Employee performance, which is a reflection of their competence in completing tasks, is very important for achieving organizational goals. Therefore, improving performance is a top priority for the company.This quantitative research aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance in the Quality Control division of PT. Hwa Seung Indonesia, Jepara. Of the total 174 employees, 121 were used as research samples selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with saturated sampling techniques. The collected data was then analyzed using various statistical methods, including multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the variables workload, compensation (t-value 2.865), work discipline (t-value 4.707), and motivation (t-value 4.425) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the application of Organizational Theory at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the context of organizational communication, organizational culture and employee performance. PT Kereta Api Indonesia as a state-owned company engaged in the transportation sector has unique challenges and opportunities in managing its human resources and operations. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from interviews with managers and employees, as well as analysis of internal company documents. The results of this study indicate that effective communication and a strong organizational culture contribute significantly to improving employee performance. In addition, the implementation of clear organizational values ​​and ongoing training are key factors in creating a productive work environment. This study is expected to provide insight for PT Kereta Api Indonesia management in optimizing organizational strategies to achieve better company goals.

Human Resources plays a very important role in the company and can be used to run other workforce to achieve company goals. This research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum. In this research, the research design used by the author uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection on respondents' answers in this research questionnaire used a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 41 employees at PT. HAHA Spektrum Indonesia and tested using SPSS Version 25. In the calculation results of the hypothesis test, an F value of 32.433 > 3.24 F Table was obtained and was supported by a significant value of 0.000, where the conditions accepted in this hypothesis were a significant value of less than 0, 05 and obtained a t value of 2.262 > t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.029, where the significant value is less than 0.05. So from the test results in the problem formulation in this research, it is stated whether there is an influence on Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum, namely the existence of influence and Hypothesis H3 is accepted.

Effective Human Resources (HR) management is the key to the success of every company in achieving its strategic goals. In this context, recruitment, selection and placement of employees plays an important role as the first process that determines the quality and performance of a company's workforce. This study covers recruitment, selection, factors influencing selection, as well as the recruitment and selection process. The data collected is analyzed comprehensively to identify patterns, trends, and relationships between the recruitment and selection process, its factors, and placement in organizational performance. The results of this study are intended to provide valuable insights for human resource managers. The practical implications of this research will lead to the development of selection factors, more accurate recruitment and selection processes, and more targeted staff placement, which will ultimately improve overall organizational performance.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and communication at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office and its influence on job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research model uses a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 83 permanent employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office staff. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously and partially influence Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline and Communication both have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that companies can improve Work Discipline, Communication and Job Satisfaction so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

The influence of organizational culture on employee performance at BPJS Employment Bangkalan is discussed in this research. Employees can be inspired, motivated, and guided to achieve company goals effectively through a strong and healthy organizational culture. Based on previous research, this study tries to investigate how company culture influences employee performance. Literature review is the research method used. This approach uses various literature sources, including books, journals, and other scientific publications, to collect data. The findings of this research can be used to find out how much influence organizational culture at BPJS Employment Bangkalan has on employee performance.

Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. Performance is a very important part to achieve the goals of a company. Given the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Mega Hotel & Resort. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of all employees of Hotel Mega & Resort is 55 people. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of leadership style and organizational culture as a whole have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the variables of leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence

In order to achieve company goals, it is necessary to improve employee performance, the company must be able to utilize human resources optimally. This study examines the effect of coaching and competence on employee performance at PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch. The data collection method used is a census method by using primary data collected directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach.  The number of respondents in this study was 40 respondents.  The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the coaching variable has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch; (2) competence variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch.

Procurement of goods has a very important role for an organization, because obtaining the goods needed to fulfill the mission of the organization with a significant budget. So that companies will always try to act professionally and strive to continue to develop different innovations in order to achieve goals and aspirations. The Make to Order method is a process in which the company will carry out production when orders come from consumers, this method has been implemented by PT. Waskita Beton Precast. in running the production process. The direct procurement system is used to provide satisfaction to consumers because there is no need to wait a long time to complete consumer requests. Companies must adjust to production needs so as not to leave unused items. Procurement of goods to meet during production activities can be brought in according to the needs of the company. From the direct procurement method used by the company, it has a good impact, the production process is on schedule and is not hampered by the arrival of the goods needed during the production process and can complete consumer requests in a timely manner.
