The rapid growth of digital marketplaces has fundamentally transformed consumer decision-making processes by intensifying price transparency, product comparability, and information exposure. In highly competitive marketplace environments, consumers are frequently confronted with numerous product alternatives and dynamic pricing structures, which shape how they evaluate options and ultimately decide to purchase. This study examines the effects of product variety and price perception on consumers’ purchase decisions in the context of ROSCA tumbler products sold on the Shopee marketplace. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, this research employs a survey-based design to analyze the relationships among variables and to estimate their relative effects through multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from 100 respondents who had previously purchased ROSCA tumblers on Shopee, selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The research instrument consisted of 15 Likert-scale items measuring product variety, price perception, and purchase decision. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, instrument validity and reliability testing, regression assumption diagnostics, and hypothesis testing using both partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) procedures. The findings reveal that product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, indicating that consumers are more likely to finalize purchases when they perceive product options as sufficiently diverse, relevant, and comparable. Price perception also exerts a positive and significant influence and demonstrates a stronger relative effect compared to product variety. This result underscores the central role of perceived price fairness, competitiveness, and value-for-money in shaping purchase decisions within transparent and highly competitive marketplace settings. Simultaneously, product variety and price perception explain a substantial proportion of variance in purchase decisions, highlighting their combined importance as key marketing stimuli. These findings contribute to the literature on digital consumer behavior by providing empirical evidence from a specific marketplace–product context and offer practical implications for sellers and brand managers in optimizing assortment design and pricing strategies to enhance conversion rates in online marketplaces

This study is intended to identify the impact of Online Customer Reviews and Product Quality Perceptions on Skintific Purchase Decisions on TikTok Shop. This study applies a quantitative approach through causal methods. Involving 96 respondents who have purchased and used Skintific products on the platform. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), and used multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. The findings show that online customer reviews and product quality perceptions have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, both when tested individually and together. The adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) reaches 0.875, which means that 87.5% of the variation in purchase decisions can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 12.5% is influenced by external elements outside of this model. Among the two variables studied, Online Customer Reviews were proven to have a dominant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a higher Beta value than Product Quality Perception. This conclusion emphasizes that positive reviews from customers and a good view of product quality are the main drivers for consumers to purchase Skintific products on TikTok Shop. Thus, companies are advised to maintain product reputation through consistent quality as well as optimize digital communication strategies based on customer reviews to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

The growth of online shopping has encouraged brands to utilize live-streaming as a promotional tool to attract consumers, including Parfumoist in Lampung, which actively broadcasts product demonstrations to increase audience engagement. However, whether these broadcasts truly build trust and stimulate purchase intention remains uncertain, forming the central problem of this research. The research tried to analyze the influence of interactivity, visualization, entertainment, and professionalization during live-streaming on consumer trust and purchase intention. Using Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, live-streaming elements are positioned as stimuli, trust as the organism, and purchase intention as the response. A quantitative approach was employed, with purposive sampling of viewers who watched Parfumoist live streams and had made or intended to make a purchase. Data from an online questionnaire then analyzed with SEM-PLS. The findings reveal all four dimensions of live-streaming significantly affect purchase intention, mediated through consumer trust. The findings highlight that effective live-streaming depends not only on frequent broadcasts, but also on the ability of the host to interact meaningfully, present attractive visuals, entertain viewers, and display professionalism. This study concludes that improving the overall quality of live-stream sessions strengthens trust and intention to buy, offering theoretical implications for digital marketing research and practical recommendations for MSMEs to optimize live-streaming strategies in competitive markets.

Rapid adoption of cashless payments has reshaped everyday spending, especially among young consumers. While e-wallets deliver speed and convenience, constant exposure to discounts, cashbacks, and one-click checkouts may also foster more frequent discretionary purchases. This study examines the relationship between e-wallet usage intensity and consumptive lifestyle, focusing on how convenience and promotional stimuli relate to spending tendencies. Using a cross-sectional online survey of students and early-career workers, we collected self-reports on payment habits and consumption patterns with validated Likert-type instruments. Data were screened and analyzed with correlation and linear regression after basic assumption checks. The results indicate a positive and statistically meaningful association between e-wallet usage and consumptive lifestyle; respondents who transact more often via e-wallets tend to report stronger preferences for instant gratification, hedonic purchases, and impulse buying. Convenience features (e.g., stored cards, fast checkout) and promotional exposure (e.g., limited-time deals) emerged as salient correlates of the relationship. The findings add contextual evidence from Indonesia’s digital economy and suggest practical implications for users, platforms, and educators. Financial-wellbeing interventions such as digital budgeting tips, in-app nudges, spend limits, or post-purchase reflections may help align seamless payments with healthier consumption decisions. Future work can test causal mechanisms and evaluate design features that encourage prudent, goal-consistent spending without diminishing user experience.

This study analyzes the influence of Digital Marketing Strategy and Brand Image on consumer purchasing decisions and tests the role of Brand Awareness as a moderating variable at Moringa Coffee and Eatery. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 with a quantitative PLS method approach. The results show that Digital Marketing Strategy and Brand Image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, Brand Awareness does not act as a moderating variable because it does not strengthen the relationship between the two on Purchase Decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies and strengthening brand image, as well as the need to increase brand awareness in order to support the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Furthermore, the study highlights that consumers tend to make purchasing decisions based on the perceived value and credibility presented through digital platforms, making consistent online engagement crucial. Improving brand awareness may require more targeted promotional activities, interactive content, and customer involvement to build a stronger emotional connection with the brand. Overall, these results provide valuable insights for managers aiming to enhance competitiveness and customer loyalty in the digital marketplace.

This study aims to analyze the quality of notarial services in the drafting of sale and purchase deeds at the Office of Notary–PPAT Pramudita Kartikasari, S.H., M.Kn., with a focus on factors influencing client satisfaction. The research background is grounded in the essential role of notaries in ensuring legal certainty in land transactions, which requires services that are prompt, transparent, and professional. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings indicate that service quality can be explained through the five SERVQUAL dimensions. In terms of tangibles, physical facilities were considered adequate, although the waiting area and technological equipment remained limited. The reliability dimension showed that deeds produced were legally valid and accurate, yet completion time was not always consistent. Responsiveness was generally satisfactory, though online responses were less prompt. Assurance emerged as the main strength, as the notary was able to provide legal certainty, clear explanations, and professional conduct, while empathy was reflected through attentiveness, flexibility, and personalized care for clients. Assurance and empathy were found to be dominant in enhancing satisfaction, whereas tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness require improvement. The study implies the need for facility improvements, better time management, and standardized communication, while maintaining legal certainty and empathy as the core values of notarial service.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of halal brands, brand image, and price perceptions on the motivation and purchasing choices of Wardah consumers, as well as to identify the psychological and behavioral factors underlying the phenomenon of "The Wardah Effect" among Indonesian people. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. A total of 21 Wardah respondents aged 18 to 27 years old in Kudus were selected as respondents through purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected online using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and open-ended questions. The results showed that three main factors greatly influenced "The Wardah Effect", namely value (halal image and pride in local products), economic efficiency (affordable prices), and ease of access (easy to find). Most respondents felt proud of local products (81.0%), found the prices offered affordable (95.2% agreed), and thought that the products were easy to find (90.5%). Halal imagery is also the most influential component, which provides a sense of security and trust (76.2% fully agree). Promotions and advertisements had an impact on 80.9% of respondents. It was concluded that Wardah's purchase decision was based on three types of rationality, namely economic, cultural, and ideological, as well as social-digital, thus making Wardah a symbol of identity and social values for the younger generation.
