Understanding God in Christian education plays a crucial role in the moral formation of children, as the theological concept of God forms the foundation for values, character, and ethical actions, developed from an early age. In Christian education, the process of moral formation does not simply rely on rules or customs, but rather rests on the child's personal relationship with God as a loving, guiding Being, and the source of truth. This study uses qualitative methods with a library research approach to explore how the concept of God according to Christian theology can serve as a foundation for the comprehensive moral formation of children. The aim of this study is to analyze how God's attributes such as love, holiness, justice, and faithfulness can be applied in the educational process so that the moral values formed are not formalistic but grow from a deep spiritual awareness. The research findings show that a proper understanding of God helps children recognize moral standards rooted in God's character, develop ethical attitudes, and strengthen the internal drive to live according to His will. This research is also expected to contribute to Christian educators in developing theological, contextual, and effective learning strategies to continuously cultivate children's morality in accordance with the principles of the Christian faith.

The implementation of the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy presents challenges for hospitals in ensuring equitable service delivery. Organizational readiness depends not only on adequate physical infrastructure but also on an adaptive organizational culture and strong clinical leadership to guide change. As a referral hospital, RS BM must ensure alignment across organizational components to meet KRIS standards sustainably. This study analyzes the influence of infrastructure quality and clinical leadership on organizational readiness for KRIS implementation, with organizational culture as an intervening variable. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used, involving 136 healthcare and medical personnel working in the inpatient units of RS Bhakti Mulia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to examine relationships among variables. Infrastructure quality and organizational culture significantly and positively affect organizational readiness. Clinical leadership, while not directly influencing readiness, has a significant positive effect on organizational culture. KRIS readiness at RS BM is shaped by infrastructure quality, clinical leadership, and organizational culture, with culture acting as the main mediator. The hospital shows strong readiness but still faces gaps in progress monitoring, inpatient room layout and privacy, leadership direction, and team participation. Strengthening monitoring mechanisms, improving room design according to KRIS standards, enhancing clinical leadership capacity, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture are essential to support comprehensive and sustainable KRIS implementation

This study analyzes and designs a dual-role web-based ordering information system to optimize order management at Sunrise Bakery. This SME currently faces inefficiencies due to manual recording. The system, developed using the SDLC Waterfall method with PHP and MySQL, serves two main actors: customers, who can order online, browse catalogs, track orders, and pay digitally; and administrators (admin, cashier, owner), who manage products, update stock, input in-store orders, generate daily/monthly sales reports, and manage user access. Black Box Testing confirms all core functions work correctly. The system successfully addresses manual process shortcomings by improving data accuracy and providing real-time monitoring for both customers and management. It offers a comprehensive digital solution to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Limitations include the lack of integrated digital payment gateways and external messaging. Future development should incorporate payment gateways (e.g., OVO, GoPay), WhatsApp notifications, a mobile application, and predictive analytics for sales and stock forecasting.

This study examines the effect of financial ratios on dividend policy with sales growth as a moderating variable in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. Dividend policy is an important corporate decision because it reflects management considerations in balancing company growth and shareholder returns. The independent variables used in this research are profitability, liquidity, and leverage, while dividend policy is the dependent variable and sales growth acts as a moderating variable. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), liquidity is proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), leverage is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy is measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results show that profitability does not have a significant effect on dividend policy, indicating that net profit generated during the year is not the main consideration in dividend distribution decisions within technology companies. Liquidity has a significant effect on dividend policy, suggesting that companies with stronger short-term financial conditions tend to have a greater ability to distribute dividends. Leverage also significantly affects dividend policy, implying that the level of corporate debt influences management decisions regarding dividend payments. Furthermore, sales growth does not moderate the relationship between profitability and dividend policy. However, sales growth is proven to moderate the effect of liquidity and leverage on dividend policy. These findings provide insights for management and investors in understanding dividend policy determinants in technology sector companies in Indonesia.

Public communication in efforts to prevent drug abuse faces increasingly complex challenges in the digital era, particularly in reaching young people who are strongly influenced by social media and the dynamics of their social environment. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Surakarta City in carrying out the Drug Abuse Prevention, Eradication, and Illicit Trafficking Program (P4GN) oriented toward the younger generation. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with public relations staff of BNN Surakarta City, as well as a review of program documents and communication materials. The data were analyzed using content analysis and validated through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that BNN’s communication strategies include audience segmentation based on age and educational level, the utilization of digital media such as Instagram and TikTok, and collaboration with local public figures, micro-influencers, and youth communities. Peer-based and participatory communication approaches are considered more effective than one-way, purely informative communication patterns. Nevertheless, limitations in human resources and budget, along with the rapid flow of digital information, remain the main challenges in program implementation. This study emphasizes the importance of persuasive, adaptive, and contextual communication strategies to enhance the effectiveness of P4GN campaigns among the younger generation.

This paper examines Martin Heidegger’s philosophical thought, focusing on fundamental ontology as an effort to revive the question of the meaning of Being (Sein), which has been neglected in the Western metaphysical tradition. Heidegger criticizes earlier philosophy for concentrating primarily on entities (beings) rather than addressing the essence of Being itself. Through a phenomenological-hermeneutic approach, Heidegger introduces the concept of Dasein as the distinctive mode of human existence characterized by reflective awareness of its own being. Dasein is understood as being-in-the-world, meaning that human existence is inseparable from its social, historical, and existential contexts. This paper discusses the existential structures of Dasein, including thrownness, facticity, care, temporality, and the distinction between authentic and inauthentic modes of existence. By emphasizing lived experience, Heidegger’s philosophy offers a profound and dynamic understanding of human existence beyond abstract metaphysical speculation. The paper concludes that Heidegger’s thought remains highly relevant for contemporary society, particularly in encouraging individuals to reflect on self-identity, freedom, and existential responsibility amid the complexities of modern life.

Fly ash and bottom ash (FABA) are combustion residues from coal-fired power plants. Following the issuance of Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021, FABA is no longer classified as hazardous and toxic waste (B3). However, FABA must still be managed properly due to its potential to cause pollution through leachate generated if leaks occur in the FABA disposal area. This study evaluates the lining and drainage systems in the FABA disposal area at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP Paiton to ensure that leachate does not contaminate surrounding groundwater. The research employs descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods, collecting secondary data to assess the structure and pollution control systems in the FABA disposal area at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP Paiton. The data includes the disposal area structure and water quality from monitoring wells. Analysis results indicate that the FABA disposal area lining system operates effectively and in compliance with regulations, successfully containing leachate movement and preventing seepage. This is supported by pH, Fe, Hg, and turbidity levels in groundwater from monitoring wells remaining within safe limits. Additionally, the presence of a runoff pond helps contain surface runoff during heavy rain, keeping overflow water under control. Overall, the disposal area structure and leachate management system at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP Paiton function well, but routine monitoring must continue to ensure no seepage occurs, preventing leachate from contaminating the surrounding environment as an early preventive measure to maintain environmental quality and regulatory compliance.
