Clove leaves have the property of overcoming hair growth problems, where the eugenol compound contained in clove leaves is efficacious as a hair growth agent. This research was conducted to formulate a clove leaf extract shampoo preparation. The research method used was the experimental method. Tests were carried out on experimental animals, namely male white mice in various groups. The first group (without treatment), the second group (negative control), the third group (5% clove leaf extract shampoo), the fourth group (10% clove leaf ethanol extract shampoo), the fifth group (15% clove leaf ethanol extract shampoo) and groups sixth (positive control). The shampoo preparations were tested and evaluated, the results of the preparation evaluation test showed that the four shampoo preparations were homogeneous and had a pH ranging from 5.1-5.7, with a viscosity of 1700-3000 cps and a foam height of 9-11 cm. This shampoo preparation also does not irritate the skin. The results of the data analysis obtained showed that all data were normally distributed (p> 0.005) and homogeneous (p> 0.005). The results of the one way ANOVA test show that F1 (5% formula), F2 (10% formula) and F3 (15% formula) have significant differences. This research shows that clove leaf ethanol extract shampoo with a concentration of 15% is the most effective formulation in hair growth in male white rats. However, the ethanol extract of clove leaves shampoo is less effective than minoxidil 5% for hair growth.

Pear skin contains flavonoids which have potential as antioxidants. Considering the existence of humans as social creatures, who in interacting with each other require self-confidence in order to be well received. Masks are a type of cosmetic treatment that is well known and widely used. The mask works deeply to remove dead horn cells on the skin. The aim of this community service is to provide education to the public about the benefits of pear skin as an antioxidant. This method of community service is by providing education to the public by presenting material about pear peels which are used as antioxidants and introducing natural ways to use pear peels. The results of the activities of implementing the community service program are in the form of educating the public about the benefits of pear skin, namely as an antioxidant. Conclusion: Community service in managing pear skin as an antioxidant meets quantity and quality.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem commonly occurring in children under five in developing countries, including Indonesia. Providing additional food to babies is the main strategy to prevent stunting from an early age. This activity aims to explore the practice and impact of providing additional food to babies as part of efforts to prevent stunting. The methods used were literature studies, location surveys, lectures, and demonstrations on making dragon fruit PMT. All community service activities have been carried out according to the schedule and planning. Community service activities were carried out in Sambau Village, Riau Islands, which were attended by cadres and several parents of toddlers and parents of stunted babies. Cadres and parents can find out what types of food can improve family nutrition, especially babies aged 6 monts-2 years who are malnourished or malnourished. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that cadres and parents can practice what is taught to meet the nutritional value of babies at home.

School-aged children who engage in improper eating behaviors may face serious nutritional problems. During this crucial growth stage, meeting their nutritional needs must be closely monitored. A lack of knowledge about nutritional education can lead children to choose unhealthy foods. Healthy foods are those that contain balanced nutrition. The influx of fast food into Indonesia's food sector can also influence the eating habits of the population. To prevent future nutritional issues, it is important to provide nutritional education to elementary school children to enhance their knowledge, attitudes, and practices in choosing healthy foods and snacks. The food menu for school-aged children should contain balanced nutrition to meet the body's needs. This study aims to examine the impact of nutritional education on the knowledge of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 060831 Medan regarding the consumption of healthy and nutritious foods. The study involved 64 respondents divided into two groups: those who received nutritional education and those who did not. The respondents were fifth-grade students aged 10–13 years. Data were collected through questionnaires. A pre-test was initially conducted on both groups. Then, the education group received four sessions of nutritional education. Two months later, final data were obtained through a post-test. The results of the study indicated that providing nutritional education had an impact on the knowledge, attitudes, and food consumption behaviors of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 060831 Medan.    

This study aims to determine the effect of efficiency, sales growth, capital working, and firm age on firm profitability in Companies publish syariah stock that listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) for the 2019 – 2023 period of 70 companies. The data used in this study were obtained from financial statement data and annual reports. The population in this study are companies that publish syariah stock that listed on  the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 185 sample data from 37 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The results of this study indicate that efficiency and sales growth have a positive effect on firm profitabillity, capital working have a negative effect on firm profitability, and firm age has no effect on firm profitability.

Hypertension is a Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) characterized by elevated blood pressure above the normal value of 140/90 mmHg. Evaluation of antihypertensive drug use aims to ensure rational and effective medication use in hypertensive patients. Improper medication use can lead to treatment failure. The objective of this study is to evaluate the pattern of antihypertensive treatment among hypertensive outpatients at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Sumberlawang Sub-District, Sragen in 2023. The research was descriptive observational with a cross-sectional study design. Sample selection used purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument for this study utilized medical records data of hypertensive outpatients at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Sumberlawang, Sragen from January to December 2023. Results from the study involving 100 hypertensive patients showed that the majority were female (78%), aged between 51-61 years (40%), with amlodipine being the most frequently used antihypertensive medication (62%), and Calcium Channel Blockers being the most commonly prescribed class of antihypertensive drugs (60%). Evaluation of antihypertensive treatment patterns among 100 patients revealed percentages indicating appropriate indication (100%), patient suitability (100%), correct drug selection (97%), and correct dosage (97%).

Independent Care of Family Medicinal Plants (ASMAN TOGA) is a new innovation for the community in Gondek Village, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency. However, currently the ASMAN TOGA land has not been managed optimally. Many villagers do not understand the types, characteristics, and utilization of family medicinal plants in the park. Previously, the introduction of medicinal plants was done manually with information boards that only provided a little information about the benefits of the plants. This study discusses digitalization techniques that can be applied to improve access to technology and information for the local community. The implementation is carried out using several methods, namely analysis, planning, implementation, delivery methods, evaluation and monitoring of results, and publication of results. The result of this activity is the discovery of a way to obtain more detailed information about the collection of medicinal plants in ASMAN TOGA by utilizing a digital information system in the form of a QR-Code. It is hoped that the implementation of this system can increase the efficiency of education and make it easier for the community to utilize medicinal plants in the ASMAN TOGA park.

Quality basic education is inextricably linked to teacher competence. Competence is a person's ability or capability to perform a task based on his abilities. However, following the Covid-19 pandemic, many schools, including instructors, are struggling to adapt to the New Normal Era. One of these is elementary School No. 11 Dauh Puri, one of Denpasar's public elementary schools. Most teachers are elderly, and professional skill is required to design instructional media in a creative manner. One of the issues of Elementary School 11 Dauh Puri is teacher competence. Teachers lack the necessary expertise in science and technology to create engaging learning materials, particularly for foreign languages, that spark student interest. One of the methods proposed for improving teacher abilities is to provide training in the use of Canva as learning materials as well as the usage of Quizziz for assessment or evaluation of student learning. Teachers appreciate community service, which includes the use of Canva and Quizziz to create teaching materials. Despite the fact that she had official training, the teacher feels helped.

Tik Tok is a very popular social media, especially in terms of marketing, education and social campaigns. Marketing via Tik Tok in creative terms has a tremendous impact on users. One of the Tik Tok users of the @Mojokerto account goes for a walk using creative videos in tourism marketing in Mojokerto. This research aims to find out how the Tik Tok @Mojokerto account works in marketing tourism in Mojokerto. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis approach according to Klaus Krippendorff and uses content analysis theory, tourism theory and message theory. The results of the findings of this research can be concluded that the Tik Tok account @Mojokerto provides marketing via video by conveying informative and persuasive messages related to tourism with effective and easy to understand message delivery so that the audience can give Likes, Comments, Shares. Thus, the role of the Tik Tok @Mojokerto traveling account in increasing visitors to tourism in Mojokerto can be seen as a result of effective promotion through social media platforms such as TikTok.

Financial Technology Peer to Peer (P2R) company continues to grow. However, in its implementation there are still shortcomings, especially related to service quality, customer value, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT. Stanford Teknologi Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a research sample of 97 respondents with the Cochran formula, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. From the results of this study, service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t count> t table (5.413> 1.988) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Customer value (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) from the calculation of t count> t table (2.323> 1.988) and a significance of 0.019 <0.05 which means that customer value (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, service quality (X1) and customer value (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) from F count > F table (7.878 > 2.460) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient obtained R Square 75.9%. influenced by service quality (X1) and customer value (X2) while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

The aim of this research is to determine whether adaptive leadership styles are effective in managing the current millennial generation. This study is qualitative and uses data analysis methods in a literature review. The goal is to discover and examine effective leadership styles and techniques for millennials. The results indicate that adaptive leadership approaches are beneficial as they help individuals overcome difficulties and adapt to changes. However, adaptive management theory also has its weaknesses. For instance, it is unclear how the key components of the adaptation process work and how these relationships support the adaptation process. According to Rainer Turangan (2015), a good leader should be able to adapt to uncertain future conditions, work across countries and cultures, and create a creative environment.

Capitalizing on fanaticism, Ultra Milk chose Stray Kids as a brand ambassador by issuing a limited edition photocard. The study aims to determine the effect of brand image, Korean wave, fanaticism, and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions for Ultra Milk products in the Stray Kids collaboration edition. Using a quantitative approach. Research data sources come from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Secondary data sources are obtained from journals and books. Data collection techniques using non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). The research sample was 168 respondents with the criteria of Stray Kids fans, aged 20-25 years, and had purchased Stray Kids Ultra Milk products. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that brand image, Korean wave, fanaticism attitude, and brand ambassador have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  

Based on the existence of a sharia pawnshop product called ARRUM BPKB which is specifically intended for UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah/Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) who need additional capital. However, in the pawning process, the customer must pay the maintenance fee for the pawned goods or what is called mu'nah. Because of this additional cost in the process of maintaining the pawn item, there is an opinion that says that the additional maintenance costs contain riba. Therefore, the aims of this study is  to find out how the determination of mu'nah (maintenance costs for pawn items) and the suitability of the determination of mu'nah based on Fiqh Muamalat. This research is Qualitative research with the type of case study. In this research, the analysis of various factors related to this problem was carried out. This research used an approach through observation to Pegadaian Syariah Kramat Raya, Central Jakarta. The primary sources in this study is the data collected by researchers from Sharia pawnshops, such as documents and interviews, while secondary sources in this study is relevant literature. The results of this study indicate, 1) the determination of mu'nah on ARRUM BPKB products in sharia pawnshops is by considering the risk amount of the guarantee itself. 2) Mu'nah determination on BPKB ARRUM products for UMKMs in Sharia Pawnshops is in accordance with Fikih Muamalah and Fatwa Number 92 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2014 regarding accompanied financing (Rahn Al-Tamwil Al-Mautsuq bi Al-Rahn) that mentions mu ' nah (maintenance or guarding services) for marhun, the amount of which must be determined at the time of the contract as referred to as ujrah in the  ijârah contract.

As for the quality of the hadith about the concept of character education is of sanad become Shahih li zatihi, as well as valid in terms of honor. While the concept of character education in the hadith there are two. First, the establishment of which is based on the exemplary character will reap goodness for himself and others. Therefore, the influence of family as the first school for the children should be good ones anyway. Secondly, in the view of Islam, man is born in this world bring the nature, potential, basic abilities, or nature (heredity).

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance and also the role of Work Discipline as a moderator variable. The population used in this study were all civil servants at the Senori District Office, Tuban Regency, and the sample taken using saturated or census sampling techniques, with a total of 37 respondents. Data analysis used Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software.The results of this study indicate that good competence will improve employee performance, also with good motivation will improve employee performance. This study also found that work discipline can improve employee performance. Furthermore, it was also found that work discipline has a strong moderating role on competence towards employee performance, and has a moderating role on motivation towards employee performance at the Senori District Office, Tuban Regency.

Jackfruit seeds contain several secondary metabolites, including flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, terpenoids, and steroids. The jackfruit tree is a tropical plant commonly found in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine whether extracts from jackfruit seeds have antibacterial activity against Shigella dysenteriae and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The antibacterial activity was tested using the discdiffusion method with concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20%.The research results indicated that the diameter of the inhibition zone against Shigella dysenteriae at 10% concentration was 13.15 mm, at 15% concentration was 15.9 mm, and at 20% concentration was 19.08 mm. For Staphylococcus epidermidis, the inhibition zone diameters were 10.5 mm at 10% concentration, 13.1 mm at 15% concentration, and 13.7 mm at 20% concentration. The results demonstrated that as the concentration of ethanol extract from jackfruit seeds increased, the inhibition zones around the discs also increased. This was attributed to the varying volumes of ethanol extract present at each concentration level.It was found that the ethanol extract from jackfruit seeds exhibited strong inhibitory effects against both Shigella dysenteriae and Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria.

Electronic Medical Records (RME) is an information system used to manage patient medical data electronically, which aims to improve the efficiency and quality of health services in hospitals. This study aims to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of RME in hospitals using the PIECES model. The main focus of the research is on the dimensions of Performance, Information, Economics, Efficiency, and Control to identify the strengths and weaknesses of RME and provide recommendations for improvement. This research uses the Study Literature Review (SLR) method which involves collecting and critically analyzing relevant literature from scientific journals, articles and books. The collected data is evaluated based on the dimensions of the PIECES model to provide a comprehensive picture of RME implementation. The research results show that RME can improve data access speed, system response time, and accuracy of medical information, which supports better clinical decision making. Economically, RME helps reduce operational costs and improve work efficiency. However, challenges such as network reliability, data security, and interoperability still need to be overcome to achieve the full benefits of RME. Dimension Control highlights the importance of strict security policies and user training to ensure safe and effective use.

The postpartum period is a very important period because complications often occur, including postpartum infections. One of the factors causing postpartum infections can come from injuries to the birth canal which are good media for the development of germs. This article aims to determine the care of normal postpartum mothers regarding perineal wound care. The methods used in making this literature review are PubMed, Google Scholar, Pequest, Sincedirect and Wiley. The results were published from 2019-2024, Results of normal postpartum maternal care regarding perineal wound care in normal postpartum mothers can be given with boiled binahong leaves, how to care for the vagina with cultural care maintenance or preservation, washing with soap and running water and applying betadine, given jusnalo and boiled red betel leaf water is recommended for postpartum mothers who experience perineal wounds.
