By looking at current technological developments that already use automatic sensors, the application of the concept to this system can be a solution for dealing with ornamental fish farming owners. In this research, a tool is made that can perform feeding, checking temperature, water turbidity, feed level, water level and water pump control, from this information will be sent to android by firebase automatically monitored and controlled anywhere via android. This tool is designed with ease of maintenance and is an extension of the existing tools. IoT technology is used to monitor online, based on Firebase and Nodemcu Esp8266. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The results of this study were carried out by an expert validation test to get a value of 30 which means "Very Good (Valid)". While the effectiveness test by 10 users plus by experts and employee users get a total score of 35.16 which means the effectiveness test is classified as "Very Good (Valid)" it can be said that the new system is more effective than the old system.

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease caused by damage to the pancreas in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Purslane Leaf Extract (Portulaca Oleracea) can help lower blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of purslane leaf extract (Portulaca Oleracea) on blood sugar levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: The rats in this study were 30 rats divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, while the other group was induced with 35 mg/200gBW of alloxan. The positive group was treated with standard rat diet, treatment group 1 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 60 mg/200grBB, treatment group 2 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB and treatment group 3 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the Kruskall Wallis test followed by Post Hoc Mann Whitney analysis. Results: The results of the Kruskal Wallis test on blood sugar levels showed that there was an effect after administration of purslane leaf extract among the five treatment groups p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that purslane leaf extract had effective antidiabetic at a dose 60 mg/200grBB p= 0.011 (p<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that purslane leaf extract can reduce blood sugar levels.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.

The rise of disease outbreaks caused by microorganisms such as SARS, bird flu, HIV and COVID-19 has made people use products that contain antiseptics such as soap and hand sanitizer. However, if used continuously it will dissolve the layer of fat and sebum on the skin so that the skin becomes sensitive, dry, and irritated. The development of antiseptic products can be done with natural ingredients such as green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L). It is known that green betel leaf (Piper betle L) has long been used in traditional medicine and can be a natural antiseptic ingredient for making hand sanitizer. This study aims to determine the formulation of hand sanitizer from betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) accompanied by a physical stability test. The materials used in this study were methyl paraben, triethanolamine (TEA), glycerin, aquadest, 95% ethanol, lime juice, green betel leaf extract obtained from the reflux extraction process. The research was conducted by varying the betel leaf extract 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%. Tests were carried out by covering organoleptic observations (shape, color, odor), pH, homogeneity, dispersion.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers indeveloping the Pancasila character for students, to find out the obstacles faced by CitizenshipEducation teachers, and to find out the strategies used by teachers in developing Pancasilacharacter in Science 1 and 2 class students of SMA Negeri Colomadu. This research is aqualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the PPKn 11grade science 1 and 2 graders of SMAN Colomadu. The object is the teacher's role indeveloping the character of Pancasila values and their implications in school life. Collectingdata through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used isa qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.The results of the study conclude that the role of Civics teachers at SMA Negeri Colomadu isas role models for students by applying behavior to each individual in instilling thedevelopment of Pancasila character, such as emphasizing honesty, noble character, wisdomand shared responsibility. The obstacle is that there are still some teachers who do notprovide examples of role models to their students, for example there are still teachers whoarrive late and the teacher has not been able to place themselves according to the charactervalues of their place and the last one is the development of a fast-paced and complex andmodern era, so that students experience deviations that result in juvenile delinquency. Thestrategy used is to apply the face-to-face lecture method and variation strategies in learningby exemplary in instilling Pancasila values in everyday life.Keywords: The role of PPKn teachers, Pancasila character.

Skincare are very important for facial care. There are various skin problems one of which is premature aging and dull skin. The perpose of the writer is to know and explain the process making mangosteen skin serum and white rice as anti-aging and brightening, to find out and explain the benefits of mangosteen skin and white rice as anti-aging and brightening and to explain the public acceptance of the mangosteen skin serum and the white rice as anti-aging and brightening. the methoud used is observation, documentation, experiment, interview, questionares and literature. The third experiment produced the composition are 2ml glyserin, 1,5ml mangosteen extract, 1,5ml white rice extract, 5ml aquades, 0,5ml phenoxythanol, 1gr allantoin and 0,5g hydroxtethyl cellulose. Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

Pelepah pisang ambon (Musa paradisiaca var. sapientum) seringkali hanya di buang, padahal pelepah pisang ambon memiliki antibakteri yang tinggi. Staphylococus aureus adalah salah satu gram positif berbentuk kokus dan merupakan bakteri patogen bagi manusia. Staphylococus aureus termasud bakteri yang banyak resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Tujuan.  Untuk mengetahui senyawa metabolit sekunder Tanin, Saponin, Flavanoid, Fenol, dan Alkaloid pada pelepah pisang ambon (Musa paradisiaca var. sapientum). Untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak pelepah pisang ambon terhadap pertumbuhan Staphylococus aureus. Untuk mengetahui konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60% dan 100% ekstrak etanol pelepah pisang ambon yang efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococus aureus. Metodologi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan metode difusi sumuran dengan empat varian konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60% dan 100% . Kontrol positif yang digunakan  adalah Ciprofloxacin dan kontrol negatif yang digunakan adalah Aquades. Skrining fitokimia dilakukan dengan metode tabung. Hasil penelitian. Skrining fitokimia menunjukan ekstrak pelepah pisang ambon mengandung tanin, saponin, flavonoid, alkaloid dan fenol. Pengaruh pemberian ekstrak etanol 70% pelepah pisang ambon terhadap Staphylococus aureus di tandai dengan terbentuknya zona hambat pada  konsentrasi 20% zona hambat 13 mm, konsentrasi 40% zona hambat 16 mm, konsentrasi 60% zona hambat 18 mm dan konsentrasi 100% zona hambat 20 mm. Kesimpulan. Pelepah pisang ambon memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Staphylococus aureus dengan konsentrasi yang efektif yaitu 100% degan zona hambat 20 mm dengan kategori sangat kuat.

Anggur laut (Caulerpa racemosa) merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan yang bermanfaat untuk pengobatan terapi, anggur laut (Caulerpa racemosa) mengandung senyawa kimia yang berfungsi sebagai antibakteri seperti alkaloid, flavanoid, tanin, saponin dan steroid. Antibakteri adalah zat yang menghambat dan membunuh. Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus merupakan bakteri gram positif yang menyebabkan infeksi bernanah pada kulit manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimental laboratorium. Penelitian menggunakan ekstrak kental etanol 70% anggur laut (Caulerpa racemosa), variasi konsentrasi ekstrak yaitu 20%, 40%, 60%, dan 80%, untuk kontrol negatif menggunakan aquades dan untuk kontrol positif menggunakan cloramphenicol. Pada pengujian antibakteri ekstrak etanol 70% anggur laut (Caulerpa racemosa) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus menunjukan bahwa pada konsentrasi 80% dan 60% sensitif untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 32 mm dan 29 mm, sedangkan konsentrasi 20% dan 40% intermedian menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri dengan diameter zona hambat 24 mm dan 26 mm. Kontrol negatif tidak terjadi aktifitas antibakteri dan tidak memiliki diameter zona hambat, kontrol positif mempunyai diameter zona hambat yaitu sebesar 30 mm. Dari hasil tersebut maka anggur laut (Caulerpa racemosa)berfungsi sebagai antibakteri.

Tanaman obat merupakan tanaman yang sangat popular yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku obat tradisional dan jamu, yang bila dikonsumsi akan meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh (immune system). Salah satu jenis tanaman yang berkhasiat obat adalah tanaman pepaya, mulai dari daun, buah hingga bijinya. Salah satu bagian dari pepaya yang ternyata juga memiliki khasiat sebagai bahan obat adalah kulit dari buah pepaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder yang ada di dalam kulit buah pepaya (carica papaya L.) Serta mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstral etanol kulit buah pepaya (carica papaya L.) Terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode maserasi selama 3 hari dan remaserasi selama 1 hari dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium. Metode difusi agar sumuran digunakan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol kulit buah pepaya (carica papaya L.) Larutan dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi yaitu 50% 100% dan 150% dalam b/v dengan kontrol positif kloramfenikol dan kontrol negatif aquadest. Pengamatan yang dilakukan untuk uji skrining fitokimia ekstrak etanol kulit buah pepaya asal Desa Negeri Lima mengandung senyawa tanin, alkaloid dan saponin. Hasil uji antibakteri ekstrak etanol kulit buah pepaya memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Staphylococcus aureus pada konsentrasi 50% sampai dengan 150% dengan rata-rata diameter zona hambat 16,00 mm sampai dengan 21,50 mm dengan kategori kuat hingga sangat kuat. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ekstrak kulit buah pepaya (carica papaya L.) Mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus.

The tapak dara plant is known as an ornamental plant that is efficacious for relieving muscle pain , antidepressant , medicine for various diseases ( ie relieving swelling caused by wasp stings , nosebleeds and sore throats ), antidote , antibacterial , and lowering blood pressure in humans . Purpose of   Research of this is to identify the content of the chemical from the leaves of tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ), which serves as an antibacterial and to test the activity of antibacterial extract ethanol leaves tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ) against the growth of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus by using the method of diffusion in order. Method which are used in research this is experimental by using the method of diffusion in order. This study used concentrations of 5%, 20%, 60%, and 80%. Positive control (+) chloramphenicol antibiotic , negative control (-) aquadest . Results of the study is the extract of leaves of Tread Dara ( Catharantus roseus ) can inhibit the growth of bacteria in a concentration of 80% by having an average zone of inhibition of which is 21 mm including the category is very strong and the concentration of 60% at 20 mm.

Aquascape merupakan seuatu hobi yang mulai memiliki banyak peminat. Karena keindahannya banyak masyarakat yang mencoba untuk menekuni hobi ini. Masalah yang sering dialami penghobi baru aquascape adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan waktu untuk merawat aquascape. Dengan memanfaatkan logika fuzzy sugeno, penghobi dapat dimudahkan dalam perawatan dasar aquascape berupa menjaga tingkat ammonia tetap rendah, menjaga suhu air agar tidak melebihi suhu 30℃, menjaga ketinggian air, dan penyinaran menggunakan lampu secara otomatis menyesuaikan intensitas cahaya matahari. Alat ini menggunakan sensor MQ137 untuk membaca gas ammonia, sensor DS18B20 untuk membaca suhu, sensor HC SR-04 untuk membaca ketinggian air, dan sensor LDR atau Light Dependent Resistor untuk membaca intensitas cahaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni sistem mampu memperkirakan output berdasarkan nilai input dari sensor, mampu menjaga tingkat ammonia tetap rendah, menjaga suhu tetap dibatas optimal di sekitar 26 - 28℃, ketinggian air dapat dijaga pada posisi 1 cm lebih rendah dari bibir aquarium dan penyinaran menggunakan lampu dapat menyesuaikan durasi berdasarkan nilai pembacaan sensor LDR

Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia karena terjadi peningkatan setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan obat atau agensi terapi yang efektif dan murah untuk menanggulangi diabetes melitus. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda mempunyai kandungan antosianin dan betakaroten yang memiliki kemampuan menurunkan kadar gula darah, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai obat tradisional yang efektif dan murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit terong Belanda terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah tikus wistar jantan yang diinduksi aloksan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre and post test randomized controlled group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus wistar jantan sebanyak 25 ekor  yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dengan aquadest (kontrol negatif), ekstrak kulit terong Belanda (Solanum betaceum) dosis 0,25 ; 0,75 ; 1,25 g/kg BB dan metformin sebagai obat diabetes dengan dosis 18 mg/tikus (kontrol positif). Semua kelompok diinduksi aloksan sampai dengan kadar gula darahnya mencapai ≥ 200 mg/dL lalu diukur kadar gula darah sebagai data pre test. Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dan pada hari ke – 14 diukur kadar gula darah sebagai post test. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda dosis 0,25; 0,75 dan 1,25 g/kg BB mampu menurunkan kadar gula darah secara signifikan selama 14 hari akan tetapi belum ada dosis yang memiliki efektifitas yang sebanding dengan metformin dalam penurunan kadar gula darah apabila diberikan selama 14 hari.Kata kunci: Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda, diabetes, tikus, aloksanABSTRACT Diabetes melitus is a health problem in the world because the sufferers increase from year to year. So that it is needed an effective and economical drug or therapeutic agency to cope with the disease. Tamarillo peel extract contains anthocyanin and beta-carotene which are capable to reducing blood sugar levels, so that it can be used as an effective and economical traditional medicine. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the administration of Tamarillo peel extract on decreasing blood sugar levels in male wistar rats induced by alloxan. The research method used a pre and post test randomized controlled group design. This study used 25 male wistar rats divided into 5 treatment groups namely aquadest treatment (negative control), metformin as a diabetes drug with a dose of 18 mg / rat (positive control), and Tamarillo skin extract (Solanum betaceum) dose 0, 25; 0.75; 1.25 g / kg BB. All treatment groups were induced by alloxan until their blood glucose levels reached ≥ 200 mg / dL then measured blood sugar levels as the pre test data. The treatment was given for 14 days and on the 14th day blood sugar levels were measured as a post test. Tamarillo peel extract dose of 0.25; 0.75 and 1.25 g / kg BB can significantly reduce blood glucose levels for 14 days but there is no dose that has an effectiveness comparable to metformin in reducing blood glucose levels if given for 14 days.Keywords: Tamarillo peel extract, diabetes, rats, alloxan

Tanaman mangsi (Phyllanthus reticulatus) merupakan tanaman perdu yang tumbuh liar dengan buahyang berwarna ungu kehitaman yang diduga berasal dari antosianin. Antosianin yang bersifat polar danlarut dengan baik dalam pelarut-pelarut polar. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini digunakan pelarut etanol96%, asam asetat dan aquades dengan perbandingan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencariperbandingan pelarut (campuran etanol 96%, asam asetat dan aquades) yang tepat untuk ekstraksi antosianindan mengetahui stabilitas ekstrak warna antosianin buah mangsi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini terdiri daridua tahap yaitu tahap I adalah ekstraksi zat warna alami dari buah mangsi (phyllanthus reticulatus) denganberbagai proporsi pelarut (etanol 96 %, asam asetat dan aquades) (49:1:50 ; 39:1:60 ; 29:1:70 ; 19:1:80 ; 9:1:90).Hasil penelitian tahap I menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik yang digunakan adalah perbandingan jenispelarut etanol 96% : asam asetat : aquades (9:1:90) menghasilkan nilai pH tertinggi yaitu 5,380 ; konsentrasiantosianin 0,455 mg/l ; rendemen ekstrak 74,40 % ; tingkat kecerahan 23,73 ; tingkat kemerahan 9,07 ;tingkat kekuningan 10,23. Hasil analisa tahap II, menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak antosianin buah mangsimengalami penurunan stabilitas yang dipengaruhi oleh pH, suhu, dan waktu pemanasan. Peningkatannilai pH menyebabkan nilai absorbansi ekstrak makin menurun, sedangkan semakin tinggi suhu dan lamawaktu pemanasan menyebabkan stabilitas warna kurang optimum.Kata kunci: Antosianin, Stabilitas warna, Ekstraksi, Buah mangsi

Chicken Ranch venture is a business that is environmentally friendly and efficient, the management of maintenance, cage, and the handling of waste should always be considered. But the farm that stood in the village of Wonosobo Mojotengah Candirejo not in accordance with the applicable rules on the farm, a location close to settlements and ignore the handling of waste and effort. .This Method approach used in this study is the sociological juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. The collection of data through primary data and secondary data. Methods of presenting data in research conducted in a descriptive way. The analysis used in this thesis is qualitative. The results showed that (1) Overview of the Business Environment Poultry in the village of Wonosobo Mojotengah Candirejo terms of Environmental Aspects, regulated by Law No. Law No. 41 of 2014 concerning Animal Husbandry and Animal Health and Licensing Guidance And Business Registration Ranch, which states that the livestock company and certain parties who seek cattle to scale certain businesses are obliged to follow the procedures for aquaculture animals is not well with disturbing public order in accordance with the guidelines set by the minister in addition to the licensing process must be approved by the farm community about the location where the livestock business to be established. (2) An environmental impact arising from the chicken farm that is a negative impact in the form of environmental pollution, odor, chicken health while the positive impact chicken farm can boost the empowerment of local communities. Thus in maintaining farm Candirejo Mojotengah Wonosobo should implement procedures Efforts Environmental Sustainability and Environmental Monitoring Effort (UKL / UPL) if the procedure Efforts Environmental Sustainability and Environmental Monitoring Effort (UKL / UPL) is not implemented then it will be penalized environmental law in this case will be in wear business license revoked.
