This research aims to analyze the influence of job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities on the performance of employees at Jawa Pos Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are employees of Jawa Pos Kediri. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The R² value of 0.944 indicates that 94.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, this study emphasizes that appropriate job placement, adequate benefits, and sufficient work facilities are important factors in improving employee performance at Jawa Pos Kediri. Thus, the company management needs to pay more attention to these three aspects to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

This study aims to examine the role of implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in supporting the transition toward a green economy in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic banking. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, reviewing academic literature published between 2020 and 2025. Data were analyzed through thematic content analysis to identify the alignment between ESG dimensions and maqashid shariah, as well as the challenges and opportunities of ESG implementation within Islamic banking institutions. The findings reveal that ESG application in Islamic banking remains partial, with greater emphasis on the environmental dimension through instruments such as green sukuk and green financing. The social and governance aspects have not yet been fully integrated into sustainability strategies. Nevertheless, integrating ESG with maqashid shariah strengthens the role of Islamic banks as agents of change in sustainable development. The study highlights the importance of establishing specific regulations, transparent reporting systems, and sharia-compliant green financial innovations to enhance the contribution of Islamic banking to Indonesia’s green economy.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, green knowledge, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward electric bicycles in Kediri City. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 112 respondents familiar with electric vehicle concepts, using purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results reveal that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an R² value of 0.893. Among them, eWOM has the most dominant influence compared to price and green knowledge. This study aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and energy price volatility on stock returns of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression as the analytical method. The sample consisted of 10 energy companies selected through purposive sampling, based on the availability of sustainability reports, stock price data, and research completeness. The results indicate that ESG disclosure has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, suggesting that companies with higher sustainability transparency tend to gain stronger investor confidence. Energy price volatility also shows a positive and significant effect on stock returns, reflecting the sector’s sensitivity to global energy price dynamics. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence stock returns, although the relatively low coefficient of determination implies that other factors should also be considered. This study highlights the importance of integrating internal factors (ESG) and external factors (energy price volatility) for investors when making investment decisions in the energy sector.

The research findings indicate that, on a partial basis, only the Work-Life Balance variable has a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.029 and a t-value of 2.311. In contrast, the Physical Work Environment and Interpersonal Communication variables show no significant impact, with significance values of 0.774 (t-value -0.290) and 0.217 (t-value 1.264), respectively. Simultaneously, the three variables do not exhibit a significant influence on performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.056 on an F-value of 2.845. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.240 suggests that the model explains only 24% of the variability in employee performance. These results imply that employee performance at PT Daihatsu Jolo Abadi is more strongly influenced by work-life balance than by the physical work environment or social interactions in the workplace. Therefore, strengthening work-life balance should be a strategic priority for enhancing performance, alongside exploring other relevant variables for future studies.

This study aims to analyze the economic and social impacts within the environmental context on the sustainability of catfish farming in Basanah Village. Environmental issues such as water quality, land availability, and land-use changes have significantly affected aquaculture practices. Moreover, the social dynamics of the surrounding community, including patterns of cooperation, public perception of catfish farming, and economic impacts on farmers’ income and welfare, are central to the investigation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving local farmers, community leaders, and relevant stakeholders. The findings reveal that economic aspects, such as production cost efficiency and income improvement, are highly dependent on stable environmental conditions and strong social support. Conversely, environmental degradation and weak social participation hinder business development. Therefore, participatory-based policies integrating sustainable environmental management with the strengthening of local socioeconomic capacities are urgently needed. This study offers a significant contribution as a foundation for formulating empowerment strategies for environmentally and socially-based small-scale aquaculture enterprises at the village level.

This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the concept and implementation of skill management as a cohesive set of competencies encompassing technical, interpersonal, conceptual, and strategic skills within organizational and entrepreneurial contexts. The background highlights the critical role of skill management in addressing the challenges posed by a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment, where mastery of these competencies determines both individual and organizational effectiveness in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve collective objectives. Grounded in a literature review of seminal works by Robbins & Coulter, Katz, Drucker, Mintzberg, Armstrong, and Barney & Hesterly, this study adopts a structured approach that covers definitions, classification of skill types, their roles in organizations, development strategies, implementation challenges, and applications in entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that: (1) technical, human, and conceptual skills are complementary across different managerial levels; (2) skill development requires a blend of formal education, field practice, mentorship, and technology utilization; (3) primary challenges include technological adaptation, complexity of decision-making, and limitations in training resources; and (4) in entrepreneurial ventures, effective skill management is fundamental to planning, finance, human resources, innovation, and communication. In conclusion, skill management should not be viewed as a static competency but as a strategic asset that must be continuously enhanced through lifelong learning, enabling both individuals and organizations to sustain growth and resilience in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

Sustainable business transformation has become a cornerstone of modern corporate strategy in addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. The Sustainability-Led Innovation (SLI) approach provides an innovation framework that embeds sustainability principles into business models, fostering organizational adaptability and long-term value creation. This study aims to (1) identify the mechanisms for integrating SLI into sustainable business models, (2) evaluate SLI’s contribution to competitive advantage, and (3) analyze the development of dynamic capabilities to support sustainability initiatives. By combining the Sustainability-Driven Business Model Innovation (SBMI), Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT), and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) frameworks, this qualitative research utilizes in-depth interviews and document analysis of culinary SMEs in Malang. Findings reveal that organizations adopting SLI achieve higher operational efficiency, respond more agilely to regulatory changes, and attract stronger consumer loyalty. These insights underscore the necessity of embedding sustainable innovation strategies into long-term business planning to secure resilient competitive advantage.
