This community service activity aims to increase the learning concentration of SD Negeri Pojok Kediri students through educational training with five simple and fun methods, namely focus games, Pomodoro Kids techniques, light physical activity, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation. The main problem faced by schools is the low level of focus of students during learning, especially when the material requires high concentration and sustained attention duration. The method of the activity includes initial observation to identify classroom conditions, teacher training related to the application of methods, direct application in the classroom, and periodic mentoring and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in students' focus skills, which was characterized by increased attention duration, faster response to instructions, and more active student involvement in the learning process. Teachers also reported that the classroom atmosphere became more conducive, orderly, and interactive after the methods were applied consistently. In addition, positive behavioral changes such as self-regulation skills, better emotion management, and more regular learning habits appear. Thus, this training has proven to be effective, easy to implement, and has the potential to be used as a sustainable strategy to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in elementary schools.

The focus and objective of the community service program is to empower teachers at MIN 8 Nganjuk and its surrounding areas to maximize their scientific writing. While scientific writing in the form of PTK is an administrative obligation, it also provides a positive contribution to improving learning. The Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) method prioritizes the utilization of existing assets and potential. The ABCD steps include Discovery (discovering potential), Dream (shared dreams), Design (program design), Define (determining concrete steps), and Destiny (determining goals and implementation). The results of the mentoring program indicate that the teachers have a good foundation in writing scientific papers. However, they are still hampered by busy administrative routines. The training aims to stimulate writing enthusiasm and bridge the realization of book chapters among teachers. This mentoring is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of teachers' scientific work and improving the learning process at school. In addition, this program also aims to build a sustainable writing culture among educators.

This paper aims to examine the relationship between Social Learning Theory and the principles of Christian education, particularly in character formation and the discipleship process. Social Learning Theory asserts that human behavior is shaped through observation, imitation, and social interaction, thus role models and the environment play a central role in the learning process. This understanding aligns with Christian education, which emphasizes that faith and character are developed through relationships, life experiences, and role models, as demonstrated in God's relationship with Israel, the life of Jesus Christ, and the practices of the early church. The integration of these two approaches demonstrates that effective Christian character formation requires a combination of modeling, mentoring, and a supportive community, along with the spiritually renewing work of the Holy Spirit. Thus, modern psychological theory and the principles of faith education can complement each other to create a holistic approach to Christian education, whether in the church, school, or family.

This paper discusses the principles of Jesus’ teachings that are relevant for building effective and transformative learning within the context of contemporary education. Jesus is known as the Great Teacher who taught with authority, closeness, and methods capable of transforming the thinking, attitudes, and behavior of His listeners. Through biblical analysis and pedagogical examination, this study identifies several key principles, including the use of stories and parables to facilitate deep understanding, a dialogical approach that encourages active participation, contextualization of the message according to the listeners’ social background, modeling as a form of learning through example, and an emphasis on character transformation as the ultimate goal of education. The study concludes that the principles of Jesus’ teaching are not only effective in delivering content but also play a significant role in shaping the internal transformation of learners. By adapting these principles, modern educators can build learning processes that are more meaningful, holistic, and transformation-oriented.

Modern education has produced various learning theories such as behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism, constructivism, and postmodernism, each contributing significantly to the understanding of learning processes, motivation, and knowledge formation. However, these theories are rooted in secular philosophical foundations that place humanity at the center of truth while neglecting the spiritual dimension revealed in Scripture. This condition creates tension for Christian education, which upholds the Bible as the epistemological basis and ultimate purpose of learning. This study aims to critically examine the secular assumptions embedded within modern learning theories, identify pedagogical elements that can be integrated into Christian education, and formulate strategies for Christian educators to utilize secular theories without compromising their theological foundation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through a literature review of books, journals, and relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that although modern learning theories offer valuable pedagogical insights, they contain naturalistic, rationalistic, humanistic, and relativistic assumptions that must be filtered through biblical theology. Christian educators are not required to reject secular theories entirely; rather, they bear an apologetic responsibility to discern useful methods, reject conflicting philosophical assumptions, and direct the entire learning process toward glorifying God. Thus, modern learning theories can function as effective tools within Christian education when positioned correctly as pedagogical instruments under the authority of Scripture.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of students’ knowledge and the alignment of the Civic Education learning model with the characteristics of third-grade students at SDN Kadipiro. The research problem arises from the tendency of Civic Education in elementary schools to rely heavily on lecture-based instruction, which results in low student engagement and limited comprehension of abstract concepts such as rights and obligations. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive picture of the learning process, the instructional model applied, and classroom dynamics. The findings reveal that the teacher implemented a game-based Discovery Learning model that emphasizes exploration, categorization, verification, and independent conclusion-making by students. This model proved effective, as evidenced by 85% of students being able to understand and distinguish examples of rights and obligations in accordance with the Civic Education learning outcomes. The study also indicates that game-based learning is more compatible with the students’ predominant visual and kinesthetic learning tendencies, enabling them to maintain focus more effectively than when using traditional lecture methods. However, several challenges emerged, including variations in students’ writing literacy skills and the absence of a structured assessment rubric. These findings underscore the need for flexible instructional design, the integration of concrete learning media, and the implementation of more systematic formative assessment practices. Future research is recommended to develop differentiated instructional strategies and to utilize more diverse media to accommodate the needs of heterogeneous classrooms.

The phenomenonoccurring in various universities shows an increase in cases of academic fraud, such as cheating, plagiarism, research data manipulation, and misuse of technology in the learning process. This behavior not only undermines academic integrity, but also has the potential tocreate a mindset of cheating that carries over into the workplace. Integrityis a fundamental value that forms the moral foundation of every aspect oflife, both in education and in the workplace. In the context of higher education, students are expected not only to excel academically, but also to possess honesty, responsibility, and strong professional ethics.Accountants are future professionals who will be directly involved inthe management and financial reporting of organizations. This profession demandsa very high level of honesty and integrity, because the accuracy andreliability of financial reports form the basis for business and public decision-making. However, in practice, there are many cases of accounting fraud, such as budget mark-ups, financial statement manipulation, creative accounting, and data misstatement, which occur due to weak values of integrity and moral responsibilityamong individuals. If dishonest behavior has already been established during college—for example, in the form of cheating, manipulating assignment data, or falsifying lab reports—then the risk of bringing similar habits into the workplace will be even higher. Integrity is a core competency (core comp) that determines a person's quality as an organizational asset
