Social media is currently in demand by many people. Star Radio Tangerang utilizes Instagram social media to promote its broadcast programs so that listeners do not find it difficult to continue listening to their broadcasts. The purpose of this research is to find out the utilization of Instagram social media at Star Radio Tangerang in promoting broadcast programs for its listeners and to find out how the feedback obtained after utilizing Instagram social media. This research uses Social Media theory, using a qualitative approach, and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study show social media as a medium for socialization between broadcasters and listeners, making it easier for them to access and listen to broadcasts. Social media is proven to be the latest development of new internet-based web development technology, which makes it easier for everyone to communicate, participate, share and form a network online.

At  this  time,  as  we  know,  conventional  banks  are  very  superior  compared  to  Islamic  banks,  therefore  Islamic  banks  are  always  intensive  in  service  quality  to  increase  customer  satisfaction.  Bank  Syariah  Indonesia,  the  Sarolangun  branch,  always  makes  improvements  to  service  for  customers  in  various  ways.  Currently,  Bank  Syariah  Indonesia  Sarolangun  is  very  concerned  about  the  quality  of  bank  services,  which  is  to  see  how  much  customer  satisfaction  is  for  the  services  performed  by  the  bank.  Events  that  have  occurred  at  the  Indonesian  Islamic  bank  Sarolangun  where  some  of  the  customers  on  the  bank's  side  experienced  services  that  were  a  little  detrimental  to  customers,  therefore  in  this  study  to  try  to  see  how  the  quality  of  service  performed  by  the  bank  whether  the  services  provided  were  satisfying  or  vice  versa.  Does  the  service  quality  of  the  Indonesian  Islamic  bank  sarolangun  affect  customer  satisfaction  which  has  experienced  poor  and  unsatisfactory  service  by  the  customer.
This  is  a  field  research  (field  research)  descriptive  quantitative  approach  using  the  charter  method  to  measure  customer  satisfaction  with  the  bank,  this  research  is  through  validity  testing,  reliability  testing,  classical  assumption  testing  and  simple  linear  regression  testing  by  managing  the  data  of  several  numbers  obtained  from  the  questionnaire  and  then  describe  and  conclude  the  results  of  these  data  in  order  to  determine  the  significant  relationship  of  service  quality  to  measure  customer  satisfaction

Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi produk berupa paving block, serta sebagai prospek bisnis dikalangan menengah kebawah. Tujuan utama dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Kota Agung, Kec. Tegineneng, Kab. Pesawaran, Lampung, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 24 januari 2023, yang dihadiri oleh 40 orang. Metode penyampaian yang dilakukan yaitu berupa penyuluhan mengenai sampah dan pendampingan cara pembuatan dengan memperlihatkan produk jadi dan melalui video sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pembuatan paving block dari sampah plastik. Selama pemaparan tentang proses pembuatan, respon masyarakat sangat antusias. Hal tersebut dilihat dari masyarakat yang banyak bertanya bahkan mencatat tentang cara pembuatan paving block dikarenakan proses pembuatan yang sangat mudah dan dapat mengurangi sampah yang ada disekitar untuk diolah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat dan bernilai jual.

This study analyzes the effect of Government Spending and Investment on the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. Using secondary data and Structural Equation Modeling, empirically proven that greater Government Spending will decrease the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. The perfect mediating role of the Un-employment Rate on the relationship between Government Spending and the Poverty Rate While Investment does not significantly affect the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. Policies are needed so that existing investments, com-pulsory involving the local workforce, aim to reduce the area's poverty level.

Tanjung Dalam Village is one of the government institutions located under the auspices of the Rambang Village, Muara Enim District. The method of processing data on cash social assistance, at this institution still uses the manual method which causes frequent errors, resulting in inaccurate data. In addition, the manual method must go through a long process and requires a relatively long time, as well as insecure data storage. The purpose of this research is to build an application using a website to make it easier for Tanjung Dalam Village to process cash social assistance, because well computerized and easy to use. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The type of data consists of qualitative data and data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Methods of developing activity diagram tools. This application was built using a website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and to print reports using a pdf component.

Virus Covid-19 menyebar melalui transmisi droplet dan aerosol yang melayang dalam ruangan atau menempel di permukaan benda. Penyebaran ini menyebabkan orang terpapar pada risiko dan kecepatan tinggi. Sterilisasi ruangan dengan penyemprotan, fogging atau penyinaran UV-C merupakan upaya mencegah transmisi virus. Kegiatan sterilisasi membutuhkan biaya, waktu, tenaga serta dapat memunculkan potensi kelalainan, maka kebutuhan perangkat sterilisasi yang otonom, terjadwal, efektif, ekonomis, dan terpantau secara daring menjadi relevan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan prototipe sistem sterilisasi dengan pendeteksi keberadaan manusia berbasis IoT. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik rekayasa perangkat keras dan pengembangan perangkat lunak extreme programming. Perangkat keras dibangun dari modul IoT, sensor, penampil, catu daya dan sterilisasi. Sedangkan perangkat lunak berupa firmware sterilisasi dan aplikasi telepon pintar. Firmware sterilisasi berfungsi sebagai pengelolaan perangkat sterilisasi, penjadwalan sterilisasi, sensor keberadaan dan akses jaringan internet. Aplikasi telepon pintar berfungsi untuk interaksi antara perangkat sterilisasi dan pengguna secara daring. Prototipe sistem sterilisasi ini mampu mendeteksi keberadaan manusia hingga jarak 6,01 meter dengan dua ragam sterilisasi yang dapat diprogram dan dioperasikan secara daring melalui telepon pintar.

Telemedicine, penggunaan teknologi digital dan komunikasi untuk layanan kesehatan jarak jauh, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dan menawarkan potensi peningkatan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi dalam layanan kesehatan. Namun, adopsi dan implementasi telemedicine juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk privasi dan keamanan data, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan hambatan hukum dan regulasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review sistematis dari studi-studi terkait telemedicine. Hasil review ini dirangkum dan dijadikan dasar untuk diskusi lebih lanjut tentang efektivitas telemedicine, tantangan dalam implementasinya, serta implikasinya bagi sektor kesehatan dan penelitian lebih lanjut. Saran diberikan berdasarkan temuan review ini untuk penelitian atau praktik mendatang yang berfokus pada peningkatan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine serta penyelesaian tantangan dalam implementasinya.

In the field of education, especially in the field of engineering drawing design, several computer programs have been very helpful in completing work with good results. Human resources are needed who are willing to learn and able to adapt to technological advances so that they can run computer programs optimally. For high school students who are interested in continuing their education in engineering at the university, skills in using computer programs will be very helpful. Therefore, the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, University of Semarang carries out community service, especially for students of SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang, namely "Training for Introduction of 2D AutoCAD for Students at SMA Kesatrian 2, Semarang Kesatrian Education Foundation". This training is carried out to provide an introduction to skills in technical drawing with computer programs for high school students so that they can complement the knowledge learned at school. The method used is to do tutorials and practice directly in the Planning <strong>L</strong>aboratory of the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, University of Semarang. The number of participants in this activity was 25 students. The activity was carried out on August 19, 2019, at the Planning Laboratory of the USM Faculty of Engineering. The students are mostly able to follow the theory and exercises given in this training module.</em></p>

The rapid development of technology causes consumer tastes to change. With advances in the field of digitalization, it encourages consumers to behave instantaneously. This opens opportunities for MSMEs in terms of expanding the marketing of their products. One of them is implementing an omnichannel marketing business strategy through the Instagram platform. This research aims to describe the use of omnichannel marketing by MSMEs in East OKU Regency using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that omnichannel marketing can shape MSME branding so that it can increase E-WoM (electronic word of mouth) so that product sales by MSME players experience an increase. This research is expected to be able to provide input regarding the use of omnichannel marketing business strategies for MSMEs.

This study examines the implementation of imposing sanctions on companies that do not employ workers with disabilities and the factors that influence its implementation, especially in the city of Semarang. Persons with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as other Indonesian citizens to get a job. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2016 stipulates that private companies are required to employ workers with disabilities, if they do not do so they can be subject to sanctions. The approach method used is approachempirical juridical. Research specifications areanalytical descriptive. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing and literature study. The analytical method used is analytical methodqualitative. Drawing conclusions using the deductive method. The results of the study show that until now no company has been sanctioned for not employing workers with disabilities. There are 2 categories of factors that influence the non-juridical factors, namely juridical factors and non-juridical factors. The juridical factor is the weak regulation of sanctions at the central and regional levels. The non-juridical factors include labor inspection that has not been maximized, data reporting on workers with disabilities has not been integrated, and the Committee for the Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has not been formed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan pemberian sanksi bagi perusahaan yang tidak mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaannya khususnya di Kota Semarang. Penyandang disabilitas memiliki hak dan kesempatan yang sama sebagaimana warga negara Indonesia lainnya untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 menentukan bahwa perusahaan swasta wajib mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas, apabila tidak dilakukan maka dapat dikenai sanksi.  Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif. Penarikan simpulan menggunakan metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hingga saat ini belum ada perusahaan yang diberikan sanksi karena tidak mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas. Terdapat 2 kategori faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak diberikannya sanksi tersebut, yaitu faktor yuridis dan faktor nonyuridis. Faktor yuridis adalah lemahnya pengaturan sanksi di tingkat pusat maupun daerah. Adapun faktor nonyuridis meliputi pengawasan ketenagakerjaan yang belum maksimal, pelaporan data tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas belum terintegrasi, dan belum terbentuknya Komite Pemenuhan Hak Penyandang Disabilitas.
