In order to keep the educational process running smoothly in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, several schools have turned to online learning platforms. In the context of LMSs, one of the most popular systems is Moodle. Focusing on SMPK PENABUR Depok in the post-COVID-19 era, this study seeks to ascertain the impact of Moodle on the efficacy of learning in educational institutions. The study employs a quantitative methodology to investigate the interrelationships of factors by means of student questionnaires and basic linear regression analysis. With a coefficient of determination of 61.1%, the data demonstrate that Moodle significantly and positively affects the effectiveness of learning. Despite some technological issues, such slow internet, Moodle has improved students' access to course materials, their ability to engage in class discussions, and their level of participation. According to these results, blended learning—which has recently emerged as a viable strategy—can benefit from the use of learning technologies like Moodle to raise the bar for educational excellence. The need of bolstering technological infrastructure and enhancing the quality of online learning platforms to improve the effectiveness of learning going forward is underscored by the implications of this study.

Listening skills in grade II students of SDN Padang City are still low, Most students are not focused and are still playing when their teacher is telling a story in front of the class. In addition, the lack of facilities and infrastructure at SDN Padang City is also a factor that hinders the creation of interesting learning. The general purpose of this study is to test the effect of using the role playing model on the listening skills of grade II students of SDN Padang City, where this model involves students to play roles in the stories they will listen to. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through observation, testing and documentation. Based on the answers and processes during the learning process, the results of the study can be seen showing that there was a change in students' listening skills after using this role playing method.

Mathematical connection ability is a crucial competence that should be developed from the elementary level, as it helps students understand the interrelationships between mathematical concepts and their applications in daily life. This study aims to analyze the mathematical connection abilities of first-grade elementary school students in learning flat shapes. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using cognitive and psychomotor assessment instruments. The cognitive test consisted of multiple-choice and essay questions measuring students' ability to recognize, understand, classify, and apply flat shapes. The psychomotor test involved tasks such as assembling flat shapes into meaningful objects and classifying shapes by type. The results showed that students were fairly capable of identifying and grouping flat shapes, but had difficulty explaining classification reasons or relating shapes to real-life objects. The psychomotor results also indicated that fine motor skills and the ability to make real-world connections need improvement. These findings highlight the importance of contextual learning approaches and the use of concrete media to strengthen students’ mathematical connections from an early age.

This research focuses on examining the intensive reading learning process of third-grade elementary students when engaging with narrative texts. The objective is to investigate students' ability to comprehend the narrative structure, interpret meanings, and respond to the messages within the text. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the data were obtained through direct classroom observation, interviews with teaching staff, and evaluation of students’ reading tasks. The findings reveal that although students demonstrate interest in reading narratives, many still struggle to recognize essential components such as plot sequences, character development, and moral lessons. Teachers are instrumental in facilitating students' understanding by implementing supportive strategies, including guided reading, interactive questioning, and the integration of visual materials. The study highlights the importance of a well-structured and supportive learning environment to foster students’ reading comprehension and critical engagement with texts.

This study explores creative thinking strategies aimed at enhancing reading comprehension skills among fifth-grade elementary school students. By focusing on developing critical and innovative thinking methods, the research investigates how these strategies can improve students' ability to understand and process reading materials. The study employs various approaches to stimulate cognitive engagement, fostering both deeper comprehension and greater interest in reading. Results suggest that incorporating creative thinking techniques significantly contributes to the enhancement of students' reading comprehension abilities. The findings highlight the importance of integrating these strategies into the classroom to support students' academic growth and encourage lifelong learning habits.

This research aims to analyze the initial reading ability of grade I students at elementary school and the success factors in beginning reading. Initial reading is the initial stage that a person does before being able to reach a higher level of reading. This study uses a qualitative method with results described descriptively. Data collection was carried out using tests, interviews, and observations. The result of this study is that the level of initial reading ability of grade I students of elementary school is in the very good category. This success is supported by the start of early reading from PAUD or TK, advanced reading exercises in elementary schools, the role of classroom literacy corners, and parental support.

This research aims to examine the reading comprehension abilities of fourth-grade elementary students. The primary goals are to assess the level of students' comprehension skills, investigate the underlying factors contributing to their difficulties in understanding texts, and develop applicable strategies to address these challenges. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The participants were four students from the fourth grade. Data were gathered through various techniques, including observation, interviews, testing, and documentation. The findings indicated that students' reading comprehension abilities remained relatively weak. In terms of interpreting the meaning of words and expressions used by the author, students demonstrated performance at a moderate level. However, regarding the ability to understand both explicit and implicit meanings, as well as to draw conclusions from the text, their performance fell into the low or inadequate category. The factors that influence this low ability come from both internal and external factors. To overcome this problem, it is recommended that teachers motivate students more, manage the class more effectively, and apply reading comprehension strategies such as Know, Want, Learn (KWL).

Mathematical representative ability is a person's ability to express mathematical ideas, objects, and relationships in various forms of representation, both visually, symbolically, verbally, and contextually. This study aims to analyze the mathematical representative ability of students through counting operations in grade III elementary school in the form of story problems. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with written test instruments to assess cognitive abilities and observation to assess psychomotor skills. The research subjects consisted of five grade III elementary school students, by giving test questions on mathematical reasoning skills, observing students directly in solving and understanding story problems, conducting documentation to obtain accurate data when in the field by classifying students' mathematical representative abilities based on math scores. The results showed that most learners had a very good level of cognitive ability in completing arithmetic operations, but there were some learners who were still lacking in understanding story problems. This finding confirms that the importance of appropriate learning strategies so that learners are not only able to solve problems in the form of operations but also able to understand problems in the form of story problems that are applied in real life.
