The development of a student's personality, particularly during classroom interaction, is heavily influenced by their level of self-confidence. A lack of self-assurance often leads to public speaking anxiety, which subsequently restricts student engagement and diminishes academic performance. This phenomenon is frequently identified among tenth-grade Vocational High School (SMK) students who are navigating a period of environmental transition. This research focuses on enhancing the self-confidence of Grade X SMK students struggling with speech-related anxiety through the implementation of group guidance services utilizing role-playing methods. The study follows a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (GCAR) design conducted over two cycles, consisting of preparatory, executive, monitoring, and evaluative phases. The participants were tenth-grade students with low self-confidence profiles as determined by questionnaires and field observations. Data were analyzed using a descriptive quantitative approach to compare performance levels before and after the intervention. The results demonstrate that group guidance integrated with role-playing is an effective strategy for optimizing student self-confidence, as shown by the consistent upward trend in scores throughout the cycles. These findings suggest that this technique serves as a strategic instrument for school counselors to mitigate social anxiety among students.

ABSTRACT Hospitals can be established by the Central Government, Regional Government, or the Community. Hospital management organized by the Government can apply the financial management pattern of BLU or BLUD. Hospital independence can be achieved through healthy business processes. The dual role of hospitals as public services and business entities. The commercial health sector is increasingly closely linked to the global health industry. Collaboration between BLU hospitals and private business entities is often manifested in KSO contracts. KSO contracts must contain legal principles (rechtbeginselen) which serve as basic norms and guidelines in the formation or creation of legal regulations. The principle of personality in KSO contracts is important to ensure the parties' performance is balanced. This study uses a normative or doctrinal legal research methodology by examining primary legal sources in the form of KSO contracts between BLU hospitals and private business entities, the Civil Code, and other material laws. A study was also conducted on secondary legal sources in the form of legal materials consisting of books or legal journals regarding legal principles, the views of legal doctrines, and the results of legal research. Keywords : Principle of Personality, Public Service Agency, Operational Cooperation Contract.

The development of digital media has encouraged various forms of identity representation on video-sharing platforms such as YouTube. In this context, mukbang content functions not only as entertainment but also as a medium for constructing creators’ personal branding. This study aims to analyze how personal branding is constructed in food vlogging and mukbang content produced by Tanboy Kun on YouTube. This research employs a qualitative approach using qualitative content analysis to identify communication patterns, visual representations, and thematic consistency within the videos. The analysis is based on six indicators of personal branding by Montoya and Vandehey (2002): specialization, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, persistence, and goodwill, reinforced by Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach at the levels of denotation, connotation, and myth. The findings indicate that personal branding is constructed through the consistent concept of extreme and spicy food as specialization, expressive communication style as personality, content differentiation as distinctiveness, upload intensity as visibility, format continuity as persistence, and positive image formation through attitudes and interaction as goodwill. These results demonstrate that personal branding in mukbang content is strategically formed through consistent and structured representation. This study contributes to digital communication research, particularly in understanding personal identity construction in video-based media.

. The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in various fields, including education and church life. This study aims to examine the dynamics of the formation of prospective catechists in facing the challenges of AI use at the IPI Malang Pastoral College. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach, through observation and interviews with students as research subjects. The results show that the use of AI has become an integral part of the learning process, helping students understand material, develop academic skills, and enhance creativity in the pastoral field. However, the use of AI also poses challenges in the form of a tendency towards instantaneous attitudes and potential dependency that can hinder critical thinking skills and deep reflection on faith. In the context of pastoral education, the formation of prospective catechists emphasizes not only intellectual aspects but also spirituality, personality, and pastoral sensitivity. Therefore, the wise and proportional use of AI is necessary, while still positioning it as a supporting tool, not a substitute for human roles. The role of lecturers and educational institutions is crucial in guiding students to be able to use technology critically, reflectively, and responsibly. Thus, the integration of technology and faith values is expected to produce prospective catechists who are able to respond to the challenges of the times in a relevant and meaningful manner.

This study examines the impact of personality and work engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with work motivation serving as a mediating variable, among inpatient nurses at South Jakarta Type B Hospital. OCB is crucial for enhancing organizational performance and service quality, especially in healthcare settings, where nurses' extra-role behaviors significantly contribute to patient care. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a survey design, involving 143 nurses from infection and critical inpatient wards. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that personality positively influences both work motivation and OCB. Work engagement also positively impacts work motivation and OCB. Additionally, work motivation significantly affects OCB and partially mediates the relationship between personality, work engagement, and OCB. These findings suggest that fostering nurses' work engagement and motivation, supported by positive personality traits, can enhance OCB, leading to better organizational performance and improved healthcare service quality.

This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping adolescent personality at SMA Negeri 1 Sragen. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and were analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The findings indicate that personality development strategies were carried out in a planned, systematic, and collaborative manner through five main approaches: role modeling, religious habituation, integration of values into classroom instruction, personal mentoring, and collaboration among teachers. Role modeling emerged as the most dominant strategy, as students tend to imitate teachers’ behavior in daily interactions. Religious programs such as congregational prayer, Qur’anic recitation, Islamic student organization activities, and Friday religious programs function as instruments for internalizing religious and social values. These findings affirm that adolescent personality development requires an integrated strategy embedded within school culture and supported by a conducive educational environment.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the personality assessment tools that is often used to identify individual psychological tendencies, including in the context of higher education. In the student environment, MBTI is widely used as a means of self-introduction, adjustment of learning styles, increasing the effectiveness of group work, and career planning. This article aims to examine the relevance of the application of MBTI among students using a literature study approach. The research method used is in the form of a review of various literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, and academic articles that discuss the basic concept of MBTI, its implementation in the field of education, and critical views regarding its limitations. The results of the study show that MBTI has a fairly relevant role as a non-diagnostic instrument in helping students understand their potential, learning preferences, and social and academic interaction patterns. In addition, the appropriate use of MBTI can support improved learning quality, teamwork effectiveness, and academic counseling services. However, a number of literature highlights the limitations of MBTI, especially regarding aspects of validity and reliability, so it is not recommended to be used as the sole basis for academic or psychological decision-making. Thus, MBTI remains relevant for students if used wisely, contextually, and based on a strong scientific foundation to support students' academic and personality development.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' teaching styles on the formation of student character in the school environment. The study focuses on comparing democratic-humanist and authoritarian teaching styles, and their implications for student character development. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, through a systematic analysis of books, scientific articles, and previous research results relevant to the topic of teaching styles and character education. The results and discussion indicate that education is not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also on the formation of moral values, attitudes, and personality of students. Teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models whose behavior and teaching styles greatly influence student character. Democratic and humanist teaching styles have been shown to encourage the growth of self-confidence, courage to express opinions, independence, empathy, and moral integrity in students. Conversely, authoritarian teaching styles tend to instill fear, reduce creativity, weaken self-confidence, and shape students' character under pressure. This study confirms that student character formation is strongly influenced by the quality of teacher-student interactions, the emotional atmosphere in the classroom, role models, and moral communication established by teachers. Therefore, a balance is needed in implementing a firm but humanistic teaching style in order to create a learning environment that is conducive to optimal character formation of students.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' personality and morals, not only by imparting religious knowledge but also by internalizing moral values for everyday life. The rapid development of technology, globalization, and social change presents challenges to moral development, requiring PAI learning to effectively integrate moral values in classroom dynamics. This study aims to examine the integration of moral values in PAI learning and its implications for strengthening character education. Using a qualitative approach with library research, data were gathered from books, journal articles, and previous studies on PAI and moral education. Data collection was through documentation, and content analysis was used to synthesize concepts, theories, and findings. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the emergence of destructive leadership in schools. Destructive leadership is understood as leadership behavior that systematically harms the goals of the school organization, teacher well-being, and the educational work climate. This study used a library method with a descriptive qualitative approach, through the review and synthesis of various relevant scientific literature, both nationally and internationally. The analysis shows that destructive leadership in schools is influenced by three main factors: internal factors of the leader (characteristics and personality of the principal), follower factors (characteristics of teachers and education personnel), and factors of the school's organizational environment. These three factors interact and reinforce each other, as explained in the toxic triangle theory. Destructive leadership negatively impacts teacher work motivation, the school's organizational climate, and the quality of the learning process. Therefore, preventative measures are needed through strengthening the principal selection and development system, improving teacher professionalism, and creating a democratic and accountable school environment.

This study aims to examine the variety of guidance and counseling services in elementary schools and their role in addressing students’ problems through a literature review of relevant scientific sources, including national and international journals as well as reference books published after 2020. The results indicate that the implementation of guidance and counseling at the elementary school level encompasses various forms of services, such as orientation to the school environment, information services, placement and referral guidance, group guidance activities, individual and group counseling services, consultation, and mediation efforts. These services contribute to helping students overcome learning difficulties, behavioral problems, social adjustment issues, and personality development. However, their implementation still faces several challenges, including a shortage of professional personnel and teachers’ limited understanding of guidance and counseling. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen guidance and counseling programs in elementary schools in a well-planned and sustainable manner.

Parents play a crucial role in introducing and shaping children’s gender identity from an early age. Gender identity is an essential aspect of psychological development that is closely related to the formation of behavior patterns, social attitudes, and personality development in later life. Within the family context, both fathers and mothers have complementary psychological roles in supporting children’s gender development. Mothers are generally more involved in daily caregiving and the fulfillment of children’s physical and emotional needs, while fathers tend to play a more prominent role in social interaction, play activities, and reinforcing discipline as well as adherence to prevailing cultural norms. Parenting practices, whether consciously or unconsciously applied, significantly influence how children understand gender roles, express themselves, and construct their personal identities. Therefore, appropriate, balanced, and developmentally sensitive gender identity introduction is essential to prevent role confusion and potential psychological difficulties in the future. This article aims to examine the role of parents in shaping children’s gender identity from a psychological perspective, emphasizing the importance of responsive, educative parenting that aligns with children’s developmental stages and cultural values.

This study explores the profound impact of teacher personality competence on student character formation through a descriptive narrative lens grounded in the sociology of education. Education is not merely a technical transfer of knowledge but a complex social process where the teacher acts as a pivotal moral agent and role model. By synthesizing classical sociological paradigms—Functionalism, Conflict Theory, and Symbolic Interactionism—with contemporary empirical evidence, this article argues that a teacher's personality is a dynamic social construct that shapes the "hidden curriculum" and the overall school climate. The narrative analysis reveals that traits such as empathy, integrity, and social justice are not just individual attributes but essential tools for moral socialization and the internalization of collective values. The study finds that teachers who embody these virtues foster a sense of social belonging and ethical responsibility in students, effectively bridging the gap between individual identity and societal expectations. The article concludes that strengthening teacher personality competence is a strategic imperative for developing a resilient and morally grounded generation, recommending integrated professional development that emphasizes the teacher's role as a moral authority in the 21st-century social landscape.

This study was conducted to understand how parenting styles significantly influence the process of shaping children’s behavior. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through interviews and direct observation of participants aged 10–18 years who live in Cicendo District, Bandung. Based on the results conveyed by several participants, it can be seen that parenting styles play a very important role in children’s growth and development as well as in the formation of their emotional conditions. Parents who play a positive role such as giving more attention, communicating well, and providing full support tend to build positive responses and emotional stability in children. This helps shape a healthy personality and creates a comfortable home environment that makes children feel safe. In contrast, parents who display negative roles and parenting styles such as being harsh, lacking attention, and frequently engaging in conflict tend to make children feel pressured and lack self confidence due to unmet emotional support. As a result, children may limit their relationship with their parents, which leads to emotional instability. Overall, the discussion shows that the family is the primary foundation for children, as their growth and development are strongly influenced by how parents fulfill their roles in shaping children’s personalities, which ultimately impacts their lives in the future.
