work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.

This study examines the complex interplay between formal legal structures, customary practices, and rapid urban development in shaping land ownership dynamics in Batam's old villages (kampung tua). Through a qualitative case study approach, incorporating document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and field observations, we investigate the challenges in reconciling traditional land rights with modern property laws in the context of Batam's development as a free trade zone. Our findings reveal that approximately 70% of land parcels in the studied villages lack formal titles, highlighting the prevalence of informal ownership systems. The research identifies significant legal pluralism, where national land laws, local regulations, and customary (adat) practices coexist and often conflict. Notaries emerge as key actors navigating this complex landscape, often expanding beyond their formal mandate to mediate between different systems of authority and ownership. The study underscores the limitations of current legal frameworks in addressing the unique challenges of land administration in rapidly urbanizing areas with strong customary traditions. We propose the need for more adaptive land governance approaches that can accommodate both formal and informal ownership structures, including specialized legal frameworks for recognizing customary land rights in urban contexts. This research contributes to the broader understanding of land rights issues in the face of rapid urban development and offers insights for policymakers, legal practitioners, and urban planners grappling with similar challenges in other developing regions.

The problem in this study is the importance of understanding the nature of the object of education from the perspective of Islamic education. In general, the object of education is often understood as just a human who needs learning. But in Islamic education, the object of education is not just individual humans, but more than that. Humans as objects of education have very broad dimensions. Islamic education has indicated this in its main source, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. To answer this research problem, the approach used is library research. The results of this study are the object of education in Islam refers to several words. First, the word ahl means family, wife, relatives, or people who live in the same place. the word ahl can also refer to various groups that are formed and formed in the reality of human life. Second, the word 'asyirah has varied meanings. The emphasis on the meaning of the most dominant is the family in a larger scope when compared to the family in terms of ahl. So that the term 'asyirah is not only limited to a relationship because of kinship, but also a relationship because of similarities both geographically or in terms of place of residence, ethnicity, tribe, or because of the intense interactive communication between existing community groups. Third, the term al-qurbu refers more to a family bound bybrotherhood, perhaps the brotherhood is the result of a lineage or brotherhood which is only limited to common perception. Thus, in Islamic education, education does not only focus on how to teach humans as individuals, but humans in various communities also receive serious attention in order to realize the goals of Islamic education, namely the actualization of faith and piety to Allah SWT in human’s soul.

The aim of this research is to describe the perspective of culinary traders in the Sipinsur tourist area regarding the benefits of attending Sunday worship. Sunday worship is our response to the work of salvation that God has given us and as a sign of thanksgiving and respect which is carried out by praising and glorifying His name. This shows how important it is to worship together with fellow believers as a form of gratitude for God's work in each person's life. The benefits of worship are also much greater because they contain promises, both for this life and the life to come. The consequences of a life of worship are blessings that can already be felt (Rom.14:17) because the kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking but about righteousness and happiness by the holy spirit. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 8 traders who actively trade in the Sipinsur Geosite tourist area. Data analysis was carried out by identifying thematic patterns and interpreting the meaning of traders' answers. The research focuses on conducting a comparative study of social representation in two famous Indonesian novels, namely, "Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk" written by Ahmad Tohari and "Bumi Manusia" by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research explores the implications of the novel for Indonesian language teaching materials in secondary schools, which were revised by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2018. These literary works, the abundance of value contained in social, cultural, and historical significance, are regarded as valuable assets that can enhance literary teaching with the aim of growing students' understanding of various aspects of Indonesian society. Most research on the aims of Islamic education is carried out from the perspective of education as the essence and humans as the subject. However, discussions that study educational objectives from an object perspective still lack information, especially in terms of taking the perspective of several surahs of the Koran. The aim of this research is to describe the aims of education based on verses of the Koran. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library approach, the main information is obtained through books and articles. The research results show that Islamic education is used to teach people about the commands and prohibitions of Allah SWT. over themselves. Thus, the aim of Islamic education is to optimize and empower human reason to act in a good way, not in a wrong way.
