Don't let entertainment take up all your time, disrupt your health, hinder other activities, take up study and work time and don't let it distract someone from their main duties, especially in worship, and don't let it make people forget about more important games, such as physical exercise to improve your health or do better activities than being addicted to playing online games. This study explores the concepts of Al-Istikhdam and Al-Istithrad as part of stylistic devices in the Arabic rhetoric discipline (balaghah). Al-Istikhdam refers to the use of a single word with two different meanings in a specific context, while Al-Istithrad involves the insertion of additional sentences or ideas without deviating from the main discussion. The study aims to identify the application of these two concepts in classical Arabic texts, particularly in literary and rhetorical works. The method employed is textual analysis of primary sources such as the Qur'an, hadith, and classical poetry. The findings reveal that Al-Istikhdam is used to enrich meanings and refine stylistic expression, whereas Al-Istithrad functions to provide additional explanations that strengthen the main argument without disrupting narrative flow. This research is expected to offer new insights into the beauty and complexity of the Arabic language and its contribution to the development of balaghah studies.

It cannot be denied that every Muslim believes in the oneness of Allah and the apostleship of the Prophet Muhammad. But we also need to realize that humans are not only required to believe in the Prophet, but are required to follow and imitate him. Thus, just believing is not enough. However, you need to realize that imitating the Prophet does not mean following exactly everything the Prophet did, and abandoning everything he did not do. There are at least three problems that will arise if the establishment of Islamic law ignores ushuliyah rules; ambiguity in the use of ushuliyah rules, errors in understanding texts in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and broad interpretations because they are not focused on one or several ushuliyah rules. This illustrates that the position of ushuliyah rules: al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu is very important as a methodology for determining Islamic law. The aim of the research is to determine the ushuliyah al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu approaches as methodologies, procedures and problems in determining Islamic law. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature with an Ushul Fiqh approach.

This study focuses on the hadiths that discuss the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Every human being in this world will live their life by doing various daily activities. This explains that humans are based on two conditions or circumstances, namely healthy or sick. Every healthy human being will definitely experience a phase where they will feel pain. When someone is sick, it will make it difficult for them to do activities and worship. Rukhsah is a relief, ease, generosity in doing something because of an excuse or in an emergency. Then the question arises what kind of illnesses can prevent someone from praying and getting rukhsah if in that condition. The purpose of this study is to find out how the hadiths are understood about the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Then how is the contextualization of the hadith about the rukhsah prayer for the sick viewed from the current situation and conditions. This study is a library research study using the maudhu`i method in order to find out the understanding by collecting hadiths that have the same theme through their source books and then examining the understanding through the explanation of the hadith. Next, we use a contextual approach to find out the reasons for the emergence of the hadith by referring to its various aspects in detail. The results of this research are that the hadiths are agreed to be of authentic quality by the ulama. From understanding the sharia, there are criteria for illness that allow and prevent someone from carrying out prayers. Certain circumstances have been found that make it possible for someone to pray when they are sick. The cause of lightness in performing prayers is due to the occurrence of one thing or another, such as illness. Illness that befalls a person causes rukhsah for a person in carrying out prayers.
