The enthusiasm to preserve the values of Pancasila becomes the soul and "spirit" that maintains the integrity of the Nation and Indonesia. Indonesia, which has various differences, remains united with the motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika". This motto is realized in real action based on an attitude of openness, solidarity and love for the integrity of the Unity State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This awareness was born from the belief that the noble values of Pancasila can unite the Republic of Indonesia with all its diversity. The aim of this research is to raise collective awareness of the reality of diversity being a legacy of the ancestors and founders of the Republic of Indonesia that is maintained and developed, not as a vice versa which threat for unity. To explore this theme, the researchers used the library research method. Through the data found, the researchers processes it systematically and critically. The diversity that exists on the archipelago is a "gift" from Allah, the creator of the universe. The plurality of ethnicities, religions, races and groups (SARA) is the uniqueness and beauty of Indonesia compared to other countries. An important implication to be promoted is respect for ethnic, cultural and religious differences as beautiful "flowers" in harmonious living together. In this way, every citizen tries to live up to the values of Pancasila. Pancasila is a modus vivendi that mobilizes groups of citizens to contribute to the construction of a "new home" in this country by uniting the vision, mission and sense of national solidarity.

Ijaz Al-Quran or miracles of the Al-Quran is a concept that emphasizes the superiority and uniqueness of the Al-Quran which cannot be matched by humans. In the view of the Muktazilah, a school of Islamic theology that developed in the 8th to 10th centuries AD, Ijaz Al-Quran is analyzed through a rational and theological approach. Muktazilah emphasized that the miracle of the Al-Quran lies in aspects of its language, rhetoric and scientific content which exceed ordinary human abilities. Muktazilah believes that the superiority of the Al-Quran in the linguistic aspect is clear evidence of human inability to produce something comparable. They also consider the harmonious structure and composition of the Al-Quran, as well as the scientific accuracy found therein, to be strong evidence of divine revelation. In view, the miracles of the Al-Quran also include its ability to influence and change human behavior and beliefs. Even though the Muktazilah used a rational approach in interpreting the ijaz of the Al-Quran, they still acknowledged that the main source of this miracle was Allah. They argue that the use of reason and reasoning in understanding the superiority of the Al-Quran does not reduce the spiritual value and belief in revelation. Thus, the Muktazilah's view of the ijaz of the Al-Quran reflects a balance between rationality and spirituality in their theological understanding.

The Qur'an as a beacon of life for Muslims has holiness, authenticity and breadth of discussion that never dries up, in fact it cannot be refuted in line with advances in science and technology. The existence of the Al-Qur'an revealed by Allah as a revelation to the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the form of a mushaf has very interesting and complex dynamics to be studied and practiced as a guide to mankind. The word tarbiyah is used for a broader meaning, namely the process of coaching and direction for the formation of personality and mental attitudes, while the word taklim is used for a more specific meaning, namely the process of providing provisions in the form of knowledge and skills and ta'dib is the material taught including language lessons, speech lessons. , good writing lessons, history lessons about heroes and great commanders in order to absorb the experience of their success, swimming, archery and horse riding (skills lessons). Based on the terms above, education according to the Qur'an is formulated as an effort carried out in a planned and gradual manner to provide knowledge, skills and mental attitudes to students as provisions for carrying out their duties as servants and caliphs of Allah on earth. Based on the terms above, education according to the Qur'an is formulated as an effort carried out in a planned and gradual manner to provide knowledge, skills and mental attitudes to students as provisions for carrying out their duties as servants and caliphs of Allah on earth. The aim of education according to the Qur'an is to develop humans so that they are able to carry out their functions as servants of Allah and His caliphs in order to build this world in accordance with the concepts set by Allah or in other words to make humans devoted to Allah SWT.

This research explains the practice of fasting in the context of Islamic law, identifying the views of Islamic scholars and literature regarding fasting. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive insight into the practice of fasting and its relevance in Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative approach by analyzing related texts and literature, such as the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, views of ulama, and previous research. The research results show that mutih fasting is a tradition that is still maintained by some Javanese people, especially before weddings. Even though it has no direct basis in Islamic law, mutih fasting is carried out with the aim of gaining inner peace and physical and spiritual readiness before marriage. The procedure for white fasting involves consuming only white foods and drinks, such as white rice and water, as well as increasing worship such as prayer, dhikr and supplication. However, the analytical views of Islamic scholars and law show that fasting is not recommended in Islamic teachings and is not included in the worship exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Although it is permissible if the intention is solely for Allah SWT, mutih fasting is more cultural than religious. The recommendation for Muslims is to carry out this tradition carefully and ensure that their intentions are truly for Allah SWT. In conclusion, fasting mutih before a wedding is a tradition that is more embedded in Javanese culture than Islamic religion. Although it is not prohibited, this practice should be carried out with clear intentions and does not conflict with Islamic teachings. Further research is needed to bring closer understanding between local culture and pure Islamic teachings.

The phenomenon of grave pilgrimage has a rich historical background. Polemic discussions about this incident have been going on for quite a long time, since Ibn Taymiyah in the 12th century and Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab in the 20th century. It is important to know that grave pilgrimage not only includes ritualistic aspects of worship, but also social, political and even commercial aspects. One of the places that is often visited for grave pilgrimages is the grave of Sunan Ampel. The grave pilgrimage to the Sunan Ampel Tomb also brings various benefits, including visiting a person's grave as an Islamic heritage, increasing his devotion to Allah SWT and fostering a virtuous life and a true Muslim personality.

Tawakal in Demanding Knowledge in the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'alim means surrendering to Allah SWT in seeking knowledge. This concept is associated with effort, not worrying, being patient, and using all the time to study. Tawakal does not mean abandoning physical efforts, but putting them within the framework of Allah's decree. In Imam Ghazali's perspective, tawakal must be done with knowledge as the main basis and the doors of tawakal are faith and tawhid. This type of journal research is classified into library research, which is research conducted in the library to collect and analyze data sourced from libraries, both in the form of books, documents and other library materials. This article discusses the tradition of sea alms in Cilacap Regency and how this tradition is acculturated with Islamic teachings. Sedekah laut is a traditional ceremony performed by coastal communities as a form of gratitude for sustenance from the sea. This tradition originally contained elements that were considered deviant from Islamic teachings, such as offerings to the sea spirit Kanjeng Ratu Kidul. However, through acculturation, these elements have been adapted to Islamic values, so that they now involve prayers and alms to Allah SWT. The sea alms tradition also plays a role in strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation and awareness of cultural preservation among coastal communities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to examine the relationship between customary law and Islamic law in this tradition. The results show that customary law and Islamic law can interact harmoniously without dominating each other, each having a role in preserving local traditions that enrich Indonesia's cultural heritage.
