The declaration by President Muhammadu Buhari that he is willing to reduce the rising expenses of managing public affairs is a major surprise. Newspapers everywhere have stated that he will face the confront the problem head-on by reforming numerous government agencies, merging others, and dismantling others. We are still figuring out the specifics. The only information that has been made public thus far is that the plan's first casualties will be the Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination, the National Examinations Council, and the National Poverty Eradication Programme. It is evident from the announced strategy that the president and his officials either do not understand the seriousness of the issue or are once again manipulating a terrible sickness that is plaguing the nation. In what way would eliminating NECO and instructing WAEC to take on the personnel reduce costs? Or how would renaming NAPP contribute to improving governance value? How does he make sure that each and every Kobo that goes into counted national treasuries? What steps is he taking to guarantee that public policy is geared toward reducing people's suffering? The cost of governance during Jonathan's administration is examined in this study. It examines the cost of government from a thematic perspective, emphasizing its main points with specific examples. According to the paper's conclusion, the so-called clause of "senior ministers and junior or ministers of state" has led to the current unhealthy rivalry and widespread bitterness, but it has also resulted in needless waste of public funds in the payment of entitlements due to over-bloated administrative costs.

This study analyzes the potential of local wisdom in the development of tourism villages in Indonesia, with a focus on local economic empowerment. Local wisdom, which includes traditions, culture, art, and social systems, is often not documented or utilized to its full potential in the tourism sector. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores how local wisdom can be used as the main attraction in the development of independent and sustainable tourism villages. Several tourist villages that have managed local wisdom effectively, such as Osing Village and Reog Village, are used as examples in this study. The findings show that although many villages have great cultural potential, many have not yet utilized digital technology in promoting their local wisdom. Better documentation and the use of technology such as digital platforms can increase the visibility of tourist villages and expand the market. In addition, local economic empowerment is achieved through the management of local wisdom that involves the community in all development processes. This study provides recommendations for strategies to optimize the utilization of local wisdom, including increased documentation, community involvement, and the use of digital technology, to create highly competitive tourist villages and make a real contribution to local economic empowerment.

Looking at the culture that occurs in the environment where we live, most early education is handled by a mother, although there are some fathers who also pay great attention to children's education, but this is still relatively rare and most of the time it is the mother who educates them starting from being able to eat, walk, talk, bathe and etc. Due to the understanding in society that a mother only stays at home without needing to work, the job of earning a living is the father's duty, but in everyday life there are many households where the father's work cannot meet daily needs so the mother must help.In the end, many mothers have outside jobs, mothers are still required to educate their children and earn a living. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. The results obtained from these various efforts are that children get used to praying 5 times a day from childhood, get used to reading the Al-Qur'an, are polite to their parents, behave well towards neighbors, older people or friends and so on.

A gift is a gift from someone to another without any compensation. In the hadith of the Prophet there is the permissibility of accepting gifts from non-Muslims, but in several other narrations we find information about the Prophet's reluctance to accept gifts from non-Muslims. This is the background to the hadith study, whether this hadith can be accepted or rejected based on the calibre and comprehension of the hadith. through assessing the calibre and comprehension of hadith. This study is an example of a qualitative library research project. The book Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfazh al-Hadith al-Nabawi was utilised to trace the hadith based on word pronunciations, employing the takhrij hadith method as the data gathering strategy for this study. The data analysis technique, on the other hand, employs Yusuf Al-Qardhawi's ma'anil hadith method, which consists of three steps: comprehending the hadith in accordance with the Qur'anic instructions, comprehending the hadith by gathering similar hadith, and comprehending by taking into account the situation's conditions and goals. The outcomes of hadiths of receiving gifts from non-Muslims found in the books of Sunan Abu Dawud and Sunan Tirmidhi are considered to be Hasan Lighairihi's sanad lines due to the quality of Ahmad bin Hanbal's authentic Musnad sanad lines. Meanwhile, the understanding of the hadith regarding accepting gifts from non-Muslims is that the Prophet's reluctance in accepting gifts from non-Muslims is closely related to the situation and conditions at the time the hadith appeared, namely the aqeedah which was still not strong, they were worried about their offering material and they were afraid that the gift would be bribery element.

In the Temanggung District Court there are several lawsuits by Separatist Creditors against Debtors who are in default of the agreed credit agreement. For example in cases 13/Pdt.G/2023PNTmg and 17/Pdt.G/2022/PNTmg. In these cases, Separatist Creditors filed a lawsuit against the Debtor who is in default. In this article, the author discusses the lawsuit for default by Separatist Creditors against their Debtors who are in default and the reasons why Separatist Creditors filed a lawsuit against the Debtor who is in default at the Temanggung District Court using Qualitative research methods and with a Literature Study approach sourced from Case Decisions, Legislation, Journal Articles, and Books. Separatist Creditors have the right to sue Separatist Creditors who feel disadvantaged due to the Debtor's non-compliance in fulfilling payment obligations. However, despite having the right to sue and having suffered losses, the panel of judges emphasized that the Separatist Creditor should not have filed a lawsuit in court, but could have directly sold the existing collateral. This shows that the execution rights attached to the collateral are prioritized over the right to sue in court.

The author conducted direct observations and interviews with the company and library research where the author obtained material or paper materials from books in the library or other reading sources related to the topic taken. The Online Harbor Master System is an open and neutral electronic portal to facilitate the exchange of data and information on port services quickly, safely, neutrally and easily which combines with related government agencies, port business entities and logistics industry players to improve better port competitiveness globally. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of manual port service to the Online Harbor Master System. The comparison between the manual system and the Online Harbor Master System is that manual work takes a lot of time and money. All activities must be done directly or face to face to the Harbor Master. Factors that influence are the amount of time and costs incurred, for example, applications are still manual, the queue for applications still comes to the Harbor Master or face to face, still uses a lot of paper, and all applications are not in one system. In the service process using the Online Harbor Master System, the effect felt is more efficient and makes it easier for agents to enter data on ships that want to enter the port.

The results of this study indicate that 1) The management of the religious activity program implements four management functions in fostering students' spiritual intelligence. It is proven by the implementation of management functions, starting from planning which includes determining the goals, activities, methods and coordination of teachers, implementation in the form of mentoring teachers in each activity, direct supervision and observation by the head of madrasah and teachers, finally evaluation of the programs that have been run. 2) The head of the madrasa in carrying out the program of religious activities implements methods of habituation, example, coaching and nurturing as well as methods of punishment and reward. From these management and efforts, this religious activity program has a positive impact on students, especially regarding morals. This extraordinary change in student behavior is due to the habituation of religious activities in the madrasa so that students' spiritual intelligence is formed.
