not eliminate the existence of the Religious Courts nationally, but creates a special justice system that only applies in the Aceh region. The position of the Aceh Sharia Court strengthens the implementation of Islamic law within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and remains under the guidance of the Supreme Court.

One type of contract that is very important for the operations of Islamic financial institutions, especially for benefit-based services such as multi-service financing and gold pawnbroking. However, in its application, several problems continue to arise. The most prominent is the incompatibility with Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 107 and other Islamic accounting standards in terms of recording and disclosing ijarah transactions. This condition can cause the financial statements of Islamic financial institutions to be less transparent and accountable. Therefore, this study aims to examine how ijarah contracts are used and to what extent the application of ijarah accounting helps Islamic financial institutions become more financially transparent. The research was conducted by reviewing relevant literature, including the provisions of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), PSAK 107, and the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council's National Sharia Board (DSN-MUI). The study shows that the proper use of ijarah accounting, which includes the recognition of ujrah income, the recording of asset gains, and the consistent disclosure of costs, can increase information transparency and stakeholder confidence in financial reports.

This research aims to explore the function of the church in improving the understanding of the congregational environment through an eco-ecclesiology perspective. Eco-ecclesiology places the church as an integral part of God's creation that has a spiritual responsibility to protect, protect, and care for the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from church ministers and congregation members. The results of the study show that the church has contributed to building concern for the environment through preaching, education, and social activities related to nature conservation. However, this role is not fully optimal because there is still limited awareness among the congregation and there is no structured and sustainable environmental program. These findings affirm the need for churches to integrate eco-ecclesiological principles more systematically into the ministry and daily life of the church. Thus, the church functions not only as a spiritual center, but also as an agent of social transformation that encourages the creation of ecological awareness and concrete actions in preserving the environment.

This study aims to explore in depth the impact of Islamic parenting on the development of disciplinary character in early childhood. Conceptually, parenting in Islam is understood as a child-rearing method based on Islamic principles, emphasizing values of role modeling, love, responsibility, and moral development from an early age. Through this approach, parents serve as the first and foremost educators in instilling the values of discipline reflected in children’s daily behavior, both within the family and in social interactions. This research analyzes various ways Islamic parenting is applied in daily activities, including the habit of performing prayers on time, managing schedules for study and play, and implementing educational consequences in accordance with Islamic principles. The findings reveal that the consistent application of Islamic parenting patterns, combined with effective communication between parents and children, has a positive effect on the development of children’s disciplinary character. Children raised under Islamic parenting tend to have an awareness of obeying rules, valuing time, and taking responsibility for their duties and obligations. Conversely, the study also identifies challenges stemming from parents’ limited understanding of Islamic parenting concepts, as well as external environmental influences such as digital media and peer interactions that are not always aligned with Islamic values. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve literacy regarding Islamic parenting through educational activities involving early childhood education institutions, religious study groups, and parent communities. In general, the findings of this study highlight the importance of collaboration among families, schools, and communities in consistently applying Islamic parenting principles to foster children’s disciplinary character from an early age in accordance with Islamic teachings.

This research aims to determine the extent to which interactive quizzes can help improve students' understanding of Economics lessons in the Merdeka Curriculum, which focuses on a Deep Learning approach implemented at SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta. The results show that quite a few students have difficulty grasping economic concepts. The lack of participation and learning motivation, combined with the dominance of the lecture method, makes the learning process tend to be one-way. Conversely, the application of digital technology by educators is still very limited. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data thru observation, interviews, and documentation. A total of five students from the eleventh grade were selected based on purposive sampling techniques who had already taken economics lessons. The results show that the quiz format contributes to increasing students' interest, attention, and participation due to the presence of visual elements, screen animation, and a game-like atmosphere. However, obstacles such as slow internet connectivity or a slightly longer completion time than estimated did arise, although they did not hinder overall learning activities. Essentially, implementing this type of quiz aligns with the direction of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes in-depth conceptual understanding while also encouraging self-study habits, training the ability to reflect on the material, and creating a classroom atmosphere that tends to be more dynamic.
