Pola penyakit mengalami transisi epidemilogi yang awalnya didominasi oleh penyakit menular berubah menjadi penyakit tidak menular (PTM). WHO melaporkan tahun 2013 PTM merupakan penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Tengah tahun 2017 juga menyebutkan 55,76 % PTM didominasi penyakit hipertensi, peringkat ke dua diduduki Diabetes Melitus sebesar 20,57% dan sisanya PTM lainnya. Tingginya kejadian PTM ini disebabkan oleh pola hidup masyarakat yang kurang sehat, sehingga pemerintah melaksanakan tindakan pengendalian PTM dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen bangsa dalam memasyarakatkan  paradigma  sehat  melalui  GERMAS.     GERMAS  merupakan gerakan nasional yang mengedepankan upaya promotif dan preventif, dengan cara 1) Melakukan aktivitas fisik 30 menit per hari, 2) Mengonsumsi buah dan sayur; dan 3) Memeriksakan kesehatan secara rutin. Deteksi dini PTM melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin merupakan salah satu upaya pengendalian PTM yang perlu digencarkan  untuk  mencegah  timbulnya  penyakit  yang  lebih  lanjut  karena  tidak semua penyakit mempunyai gejala yang jelas dan baru diketahui setelah pemeriksaan kesehatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan dan tempat pemeriksaan kesehatan yang kurang strategis menjadikan masyarakat   enggan   memeriksakan   diri   sehingga   memicu   peningkatan   PTM. Intervensi keperawatan yang disusun untuk mengatasi masalah pemeliharaan kesehatan  tidak  efektif  di  atas  antara  lain  melalui  pelaksaaan  “Pemeriksaan Kesehatan   untuk   Deteksi   Dini   PTM   sebagai   Upaya   Mewujudkan   Program GERMAS” oleh Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman dan kemelimpahan serangga di Hutan Bromo Karanganyar, mengetahui faktor biotik dan abiotik apa saja yang mempengaruhi keanekaragaman dan kemelimpahan serangga dan untuk  memperoleh salah satu alternatif sumber belajar biologi di SMA khususnya tentang Keanekaragaman hayati. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret- April 2016 di Hutan Bromo Desa Sinongko Kelurahan Gedong Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan menggunakan metode estimasi populasi Lincoln- Peterson dan menghitung langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penangkapan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan tiga cara yaitu mendiskripsikan cirri-ciri serangga, menghiting INP dan H’. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman serangga di Hutan Bromo Kabupaten Karanganyar termasuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu berada pada 1,5³H’³3,5.  Indeks kemelimpahan serangga (INP) tertinggi terjadi pada penelitian pagi hari yaitu ordo Collembola pada genus Entomobrya dengan nilai 19,14, sedangkan terendah pada pagi hari yaitu ordo Dermaptera pada genus Euborellia dengan nila 6,1. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan di Sekolah Menengah Atas sebagai salah satu alternative sumber belajar biologi tentang Keanekaragaman khususnya tentang insekta.Kata Kunci     : Keanekaragaman, Kemelimpahan, Serangga, Sumber Belajar biologi.

Depression Breast milk is the best food for babies, because it contains all the nutrients the ideal amount  and  composition  required  by  infants.  One  of  the  obstacles  in  the  early breastfeeding is the production of breast milk in small quantities on the first day after birth. Ways that can be done toincrease milk production is the oxytocin message. The purpose of case study to improve sepending colostrum at maternal post partum after doing oxytocin message. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two patients maternal post partum. The result of the analysis to subject 1 spending colostrum time this is 5.00 hours with fast   categori, while to subject  2  spending  colostrum  time  this  is  06.20  hours  with  low  categori.  Can  be concluded there oxytocin message effect on the time spending colostrum.nurse have to apply message oxytocin to the mother post partum to give colostrum on her baby soon after birth.

PKM yang berjudul: Megolah Sampah Rumah Tangga Menjadi Pakan dan Pupuk Organik Cair melibatkan kelompok mitra yang bisa bersinergis. merupakan kelompok ibu-ibu ”Ngrekso Tuwuh” yang berkecimpung dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga, Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga yang biasanya dibuat pupuk kompos kemudian dikembangkan untuk dibuat pakan ternak/ikan maupun pupuk cair. Dengan demikian lingkungan menjadi bersih dan sehat, serta mampu menambah penghasilan mitra. Target luaran yang dihasilkan yaitu suatu produk pakan ternak/ikan dan pupuk cair kemasan serta artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan. Untuk mewujudkan target luaran tersebut metode yang diterapkan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan sekaligus praktek langsung. Dari hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1.Kelompok wanita tani ngrekso tuwuh sangat antosias menerima program PKM ini. 2. Pelatihan yang dilakukan telah menghasilkan pakan dan pupuk organik cair serta padat. 3.Telah dibentuk ketua kelompok untuk menangani program ini yaitu ibu suswati.Agar program kemitraan ini dapat keberkelanjutan maka dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi.Kata kunci: Pakan, Pupuk Cair, Sampah

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. Java Mini Semarang)"

The aim of this research is to determine the description of adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases based on the definition, early symptoms and types of STDs at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The type of research used was descriptive research, to determine adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar in 2018. The results of research conducted on 50 respondents at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar showed that there were 49 people (98 %) of respondents who answered correctly about the definition of sexually transmitted diseases, 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases and 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the types of sexually transmitted diseases. From the results of the research the author draws the conclusion that adolescent knowledge based on the definition of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 98%, based on the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94%, based on the types of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94 %. It is recommended that students of SMA Negeri 11 whose level of knowledge is in the good category to be maintained and who are still lacking to motivate themselves to study and seek more information about sexually transmitted diseases.    

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation, and understanding of students, and can facilitate teachers in learning Javanese subjects with material listening to the Werkudara puppet story. The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.

Technology is very instrumental in improving the quality of education, it is necessary to have media that can support the realization of effective learning activities from the school through the teaching learning process. SMP N 02 Limbangan is a school that uses modules as material for teaching, but students are less enthusiastic in learning, so the material delivered is less acceptable and well understood, and the value of the material is below the complete limit. The existence of these problems makes the writer want to participate in improving the quality of student grades through this research and development by creating a 2D multimedia-based learning media by using the Computer Assisted Intruction (CAI) method in Sound Physics Science Subjects. The results of validation from media experts are 3.2. This criterion is between 3.26 - 4.00 which is classified as a very valid category. the validation result from the material expert is 3.2. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

AbstrakDoktrin precedent dikenal dalam tatanan hukum Anglo Saxon, dimana hakim terikat pada putusan hakim terdahulu jika menghadapi kasus-kasus yang mirip. Di Amerika Serikat menganut the binding precedent dan persuasive precedent,sedangkan di Inggris menganut “the binding precedent”. Dalam sistem hukum acara pidana di Amerika Serikat juga mengenal plea bargaining system dimana antara jaksa dan terdakwa atau pembelanya dimungkinkan melakukan negosiasi jenis kejahatan yang akan dikenakan dan ancaman hukuman yang akan dituntut di muka persidangan, sistem ini tidak dianut dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Precedent, Plea Bargaining Syste

Abstract : The increasing number of judicial review cases on acts/ordinances demanded by the public to the Court of Constitution has indicated an unsatisfactory  attitude concerning the contents of the acts/ordinances as they are in conflict with their rights. Several decision of the Court of Constitution accepted the judicial review claimed by the public  by abrogating article(s) or part of the act/ordinance could be seen as a category of the Court of Constitution’s authority to protect human rights. Nevertheless, in practice such a decision of the Court of Constitution cannot be implemented at once since law itself is a system.   Key words : Court of Constitution. Human rights.

Abstract Koperasi aktif, pasif dan beku adalah konsep administrasi yang digunakan oleh Dinas Koperasi untuk mengkategorikan koperasi berdasarkan kinerjanya. Namun atas perbedaan ketiga kategori tersebut tidak menyebabkan perbedaan akibat hukum artinya bagi koperasi yang diklasifikasikan pasif  karena tidak pernah melaksanakan rapat  anggota tidak menyebabkan koperasi yang bersangkutan kehilanagan status badan hukumnya, demikian juga bagi koperasi beku. Padahal apabila dikaji menurut UU Perkoperasian kedua klasifikasi koperasi tersebut tidak memenuhi kriteria sebagai koperasi berbadan hokum.   Kata kunci: Koperasi pasif dan beku, badan hukum Â

AbstractIndustrial dispute solving that managed in UU No. 2 Tahun 2004 can be solved by bipartite negotiation, conciliation, arbitartion, mediation, and industrial dispute court. Principe of this mattter is to prior bipartite negotiation as the first step before go to other way.
