This research aims to evaluate the legal aspects of both Islamic and conventional laws regarding the remuneration provided to preachers invited by Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Preachers play a crucial role in guiding individuals towards goodness and deterring them from evil, as per the teachings of the Quran. The study has two primary objectives: to examine the remuneration system for preachers in the mosque and to analyze the perspectives of Islamic and conventional laws on this system. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive with a field approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data sources. The findings indicate that Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang compensates preachers through two methods: direct payment without a formal agreement and through a written agreement. From an Islamic legal standpoint, remuneration for preachers can be considered a permissible (mubah) form of appreciation or gratitude. In terms of conventional law, the remuneration system aligns with the regulations outlined in the 2023 Job Creation Law. This research underscores the importance of maintaining compliance with both Islamic and conventional legal aspects and ensuring collective benefits to uphold a fair and justified remuneration system for preachers at Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Mutual respect for rights and responsibilities is crucial to enhancing the quality of this remuneration system.

Education has a major role in the process of forming the character, ethics and morals of Gen-Z or the current generation. The subject that reflects several Islamic values is Fiqh. Students' understanding or interest in Fiqh subjects is still not optimal. So it is necessary to apply effective learning methods to increase student understanding. The demonstration method is one approach that is very suitable for achieving this goal. Because, students have the opportunity to see firsthand how the concepts in Fiqh can be applied in worship as well as everyday life . The process begins with a planning stage carried out with the teacher to identify various fiqh concepts that are confusing and often difficult for students to understand. Then there is a live demonstration where students actively participate in learning through observation and asking questions. Then the data was collected through interviews and observations of students, and qualitative analysis was carried out. Implementation will be greatly supported by the presence of materials or tools such as printed Fiqh of Worship books, visual presentation tools, animated videos and other multimedia support, while the instruments are still guided by interviews and observations . The demonstration method makes an important contribution to the development of students in critical thinking and solving problems, developing ethics and understanding related to worship in Fiqh. By formulating solutions, the ability to analyze problems, and also make ethical decisions. The right step in improving the development of the quality of Islamic religious education in the field of Fiqh in the context of worship is to use the demonstration method, because in this method, students will easily understand several concepts of worship in Fiqh by being more involved in learning and better.

The background of this writing is because there are several problems that occur related to student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency. Among them is that there are still students who are not paying attention when the teacher is teaching, then students are less disciplined in timeliness when learning PAI and students are less responsible for the assignments given by the teacher. The researcher aims to find out how student discipline is in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency and what are the constraints and supports for student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. While the data collection techniques that the authors use are observation, interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study were students of SMP N 1 Rao Selatan and Islamic Religious Education teachers as supporting informants. The results of this study prove that student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency, namely first, students lack discipline in the learning process. This can be seen from the students' lack of attention when the teacher is explaining the lesson, then the students still like to talk and even sleep when the teacher explains the lesson. Then there are still students late for class when PAI learning has started, and there are still students who are negligent about the assignments given by the PAI teacher, for example students are lazy to do assignments and there are still students who are not independent in doing assignments. Second, Student Discipline Constraints in learning PAI, namely students' self-awareness that lacks the importance of discipline and students feel burdened by memorizing a lot of verses. The three factors supporting student discipline in learning PAI are mainly from student self-awareness, then the family environment must also provide encouragement and help children get used to being disciplined for example getting children to be disciplined at home, apart from that the school environment and community also contribute to supporting attitudes. child discipline, namely by continuing to monitor and try to implement disciplinary rules together.

The research aims to determine the effect of professionalism and competence on the ability to detect fraud. This research was carried out at Bank Muamalat KC Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample method using a saturated sample method and data collection using a survey method with questionnaires as a data collection technique. The samples used were 30 samples. The test tool uses SPSS Version 26. The analysis method in this research uses the multiple regression analysis method. The results of this research show that professionalism does not influence the ability to detect fraud and competence influences the ability to detect fraud.  

This research aims to produce a Financial Management Model Based on Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion: A study of farming communities in Huntap Pombewe. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS with the help of Smart PLS software. The research results show that based on the results of data processing from the structural model, the results obtained show that the Financial Literacy variable has a significant positive effect on Financial Inclusion: A Study of the Farming Community in Huntap. Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial Management: Study of the Farming Community in Huntap Pombewe. Financial Inclusion has a significant positive influence on Financial Management, and Financial Inclusion can mediate positively Financial Literacy on Financial Management: Study of the Farming Community in Huntap Pombewe.

From the results of the data analysis and discussion that have been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The influence of PBB's contribution to PAD in Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where PBB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T value of 28.518 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2. Influence of BPHTB Contribution to PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where BPHTB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T of 2.318 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. 3. Effect of PBB Contribution, BPHTB on PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022, Based on the results of the F test simultaneously the PBB contribution variable and the BPHTB contribution variable have a positive and significant effect on PAD with an F table value of 2113.398 > 3.16 and a Sig. 0.000 < α = 0.05.

This online service system was only implemented in 2020, where previously the Construction Building Permit (IMB) processing service was still carried out manually or offline. With this site, it is hoped that the quality of IMB licensing services can be improved more quickly and effectively. Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the implementation of online-based Building Permit service policies and to determine the obstacles that occur in online-based Building Permit services. Method: The research design used in this research is qualitative research using descriptive methods and a deductive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the online building permit service policy in Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province has not been optimal because there are still obstacles in implementing the policy such as lack of socialization and information about online IMB regulations, the technology used is not optimal, lack of a technical team In the field, there are still brokers in online IMB processing. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, the author suggests to DPMPTSP Boyolali Regency to carry out scheduled socialization so that the community is able to understand existing policies, increase supervision so that brokering practices are minimized, carry out repairs and maintenance of network systems, and recruit a team of technical employees.

In the production process, many defects are still found. This research aims to propose quality improvements using the six sigma method starting from the define, measure, analyze, improve and control stages. At the define stage, the production process is identified using the SIPOC diagram and identification of the type of defect. At the Measure stage, the calculation stage is carried out: fusing delamination DPMO value 366405.6 with a sigma value 1.84, Wavy At Neckline & Armhole DPMO value 65274.15 with a sigma value 3.01, Molding Yellowish DPMO value 350739.8 with a sigma value 1, 88, Dirty Glue has a DPMO value of 26109.66 with a sigma value of 3.44, and Heat Seal Not Sticking has a DPMO value of 191470.8 with a sigma value of 2.37. As a result of the analysis, it was found that factors causing defects occurred using FMEA tools and fishbone diagrams, namely machine, manpower, material and method factors. In the improvement stage, improvements are made to the factors causing defects and in the control stage, supervision is carried out over the proposed improvements that have been made by creating SOPs.
