Employee commitment in an organization is not just carrying out their duties and obligations as employees in accordance with their job descriptions, but doing their best with their thoughts, attention, ideas, and dedication to produce the best for the organization. The problem that occurred at X Hospital Central Jakarta was the decreasing employee commitment related to the lack of employee intensity to stay working for a long time at X Hospital Central Jakarta and there were still employees who left the work hours room with a percentage of 27%, thus reducing the overall performance of the hospital and the lack of supporting work facilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously on employee commitment mediated by the work environment. This research method is quantitative causality against 64 non-medical employees who have worked for at least 6 months at X Hospital Central Jakarta. The sampling method was total sampling. The data analysis method used was the Three Box Method and the Path Analysis Method with SEM AMOS. The results of the study found that democratic leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive effect on employee commitment with the mediation of the work environment, democratic leadership style does not affect employee commitment, democratic leadership style does not affect the work environment, organizational culture does not affect employee commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on the work environment, the work environment has a positive effect on employee commitment. The implications of the study in theory will prove the influence of research variables and in managerial terms will further improve the system of facilities for work facilities and improve communication between leaders and employees in hospitals. Suggestions for the need for attention from the hospital management to improve work facilities and improve communication between leaders and employees.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Shopeefood application users in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic business perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through a survey with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The population in this study are Shopeefood application users and domiciled in Bandar Lampung City. The sample of this study was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, and using SEM analysis tools using PLS and the results of data processing obtained using smartpls. The results showed that the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising have a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. The Customer Satisfaction variable mediates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Reputation. Meanwhile, Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Shopee. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomika dan bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang Kelas regular pagi yang berjumlah 312 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil berdasarkan Mahasiswa FEB Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang kelas regular pagi; mempunyai aplikasi dan akun shopee; dan pernah berbelanja di marketplace shopee sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda dengan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan.

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Perilaku Inovatif memiliki efek mediasi pada hubungan antara Disiplin kerja , Budaya kerjam dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 tenaga Kesehatan pada 10 Puskesmas yang berada di Wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota Madia Pekalongan, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Studi ini mengungkapkan: 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku Inovatif, 2) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 3) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja , 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif, 6) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif 6) Perilaku inovatif mampu memediasi hubungan Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas di Pekalongan dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan melalui efek tidak langsung melalui variabel Perilaku Inovatif dari pegawai. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, Pelatihan, Perilaku Inovatif, Kinerja.   Abstract The main objective of this study was to determine whether Innovative Behavior has a mediating effect on the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture,  and Training with performance. Data were collected from 170 Health workers at 10 Health Centers located in the Regency and City of Pekalongan, Central Java Province. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. This study revealed: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on Innovative behavior, 2) Work culture has a significant effect on performance, 3) Training has a significant effect on performance, 4) Work discipline has a significant effect on performance, 5) Work culture has a significant effect on innovative behavior, 6) Training has a significant effect on innovative behavior 6) Innovative behavior is able to mediate the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture, and Training with performance. This study recommends that the performance of Health Center Employees in Pekalongan can be improved by improving Work Dicipline, Work Culture, and Training through indirect effects through the Innovative Behavior variable of employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of the bystander effect, whistleblowing and locus of control on accounting fraud with love of money as a moderation variable. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire. The research subjects were employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD). The total sample processed was 100. The data in this research was obtained using PLS-SEM. The result of this research show that the bystander effect and whistleblowing variables have a positive and significant effect on accounting fraud, while locus of control has a negative and significant effect on accounting fraud. The love of money variable moderates the influence of bystander effects on accounting fraud, but love of moneuy variabel does not moderate the influence of whistleblowing and locus of control on accounting fraud.

This research, titled "OVERVIEW OF THE INFLUENCE OF STORE ATMOSPHERE, EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING, AND VALUE PERCEPTIONS ON CONSUMER LOYALTY WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE" (Case Study at Teman Semeja Coffee & Space Pekalongan), aims to analyze the effects of store atmosphere, experiential marketing, and perceived value on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The study utilized validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t-test), determination coefficient, path analysis, and the Sobel test with IBM SPSS 20.0. The results show that the store atmosphere has no significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 1.901 < ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.060 > 0.05). Experiential marketing also shows no significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 0.089 < ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.929 > 0.05; direct effect < indirect effect). However, perceived value has a significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 2.046 > ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.044 < 0.05). Regarding the indirect effects, store atmosphere significantly affects consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction (Sobel test: tcount = 9.745 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0029 < 0.05), as does experiential marketing (Sobel test: tcount = 17.054 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0028 < 0.05) and perceived value (Sobel test: tcount = 34.191 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0029 < 0.05). Additionally, customer satisfaction has a significant direct effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 4.889 > ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05).

Impact of leadership style and teamwork on employee performance at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Subdistrit Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This is to find out about impact of the variabels for leadership style, teamwork and performance. The variables studied using questionnaire method from google form. Indirectly and the result managed by random sampling. The type of research used statistics test, data analysis test that using descriptive test, simple and multiple linear regression test, coefficient correlation and determination test. The next one, sample withdrawal technique that used is random sampling with 75 person of respondent. The results of this research showing that independence variabel have a positive impact and also significant for employees performance. Based on that, it shows us that leadership style (X1), teamwork (X2) and performance (Y) seems fcount 40,033 with  3,124 or 40,033 > 3,124 and the resulting of significant value is 0,000 < 0,05. It is conclude that leadrship style and teamwork having in employees performance at Satpol PP Subdistrit Cengkareng. Analysis result of multiple regression showing result value of coefficient determination in Adjusted Rsquare is 0,527 or 52,7%. It means leadership style and teamwork is simultaneously has an impact of 52,7% for performance, and 47,3% for the other factory which is not researched by this research.

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui inovasi di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Pemalang, besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 134 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan uji intervening menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, dan lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, (2) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. , (4) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. kepuasan kerja, dan (5) inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan inovasi dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi Inovasi  dan Kreativitas  dalam meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer populasi 35 orang, dengan Accidental sampling, menggunakan sampel sebanak 35 orang aitu warga atau masarakat ang membeli produk kue Qiara Cake Cupak ang mana jumlah populasina tidak bisa ditentukan ang ada hana jumlah rata-rata konsumen dengan 7 konsumen per hari. Teknik analisis regresi berganda linier menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inovasi  dan Kreativitas  berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen .  Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Inovasi  dan Kreativitas  memiliki pengaruh sebesar 39,4% sedangkan sisana sebesar 60,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain ang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi  tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kepuasan Konsumen Sedangkan variabel Kreativitas  berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen. Inovasi dan Kreativitas  secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan. This study aims to see the extent of the influence of Working environment and Rewards on Employee Performance with Teamwork as an intervening variable. Consumer purchasing decisions are a process in consumer behavior where consumers have taken action to make a purchase after searching and understanding information. The increase in sales occurred at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan, where this increase was one of the impacts of consumer decisions. This research purpose to analyze factors that influence purchasing decisions, including price, promotion and service quality at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The population in this research are consumers who make purchases at Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The samples obtained were 100 people using Leedy technique calculations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliabel, as well as the classical assumption tests, including the multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, all variabels were declared to have passed the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained that all regression coefficients were positive with the equation Y= 3.809 + 0.134X1 + 0.365X2 + 0.230X3 + e which means that variabels X1 (price), X2 (promotion) and X3 (service quality) on Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Hypothesis testing shows that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The F test states that the research model for the influence of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel is correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that price, promotion and service quality are able to explain purchasing decisions by 42.6%.

Organizational Citizenship has a positive impact on organizational effectiveness. One factor that can effect OCB is servant leadership, namely a leadership style that focuses on serving team members. Job satisfaction acts as a intervening variable in this research, where job satisfaction is a variable that bridges the effect of servant leadership on OCB. This research aims to analyze and explain the effect of servant leadership on OCB with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. By using a quantitative approach, this research is expected to provide insight into how servant leadership can encourage OCB behavior by increasing employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the CV operational division. Bali Harmoni Bali Zoo, with a total sample of 75 employees obtained using the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the analysis show that 1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB, 2) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee OCB, 4) job satisfaction mediates the effect of servant leadership on Employee OCB. The implications of this research theoretically support the findings of previous research through the perspective of social exchange theory. The practical Behavior is extra-role behavior carried out voluntarily by employees and implications of this research provide a policy reference for organizational leaders and management to increase employee OCB through servant leadership and job satisfaction.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aimed to analyze the influence of education level, accounting understanding, and MSME readiness on the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM), with business age as a moderating variable. The study employed a quantitative method. The population comprised MSME actors in Waioti Village, totaling 44 individuals. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique, resulting in 44 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data, collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis, along with descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicated that: (1) Education level did not influence the implementation of SAK EMKM, (2) Accounting understanding significantly influenced the implementation of SAK EMKM, (3) Readiness did not affect the implementation of SAK EMKM. (4) Business age influenced the implementation of SAK EMKM, (5) Business age did not moderate the effect of education level on the implementation of SAK EMKM, (6) Business age negatively moderated the effect of accounting understanding on the implementation of SAK EMKM. (7) Business age did not moderate the effect of MSME readiness on the implementation of SAK EMKM.

This aim examines the effects of brand trust, both direct and indirect, brand image, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Kopi Nako. It is driven by the rise in purchasing decisions due to increased brand awareness, which builds brand image and trust. The focus is on individuals who have bought or sampled Kopi Nako at the Monas branch. Data was collected from 110 respondents using purposive sampling and analyzed through SEM. The results show that both brand image and brand awareness have a noteworthy and favorable impact on brand trust. Furthermore, brand awareness and brand image positively influence purchasing decisions, while brand trust has a negative effect on them. Both brand awareness and brand image negatively affect decisions about purchases indirectly by means of brand confidence. The study suggests enhancing brand awareness with effective marketing, maintaining brand popularity through product innovations and positive consumer experiences, and improving brand image by focusing on product quality. Additionally, strengthening brand trust by improving product taste to meet consumer expectations is crucial. These strategies are anticipated to help Kopi Nako improve and maintain consumer purchasing decisions.

The increasingly tight level of business competition has resulted in companies being faced with the challenge of improving employee performance in order to maintain the company's survival. Employee performance itself is a fairly complex problem where the level of performance can be influenced by a number of factors such as organizational commitment and job training. Work loyalty is also expected to moderate between Organizational Commitment and Training. Because employees who have a high sense of loyalty can work optimally and have a high sense of responsibility for what they do. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Training on Employee Performance through Loyalty as a moderating variable at PT Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Company. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this study was 60 employees with a sample of 60 employees, who were selected as a whole and analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate (1) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance, and (4) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Training on Employee Performance.

PBB is a tax whose revenue and arrange are carried out by the local government. The PBB revenue that does not even reach the target is currently a concern for the Serang Regency Government. This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, online payment systems and income levels on tax revenues. And then to determine the moderating effect between tax knowledge, online payment systems and income levels on PBB revenues. The method used quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population are taxpayers who get SPPT as many as 410,478. The samples was determined by the Solvin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used Moderated Regression Analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results, the t-value is greater than 1.96 and the significance value of p-values is less than 0.05 so that partially tax knowledge, online payment systems, and income levels have a positive and significant effect on PBB revenue and the role of tax penalties can increase the influence of tax knowledge, online payment systems, and income levels have a significant effect on PBB revenue. So the conclusion is tax knowledge, online payment system, and income level have a significant effect on PBB revenue. Tax penalties are proven to positively moderate the influence of the three independent variables on PBB revenue.

The development of increasingly advanced technology has a major influence on the world of the communications industry and has led to competition between smartphone manufacturers. They compete to produce advantages in products that will be marketed. The number of iPhone users among students has become commonplace, when they buy a product, of course, they do not only see the advantages offered, but they also see the brand they will buy and country of origin, perceived quality and brand image are factors that cannot be underestimated in influencing purchase decisions through customer trust. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data sources are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses probability sampling with random sampling technique. For the data analysis process using the Smart-PLS version 4.1.0.3 processing tool. Based on the results of research on direct effects, it shows that perceived quality and brand image do not have a significant effect on purchase decisions, while country of origin has a significant effect. The indirect effect shows that customer trust does not mediate the relationship from the influence of country of origin and brand image on purchase decisions, but customer trust is able to mediate the relationship from the influence of perceived quality on purchase decisions.

By using trust as an intervening variable, this study attempts to investigate the influence of perceptions of ease, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas. This study provides respondents with an online questionnaire to generate primary data for further analysis. Respondents were selected from a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 175 respondents with 35 statements. The research findings show that perceptions of ease, benefits, and security influence the interest of Kota Bekas residents in using Flip e-wallets. In addition, the level of trust in Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas is also influenced by these three factors. Trust acts as an intervening variable to moderate the impact of views of ease of use, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets, where the findings prove that trust influences people's desire to use Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the significance of word of mouth and product quality on customer satisfaction with price as a moderating variable on Omah Wedangan customers in Mojosongo Surakarta. Quantitative research type. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling determination technique with certain considerations. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. The instrument testing technique used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests and normality tests. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with moderating variables, t-test, F-test, and R2 test and moderation test. The results of this study indicate that the t-test obtained a ρ-value (significance) = 0.003 <0.05, meaning that word of mouth has a significant effect on Y (customer satisfaction). The ρ-value (significance) = 0.000 <0.05 means that product quality has a significant effect on Y (customer satisfaction. The ρ-value (significance) = 0.000 <0.05 means that price has a significant effect on Y (customer satisfaction). The F test shows an F count value of 207.158 with a significance value (p.value) of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the model is right in predicting the effect of X1 (word of mouth), X2 (product quality) and Z (price) on Y (customer satisfaction). The results of the determination coefficient test (adjusted R Square) are 0.862, meaning that the amount of contribution of the influence of the independent variables X1 (word of mouth), X2 (product quality) and Z (price) is 86.2%. The rest (100% - 86.2%) = 13.8% is explained by other variables outside the model, such as location, service, comfort and cleanliness. Test results moderation 1 (b) is negative, meaning that price weakens the influence of word of mouth on customer satisfaction. The significance value (p-value) of the interaction X1Z (moderation 1) = 0.071 > 0.05 is obtained, meaning that price does not moderate the influence of word of mouth on customer satisfaction. Moderation 2 (b) is negative, meaning that price weakens the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. The significance value (p-value) of the interaction X2Z (moderation 2) = 0.003 < 0.05 is obtained, accepted, meaning that price moderates the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Omah Wedangan in Mojosong Surakarta.

The coffee industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, especially in Jakarta, which is the center of the economy in Indonesia. This tight competition forces Kopi Janji Jiwa to pay more attention to factors that impact consumer satisfaction in order to maintain and increase market share. This study examines the impact of green products, customer experience, and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Jakarta and uses a quantitative method with primary data obtained from 175 respondents who live in Jakarta and have purchased and consumed Kopi Janji Jiwa products. The sampling method was carried out using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques, and using the Hair formula. The research findings show that all independent variables impact consumer satisfaction and all independent variables also influence purchasing decisions. On the other hand, all independent variables influence consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as intervening variables at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Jakarta.
