The process of determining scholarship eligibility often faces challenges related to subjectivity and uncertainty in assessment criteria, which can result in inaccurate and unfair decisions. Scholarship selection generally involves multiple criteria, such as academic achievement, family economic conditions, and supporting factors that are difficult to evaluate using conventional decision-making methods. Therefore, an appropriate decision support approach is required to handle such uncertainty effectively. This study aims to implement the Fuzzy Mamdani method in a decision support system to determine scholarship eligibility more objectively and accurately. The research method consists of data collection, fuzzification of input variables, formulation of fuzzy rules, inference using the Mamdani approach, and defuzzification using the centroid method to obtain a crisp eligibility value. The results show that the Fuzzy Mamdani method is capable of producing flexible eligibility scores by considering the degree of membership of each criterion. The generated output reflects real conditions more comprehensively compared to traditional methods. The implementation of this method can assist decision-makers in improving transparency, consistency, and fairness in scholarship selection. This research is expected to contribute to the development of intelligent decision support systems in the field of educational assessment.

The process of determining eligibility for social assistance recipients is often constrained by subjective assessments and uncertainty in decision-making criteria. This condition can lead to inaccurate targeting and unfair distribution of aid. Therefore, an appropriate decision support method is required to handle data uncertainty effectively. This study aims to apply the Fuzzy Mamdani method to determine the eligibility of social assistance recipients based on several assessment criteria. The criteria used in this study include monthly income, number of dependents, and housing conditions. The research method consists of data collection, fuzzification, formulation of fuzzy rules, inference using the Mamdani approach, and defuzzification to obtain a crisp output value. The results show that the Fuzzy Mamdani method is able to classify recipients into eligible and non-eligible categories more flexibly compared to conventional methods. The generated eligibility values reflect real conditions more accurately by considering degrees of membership for each criterion. The implementation of this method can assist decision-makers in improving the accuracy, objectivity, and fairness of social assistance distribution. This research is expected to contribute to the development of intelligent decision support systems in the social welfare sector.

The dynamic fluctuations in stock prices present a major challenge for investors in making informed decisions. To anticipate such uncertainties, forecasting methods that can provide accurate predictions are required. This study compares two time series forecasting methods Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing (Holt) in predicting the stock prices of PT Telkom Indonesia (TLKM). The dataset consists of monthly closing prices from January 2018 to December 2023. The performance of each model is evaluated using three error metrics: Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The results show that the ARIMA(1,1,1) model yields higher predictive accuracy than the Holt method, with MAE of 787.71, MSE of 771,844.2, and RMSE of 878.55. In contrast, the Holt method records a MAE of 837.19, MSE of 878,393.4, and RMSE of 937.23. These findings confirm that ARIMA is superior in capturing the complex patterns of stock price movements and is more effective in volatile market conditions such as the stock exchange.

Mathematics is a core subject that develops critical thinking skills; however, many third to fifth-grade elementary school students face difficulties with conventional teaching methods that tend to be uniform and less adaptive. This study aims to develop and implement a mobile-based educational game, "Ethno Run," which integrates the Bayesian Knowledge Tracing (BKT) algorithm to provide an adaptive learning experience. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) framework. The system uses BKT to track students' mastery in real-time by analyzing their responses to pre-tests and exercises within the game, which then adjusts the difficulty level and focuses the post-test on areas identified as weak, such as arithmetic operations and geometry. The findings show that this adaptive approach significantly improves learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 44.33 on the pre-test to 85.33 on the post-test among 30 students. This study concludes that the integration of Artificial Intelligence through BKT effectively personalizes learning, enhances student motivation, and provides data-driven insights for teachers regarding students' progress. The implication of this research is that adaptive game-based learning serves as a feasible interactive solution to bridge the gap in conventional basic mathematics education.

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to strengthen the role of adolescent parents through education on parenting during puberty and family financial literacy in Lembang Tondon Langi’, Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. Through two training sessions led by Ibu Rio Rita Pakan and Ibu Westerini, the program focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of parents in addressing the challenges of parenting adolescent children and managing household finances. The first session, which addressed parenting during puberty, provided parents with insights into the characteristics of adolescent development and effective communication strategies. The second session, which focused on family financial management, offered practical skills in budgeting, debt management, and saving for the future. The results of the program showed that parents in Lembang Tondon Langi’ felt more prepared and confident in applying a more open and adaptive approach to parenting, as well as becoming more prudent in managing household finances. The enhancement of skills in both areas is expected to create more harmonious families and greater financial stability. The sustainability of the program is recommended through the formation of ongoing discussion groups and the active involvement of community leaders. This program has contributed positively to family welfare and the empowerment of parents in rural areas

The Checksheet process at PT. Automotive component companies are an important activity to maintain quality consistency in the production of automotive components, especially brackets. However, the inspection method that is still carried out manually causes waste of time, high use of paper, and increased operational costs. This study aims to reduce the cycle time of Patrol Check A-T-A, implement a digital (paperless) recording system, and improve process efficiency through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, Fishbone Diagram, and Why-Why Analysis. The results of the identification of the root of the problem show that the absence of a standardized digital system and the lack of management initiatives are the main causes of the long inspection process and high paper consumption. The implementation of E-Checksheet as a digital solution resulted in a significant reduction in cycle time, from 50 minutes to 10 minutes, as well as eliminating paper use by up to 100%. In addition, workflows become simpler, data is easier to monitor, and processes become more efficient. This study concludes that the digitization of Checksheet is able to increase operational effectiveness, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.

The information technology revolution has brought significant changes to almost all aspects of people's lives, from communication patterns and ways of obtaining information to production and trade systems across various sectors. The development of digital technology has also driven cultural, social, and economic changes that require society to continuously adapt. This article aims to examine how society adapts to these changes through a literature review approach, examining various relevant scientific sources. The discussion focuses on digital literacy, human resource (HR) transformation, the concept of Society 5.0, the psychological impact of digital technology use, the role of public policy, and the use of technology in the economic sector. The study results indicate that the success of societal adaptation is greatly influenced by the level of digital literacy and the readiness of human resources to face increasingly rapid technological developments. Furthermore, public policies that support equal access to technology and digital education are crucial factors in this adaptation process. Equitable digital literacy and the development of adaptive and flexible human resources are key strategies for maximizing digital economic opportunities while addressing various social challenges in the era of information technology transformation.

Bumi: Jurnal Hasil Kegiatan Sosialisasi Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2026 Asosiasi Riset Teknik Elektro dan Informatika Indonesia

This community service activity was carried out to overcome the problem of open and uncontrolled internet networks at SMK Islamiyah Serua. This condition poses security risks as well as inefficient bandwidth usage. The solution offered is the implementation of a network gateway system with a user-friendly web-based login portal, so that internet access can be limited only to educators through an authentication mechanism. The implementation method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation using MikroTik RouterOS and HTML/CSS/JavaScript-based web portals, system trials, and socialization to schools. The results showed a significant improvement in network security, bandwidth usage efficiency, and ease of access for teachers. In addition, this activity also increases educators' understanding of the importance of network security in supporting the learning process. The implementation of this system provides sustainable benefits for schools, both from a technical and educational perspective, because it is able to create a safer and more controlled digital environment. Thus, this community service activity not only solves technical problems, but also contributes to improving the quality of educational services at SMK Islamiyah Serua.

The commercial sector, especially the hospitality industry, is one of the largest consumers of electrical energy, with energy costs often ranking as the second highest operational expense. This study aims to conduct a specific Electrical Energy Audit in the Office Engineering unit of Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center to optimize electricity usage and improve energy efficiency. The research applies a detailed audit approach with a focus on lighting systems and air conditioning (AC), which are major contributors to energy consumption. The initial stage involves calculating the actual Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in kWh/m²/month and comparing the results with ASEAN and SNI standards to determine the efficiency classification of the building. Data collection is carried out through direct field measurements as primary data, using instruments such as a Clamp Meter and Lux Meter. The expected outcome of this study is the identification of detailed Energy Saving Opportunities (ESO), along with the estimation of potential monthly energy cost savings and the calculation of the investment Payback Period.

Biodiversity represents the condition and level of ecosystem complexity in a particular area, reflecting the presence of various living organisms and their interactions with the environment. Based on its ecological conditions, Mooat Lake in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency serves as a habitat for various plant species, one of which is moss (Bryophyta), which plays an important role in maintaining ecosystem balance. The presence of Bryophyta in this area has the potential to be utilized as a contextual learning resource in biology education. This study aims to determine the validity level of an interactive e-book based on Bryophyta research conducted at Mooat Lake, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, as a biology learning material for tenth-grade senior high school students. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed in this study was an interactive e-book containing biodiversity material based on field research findings. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 94.2%, categorized as very valid, while the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 83.7%, also categorized as very valid. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the interactive e-book based on moss research meets the criteria of being very valid and is suitable for use as a learning resource in biology subjects, particularly on biodiversity topics.

The decline in seed quality due to storage beyond the shelf life is a major problem in rice cultivation. One effort that can be made to improve seed viability is through invigoration techniques using natural ingredients, such as bean sprout extract (Phaseolus radiatus), which contains growth hormones. This study aims to analyze the effect of bean sprout extract on the viability of Ciherang rice seeds that have exceeded their shelf life and to determine the best treatment. The study was conducted from August to November 2024 at the Biology Laboratory of the UPTD Seed Center, Supervision and Certification of Agricultural Seeds of Gorontalo Province. The study used a two-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with bean sprout age (3, 5, and 7 days after sowing) and bean sprout extract concentration (20 g/L, 40 g/L, and 60 g/L) as factors, with four replications. The parameters observed included germination rate, maximum growth potential, and sprout length. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and DMRT post-hoc test at a 5% level. The results showed that bean sprout extract had a significant effect on all observed parameters. The treatment of 5-day-old bean sprouts with a concentration of 20 g/L gave the best results with a germination rate of 95.5%, maximum growth potential of 98.5%, and the highest sprout length. Sprout extract has the potential to be used as a natural alternative to improve the quality of rice seeds that have passed their storage period.

The success of education delivery depends heavily on the quality of supporting elements, particularly educational facilities, which play a strategic role in supporting learning activities and achieving human resource development goals. This research is motivated by a gap in understanding regarding the effectiveness of the management process for facilities and infrastructure in improving learning quality, as well as the need to adapt to the dynamics of modern education. The purpose of this research is to examine the management process for educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving learning quality, based on the results of a literature review. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, where data was obtained through critical analysis of scientific journals and academic literature. The research findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and disposal. Each stage is interrelated and plays a strategic role in supporting a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process. The implications of this research indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, carried out through a planned and sustainable process, plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of learning quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on the quality of financial statements based on SAK EMKM, with accounting information systems as a moderating variable, focusing on coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kediri City, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 32 business owners or financial managers selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software.The results indicate that education level has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, suggesting that higher educational attainment enhances accounting understanding and compliance with SAK EMKM. However, accounting information systems were found to weaken this relationship, indicating that system complexity, limited digital literacy, and insufficient technical training may reduce the effectiveness of education in improving financial reporting quality. These findings highlight that improving financial reporting quality among MSMEs requires not only higher educational capacity but also appropriate technological support and continuous technical assistance. This study contributes to the accounting literature by emphasizing the contextual role of accounting information systems in shaping the relationship between human capital and financial reporting quality in MSMEs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi  baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 67 orang pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 105 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang yang dipilih dengan Slovin secara proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi dalam memediasi knowledge sharing dan pemberdayan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja pegawai sektor publik yang sering terkendala birokrasi, budaya organisasi hierarkis, dan regulasi ketat. Kepemimpinan autentik dan penyesuaian pekerjaan dipandang sebagai faktor yang dapat   memengaruhi kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui keterlibatan kerja. Kepemimpinan autentik berperan dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang terbuka dan penuh integritas, sedangkan penyesuaian pekerjaan memberi ruang bagi pegawai menyesuaikan pekerjaan dengan kekuatan dan preferensi pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 153 pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pemalang. Instrumen berupa kuesioner berskala Likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun mediasi antar variabel berdasarkan teori JD-R, COR, dan Authentic Leadership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hipotesis diterima dan satu ditolak. Penyesuaian pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta menjadi prediktor paling kuat bagi kinerja (β = 0,432). Kepemimpinan autentik berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja (β = 0,335), namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (β = 0,120). Keterlibatan kerja terbukti memediasi sebagian hubungan penyesuaian pekerjaan dengan kinerja, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 44,2% varians keterlibatan kerja dan 60,8% varians kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor individual seperti penyesuaian pekerjaan dibandingkan faktor kepemimpinan top-down dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di sektor publik. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah perlunya organisasi pemerintah mengembangkan program penyesuaian pekerjaan, memperkuat keterlibatan kerja, serta membangun kepemimpinan autentik sebagai fondasi budaya kerja yang positif.

Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan digital, knowledge sharing baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui perilaku inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai Kecamatan se-Kabuptaen Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN sebanyak 217 responden. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 141 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi. Perilaku inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Perilaku inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap kinerja pegawai dan perilaku inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim kerja dan komepensasi finansial baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai OPD Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai OPD Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang berjumlah 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengembangan kompetensi digital dan knowledge sharing baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui inovasi terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik pada pegawai Kecamatan Se-Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN sebanyak 217 responden. Sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 141 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik. Pengembangan kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik. Inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi digital terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik dan inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap optimalisasi layanan publik.
