Participatory leadership strengthens this relationship in its dimensions (delegation of powers, participation in decision-making, participation in information, and human relations). A random sampleof employees in Kerbala Cement Company was selected as a field of research through a questionnairethat included (128) individuals. The significance of the correlation between the two variables wasassessed using the (t) test, the regression model's significance was assessed using the (F) test, and thesimple correlation coefficient (Person) was used. The relative quantity the independent variablecontributes to explaining the dependent variable as a percentage was also determined using (R 2 ). Theresearcher's most notable conclusion is that participatory leadership serves as a mediating factor in thesubstantial impact of organizational innovation on organizational immunity. The research concludedwith several recommendations, including focusing on organizational innovation by Kerbala CementCompany because it is an important factor in its work in general and in organizational immunity inparticular.

The research was conducted at PT. Tonasa Lines, Biring Kassi, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The sample in this study consisted of 100 participants. The sampling techniques used in this research were both probability sampling and non-probability sampling. The method used in this research was quantitative, using the Job Involvement and Safety Performance scales. The data analysis was performed using the Product Moment correlation technique with the assistance of the SPSS 28.0 for Windows program. The results showed a significant positive relationship between the Job Involvement variable and Safety Performance in improving the maritime safety and security system. The significance level was below or equal to 0.040 (p ˃ 0.01), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected with a 5% margin of error probability.

Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is a major challenge in facing global competition. Education as the main means of improving the quality of HR in Indonesia is still faced with the problem of inequality of access and quality between regions. This inequality causes disparities in educational development between urban and remote areas. This study focuses on grouping provinces in Indonesia based on aspects of educational development in 2023, using cluster analysis. Secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is used as the basis for analysis, including variables of average length of schooling, Gross Participation Rate (APK), Pure Participation Rate (APM), number of senior high schools, and community literacy development index. This study uses hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis methods to group provinces in Indonesia. The results of the hierarchical cluster analysis using the average linkage method show the most optimal cluster with the formation of three clusters. The first cluster consists of 31 provinces, the second cluster consists of 2 provinces, and the third cluster consists of 1 province. Data characteristics show large variations in the number of senior high schools and relative homogeneity in the average length of schooling between provinces.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the attractiveness of Batak culture on the level of tourist visits in Samosir Regency. This research data is in the form of primary and secondary data. The sampling process in this research used purposive sampling with a sample size of 80. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression tests. It can be concluded that the attractiveness of Batak culture influences the level of tourist visits in Samosir Regency. This can be seen from the value of the Simultaneous Test (T Test) which is used to determine the percentage influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results obtained show that the Fcount value is 6.681. Meanwhile, Ftable is 2.495, so Fcount is greater than Ftable (6.681> 2.495) or a significant level of 0.000 or sig F <5% (0.000<0.05). This means that together the Attraction variable influences the level of visits (Y) of cultural tourism in Samosir Regency. So in this case, cultural tourism destinations have the potential to be developed into tourist attractions so that they can increase the level of local and foreign tourist visits.

Appendectomy is a surgical procedure performed to cut the inflamed appendix tissue. The appendectomy procedure can cause anxiety for appendicitis patients before the operation. If the coping usually used is not able to control anxiety, it can have an impact on increasing vital signs and delaying the operation. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to the anxiety level of pre-operative appendectomy patients in the operating room at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang in 2024. The research method is quantitative research with a cross- sectional approach. The research sample was 56 patients using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) surgical anxiety questionnaire in the operating room at RSU Bhakti Asih, Tangerang City. The data were analyzed using the statistical tests used, namely the bivariate test, namely Chi-Square and the multivariate test, namely the Backward logistic regression method. The results of the research show that there are three independent variables on the dependent variable. It shows that there is one dominant variable which has p > 0.05, namely the nurse support variable which can be seen from the OR value of 0.016 times (p < 0.007; 95% CI 0.016-0.521) which means that respondents who support from nurses, the risk will be 16 times greater and can prevent the occurrence of anxiety levels Pre-Appendectomy in the Surgical Room at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang, Year 2024. Conclusion, there is a relationship between the analysis of factors related to the level of anxiety of pre-operative appendectomy patients in the operating room at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang.

While organizational culture is a very important appreciation such as values, beliefs, and ethics formed by a group that is shared by all members of the organization. This study aims to test: (1) organizational culture influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama, (2) the work environment influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and (3) organizational culture and work environment influence organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama. The design of this study is quantitative research and is a survey study. The research population is all employees of PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and a sample of 38 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis. Based on the results of the T-Test (Partial Test), partially the Organizational Culture variable (X1) from t count 2.088 > t table 1.659 shows that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, partially the Work Environment variable (X2) from t count 3.197 > t table 1.659 shows that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the F-test (Simultaneous Test) F count 29.976 > F table 3.27 proves that organizational culture and work environment significantly affect organizational commitment.

Nutrition plays an important role in influencing health, especially in pregnant women. Adequate nutritional intake is very important to support the health of the mother and fetus. Malnutrition, such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED), is a health problem that is often experienced by pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age and number of pregnancies (gravida) with the incidence of CED in pregnant women at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2023. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach, which observed independent and dependent variables only once at a time. The study sample consisted of 56 pregnant women selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results showed that most respondents had a high school education of 34 people (60.7%), with the least number of college graduates of 2 people (3.6%). Most respondents were unemployed or housewives as many as 30 people (53.6%), while those who worked as farmers, employees, traders, and laborers were 10 people (10%), 8 people (14.3%), 7 people (12.5%), and 1 person (1.8%). This study also shows that the more often a mother is pregnant, the less attention she pays to health and nutritional intake, because pregnancy is considered a common thing.
