The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review of previous research on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) from 2020-2024.GCG refers to the systems and processes that direct and control companies to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsibility in decision making. The implementation of good GCG principles is expected to create a harmonious relationship between management, shareholders, and other stakeholders, so as to improve overall company performance. One aspect that is often studied is the effect of GCG on the company's financial performance. Financial performance, which is measured through various indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency, can be influenced by how well GCG is implemented. This study aims to identify the relationship between GCG implementation and corporate financial performance, and to examine whether better GCG can lead to improved financial performance. The study results show that strong GCG implementation is positively associated with improved financial performance, where companies with good governance tend to have higher profitability and lower financial risk. This research provides an important contribution for companies and stakeholders in designing governance policies that can support the achievement of long-term goals and corporate sustainability.

This article discusses the relationship between Pancasila as the state ideology and constitutional law in Indonesia, particularly in the context of the recognition and protection of customary law. Using a normative juridical research method, the study examines the relevance of Pancasila in shaping the legal foundation and state policies that support the sustainability of customary law. The study also highlights the constitutional implications in providing formal recognition of the existence of customary law and the efforts to protect the rights of indigenous communities in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that Pancasila, as the state ideology, plays a crucial role in guiding constitutional law to protect local wisdom and cultural diversity, including in matters of customary law. Although the recognition of customary law has been accommodated within the constitution, its implementation still faces various challenges, particularly related to conflicts between customary law and national law. Therefore, synergy between Pancasila and constitutional law is needed to strengthen the protection of customary law within the framework of the Indonesian legal system.

Law No. 12 of 2006 on Indonesian Citizenship is a significant step in citizenship law reform, responding to the challenges of globalization and international mobility. This law adopts the jus sanguinis principle as the basis for determining citizenship, with limited application of jus soli to prevent statelessness. Children born from mixed marriages between Indonesian and foreign nationals are allowed dual citizenship until they reach the age of 18. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2006 in the contemporary social and political context, and to identify the challenges that arise in its application. The research employs qualitative analysis and literature reviews from academic journals and empirical data. The findings reveal challenges such as complex bureaucratic procedures, lack of public awareness of citizenship rights and obligations, and inadequate protection for Indonesian citizens abroad. It is recommended that administrative procedures be simplified through digitalization, citizenship education be enhanced, and the protection of Indonesian citizens overseas be strengthened. These improvements are expected to enable the law to be implemented more effectively and to better respond to the needs of Indonesian citizens in the global era.
