The Qiroati method is an instructional approach to reading the Qur’an that emphasizes direct practice of tartil recitation in accordance with the rules of tajwid. This method is practical, systematic, and implemented gradually, meaning that learners are not allowed to proceed to the next level before achieving fluency at the current stage. One of the main challenges in learning to read and memorize the Qur’an is the limited use of structured teaching methods, as some teachers still rely primarily on personal experience and conventional reading approaches. This condition contributes to students’ lack of fluency in reading and memorizing the Qur’an, as well as decreased learning motivation due to monotonous and less effective instructional practices. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Qiroati method in improving students’ Qur’anic reading ability within the Tahfidzul Qur’an program at SMP Daruttaqwa Full Day School. The findings are expected to provide useful insights for educators and contribute to academic knowledge. This research employs a field research design with a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on describing the application of the Qiroati method in enhancing students’ reading ability in relation to Qur’an memorization. Data were collected through interviews, tests, and documentation, while data analysis involved data collection, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the Qiroati method effectively improves students’ ability to read the Qur’an in the Tahfidzul Qur’an program. This is evidenced by the improvement in students’ reading scores compared to their previous performance. In practice, the method involves teachers modeling correct recitation, followed by students reading collectively. Therefore, the Qiroati method not only enhances students’ accuracy in reading the Qur’an but also fosters a more engaging and effective learning environment.

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in learning the Qur'an and Hadith due to the dominance of conventional teaching methods that are considered less engaging. The study aims to examine the role of interactive learning media in increasing students’ learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research employs a qualitative literature study approach by collecting credible sources, including journal articles, textbooks, and previous research findings. Content analysis techniques were used to identify patterns, relationships, and important insights from the collected data. The findings indicate that interactive media such as educational videos, interactive animations, dynamic PowerPoint presentations, and digital quizzes significantly enhance students’ interest and motivation in learning. This improvement is reflected in higher levels of attention, curiosity, participation, and engagement during the learning process. In addition, the use of interactive media helps present Qur'an and Hadith concepts in a more concrete, attractive, and enjoyable way, thereby improving students’ understanding of the material. The study implies that integrating technology-based learning media can become an innovative strategy to optimize the teaching and learning process in Islamic elementary education institutions.

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) based on Islamic boarding school values in strengthening educator professionalism and sustaining academic performance at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The study focuses on the process of internalizing Islamic boarding school values in HRM policies and practices and their implications for educator professionalism and the sustainability of the institution's academic quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with madrasah leaders and educators, observations of institutional practices, and documentation studies of policies and human resource development programs. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that Islamic boarding school values such as sincerity, service, discipline, exemplary behavior, and moral responsibility have been internalized normatively and practically in HRM policies, particularly in aspects of human resource planning, recruitment, coaching, and evaluation of educator performance. These values shape educator professionalism that is not only based on pedagogical competence, but also an ethos of devotion and moral integrity. The human resource development and coaching system contributes to maintaining work motivation and consistent academic performance among educators. However, the internalization of Islamic boarding school values still tends to be cultural and person-centered, and has not been fully institutionalized in written policies, standard procedures, and long-term strategic planning. Therefore, its sustainability remains dependent on leadership figures. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening the institutionalization of Islamic boarding school value-based human resource management (HRM) through formal policies, a sustainable human resource development system, and systematic managerial governance to ensure the sustainable maintenance of educator professionalism and the institution's academic performance.

This study aims to analyze the comprehensive relationship between selection, placement, career development, and employee well-being within the perspective of organizational psychology. Human resources (HR) are the central driver of organizational success, yet many institutions, including Islamic educational institutions, still face challenges in professional HR management. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive-comparative analysis approach, reviewing relevant scientific literature and empirical reports. The findings indicate that these four aspects form an integrated unit; effective selection based on person-organization fit provides quality candidates, appropriate placement optimizes potential, structured career development maintains motivation, and holistic well-being ensures loyalty and productivity. The study concludes that organizational success is heavily dependent on the synergy of these four components managed through an organizational psychology approach, rather than being treated as separate administrative functions.

Learning design is a fundamental component in the educational process, as it serves as a foundation for teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities systematically and purposefully. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), learning design has a broader role, not only focusing on the delivery of religious knowledge, but also encompassing the formation of character, morals, and strengthening Islamic values in students. This paper discusses the general concept and function of learning design in PAI through theoretical studies from various literature and expert views. The results of the discussion indicate that PAI learning design must be prepared comprehensively by considering the components of objectives, materials, methods, media, and evaluation that are aligned with Islamic values. In addition, learning design serves as a practical guideline for teachers to create effective, efficient, innovative learning that is able to respond to the challenges of modern developments. Good learning design also contributes to increased learning motivation, optimal achievement of competencies, and the formation of students who are faithful, pious, and have good morals. This study highlights the crucial role of learning interest as a key determinant of success in the educational process. The research was conducted through interviews with teachers and direct observations in the learning environment, aiming to explore how various factors influence students’ interest, particularly in religious education. The findings indicate that teachers play an essential role by adopting creative approaches in their teaching methods. For instance, the integration of digital tools, such as instructional videos, was found to be highly effective in capturing students’ attention and enhancing their engagement during lessons. Furthermore, parental support emerged as a significant factor, as parents act as the first educators at home by instilling fundamental religious values and attitudes that shape students’ motivation. The results also suggest that a positive classroom atmosphere, where students feel appreciated and supported by their teachers, contributes to higher levels of interest and participation in religious studies. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of differentiated instruction, where tasks are adjusted to match students’ abilities and learning needs. By connecting lesson materials with real-life experiences, teachers can further foster students’ intrinsic motivation, making learning more meaningful and relevant. Overall, the research demonstrates that cultivating interest in learning requires collaboration between teachers, parents, and supportive learning environments.

Social media has become an integral part of Generation Z's life, including elementary school students, who are known as the tech-savvy generation. This study aims to examine Generation Z students' perceptions of the influence of social media on their academic behavior and learning concentration through a literature study approach. Data were collected from various current literature sources and analyzed using thematic analysis methods.
