Professional legal ethics plays a crucial role in carrying out the legal profession with integrity and fairness. For Civil Servants (ASN), especially those working at the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI), the implementation of professional legal ethics becomes even more critical, considering their role as bureaucrats who must uphold legal and ethical values in every decision they make. LLDIKTI is tasked with managing, supervising, and facilitating the organization of higher education in Indonesia, requiring its ASN to always adhere to principles of transparency, justice, and accountability in performing their duties. However, the implementation of professional legal ethics in LLDIKTI faces various challenges, including potential conflicts of interest, political pressure, complex bureaucracy, and limited human resources. This study aims to analyze the implementation of professional legal ethics in LLDIKTI and identify the challenges ASN face in applying these ethics. Additionally, the study seeks to provide recommendations on the steps that should be taken to optimize the implementation of professional legal ethics within the ASN environment in LLDIKTI. This research uses a qualitative approach, referring to legal ethics theories developed by Algra (2013) and Winarta (2007), as well as regulations governing ASN, such as Law No. 5 of 2014. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the formulation of policies and training that enhance the professionalism and integrity of ASN in LLDIKTI.

The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) organized by BPJS Health aims to improve access and quality of health services for all levels of Indonesian society. This research examines the effectiveness of the JKN program, with a focus on the use of the JKN mobile application, program implementation in health facilities, and factors that influence service quality. Based on case studies in several regions, the research results show that the JKN mobile application makes it easy for participants to access health-related services and information, although there are still obstacles such as a lack of public understanding of the application and technical problems. Apart from that, health services in hospitals and community health centers still face challenges such as a shortage of medical personnel, delays in services, and timeliness in administrative processes. Although the JKN program has expanded access to services, challenges in equal distribution of service quality and health resources still need to be overcome. Overall, the JKN program plays an important role in improving people's health and welfare, but improvements are needed in terms of community understanding, infrastructure and service efficiency to achieve more optimal and equitable health goals throughout Indonesia.

The angulation of third molars plays a crucial role in dental health and orthodontic outcomes. This review examines changes in third molar mesioangulation after orthodontic treatment, comparing cases involving first premolar extractions with non-extraction protocols. Research has shown that premolar extractions often result in significant improvements in third molar angulation, promoting easier eruption and reducing the likelihood of impactions. Conversely, non-extraction cases generally demonstrate less favorable changes, with a higher frequency of impactions and limited spontaneous correction of molar positioning. The extent and direction of these changes depend on individual factors such as the degree of crowding and the developmental stage of the third molars at the start of treatment. Premolar extraction during orthodontic procedures appears to enhance third molar angulation, potentially lowering the risk of impaction and reducing the need for surgical removal. However, some studies highlight the influence of individual anatomical variations, suggesting that premolar extraction does not consistently produce uniform angulation changes in all patients. Therefore, orthodontic treatment planning should weigh the potential advantages of premolar extractions in improving third molar alignment, especially for patients with a higher risk of molar impaction

The creative workshop on designing school bulletin boards is a community service activity aimed at enhancing the collaboration and creativity skills of students at SD 168 in Sinar Bhakti Village. The main issue identified is the lack of effective learning media to stimulate teamwork and creativity among students. This program was designed to train students in designing school bulletin boards as a medium for expression and interactive learning. The activity was carried out in several stages: initial observation to identify students' needs, theoretical training on the basic concepts of bulletin board creation, hands-on group practice to produce projects, and evaluation of the final results and students’ teamwork processes. The results showed that students not only improved their collaboration skills but also successfully created bulletin boards that were attractive and relevant to the given themes. Furthermore, the program increased students' confidence in presenting their work in public. The positive impact of this activity is reflected in the heightened enthusiasm of students for project-based learning activities. Thus, this program makes a significant contribution to the sustainable development of collaboration and creativity potential among students at SD 168 in Sinar Bhakti Village.

This study aims to evaluate the Youth Potential Development policy implemented by the Youth and Sports Office (DISPORA) of Surabaya in enhancing youth participation and the quality of sports among young people. In this research, the researcher employs Dunn's (2003) policy evaluation theory, which consists of six criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, and the data collected comes from interviews, documentation, and field observations related to the implementation of this policy. The findings indicate that the implemented policy has successfully increased youth participation in sports, with an increase of approximately 70% from the initial target. However, regarding the quality of sports performance, this policy faces challenges related to limited facilities and insufficient training, which hinder optimal achievement of performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that although DISPORA Surabaya has succeeded in increasing youth sports participation, the quality of sports performance still requires more attention, particularly in strengthening facilities and enhancing ongoing training. Additionally, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as the lack of adequate data, disparities in youth participation from different socio-economic backgrounds, and insufficient coordination among related agencies. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends that DISPORA Surabaya improve the data collection and information processing systems to be more integrated, design more inclusive policies for diverse youth segments, and strengthen coordination among related agencies to ensure that the policy is implemented more effectively and efficiently.

The study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis to explore the experiences and perspectives of various stakeholders involved, including MSME customers, customer service, and bank management. The research method applied is a case study with an innovation diffusion theory approach as proposed by Everett M. Rogers (1995). In this study, five key characteristics of innovation diffusion relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability are used to evaluate the impact and acceptance of the Betang Mobile application among MSME partners. Data collected from interviews with informants, including MSME customers and customer service, indicate that 75% of MSME players feel the application enhances service access, while 85% of users find the application compatible with their needs. The findings show that the Betang Mobile application has provided benefits in terms of efficiency and ease of access for MSME partners. About 40% of users report increased satisfaction, and 82% consider the application more efficient compared to traditional methods. Challenges include the adoption of technology by older MSME players and those in remote areas. Based on these findings, the study recommends that Bank Pembangunan Kalimantan Tengah focus on digital education for MSME partners, strengthen data security systems, and consistently update features to maintain the application's relevance. In conclusion, the Betang Mobile application has proven to make a positive contribution to the welfare services of MSME partners, with visible impacts on the accessibility and efficiency of banking services. To enhance the effectiveness of this application, it is recommended that Bank Pembangunan Kalimantan Tengah address challenges related to technology adoption and data security, as well as conduct regular evaluations of the application's features to keep them aligned with evolving user needs.
