Character education through sport is becoming increasingly important in the face of dynamic socio-cultural change. The sociology of sport offers an approach to understanding sport as a social phenomenon that has a broad impact on youth character building. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore the role of sport in youth character building through a sociology of sport approach. The results showed that sport can be a medium for socialization, value internalization, and identity formation. Participation in sports activities can form a physically healthy, mentally strong, and morally sound young generation. However, sports can also be a space for reproduction of negative values if not balanced with constructive social values. Therefore, the sociology of sport approach can offer strategic solutions in designing sports programs that not only pursue achievements, but also form Indonesian people with character. This research is expected to contribute to the development of character education through sports and increase awareness of the importance of the sociology of sport in shaping young people with character and integrity.

The performance of the Hajj pilgrimage is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled by Muslims who possess the ability (istita'ah). Due to the overwhelming number of applicants and the restrictions on the number of pilgrims allowed to depart each year imposed by the Saudi Arabian government, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has limited the departure of prospective Hajj pilgrims through a quota system and the allocation of waiting numbers known as "nomor porsi" (quota numbers). One consequence of this situation is that some prospective Hajj pilgrims who have registered and received their quota numbers may pass away before their departure. To address this issue, the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Implementation has issued Decree Number 130 of 2020, which allows for the transfer of quota numbers to one of the heirs of a deceased prospective Hajj pilgrim who did not have the opportunity to perform the pilgrimage. The findings of the study indicate that the Hajj quota of a deceased prospective pilgrim is part of their rights that fall into the category of inheritance. When such a right falls into this category, it can become an inheritance that must be divided among heirs who meet the requirements.

The rapid development of the current digitalization era has encouraged an increase in e-commerce users  in Indonesia. This phenomenon also triggers impulse buying behavior  for consumers, especially for Shopee consumers. However, there are inconsistencies in the results of one study related  to the influence of hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying, so further analysis is needed by considering the role  of sales promotion as a moderation variable. The purpose of the study was to determine whether hedonic behavior had a significant impact on impulse purchases of shopee consumers in Denpasar. (2) To determine whether the shopping lifestyle has an impact on impulse purchases, especially shopee consumers in Denpasar. (3) To determine whether the promotion of consumer behavior moderates the relationship between hedonistic motivation and impulse purchases of shopee consumers in Denpasar City. (4) To determine whether sales promotion moderates the relationship between impulse purchases and shopping made by shopee consumers in Denpasar. This study uses a quantitative approach method using non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results and conclusions resulting from this study show that: (1) Hedonic motivation to buy has a positive and significant impact on impulse purchases. (2) A shopping lifestyle that has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying (3) The relationship between impulse buying and hedonic motivation can be strengthened or moderated by sales promotions. (4) Sales promotions can strengthen or moderate the relationship between impulse purchases and shopping habits.

This study aims to analyze the influence of character competencies and the intensity of virtual item purchases on the financial management of PUBG Mobile players in Indonesia. Character competencies are studied through indicators of discipline, responsibility, investment, driving factors and self-control. Meanwhile, the purchase intensity of virtual items is measured based on the frequency of purchases, the number of items purchased, the level of satisfaction, the desire to buy, and the type of items purchased, such as skins, weapons, and clothing. A descriptive-verifiable approach was used in this study, with a structured questionnaire distributed to 61 active PUBG Mobile players who had purchased virtual items. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4 to evaluate the validity and reliability of the measurement model, as well as identify the relationships and significance between variables. The results showed that character competence and the intensity of purchasing virtual items significantly affected players' financial management practices. Players with a higher level of character skill tend to have good discipline and self-control, which allows them to manage the game budget more efficiently and not spend too much. In contrast, intensive purchasing behaviors are associated with increased awareness of financial limits, where players adjust their spending habits to balance in-game needs and real-life priorities. This research emphasizes how important character competencies are to encourage players to make wise financial decisions. The study also emphasizes how important it is for players to understand how their purchasing intensity is, which can help them make better financial planning

Traditional markets according to Permendagri No. 42 of 2007, is a location where sellers and buyers meet to make transactions and become a means of social and cultural interaction of the community, as well as encouraging local economic growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze, calculate, and explain how the income of beef traders and what obstacles are faced by beef traders in the new market of Karawang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The location of the study was selected using the purposive sampling method, namely based on certain criteria that are considered relevant to the purpose of the study. The results of the study showed that the income and costs incurred by beef traders vary according to sales volume. The average income of beef traders per day is Rp. 8,305,083. The obstacles faced by beef entrepreneurs include the discounts and delivery services.

This study uses the Quantitative Descriptive method, sample selection is carried out by purposive sampling method, namely the researcher chooses MSMEs Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut Karawang. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze, calculate and explain how the business feasibility of Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut Karawang MSMEs and how the business feasibility of the Rawasikut Karawang swimming pool. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that Bakso Mas Eko and Rawasikut Karawang Swimming Pool MSMEs are declared feasible, because the results of the NPV calculation are positive and the Profitability Index value is PI>1. In the business feasibility of MSMEs Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut and Rawasikut Karawang Swimming Pool, the results of the analysis show that it is more feasible to develop between Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut and Rawasikut Swimming Pool, namely Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut through the calculation of its financial feasibility.

This study aims to analyze the effect of certification and motivation on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out at public high schools in the Kayuagung District. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was a total of all teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung District, consisting of 122 teachers. data collection technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques, and multiple regression. The results of this study state that 1) there is a significant influence between school teacher certification on the performance of public high school teachers in the Kayuagung District; 2) there is a significant influence between motivation on the performance of State Senior High School teachers in the Kayuagung District; 3) there is a significant effect of teacher certification and motivation together on the performance of teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung District. These results suggest that the higher the qualification of a certified teacher, the higher the performance. Then, motivation within the teacher will have an impact on teacher performance.

The act against the law is part of legal relation sourced from the law as a result of human deeds against the law intentionally or unintentionally causing the relationship and the 1 consequence of the law for someone’s responsibility in the loss due to reinforcement of other person or animal or things under his authority or supervision. Therefore, the act against the law become important to be highlited especially after having the development of substantial meaning. The focus of this observation is on the useful message covered by wide intepretation and basic thought on it, does not include substantial material using the normative judicial method. The research showed that new paradigm causing the emerge of wide interpretation through the act against the law after 31 January 1919 for Lindenbaum-Cohen cases started from Hoge Raad (Dutch Supreme Court) response over justice seekers that their interests were overruled and caused the loss but can not be processed through law formulation at the time. Therefore, through the awareness and courages, Hoge Raad (Dutch Supreme Court) applied progressive thought as the breakthrough in answering the deadlock of positive law. The act of Hoge Raad reflected implementation of the awareness and deep understanding of carrying out the law correctly by returning law position as justice guarantee at once to declare that law for human not human for law. Unfortunately, in our nation’s context, the act of Hoge Raad does not contribute the inspiration for most of us in progressive law. There are a lot of us being trapped rigidly by legalism positivism that admitted act as the only law and absolute guidance. It is not justified outside it because it is not the law.
 
Abstrak
Perbuatan melawan hukum merupakan bagian dari perikatan yang bersumber dari undang-undang akibat perbuatan manusia yang melawan hukum, baik karena kesengajaan maupun karena kelalaian yang melahirkan hubungan serta akibat hukum bagi seseorang untuk mempertanggungjawabkan kerugian akibat perbuatannya atau perbuatan orang lain atau binatang ataupun barang/benda yang berada di bawah kekuasaan atau tanggungannya ataupun pengawasannya. Itu sebabnya perbuatan melawan hukum menjadi penting untuk disoroti, terutama setelah mengalami perkembangan makna substansinya. Objek kajian ini lebih terfokus pada pesan makna yang terkandung dalam penafsiran yang luas dan landasan pemikiran yang menyertainya, bukan pada substansi materi di dalamnya, dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma baru yang mendasari lahirnya penafsiran luas terhadap perbuatan melawan hukum pasca 31 Januari 1919 dalam kasus Lindenbaum-Cohen adalah bermula dari respons Hoge Raad (Mahkamah Agung Belanda) atas kegelisahan para pencari keadilan yang kepentingannya dilanggar dan menimbulkan kerugian, tetapi senantiasa tidak bisa diproses melalui formulasi hukum yang berlaku saat itu. Oleh karena itu dengan kesadaran dan keberanian, Hoge Raad menggunakan cara berpikir progresif sebagai terobosan untuk menjawab kebuntuan hukum positif. Tindakan Hoge Raad itu mencerminkan implementasi suatu kesadaran dan pengertian yang mendalam tentang cara berhukum yang benar yakni dengan mengembalikan posisi hukum sebagai pemberi jaminan keadilan sekaligus mengikrarkan bahwa hukum untuk manusia dan bukan manusia untuk hukum. Sayangnya dalam konteks bangsa kita, tindakan Hoge Raad itu belum menjadi inspirasi menyeluruh bagi terbanyak kita dalam berhukum dengan pikiran progresif. Masih lebih banyak kita yang terbelenggu dengan kekakuan pikiran ajaran legisme/positivisme hukum yang hanya mengakui undang-undang sebagai satu satunya hukum dan pedoman absolut. Diluar itu tidak dibenarkan, sebab bukan hukum.

The a priori algorithm method is used in this research to find recommendations for wedding packages based on existing transaction data and to improve company strategies and sales of other wedding packages. The Apriori algorithm is used to help computers learn patterns of association rules. This algorithm looks for a group of things that match the given criteria or order and have a certain frequency value. From this research, customers tend to order Photographer & Documentation and MUA ? Deluxe packages more often, and these orders account for 44% of all package order transaction data. Transaction data for ordering the MUA?Deluxe Package was 41.3%. Photographer & Documentation package transaction data ? Deluxe Package is 41.2%. And transaction data for ordering the MUA package ? Premium Deluxe Package is 41.3%.

Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan instansi pemerintah yang memiliki peran penting dalam merencanakan pembangunan daerah. Salah satu tugas yang diemban adalah mengelola surat masuk yang berkaitan dengan berbagai agenda dan kegiatan. Proses pengelolaan surat masuk yang dilakukan secara manual seringkali menyebabkan berbagai masalah, seperti keterlambatan dalam penyampaian informasi, kesulitan dalam pencarian data surat, serta kemungkinan hilangnya surat penting.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola agenda surat masuk secara efektif dan efisien pada Bidang Perencanaan dan Pengembangan (RENGBANG) BAPPEDA Banyuwangi. Sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dengan menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti pencatatan surat masuk, pengelompokan surat berdasarkan kategori, pencarian data surat secara cepat, serta pelaporan.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengelola agenda surat masuk dengan lebih terstruktur dan terorganisir. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pengelolaan surat masuk di BAPPEDA Banyuwangi.
