Teachers are a key element in the education system, especially in schools. All other components, ranging from curriculum, infrastructure, costs, and so on will not mean much if teachers who hold strategic positions are unable to maximize their performance. The purpose of the literature review is to review how teachers perform as strategic human resources in the education system in Indonesia. Methods: The literature review was conducted based on issues, methodology, similarities and further research proposals. The 5 studies used were qualitative research methods. The results of the 5 studies showed that teacher performance as a strategic human resource in the Indonesian education system is strongly influenced by work motivation factors.

Teacher competency is a set of mastery of abilities that must exist in teachers in order to realize their performance appropriately and effectively. Discipline is obedience to existing rules, and discipline means obeying rules, and discipline includes all matters related to discipline. The aim of this research is to describe teacher competency in developing students' disciplined behavior at SMKN 8 Samarinda school and to describe the implementation of developing students' disciplined personality at SMKN 8 Samarinda school. Types of qualitative phenomenological research. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda in December 2023-January 2024. The research subjects were one principal, two PPKN teachers and five students using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data collection. The results of the research show that Teacher Competency in Developing Students' Disciplinary Behavior Personality at SMKN 8 Samarinda School, teachers have teacher competency which includes educating, guiding, teaching, training and evaluating in developing students' disciplined personality at State Vocational School 8 Samarinda. And in its implementation, PPKN teachers use several methods, including habituation, example, creating a conducive atmosphere, regulations, punishments and rewards in developing the disciplined personality of students at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda.

The effectiveness of work relationships is a factor that plays an important role in organizational activities, it needs to be fostered and developed so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively. Organizational goals will be achieved if the organization has reliable, skilled and qualified human resources so that they can provide optimal contributions and improve work performance. Both for organizations, society and employees themselves. The effectiveness of work relations is a person's positive attitude or general condition towards organizational life. The approach in this research is to use an associative approach. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques. Based on the research results, there are several things that are used to measure a person's work effectiveness, namely (1) steady and smooth movements, (2) rhythmic movements, (3) responding more quickly to signs, (4) being able to predict difficulties that will arise, (5) ) works quietly. Thus, it can be concluded that (1) the effectiveness of employment relations is the level of a person's mastery of knowledge and skills in their work which can be measured from the length of service and the level of knowledge and skills they possess. Various efforts to fulfill teachers' needs to be good have been carried out quite well at SDN 4 Asparaga, Gorontalo Regency, (2) supporting factors for the effectiveness of teacher working relationships at SDN 4 Asparaga, Gorontalo Regency in the form of fulfilling several needs, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, Needs that reflect a sense of self, and teacher self-actualization needs.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

PT Kranji Jaya Abadi is a leader in the construction industry with a major speciali-zation in infrastructure development and large-scale commercial projects. In em-ployee performance efforts, the role of servant leadership and communication is very important, because both are key parts to create a comfortable work environ-ment and produce quality Human Resources (HR). The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication on the performance of PT Kranji Jaya Abadi employees. Especially to find out how much each of these independent variables contributes to employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a statistical approach with data processing using SPSS 22. Data was collected through observation and dissemination of ques-tionnaires involving 32 employees of PT Kranji Jaya Abadi. The results of the re-search on serviceleadership and communication were stated to have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the teachers.  PT Kranji Jaya Abadi is expected to continue to develop and strengthen the practice of servant leadership and maintain good communication at all managerial levels.  This is expected to im-prove overall employee performance and encourage the achievement of company goals.

This study explores teacher-student relationships (TSR) and their impact on students' emotional well-being, learning motivation, and academic performance. Through a literature review, this study identified that positive teacher-student relationships, involving empathy, emotional support, and effective communication, play a significant role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Good emotional connections between teachers and students can reduce emotional distress, increase intrinsic motivation, and promote students' academic success. The results of the analysis showed that TSR contributed to improving emotional well-being, encouraging prosocial behavior, and strengthening students' self-confidence and engagement in learning. The study also highlights the challenges faced in building positive TSR, including less inclusive teaching approaches and differences in student characteristics. As a solution, the study recommends training for teachers in managing emotions and empathy, as well as implementing learning strategies that support active student engagement. By understanding the importance of TSR, it is hoped that educators can create more holistic and inclusive educational policies and practices, which ultimately contribute to better quality education in Indonesia.

This research aims to study the link between digital literacy competence and ICT self-confidence in enhancing functional competence among students of secondary school in the context of the Islamic secondary schools of District Muzaffargarh, South Pakistan. Since technology is being adopted in classrooms there is a need to understand the relationship between use of technology and students self efficacy on performance and skill acquisition ICT in particular. It is defined as the skill one require to have while Going For Information Using Technology To Obtain, Analyse and Disseminate Information. ICT self efficacy is defined as the extent of belief that one is capable of implementing applications of ICT. In the given context, the objective of the study is to assess the contemporary digital literacy tools with seminal emphasis on the presentation, assessment, and management of information within the context of teachers’ knowledge in these schools. Further, it investigates the extent to which it establishes the relationship between the modes of digital literacy competency and ICT self-confidence in the development of the functional skills like problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and description skills. Gender is also used to analyze knowledge and confidence of male and female students for using digital tools and ICT self efficacy. The present research therefore employs an exclusive quantitative research paradigm as it utilises questionnaires and statistical measures for the gathering and analyses of responses from students and teachers. It is expected that the outcomes set will enable the determination of the digital literacy and ICT self efficacy for improving function skills as well as educational attainment in secondary education.

This study analyzes the factors affecting the low learning motivation of students in mathematics learning at SMA Negeri 5 Magelang using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that effective classroom management, including a well-organized environment, varied teaching methods, and clear rules, can enhance learning motivation. Positive teacher-student interactions, constructive feedback, and emotional support also help boost students' confidence. Active participation in group discussions and collaborative activities further contributes to increased student motivation. In conclusion, effective classroom management and supportive interactions can address the low learning motivation of students in mathematics learning and improve their academic performance.

Teachers are tasked to realizing educational goals. Therefore, optimal teacher performance will always be needed in every school, so that the school's vision, mission and educational goals can be achieved. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors. Among them are workload and work discipline. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on teacher performance. This research uses a literature review, several articles identified using descriptive and exploratory analysis by comparing the results of each study. The research results show that 1). workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance 2). Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance if supported by other variables 3). Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on performance due to the need for communication between leaders and teachers.

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

This study explores the important role of leadership style, competence, and emotional intelligence in shaping teacher motivation and performance in Madrasah. An effective leadership style, solid competence in the field of education, and good emotional intelligence are considered key factors in increasing teacher motivation and performance. This research uses an analytical approach to understand how the interaction between these three elements affects teachers' work environments, as well as their impact on their achievements and professional development. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight for Madrasah managers and educational practitioners to improve human resource management and effective staff development strategies.

A keyelement in the growth of teaching as a professionis teacher competency. A teacher needs to be proficient in a variety of behaviors, knowledge, and abilities in order to accomplish their professional tasks, which are demonstrated in their performance. When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee. This research aims to understand and analyze the mathematics learning difficulties faced by class VII students at SMPN 35 Medan. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research explores the factors that cause learning difficulties and provides solutions that can be implemented. The research method involves written tests and interviews with students and teachers. The results of the research reveal that students face challenges in understanding basic concepts such as algebra, linear equations, equivalent and non-equivalent comparisons, as well as plane figures and spatial figures. Internal and external factors, such as students’ cognitive abilities and less effective teaching methods, influence their mathematics performance. This research suggests a more interactive learning approach, training for teachers, collaboration between schools and parents, and regular evaluation to improve students’ mathematical understanding and performance in the future. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to efforts to improve the quality of mathematics learning in schools.

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. This article concludes that personnel management transformation is a strategic step that must be taken by Islamic educational institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of the current world of education. . This project aims to develop and implement an attendance website for Prakerin (Industrial Work Practice) at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing student attendance during the Prakerin program. The use of information technology is expected to facilitate monitoring. The methods used include needs analysis, system design and development, implementation and testing, training and guidance, and evaluation and improvement. The results of this project show that key features such as the attendance dashboard, daily reports, and attendance recapitulation facilitate teachers and supervisors in monitoring student attendance. Additionally, more structured student data management and comprehensive reports and analysis enable better evaluation of the Prakerin program. Evaluation of training performance through pretest and posttest with five users representing teachers, students, and field supervisors showed a significant improvement in understanding and skills in using the website, with an average pretest score of 70.78% and an average posttest score of 89.08%. The training and technical support provided ensure that users can utilize the system optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of this Prakerin attendance website has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of educational management at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang.

Organizational culture and work environment play a significant role in teacher performance in determining direction and success. The combination of the two creates a complex dynamic in teacher performance in schools. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent to which these two factors interact and influence the quality of teacher performance in schools. This research uses the literature review method from various scientific papers or journals. The results of the literature review show that organizational culture and work environment affect teacher performance, namely an inclusive organizational culture. In addition, there is a significant effect on the work environment on teacher performance, which indicates that the work environment can be one of the factors that influence the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Thus, organizational culture and work environment can improve teacher performance in schools.

This article discusses strategies for optimizing sustainable development to increase the professionalism of madrasa teachers. Sustainable development is a systematic and ongoing effort aimed at improving teacher competence, performance and motivation in carrying out their duties. In the madrasa context, increasing teacher professionalism is not only important to improve the quality of education, but also to support the achievement of the goals of holistic Islamic education. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, this article identifies several key factors that influence madrasa teacher professionalism, including training and development, supervision, and school culture. The research results show that training programs that are sustainable and relevant to teachers' needs, support from madrasah leaders, and a conducive work environment, play a crucial role in increasing teacher professionalism. This article suggests implementing a sustainable development program integrated with regular evaluation to ensure its effectiveness. In this way, it is hoped that the professionalism of madrasa teachers can be increased significantly, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education and the formation of students' character.

The application of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the educational context has become an increasingly important topic in efforts to improve the quality of learning. MIS helps educational institutions to manage information efficiently, increase data accessibility, and improve decision-making processes. This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study to collect information related to the application of SIM in education. The application of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the educational context has become an increasingly important topic in efforts to improve the quality of learning. MIS helps educational institutions to manage information efficiently, increase data accessibility, and improve decision-making processes. This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. Implementing MIS can provide various benefits, including increased efficiency in educational administration, monitoring student performance, and better decision making based on accurate and up-to-date data. SIM also helps in improving communication between various stakeholders in educational institutions, such as teachers, students, parents, and school management. This research aims to evaluate the numeracy skills of fifth-grade students at Dharma Bakti Private Elementary School by comparing their performance on pre-tests and post-tests. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study focused on a group of 26 fifth-grade students. Data was gathered through a series of pre-tests and post-tests, each containing 20 questions that assessed the students' numerical competencies. The analysis revealed the numeracy levels of these students, with the average pre-test score being 27. This score reflects the students' initial understanding of numerical concepts and skills. The post-test results showed a slight increase, with an average score of 28. These findings indicate that the numeracy skills of the students at Dharma Bakti Private Elementary School are relatively low, highlighting the need for enhanced support from both teachers and students to improve these skills.

Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

The title of this activity is "Training on Human Resource Management to Improve the Performance of Educational Personnel," conducted at SMK Lowis Sakti. The objective of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling to the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers of SMK Lowis Sakti regarding the basic concepts of human resource management. This counseling aims to enhance their understanding and knowledge. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including the survey and socialization stages. During the survey stage, preparations were made by organizing the materials, setting the schedule for delivery, and conducting a survey of the activity location. Before the activity was carried out, a socialization stage was conducted, involving an initial meeting to explain the purpose and objectives of this activity to the SMK Lowis Sakti team, as well as to establish a schedule for cooperation and activities. The execution team for this activity consists of six lecturers from the Public Administration Program of ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. The materials presented by the community service team cover topics such as Human Resource Management, Management, Human Resource Management Concepts, Reward Systems, Education Quality, and Performance.
