Manfaat : Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Indonesia 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewan Indonesia

The educational transformation driven by Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 requires teachers’ digital pedagogical competence. Preliminary observations at SMP Negeri 2 Galesong Selatan, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, revealed a skills gap: conventional practices dominate while digital platforms remain underutilized. This community engagement program sought to bridge the gap through intensive training on Canva for visual learning media and Quizizz for gamified assessment. Conducted in August 2025 with 10 teachers across subjects, the program employed a participatory, four-stage procedure: preparation; socialization and pretest; training and coaching; and evaluation and posttest. Data were collected via observation, questionnaires, and knowledge tests, and analyzed descriptively and comparatively. Results indicate a marked improvement in teachers’ digital competence: the average score increased from 45 (pretest) to 85 (posttest), an 88.9% gain. By indicator, improvements reached 112.5% for understanding Canva features, 95.5% for digital learning media creation, and 64% for using Quizizz. Qualitatively, teachers produced engaging posters/infographics and slide presentations and designed interactive quizzes with instant feedback, fostering more varied and participatory classroom dynamics. The training effectively enhanced teachers’ digital literacy and confidence and supported a role shift from content deliverers to creative facilitators within student-centered learning. Replication and sustained coaching are recommended to consolidate a school-wide digital learning ecosystem.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keseimbangan antara akal dan hati yang mencakup aspek emosional dan spiritual dalam Pendidikan nislam pada siswa MBS Jatinom Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi langsung terhadap kehidupan siswa di asrama, masjid, dan sekolah. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sekitar -+ 200 siswa yang setara jenjang SMP dan SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan semangat dan fokus belajar siswa cenderung mengalami naik turun. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kondisi emosi, metode pembelajaran guru, dan interaksi sosial antar siswa. Kegiatan spiritual seperti sholat jama’ah, dzikir, halaqoh Qur’an, dan ta’lim berperan dalam pembentukan ketenangan batin dan membantu menstabilkan emosi siswa, sehingga akan berdampak positif terhadap sikap dan konsentrasi belajar. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan islam yang ideal perlu mengintegrasikan antara akal, emosi, dan spiritual secara seimbang untuk membentuk siswa yang cerdas, berakhlak dan memiliki kesadaran diri yang baik

This study aims to analyze the forms of collaboration between teachers and parents in following up on the results of observational assessments of early childhood self-regulation development. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design in a non-formal early childhood education (PAUD) setting. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of assessment documents. The findings indicate that observational assessment serves as an initial foundation for identifying children’s abilities to manage emotions and behavior. The assessment results are then followed up through collaborative practices in the form of regular communication, exchange of information regarding children’s development, and agreements on guidance strategies between teachers and parents. The role of parents is evident in the consistent implementation of guidance strategies at home, aligned with the stimulation provided by teachers at school. This alignment of roles has been shown to strengthen children’s self-regulation development, particularly in impulse control, behavioral regulation, and the ability to follow rules. The study emphasizes that structured and continuous teacher–parent collaboration is a key factor in the effectiveness of follow-up actions based on observational assessment results in supporting early childhood social-emotional development.

Penyebaran hoaks keagamaan di media sosial telah menciptakan tantangan serius terhadap narasi keagamaan yang sahih, menuntut peran krusial Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai garda terdepan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kompetensi profesional Guru PAI, menganalisis strategi mereka dalam merespons hoaks, dan merumuskan implikasi kebijakan pelatihan guru. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis konsep Kompetensi Guru PAI (Pedagogik, Sosial, Kepribadian) dan Literasi Media/Digital (KLM) untuk merumuskan model kompetensi ideal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Guru PAI memerlukan rekonstruksi filosofis agar mampu menjadi pembimbing etika dan agen perubahan yang mengintegrasikan nilai Islam dengan teknologi. Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Sosial terbukti penting untuk edukasi anti-hoaks dan pembentukan etika digital, diperkuat oleh Integritas Personal dan KLM sebagai keterampilan inti untuk berpikir kritis dan menyaring informasi. Implikasi penelitian merekomendasikan prioritas pelatihan guru pada etika dan literasi digital, serta menyarankan penelitian mendatang untuk studi komparatif kuantitatif guna mengukur efektivitas program.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru sebagai subjek pendidikan dalam perspektif tafsir tarbawi berdasarkan Q.S. Al-Kahfi ayat 66-67 serta relevansinya bagi pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Kisah dialog antara Nabi Musa dan Nabi Khidir merepresentasikan relasi edukatif antara murid dan guru yang dilandasi adab, kesabaran, kerendahan hati, dan keteladanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Sumber data diperoleh dari Al-Qur’an, kitab tafsir tarbawi, serta buku dan artikel jurnal pendidikan islam yang terbit dalam lima tahun terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Analisis tematik menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru perspektif Al-Qur‟an tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai ilmu, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing moral dan spiritual peserta didik. Nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Q.S Al-Kahfi ayat 66-67 memiliki relevansi yang kuat untuk diterapkan dalam pendidikan MI, khususnya dalam penguatan adab belajar dan pembentukan karakter Islami peserta didik.

This research is motivated by the author's desire to improve student abilities and to  Educational quality refers to the level of excellence of an educational system or process in a school, measured by the institution’s ability to meet established standards in terms of input, process, output, and outcome. Therefore, this study aims to describe the forms of collaboration between subject teachers in suporting the improvement of learning quality at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Malengkeri Bertingkat I. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, and were analyzed through the stages of deconstruction, interpretation, and reconstruction. The findings show that teacher collaboration occurs actively and continuously through meetings, routine discussions, item reviews, and informal activities such as the Teacher Working Group (TWG). The main supporting factors of collaboration include participatory school leadership, open communication, and an inclusive work culture, while the primary obstacles involve differences in opinions related to teaching strategies and student characteristics. The established collaboration has a positive impact on improving learning effectiveness, professional reflection, teacher creativity, and student learning outcomes through the transfer of best practices and structured feedback mechanisms. Thus, teacher collaboration plays a significant role in strengthening the culture of quality and enhancing learning quality in elementary schools.

This study was motivated by the fact that teachers' learning strategies are very important for improving student motivation, understanding, and learning effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to identify the learning approaches used by teachers, the challenges faced, and how these approaches were applied to students in the 10th grade Geography class at SMAN 6 Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology that collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through the steps of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research information consisted of geography teachers, 10th grade students, and other related parties. The results showed that expository and inquiry strategies were the most effective learning strategies used by teachers to help students learn. Unresponsive students, negative peer influence, and the habit of sleeping in class are some of the obstacles in the learning process. Students' ability to systematically and coherently organize and convey conclusions demonstrates the impact of applying learning strategies. According to this study, teachers must continue to improve their skills through learning training. Students are also expected to be more focused and active during the teaching and learning process.

Guidance and Counseling services have a strategic role in supporting students’ holistic development, including academic, social, emotional, and moral aspects. However, in practical implementation, counseling services in schools still show a gap between theoretical ideal concepts and real field practices. This study aims to analyze the role of school counselors in the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services at MTs Ibnu Sina Karawang, focusing on the counselor’s role, teacher-student interaction patterns, supporting factors, and challenges faced during implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with the school principal, teachers, and selected students. The findings show that the counselor plays multiple roles, namely as a disciplinary guide, personal counselor, moral educator, and facilitator of religious character strengthening. The interaction between counselors and students is carried out through humanistic, empathetic and communicative approaches. Supporting factors include strong collaboration among teachers, principals, homeroom teachers, and religious-based school activities. Meanwhile, several obstacles are found such as limited number of counselors, lack of students’ comprehensive understanding about BK functions, limited time allocation, and negative stigma that counseling services are only for problematic students. This research emphasizes the need for strengthening counseling literacy and transforming services into more preventive, developmental, collaborative, and continuously progressive student-oriented programs.

Transformasi pendidikan pada era Society 5.0 menuntut pembelajaran yang inovatif, termasuk pada Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), sehingga diperlukan model yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan ke dalam pembelajaran berbasis digital tanpa mengurangi esensi spiritualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan efektivitas integrasi nilai keagamaan dalam pembelajaran PAI digital sebagai upaya menanamkan karakter Islami pada peserta didik di tengah perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai keagamaan dapat diwujudkan melalui kebiasaan digital keagamaan, cerita moral digital, lab e-fiqh , simulasi ibadah berbasis VR, serta pembelajaran reflektif mengenai etika digital. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI digital tidak hanya meningkatkan partisipasi dan minat belajar, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan kesadaran spiritual dan perilaku etis peserta didik. Implikasi penelitian menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi yang terencana dan berorientasi karakter dapat memperkuat internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan, sehingga guru perlu menguasai kompetensi pedagogi keagamaan berbasis teknologi untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran PAI yang berkualitas.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) honorary teachers in West Sumatra face serious welfare challenges, with incomes far below the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP). This condition affects work motivation, limits access to professional development, and reduces the quality of early childhood education services. This study aims to analyze the current welfare conditions of PAUD honorary teachers, identify the factors contributing to low welfare, and offer strategic solutions involving the government, PAUD institutions, the community, and the teachers themselves. This research employed a literature review method by examining scientific journals, educational department reports, statistical data, government regulations, and supporting theories such as Human Capital and Work Motivation. The findings indicate that low welfare is caused by limited regional government budgets, reliance on parental fees, weak legal status of PAUD teachers, limited certification opportunities, and insufficient CSR and community support. Recommended solutions include increasing government funding, expanding ASN/PPPK recruitment opportunities, strengthening institutional management, collaborating with private sectors, and enhancing teacher competence through continuous training. In conclusion, improving the welfare of PAUD teachers is an urgent step to strengthen the quality of early childhood education services and support the achievement of national education goals from an early age.

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of guidance and counseling (BK) at SMPIT Widya Duta, an integrated Islamic school in Bekasi City. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques were gathered through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with BK teachers and students, and documentation. The results show that BK services are structured based on the Service Implementation Plan (RPL) with a focus on four areas: personal, social, learning, and career, as well as individual counseling as the most preferred service. The results also indicate that the BK teacher's approach includes initial observation, peer strategies for introverted students, and enforcement of confidentiality, with stakeholder collaboration as a supporting factor. Recommendations that can be given to improve the effectiveness of BK services include collaborative interdisciplinary training, continuous evaluation, and technology integration to strengthen synergy between PAI teachers, BK, and parents to address operational challenges and optimize student learning comfort and character development.

Proses belajar siswa muslim tidak hanya melibatkan kemampuan berfikir (akal), tetapi juga kemampuan dalam mengelola perasaan (emosi). Ketidakseimbangan antara emosi dan akal dapat mengganggu fokus, ketekunan, hingga hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keseimbangan emosi dan akal pada siswa muslim dalam proses belajar, serta peranan lingkungan pesantren dan pendidik dalam membentuk keseimbangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi langsung dan kajian Pustaka. Observasi langsung dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren KMI Ibnu Abbas Klaten yang menaungi santri setingkat SMP dan SMA. Data dari observasi diperkuat dengan kajian pustaka dari berbagai penelitian dan berbagai teori psikologi Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri yang mengendalikan emosinya dengan baik, cenderung lebih focus, tenang, dan tekun dalam proses pembelajaran. Santri tersebut juga mampu menerima teguran tanpa menunjukkan reaksi emosional yang berlebihan. Peran guru, ustadz dan musyrif yang mengedepankan keteladanan, keseimbangan antara kelembutan dengan ketegasan, serta penanaman adab sebelum ilmu terbbukti memberikan kontribusi yang besar tehadap keseimbangan emosi dan akal santri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan emosi dan akal yang didukung oleh nilai-nilai islam berperan penting dalam peningkatan hasil belajar siswa muslim.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik di Lembaga Pendidikan MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan informan kunci, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, dan wali kelas. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat secara faktual proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran secara sistematis untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan wawancara diarahkan untuk menggali persepsi, pengalaman, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku pendidik terkait pelaksanaan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran di MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan telah dilaksanakan melalui berbagai instrumen dan teknik evaluasi seperti penilaian tugas dan pencapaian yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik serta tujuan pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi pemberian umpan balik dan pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik.

This study aims to outline how aqeedah and moral values are applied in the learning process of fourth-grade students at MI Ridogalih, examine the strategies teachers use to internalize these values, and identify factors that support or hinder the process. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research gathered data from the Aqeedah–Akhlaq teacher, instructional documents, and records of the school’s religious activities. Data collection was conducted through guided interviews and document review, and the analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that the incorporation of aqeedah and moral education is implemented through consistent religious habituation, exemplary behavior demonstrated by teachers, and the integration of Islamic principles into classroom instruction. Contributing factors include the strong religious environment of the school and active parental engagement, while obstacles stem from the influence of digital media and the varied backgrounds of students’ families. The study concludes that combining habituation practices, teacher role modeling, and value integration plays a significant role in reinforcing students’ Islamic character development.

This study examines the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in helping students face personal, social, academic, and career problems. Using qualitative descriptive methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, this study found that BK services were carried out routinely through classical guidance, group services, and individual counseling that focused on self-development, career exploration, bullying prevention, and exam readiness. The effectiveness of the service is also supported by a conducive BK environment and collaboration between subject teachers, parents, and external parties such as psychologists or related institutions. However, various obstacles are still found, such as a high ratio of counselors to students, changes in education policies that require rapid adaptation, limited support facilities, and generational differences between counselors and students that affect communication patterns. This research emphasizes the importance of improving the professionalism of BK teachers through continuous training and strengthening synergy between educators to realize effective, responsive, and oriented BK services that are oriented towards the development of students' character in a holistic and sustainable manner.

This service activity discusses strengthening the fifth pillar of Islam, namely the Hajj. This service aims to increase the understanding, knowledge and competence of Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) teachers at the Serang City Al-Qur'an Educator and Sakinah Family Coordinating Board (BKPAKSI) in Serang City regarding Hajj Manasik. This service methodology goes through a preliminary survey stage to find out the location that will be used as the location for the Hajj ritual training and training. then observe or carry out activities involving 25 TPQ teachers. This service activity was carried out at Wisma Haji (KBIHU) Mulyajati Cikole, Pandeglang Regency. The Hajj Manasik training for TPQ teachers went smoothly according to plan.  Material and practice of Hajj rituals delivered by Hajj and Umrah supervisors from KBIHU Mulyajati. By implementing this practical training on Hajj rituals, the PkM team hopes that TPQ teachers as educators can transfer their knowledge of Hajj rituals to their students properly and correctly so that the students will love the Kaaba and the Prophet Muhammad more.

This study aims to examine the contribution of educational psychology in the context of Christian education, particularly for educators, school principals, Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers, Sunday school teachers, pastors, elders, and church servants. This theoretical study shows that educational psychology helps in understanding the characteristics of learners, optimizing teaching methods, building effective teacher-student relationships, and enhancing motivation and involvement in the learning and preaching process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through a review of books, literature, journals, notes, and relevant reports. Educational psychology plays a significant role for all those involved in Christian education and ministry. CRE teachers and Sunday school teachers have a crucial role in instilling faith values in the younger generation by understanding the learning needs of children according to their cognitive and spiritual development stages. This enables them to deliver God's word in an engaging and meaningful way. Meanwhile, pastors, elders, and church servants require an understanding of educational psychology to carry out more wise pastoral ministry. Psychological understanding helps them provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support for members who are struggling. Educational psychology also equips church servants to lead with empathy, listen with their hearts, and guide the congregation towards true spiritual restoration. The integration of educational psychology with Christian faith significantly impacts the improvement of learning and church ministry, producing individuals who are intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually balanced.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sekolah dalam mencegah dekadensi moral siswa di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur. Fenomena kemerosotan moral di kalangan pelajar menjadi tantangan serius di era modern, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam pembinaan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur selama Oktober–November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan dekadensi moral dilakukan melalui lima strategi utama: (1) pembiasaan religius melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah, shalat dhuha, puasa sunnah, dan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun); (2) penguatan pendidikan moral dan etika di setiap mata pelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (3) pendampingan psikologis melalui layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) serta kerja sama dengan lembaga STIFIn untuk mengenali potensi siswa; (4) kolaborasi aktif antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat; serta (5) penerapan disiplin yang tegas namun mendidik. Strategi tersebut membentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang harmonis dan berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pembiasaan dan keteladanan efektif dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan moral abad ke-21.

Learning mathematics not only focuses on mastering concepts and calculation skills, but also requires creating a conducive learning environment so that students can think critically, logically, and creatively. A conducive learning environment plays a crucial role in fostering student motivation and active engagement, making the success of the learning process highly dependent on the strategies implemented by the teacher. This research aims to describe mathematics teachers' strategies in creating a conducive learning environment thru the application of active and contextual learning strategies. The method used is library research, which involves collecting and reviewing various scientific sources such as books, journals, and academic articles relevant to the research topic. The research results indicate that active learning strategies are able to increase student participation, strengthen reasoning abilities, and foster learning motivation. Teachers play an important role as facilitators, motivators, mediators, and evaluators, directly influencing the learning climate in the classroom. Contextual learning strategies like REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) have proven effective in connecting mathematical concepts with students' real-life experiences and creating a fun and meaningful learning environment. In addition, humanistic classroom management, the use of technology, and adapting learning to students' different abilities are supporting factors in achieving a conducive learning environment. The implications of this research indicate that the success of mathematics learning is not solely determined by the methods used, but also by the teacher's ability to build positive relationships with students and create an interactive, adaptive learning environment that optimally fosters students' potential development.

The rapid advancement of digital technology requires teachers to serve not only as educators but also as digital role models for their students. This study aims to analyze the teacher’s role in instilling digital ethics and responsibility among Generation Z, as well as to identify effective strategies in shaping students’ digital character. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed in several secondary schools in Lampung Province. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers play a central role in fostering digital ethics awareness through exemplary behavior, ethical communication, and digital responsibility habituation within the school environment. Teachers’ consistency in using social media, managing information, and engaging ethically in online interactions significantly influences students’ digital behavior. This study highlights the need to strengthen teachers’ digital literacy capacity based on moral and spiritual values. The implications suggest that educational policies should integrate the teacher’s role as a digital role model into the broader strategy for developing ethical and responsible digital citizens in the era of technological transformation.
