The performance of educators and education personnel is a key factor in determining student success and the reputation of educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work environment on work motivation and performance among educators and education personnel at MTsN 3 Banyuwangi. Additionally, it examines the role of work motivation as a mediating variable in the relationship between leadership style, work discipline, and work environment with performance. This study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 87 respondents, consisting of educators and education personnel at MTsN 3 Banyuwangi. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS V3 software. The findings reveal that leadership style, work discipline, and work environment each have a direct impact on work motivation. Furthermore, these factors also directly influence performance. Work motivation itself significantly affects performance. However, the indirect influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work environment on performance through work motivation as a mediator is not significant. Thus, this study concludes that leadership style, work discipline, and work environment play a crucial role in directly enhancing the motivation and performance of educators and education personnel. Therefore, direct management of these factors should be a top priority in improving performance at MTsN 3 Banyuwangi.

This study aims to explore and evaluate the impact of the work environment and compensation on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Tiumang, with motivation considered as an intervening variable. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research sample consisted of all teachers working at SMAN 1 Tiumang. The findings indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher motivation. Similarly, compensation also plays a crucial role in enhancing motivation, demonstrating a significant and positive influence. However, while the work environment has a positive yet relatively small effect on teacher performance, compensation contributes positively and significantly to improving teacher performance. Motivation is also found to have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Nevertheless, the study reveals that motivation does not mediate the relationship between the work environment and teacher performance, nor does it mediate the link between compensation and teacher performance.

This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with the principal, vocational studies teacher as well as the deputy head of student affairs, administrative staff and students of SMK Cerdas Murni as the research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Then it was analyzed using Farida Nugrahani's Interactive Analysis Model (2014: 173), and tested for validity using the triangulation method. The results showed that the performance of administrative staff in providing student administration services, and correspondence and archival administration at SMK Cerdas Murni was considered quite good. This is evident from the timely completion of tasks, the existence of discipline, a sense of responsibility, the ability to cooperate and communicate well. Supporting factors for performance are the ability of administrative staff, reward and punishment, facilities and work atmosphere, and good relationships with coworkers and superiors. Conversely, the inhibiting factors are the lack of technical competence and damage to work tools. And the steps in streamlining administrative services at SMK Cerdas Murni are, hastening the completion of tasks, conducting discussions with the principal and teachers, attending workshops to improve competence and keep up with existing developments.

Educational supervision is a training process that aims to improve the quality of learning and teacher performance. Implementation of supervision requires certain techniques that are tailored to the needs, conditions, and characteristics of the school. There are three main categories in supervision techniques, namely individual techniques, group techniques, and a combination of both. Individual techniques include classroom observation, personal conversations, and class visits, which aim to provide direct guidance to teachers. This technique is effective in identifying specific problems faced by teachers and providing solutions directly. Supervision groups include workshops, discussion groups, and joint training, which aim to improve teacher competence through collaboration and sharing experiences. This technique encourages innovation in teaching and creates a culture of learning among educators. In addition, a combination of individual and group techniques, such as mutual observation or project-based training, can provide more comprehensive results. The application of supervision techniques must be carried out in a planned and sustainable manner with the principles of involvement, openness, and training. Effective supervision also requires technological support to facilitate data collection and evaluation, such as using learning videos or analytical software.

This study aims to explore the role of school principals in enhancing teacher performance through the utilization of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar, a digital tool introduced by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to improve the quality of teaching and learning. The research was conducted at SMP N 4 Jombang, employing a qualitative approach with a case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of how principals support teachers in using this platform effectively. Data were collected through interviews with principals and teachers, as well as classroom observations. The findings indicate that the principal’s leadership, underpinned by managerial competencies such as planning, organizing, supervising, and human resource development, plays a critical role in facilitating the integration of technology into teaching practices. Principals provided technical support, organized training sessions, motivated teachers, and created a collaborative environment to enhance the use of the platform. Additionally, the study found that the Platform Merdeka Mengajar positively impacted teacher creativity and the quality of learning interactions. However, the study also highlights challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and the varying levels of digital literacy among teachers. The results underscore the importance of strong leadership in educational technology implementation and offer insights into effective strategies for enhancing teacher performance through digital platforms. The study also identifies limitations related to its sample size and scope and suggests avenues for future research on long-term impacts and the role of external factors in educational technology adoption.

Students' physical fitness conditions can be developed to the maximum so that they can achieve maximum academic achievement. But in reality, many students ignore a healthy lifestyle, such as staying up late and other negative activities. This usually results in a decline in the quality of students' physical fitness, making it difficult to achieve optimal academic performance. This research aims to obtain a clear picture of the level of physical fitness of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Subang University. The research method used is a descriptive method. The research subjects were 70 FKIP University Subang students. The research instrument was a physical fitness test observation sheet. In this study, five components of physical fitness were examined, including sprinting 60 meters, push ups, sit ups, vertical jumps, and middle distance running 1200 meters. This study aims to enhance students' learning outcomes in Natural Science (IPA) through the demonstration method in fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Teas, Noebeba District, Timor Tengah Selatan Regency. The research was motivated by low science learning outcomes, with 60% of students failing to meet the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) of 70. Conventional teaching methods contributed to students' passivity and lack of engagement. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) follows the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of two cycles with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study involved 10 fourth-grade students, with data collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and teacher interviews. Descriptive quantitative analysis compared student performance before and after intervention. Results indicated that the demonstration method effectively improved science learning outcomes. Initially, students scored an average of 73.5, with a mastery rate of 40%. After applying the demonstration method in cycle I, the average increased to 84.1, with 70% mastery. In cycle II, refining teaching strategies led to an average score of 90.1, with 90% mastery. The method also enhanced student engagement, teamwork, and conceptual understanding. These findings suggest that the demonstration method is an effective strategy for improving science learning outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to incorporate demonstrations regularly, and schools should provide necessary resources to optimize learning experiences.
