This study aims to prove empirically the effect of financial performance on the receipt of Regional Incentive Funds in provincial governments in Indonesia. Measurement of financial performance uses the Regional Financial Independence Ratio and the Regional Expenditure Efficiency Ratio. The research method used is quantitative method with sample selection using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 30 provincial governments as research samples within 3 years. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this panel research are that simultaneously the Independence Ratio and the Efficiency Ratio have a positive effect on Regional Incentive Funds. Partially, the Regional Financial Independence Ratio which compares Regional Original Income to total regional income has a positive and significant effect on Regional Incentive Funds. The Regional Expenditure Effectiveness Ratio which compares the realization of regional expenditures to the regional expenditure budget partially has a positive and significant effect on Regional Incentive Funds.

In order to achieve company goals, it is necessary to improve employee performance, the company must be able to utilize human resources optimally. This study examines the effect of coaching and competence on employee performance at PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch. The data collection method used is a census method by using primary data collected directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach.  The number of respondents in this study was 40 respondents.  The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the coaching variable has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch; (2) competence variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch.

Objectives and targets that can be achieved for each study. The results of this study This study shows that (1) revenue growth is significantly and positively affected by Mudharabah financing. It can even be said that the higher the mudharab support, the higher the compensation for BMT Al-Istiqamah Maleber Ciamis. (2) The consequences of the review show that the musyarakah monetary variable influences salary development. As a result, musyarakah funds can be said to increase the income of BMT Al-Istiqamah Maleber Ciamis. (3) Mudharabah and musyaraq financing simultaneously have a significant positive impact on income.

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking and services on BRI Bank customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, which was chosen because the researcher used his own judgment in selecting members of the population who were considered to be able to provide information, and the number of samples used was 150 respondents. The research results were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data quality test in this study is the Person Correlation validity test, the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. For the classic assumption test using the normality test,. For the hypothesis test used in this study, namely multiple linear regression, t test and determination coefficient (R2 test). The results of this study indicate that mobile banking and service have a positive and significant effect on BRI Bank customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance of the government of Ribang Village, Koting District, is economical, efficient and effective based on the concept of value for money. This study used a quantitative approach originating from the office of Ribang Village, Koting District. Analyzed using Microsoft Excel and value for money formula. The results of the research conducted concluded that the financial performance of Ribang Village, Koting District, from an economic perspective, in 2018 was quite economical and in 2019-2021 it was economical. efficiency category, (2) whereas in 2020 the index was not efficient, (3) the financial performance of Ribang Village, Koting District in terms of effectiveness in 2018-2021 was quite effective.

This study aims (1) to analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year using the conventional learning model; (2) To analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 Academic Year using the Concept Sentence learning model; (3) To analyze the effect of the Concept Sentence learning model in improving the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is the experimental method of two group post-test design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem. The population of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year is 108 students divided into 4 classes. Of the 108 students, the samples in this study were class VII-A which consisted of 27 students and class VII-C which consisted of 27 students. In this study, the researcher made class VII-A as the experimental class, while class VII-C was the control class. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the fable text writing skills of the experimental class students was 83.96 belonging to the good category while the average value of the control class was 62.25 belonging to the sufficient category and did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. Based on the t test, the significance level value α = 0.05 and n = 27 is obtained, ttable = 2.056. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable, that is, 8.68 > 2.056, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Concept Sentence learning model on the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study were all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, totaling 93 students, divided into 3 class. The sample in this study was class VIII-3 which consisted of 30 students. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a One group pre-test post-test design. . The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the ability to write explanatory texts before applying the treatment was 53.66 belonging to the less category while the average value of skills to write explanatory texts by applying the treatment was 84.2 belonging to the good category. Based on the t test, a significance level value is obtained with dk = N-1 = 29, so that a ttable value of 2.045 is obtained. Thus it is concluded that tcount > ttable, namely 15.27 > 2.045 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge, locus of control and financial attitudes towards financial management on Management Students of PGRI Semarang University Class of 2018-2021. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is Management Students of PGRI University Semarang, this study uses the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 299 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge (X1) and financial management (Y) partially, locus of control (X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y) partially, financial attitude (X3) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y) partially. Financial knowledge, locus of control, financial attitudes have a shared influence on financial management simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.235 or 23.5% showed that financial management variables were influenced by financial knowledge variables, locus of control, financial attitudes, while the remaining 76.5% were influenced by other variables that were not in this study.

In the current era of globalization, foreign cultures can enter freely and influence students so that the value of nationalism in students fades, this is indicated by the behavior of students who deviate from the objectives of national education, especially when the teacher does not innovate the learning model used can cause students to be bored during learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the VCT learning model on the nationalism attitude of students and the difference in increasing the attitude of nationalism between classes using the VCT model and classes using conventional methods. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach using a Non-equivalent control group design, the subjects of this research are students of grades VA and VB SDN Pantai Bahagia 01 in the 2022/2023 school year. The instruments used in this research are observation, test and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the effect of the VCT model on the nationalism attitude of students can be seen from the N-Gain test which states that the experimental class obtained the N-Gain value in the medium category, meaning that it experienced a moderate increase, while the control class obtained the N-Gain value in the low category, meaning that it did not experience an increase. The difference in improvement can be seen from the average value of the pretest and posttest of the experimental class which is greater than the control class supported by the mann whitney test which states that there is a difference in increasing the attitude of nationalism between the experimental class and the control class.

The toddler period is also known as the "golden age," which falls within a crucial phase of child growth and development. However, during this period, toddlers constitute a nutritionally vulnerable group. Failure to navigate this period effectively may cause children to miss their opportunity for a golden phase of growth and development. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and parenting styles with the nutritional status of infants aged 0-12 months. Method: The research design employed is an Analytical Survey with a Cross-Sectional Study approach. All mothers with infants or toddlers visiting the Batusura’ Health Center between March and June 2023 were included. A purposive sampling technique was utilized, resulting in 64 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire sheets. The collected data were subsequently processed and analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 25 and subjected to Chi-Square tests. The findings of this study reveal a relationship between maternal knowledge and infant nutritional status, with a p-value of ρ = 0.004. Furthermore, a connection between maternal parenting styles and infant nutritional status was observed, with a p-value of ρ = 0.008. Conclusion: A significant relationship exists between maternal knowledge and parenting styles with nutritional status.

An analysis of the documentation was the method employed to prepare this research. Data is collected through the study, recording, and classification of documentation. This study requires the gathering of data from a corporation in the form of financial reports, which will then be used as research material. The data was then compiled, classified, confidentially handled, and evaluated using quantitative descriptive analysis to offer a summary of the issues encountered or looked into. Results of the study The financial performance of PT. Batulicin Maritime Archipelago is impacted by the profitability ratio and liquidity ratio of PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim during the years 2018 to 2022. has an effect on the financial performance of PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim.

Nonparametric regression is used to determine the relationship between the response variable and the predictor variable whose shape of the regression curve is not known. This study examines the factors that affect the number of tuberculosis cases in Central Java in 2021. The number of berculosis cases in Central Java reached 117 cases per 115,000 residents with a mean of 110,35 and a variance of 1360.74. Tuberculosis case rates and their affecting factors are modeled using a spline truncated nonparametric regression method. The relationship between tuberculosis case rates in Central Java and the factors that are thought to affect it does not form a specific plot. . Based on the research results, the best model of the minimum Mean Square Error (MSE) value is obtained at the knot point combination (1, 3, 2, 3, 3), with a MSE value of 0.57. The model, it is known that all factors have a significant effect on tuberculosis cases in Central Java, with a coefficient of determination of 93.41%. That is, the model can explain the diversity of tuberculosis cases in Central Java by 93.41%.

This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the critical incident strategy on learning outcomes in writing narrative essays. This research is a descriptive type. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDN 19 Malela for the 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of one class. The sample in this study were all Class V students at SDN 19 Malela, Suli District, totaling 27 students. Sampling used a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests (pre-test and post-test), observation and documentation. Learning outcomes after applying active learning strategies based on calculations with 26 degrees of freedom, produce t-count = 5.0144 and t-table = 2.056. The results of these calculations show that t count ≥ t table (5.0144 ≥ 2.056). It can be concluded that the use of active learning strategies in critical incidents has an impact on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 19 Malela, Suli District, Luwu Regency.  

X is one of the distribution agents of PT. Y whose main focus is on the distribution of BBM (Fuel Oil). The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).
