The problem to be discussed in this research is to find out the training strategy for innovation of pandan weaving to increase the product standard community in overseas marketing as well as the marketing strategy for innovation of pandan weaving to increase the product standard community in international marketing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. . The research results that have been found in this research are: 1). Organizing Innovation Training on Pandan Woven to improve community product standards in international marketing is: a. Selection of Raw Materials b. Cutting, slicing, forming c. Weaving and forming innovation d. The final stage is the finishing process which is the final process from which the previous stages have been completed. The raw model of pandan that has become tanned can be seen in terms of shape, quality of workmanship as well as physical appearance or finishing. 2. Marketing Strategy Innovation of pandan woven to improve product standard communities in international marketing, namely: 1) Needs, Demands and Desires. 2) Satisfaction, value, products and costs, where the fulfillment of needs and desires must have a relationship with products and services. 3) Transactions, Relationships, and Exchanges. and 4) Marketers, marketing and markets, marketing via social media will influence external factors that influence consumer perceptions of a product, which will then influence consumer buying interest.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality of M Banking KB Star on customer satisfaction at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is 3.016. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects were consumers of Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. The results of this research show that the product quality and service quality variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the consumer satisfaction variable.

In the digital era, E-commerce has emerged as a prominent stage where psychology and business seamlessly integrate. Business ethics is a business approach to conducting operations that covers all aspects of society, business and the public. Business ethics in an organization can influence the values, norms, and behavior of leaders and staff. Consumer trust is the confidence that consumers have in a product, service, or brand. This belief has an important role in influencing consumers' decisions to buy, reuse, and recommend certain products and services. CSR is a business initiative to consider the concerns of many stakeholders, including the environment, society, workers, and customers. The purpose of this research is to find out how important company ethics is in building consumer trust. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method and data is obtained from literature studies, several books, references on the internet, and journals that examine similar research to support research on "The Role of Business Ethics in Building Consumer Trust". This research shows that a company's most morally responsible practices influence customer trust. This study highlights how urgent it is to see how the most morally responsible corporate practices influence customer trust. Sharia marketing strategies have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and their trust in certain products and services. This research shows that the role of business ethics has a significant influence in building consumer trust.

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has emerged as a transformative tool in the e-commerce industry, enhancing the online shopping experience by offering interactive and immersive features. This study explores the impact of AR on consumer behavior, focusing on key factors such as trust, satisfaction, purchase decisions, and customer loyalty. Through a user experiment, participants interacted with AR-integrated e-commerce platforms, testing features such as virtual try-ons and product visualizations in real-world contexts. The results revealed that AR significantly enhances consumer trust, with more realistic and accurate product visualizations increasing confidence in both the product and platform. Customer satisfaction was also notably higher after interacting with AR features, with users reporting a more engaging and enjoyable shopping experience. Furthermore, purchase intention was positively influenced by the ability to visualize products and receive real-time, interactive feedback. Repeated exposure to AR led to increased customer loyalty, as participants expressed a higher likelihood of returning to use AR tools in future shopping experiences. These findings suggest that AR provides a strong competitive advantage for e-commerce platforms, enabling them to differentiate themselves in a crowded market by offering personalized, engaging, and trust-building shopping experiences. This research also highlights the practical implications for e-commerce businesses, recommending the integration of user-friendly and interactive AR features to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and decision-making. Future research should explore the broader applications of AR across industries and consumer segments to further understand its potential to revolutionize online shopping.

In the world of work, communication is at the root of all important aspects inherent in the person of each individual, helping to achieve goals both personally and organizationally. This study was made using literacy study methodology which found that effective communication is associated with increased productivity, better organizational health, and employee satisfaction. Identification of communication styles is also considered to play an important role in building positive interactions with others and play a key role in building personal branding. Good communication can help improve well-being in relationships and play a role in personal and professional growth and success. Case studies also show that clear internal communication positively affects employee performance, while lack of communication can lead to misunderstandings and decrease productivity. In the context of sales, communication in marketing also plays an important role in increasing sales volume by presenting clear and precise information about the product to build consumer trust.

Every financial institution has a frontliner who serves as a front guard or sequencer and provides information about banking as well as initial impressions of a bank. Due to the rapid development of the banking industry, PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam must determine ways to improve the performance of frontline employees so they can compete with other banks. The problems raised in this research relate to how PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam chose an approach to improve frontliner performance through SWOT analysis. Frontline Officers must have the knowledge and expertise in their profession to carry out their primary duties effectively. To do this, they must receive training and support that starts from the individual's outer appearance and continues within, so that when providing consumers receive fast, efficient and polite service, resulting in high customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive research design. SWOT analysis is used to apply qualitative and descriptive analysis to arrive at research conclusions. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, the institution is in Quadrant I, actively implementing a Growth-Oriented Strategy and supporting this strategy.

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

This research was aimed at determining the effect of service quality and consumer satisfaction on the Shopee e-commerce application in the city of Solo Raya. The sample in this research is people who have made online purchases via the Shopee e-commerce application. In this research, data was collected by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents, all of whom were residents of Solo Raaya City. The variables used in this research are the service quality variable as the independent variable (X) and Customer Satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The analysis in this research is data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (simple regression analysis, f test, and partial test (t test)). The results of the tests that have been carried out are that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction for users of the Shopee e-commerce application.

This research aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with prices, services and coffee business facilities in Koup Galaxy. This research is quantitative research. The population selected in this research is Koup Galaxy consumers who have visited. The sample collection technique chosen was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data source in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used to assist this research is the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0. Furthermore, the results given in this research are (1) Price has a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (2) Service quality has no influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (3) Facilities have a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at HP IVAN CELL Store Kediri). The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) and Customer Loyalty (Y). This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is, multiple linear regression test. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with consideration of all consumers of HP IVAN CELL Kediri Store, totaling 86 people. The results of this study using the SPSS 22.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha1 is accepted and. (2) partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha2 is accepted. (3) Simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) is a company that monopolizes unrivaled rail transport services, but on Java Island it is vulnerable to competitors in other transport services sectors in the world. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the influence of price and quality of service on the satisfaction of railway consumers in the city of Solo Raya. Sampling technique using quota sampling and random sampling techniques with respondent criteria is consumer satisfaction in using railway services, which is 51 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires distributed online or electronically using Google Form support. The results of the study showed that the influence of price and quality of service has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.

According to the large Indonesian dictionary, effective means "able to bring results, successful in use" about efforts or actions. Can mean "already in effect" about laws or regulations. In the service sector, the human element plays a very important role in establishing relationships with consumers because the success of the company is determined by whether or not consumers are satisfied with the services provided. One of the service sectors engaged in fulfilling service needs is KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group). KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The obstacles that arise can be overcome properly due to the quality of work, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and good utilization of working time so as to create a sense of satisfaction from the congregation.

The ever-growing global business world provides opportunities for the food industry, the large number of fast food restaurants in Indonesia causes intense competition in fighting for the quality and quality of the products produced. Researchers chose Richeese Factory as the research target because it is the only fast food restaurant that has superior product innovation, namely crispy fried chicken topped with spicy sauce and cheese sauce so that it can attract consumers' attention when consumers are more selective and innovative in choosing fast food restaurant products. A quantitative approach was taken in this study. A questionnaire created with Google Form media was used to collect data. 100 respondents made up the sample, which was selected through non-probability sampling methods. In this method, the population or elements selected as samples do not have the same chances or opportunities. The study's findings demonstrate that product quality has no bearing on customer satisfaction, word-of-mouth has a big impact on satisfaction, and social media has no effect at all.

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This scientific article discusses the implementation of 5 key aspects to meet e-fullfillment standards in a company. Consumer Management, Catalog Management, Order Management, Delivery Management, and Inventory Management. These five things are key processes to meet the "e-fulfillment" standard, which starts from ordering the product until the product is received by the consumer. This article aims to examine the theoretical basis, research methods, and findings related to the application of these five aspects in the printing company, namely Akai Print, which is also the case study object of this article. In this article, the type of research method used is qualitative, using an inductive approach. The unit of analysis in this research is the Akai Print printing company, where the data sources in this research are documents and direct information. The data collection technique used in this research is direct observation and literature study, then the method used is descriptive analysis. The results of our research found that these 5 key aspects really are the most important aspects in a company, especially companies that are oriented towards customer satisfaction, such as the printing company Akai Print. Then from that, Akai Print has also fully implemented these five key aspects in its business so that the e-fullfillment standard is achieved and can improve the quality of the company.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions regarding PTPN IV Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Marketing Mix 4P includes four main components, namely product, price, place and promotion, which are interrelated and have the potential to influence consumer decisions. In this context, Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea were chosen as retail products offered by PTPN IV. The research method used in this study involves interviews with willing sources as a means of collecting data. Research respondents were consumers of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea who were randomly selected. The data collected will be analyzed using the narrative analysis method to identify the influence of each 4P Marketing Mix component on consumer decisions. The hope is that this research can provide more in-depth knowledge about the factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea. Moreover, the main aim of this research is also expected to provide broader understanding for PTPN IV in optimizing their marketing strategy to increase product interest so that it influences consumer decisions. The conclusions from this research can contribute to knowledge and understanding of the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions in the context of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Companies need to consider the principles of justice, business ethics, managerial skills, social responsibility, and halal transactions in marketing strategies and consumer decisions. This research can also provide practical input for PTPN IV and the tea industry in general in developing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and consumer satisfaction.
