ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the efforts of the non-governmental organization Kakak Foundation and to describe the inhibiting factors of the efforts of the non-governmental organization Yayasan Kepedulian untuk Anak (Kakak Foundation) in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. With data sources obtained from informants, documents, and places of events. The sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity test uses triangulation of methods and data sources. While data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) Efforts of Non-Governmental Organization Kakak Foundation in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City from the elaboration of laws and regulations related to the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence consists of 7 rights, namely (a) the right to the provision of information on protection rights and facilities, (b) the right to provide access to information on the implementation of protection, (c) the right to protection from the threat or violence of the perpetrator and other parties and the recurrence of violence, (d) the right to protection of identity confidentiality, (e) the right to protection from the attitude and behavior of law enforcement officers who humiliate victims, (f) the right to protection from loss of employment, job transfer, education, or political access, and, (g) the right to protection of the victim and/or reporter from criminal prosecution or civil lawsuit for the crime of sexual violence that has been reported. 2) The inhibiting factors are (a) difficulty in obtaining information on child victims of sexual violence, (b) pressure and threats made by the perpetrator, (c) the victim's unstable mental and psychological condition, and (d) many considerations for the victim if they have to take legal action. Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. This research is motivated by the importance of the teacher's role in determining and applying effective learning methods so that students can actively participate in Civics learning. The results showed that teachers who used the lecture method which was too dominant resulted in students being less actively involved in the learning process. As a result, this research offers the jigsaw cooperative learning method integrated with barcodes as a solution to increase student activeness. In this way, students will better understand the material, work together in groups, and teach others. The integration of barcodes makes learning easier for students, they can scan barcodes connected to various websites. According to the results of the study, the percentage of student learning activity increased significantly from 60.8% before the study, then increased in cycle I obtained 69.8% and again reached an increase of 80.4% in cycle II. The aim of this research was to determine whether there s an influence of scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 324 students with a research sample of 36 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, t test, simple linear regression test,correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS statistic 25. From the statistical result using the paired sample t- test, the conclusion was obtained that the t-count value was 6.592. And when compared between t-count and t-table, dk=N-1 then 36-1=35 at a significance level of 5%. So, it could be concluded that the t-table was 2.030. Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted so that the hypothesis stated that “ there is a positive and significant influence between scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu”.From the results of the multiple linear regression test analysis, the regression equation was Y=16.788 + 0.668. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the result was 0.555, which meant that the level of effectiveness of scout activities on the character of discipline was only 0.555 or 55.5%. The aim of this thesis is 1 ) to find out about the application of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among OSIS members at MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year, 2) to find out the level of effectiveness of the application of character education values regarding social care towards the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation to OSIS members. The results of the research could be conclude that 1) the management of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year could implement an attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation well in all activities. Altough. There were several administrators who have not been able to Implement it well, 2) the implement of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among the members of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta could be seen through the preparation and implementation of the Campus Expo activities which would be held on January 25-26 2024, 3) implementation the value of character education regarding social care had a high level of effectivitiveness in the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation, 4) in its implementation, there were parties who supported this social care character such as the deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, OSIS supervisors, theachers, and OSIS administrators, 5) the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation that was expected of OSIS members was an attitude that could be carried out happily, comfortably, and they could carry out activities for the common goals of the organization.   Keywords : Sosial Care Character, Implementation, OSIS

ABSTRACT The aims of this research were 1) to find out the social caring caracter at SMA N Colomadu so far, 2) to find out wheter PMR extracurricular activities could affectively shape the remaining social caring character at SMA N Colomadu, 3) to find out what obstacles PMR faced in forming character social care of students in class XI SMA N Colomadu.   This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research is at SMA N Colomadu. The strategy in this research is a case study. The subject in this research were the deputy pricipal for student affairs, PMR supervisors, and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data in this research were analyzed using qualitative techniques and using an interactive analysis model wich includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions.   The results of the research could be concluded that 1) the form of caring character at SMA N Colomadu could be demonstrated by helping friends who were sick in class, lending stationery to friends who needed it, helping people who had accidents on the road, participating in blood donation activities, and helping friends who were sick during the flag ceremony or onther activities, 2) the effectiveness of PMR extracurricular activities in forming social caring characters at the eleventh-grade studens of SMA N Colomadu was effective. This could be seen in student’s daily libe both inside an outside school. 3) there were several obstacles in the process of implementing PMR activities when forming a social caring character, such as: a) lack of student participation in implementing activities carried out by PMR, b) student’s lack of sensitivity tho the environment around them, c) goverment regulations, d) PMR extracurricular ectivities tend to have few members because it was not an extracurricular activity that students were required to participate in.   Keywords: Effectiveness, social Caring Character      

Di era digital saat ini, media sosial semakin populer sebagai alat komunikasi. Namun, penggunaan media sosial sering kali dikaitkan dengan tindakan-tindakan tidak bermoral seperti melecehkan, menghina, atau menyebarkan informasi yang tidak benar. Cara penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam etika di media sosial masih belum ideal. Sementara beberapa pengguna media sosial mampu memenuhi cita-cita seperti keadilan, kebersamaan, dan kerja sama, ada juga pengguna lain yang sering melanggar standar-standar ini. Beberapa elemen yang menyulitkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila di media sosial adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip ini, tidak adanya pengawasan dan kontrol, dan hak untuk bebas berpendapat yang sering disalahgunakan. Hal ini membutuhkan upaya yang lebih besar untuk memasukkan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam etika media sosial. Untuk mencegah perilaku berbahaya di media sosial, pengguna dapat dilindungi dengan penegakan peraturan yang lebih ketat dan pendidikan serta sosialisasi yang lebih menyeluruh tentang nilai bertindak secara etis di platform ini.

Land is the embodiment of the existence and territory of each individual and each country. because people understand that Indonesia is an agricultural country and agriculture is one of the sources of livelihood of Indonesian people. Land is a source of livelihood for many people and should be specially protected by the state. This study aims to identify land transfer activities based on land law in Indonesia. This study uses normative legal research methods, through statutory and conceptual approaches. In the results and discussion of this study, the transfer of land use rights under national land law also refers to customary law. The transfer of land use rights in the form of purchase and sale  is carried out  on the basis of specific customary law  and  in money.

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) urges both society and the state to adapt swiftly. Technology has altered various aspects of life and offers conveniences. However, a segment of the Indonesian populace is experiencing a digital divide due to this rapid advancement. The digital gap is propelled by geographic factors, unequal infrastructure, motivation, skills, aims, and perceived impacts. This digital discrepancy brings forth various detrimental effects on the populace. It impedes the Government's efforts to achieve good governance and prosperity for Indonesian society. Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, encapsulates values of justice, aspiring for equality among Indonesians across various domains. The existence of a digital divide contradicts these aspirations. The digital gap contradicts the ideals of Pancasila, and thus, Pancasila can serve as a basis and guide in addressing this issue. The values within Pancasila can be utilized as a foundation in devising strategies to bridge the digital divide and create digital equality. In connection with the need for a financial information system, the Karangawen II Demak Community Health Center is a research object that requires such an information system. This is because in carrying out its operational activities, the Karangawen II Demak Community Health Center has not used an adequate financial information system so that track records of income receipts, shopping expenditures and financial balances have not been recorded properly. This of course has an impact on the smooth operational activities of the Karangawen II Demak Health Center and also has an impact on the assessment of current assets owned by the Karangawen II Demak Health Center. To overcome this problem, this financial information system will be developed on a web basis so that it is hoped that it can help the operational activities of the health center. 

Gangrenous wounds are wounds that occur due to diabetes complications caused by nerve damage and poor blood circulation which makes diabetic wounds unable to prevent infection. Infection is caused by the growth of microbes. High levels of sugar in the blood of DM sufferers provide food for microbes to reproduce. One of the bacteria that causes gangrene is Staphylococcus aureus. Plants that can be used as antibacterials are cherry leaves, also known as seri (Muntingia calabura L.), which contain tannins, terpenoids, saponins, flavonoids and polyphenols. This research aims to identify the antibacterial activity of cherry leaf extract against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria from DM wound wipes. This research was carried out in an experimental laboratory by applying the disc diffusion research method. The resistance is measured through the clear zone that extends around the paper disc. Kersen leaf extract was obtained through a maceration process with 96% ethanol solvent to obtain a thick extract of 0.074%. The test concentrations used were 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 75%. Positive control tetracycline 500 mg and negative control DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide). The results of this research show that Kersen leaf extract inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in diabetic wounds. In concentrations of 12.5%, 25%, 50%, and 75%, the average diameter obtained was 2.70 mm, 4.67 mm, 6.30 mm, 7.89 mm. Conclusion: the effect of ethanol extract of cherry leaves on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in diabetic wounds is antibacterial.

Daun kunyit memiliki kandungan bahan aktif, seperti flavonoid, tanin dan senyawa fenolik. Zat-zat ini memiliki beragam manfaat bagi kesehatan. Daun kunyit juga mempunyai kandungan berupa minyak atsiri yang diketahui memiliki efek positif terhadap kesehatan tubuh. Studi ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui adanya pengaruh ekstrak daun kunyit (Curcuma Longa Linn.) dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus pada luka diabetes. Ekstraksi dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak daun kunyit diuji dalam perlakuan dengan konsentrasi bertingkat (20%, 40%, 60%, dan 80%) serta kontrol positif menggunakan Kloramphenikol dan kontrol negatif menggunakan DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide). Hasil analisis fitokimia menunjukkan keberadaan zat aktif seperti steroid, saponin, tanin, flavonoid, dan alkanoid dalam daun kunyit. Studi ini mengungkapkan ekstra daun kunyit mempunyai potensi untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, yang terbukti dengan pembentukan zona hambat yang signifikan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi ekstrak 80% menunjukkan efek penghambatan yang paling efektif terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, dengan ukuran zona hambat mencapai 5,52 mm.

The unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is a legal state that upholds the supremacy of law and justice for all its citizens. However, in practice, Indonesian law enforcement officials still face various challenges and obstacles that threaten the integrity of the country. the realization of justice and equality throughout the country. The aim of this journal is to analyze the foundation of Indonesian legal supremacy in Indonesia and identify steps that can be taken to improve fair and objective law enforcement in Indonesia.

Children with disabilities face increasing challenges due to society's negative views that limit their social and emotional development and cause many families to feel ashamed and hide them from important social interactions. Education is considered key to ensuring their rights, but exclusive education systems often limit their access with a lack of facilities and teacher training. Inclusive education was identified as a potential solution, allowing them to study in nearby schools without being restricted by special needs, increasing access to education and changing society's view of disability to promote social inclusion and equal rights.  

 This study aims to investigate the patterns of Indonesian use by students on social media, identify the factors that affect the use of the language, and formulate strategies to strengthen national identity through the good and correct use of Indonesian in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature analysis study approach. The results of the analysis show that social media has a significant role in shaping communication patterns and student lifestyles in the digital era. The use of Indonesian by students on social media tends not to be in accordance with the correct rules, influenced by global culture, the role of social media, understanding of the Indonesian language, social norms and values, and campus policies related to the Indonesian language. To strengthen national identity, the suggested strategies include Indonesian education and literacy, the role of communities and student organizations, and the implementation of campus policies that support the good and correct use of Indonesian on social media. 

Islamic science and Western science are two rich scientific traditions with a long history and significant contributions to science. Despite some similarities, they also have fundamental differences in methodology, epistemology, and goals. Islamic science flourished during the Middle Ages, driven by intellectual curiosity and the urge to understand God's creation. Muslim scientists combined the revelations of the Koran with observations and experiments to produce advances in a variety of fields, including astronomy, mathematics, physics, optics, and medicine. They emphasized the importance of a systematic scientific method, using hypotheses, experiments, and observations to test theories.Western science, on the other hand, emerged in Europe during the Renaissance and Enlightenment. Western science is characterized by its emphasis on rationalism, empiricism, and secularism. Western scientists challenged the authority of religion and tradition, and focused on developing more rigorous scientific methods, such as controlled experiments and testable hypotheses.

Viral describes something that is often associated with content on social media. Usually synonymous with something or information that is interesting and spreads quickly. Viral content creates a desire for social media users to repost the content. In the digital era, social media seems to be a basic need for sharing information, photos or videos. This research discusses the virality of Bunda Corla, a public figure known to the public through her content on TikTok. The TikTok account @bundacorlaofficials is a medium of communication with its followers to share information about Bunda Corla's daily activities. This study using a qualitative approach examines the role of TikTok in the virality phenomenon of Bunda Corla. Data collection used interviews, literature studies and observations on the TikTok account @bundacorlaofficials as the main source of research data. Research using new media theory by Pierre Levy and research results from Deza and Parikh regarding measuring the virality of content which is influenced by views, up votes, down votes and share value. It was revealed that content becomes viral if it is shared repeatedly and spreads on social media.

The issuance of an opinion on financial statements must be based on the belief that the financial reporting is fairly presented, meaning it is free from material misstatement. At Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, a phenomenon occurred where the financial statements for the years 2018-2020 received a qualified opinion (WDP) due to differences in the beginning and ending net asset balances caused by errors in Excel formulas. Primary data were collected from 54 respondents, including employees involved in the preparation of financial statements, those who have access to the accounting information system, and those engaged in internal control activities. Data processing revealed that the significance of the accounting information system variable was 0.04, the internal control variable was 0.002, and both variables together yielded a result of 0.000, indicating that the accounting information system and internal control simultaneously reduce financial statement misstatements. Ultimately, this study shows that internal control simultaneously reduces financial statement misstatements by 53.4%.

Anak usia sekolah merupakan usia yang rawan terhadap berbagai penyakit. Kebiasaan anak-anak mengkonsumsi jajanan secara bebas dan tidak melakukan cuci tangan sebelum makan menyebabkan berbagai kuman penyebab penyakit mudah masuk ke dalam tubuh. Kebiasan cuci tangan perlu diterapkan di sekolah Atisa Dimpkara Karawaci. Tujuan kegiatan edukasi kesehatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan  pentingnya  melakukan cuci tangan pada anak sekolah dasar Atisa Dipamkara. Penyuluhan kesehatan serta  workshop (pelatihan) cuci tangan secara kelompok dan perorangan merupakan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi. Sasaran kegiatan ini siswa sekolah dasar Atisa Dipamkara. Kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dilakukan pada hari Rabu, tanggal 13 Maret 2024 pukul 7.30-13.00 pada kegiatan ini dilakukan pretest dan posttest untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan siswa terkait materi pentingnya cuci tangan. Kegiatan edukasi terkait pentingnya cuci tangan dilakukan pada tanggal 13  April 2024 telah berlangsung dengan baik dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta edukasi kesehatan sebesar 12,44%. 

Bangsal perawatan dan kebidanan merupakan fasilitas pelayanan Rumah Sakit yang menjadi bagian dari upaya penyembuhan atau mengatasi masalah klien. Performance manajemen bangsal, tidak terlepas dari peran seorang kepala bidang keperawatan dikarenakan kemampuan manajerial seorang kepala ruang rawat dapat menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan dan kebidanan serta pelayanan pertama yang didapatkan pasien adalah bangsal. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidan dan perawat, khususnya manajemen pelayanan rawat inap. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 September 2023 di Rumah Sakit Harapan Bunda, dengan metode seminar dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah bidan dan perawat memahami manajemen bangsal, perencanaan sumber daya, timbang terima pasien, ronde keperawatan dan supervisi keperawatan. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa pemberian seminar dan diskusi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan bidan dan perawat tentang manajemen pelayanan rawat inap.
