Mining roads are one of the most important facilities that greatly affect the smoothness of production and affect mining costs. Therefore, the construction of mining roads must be carried out carefully to meet technical and work safety standards. Road conditions, distance, road slope and road carrying capacity will greatly affect the production capacity of heavy equipment, especially the production capacity of transport equipment. The location of this research is at PT. Energi Cahaya Industritama, precisely in Palaran sub-district, Samarinda city, East Kalimantan province. After observations were made at the research location, it was found that the geometric conditions of the road did not comply with the standards based on the overburden transport equipment or the largest transport equipment, for example, the width of the road on bends and the slope of the road. After conducting the research, the results of the data from the geometry of the access road were obtained, namely, the actual condition of the geometry of the access road on the straight road width is divided into 6 segments with a width of 13.3 meters, 14.3 meters, 14.5 meters, 13.2 meters, 15 meters, 15.7 meters. Meanwhile, the width of the bend road is also divided into 2 segments with a width of 15.9 meters and 15.5 meters respectively. And on the slope of the road there are 2 segments with values ??of 11.1% and 14.8% respectively. Based on the results of the simulation software, the productivity of the transport equipment was obtained at 92.42 BCM/hour, which shows that productivity has increased by 12.23 BCM/hour from the actual productivity value of 80.109 BCM/hour. It has an average cycle time of 10.33 minutes, which shows a reduction in time or 6.01 minutes faster than the actual average cycle time of 16.34 minutes.

The historical foundation of guidance and counselling (BK) in Indonesia plays an important role in shaping the practice of BK services in various educational institutions, including at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation methods aimed at examining the historical foundation and implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, with resource person Mr Abdurrahman, one of the BK teachers. Currently, there are seven counselling teachers handling ±2,600 students with a ratio of 1:150. Each counselling teacher is responsible for one area, including mechanical, automotive, building, electrical, electrical, computer and broadcasting engineering. Observations showed that the school's counselling services include basic, responsive and specialisation services. The main challenges include the lack of counselling teachers, low understanding of the duties of counselling teachers by others, and complex student problems such as smoking. The counselling approach emphasises gradual reduction of negative behaviours and increasing students' trust in the counselling teacher through the principle of credit. The findings indicate the importance of increasing the number of counselling teachers to optimally meet students‘ needs and the need to educate school authorities about the duties and functions of counselling and provide a comprehensive overview of the strategic role of counselling in supporting students’ readiness to face academic and non-academic challenges.

The screening and education program on the prevention of degenerative diseases was conducted in the coastal community of Panjang Island, Batam. This initiative aimed to address the high prevalence of degenerative diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia through health screenings and community education. The study involved 55 participants, primarily pre-elderly individuals, and included examinations of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid. The results revealed that 65.5% of participants had hypertension (34.5% with Stage 1 and 31% with Stage 2), while 69.1% had high cholesterol levels. Blood sugar screening indicated that 14.5% of participants had elevated glucose levels. Uric acid levels were high in 47.3% of participants, predominantly among women. Additionally, 78% of respondents with comorbidities presented abnormalities in at least one biochemical parameter. Educational sessions resulted in a 26.4% increase in knowledge about disease prevention and healthy lifestyles. The program highlighted the importance of regular health screenings, lifestyle modifications, and community empowerment for sustainable health improvements. Collaboration with local health centers and the establishment of health cadres are recommended for ongoing support and monitoring of degenerative disease prevention efforts.

The study entitled “Cream Formulation of Methanol Extract of Tapak Kuda (Ipomoea pes-caprae (L.) R. Br.) Leaves) As an anti-inflammatory in male white mice (Mus musculus)” using laboratory experimental methods with posttest control group design, data analysis using SPSS 25.0 with One Way ANOVA test and Duncan test. The percentage of extract yield obtained was 3.12%, phytochemical screening test showed the presence of secondary metabolite compounds alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins and steroids. Cream preparation of methanol extract of Tapak Kuda leaves at concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 10% showed anti-inflammatory activity and the maximum dose to reduce edema diameter was 10% concentration with a percentage inhibition of 87.97%. Data analysis with One Way ANOVA test with a significance value ? 0.05 which indicates the presence of anti-inflammatory activity in Ipomoea pes-caprae tread leaf methanol extract cream.

This study aims to compare the performance of PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk. The focus of the research is the analysis of financial and operational performance to provide an in-depth understanding of the companies' competitiveness and efficiency within their respective sectors. The study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-comparative approach. Secondary data were collected from the annual financial reports of each company over a specific period. The analysis was conducted using key financial ratios such as Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR). Additionally, an operational performance trend analysis was performed to understand the comparative effectiveness of the companies in resource management. The results of the analysis indicate significant differences in financial performance between companies operating in the healthcare sector (PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk) and those in the building materials sector (PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk). Companies in the healthcare sector tend to have higher profitability ratios compared to those in the building materials sector, although there are variations in debt and asset management efficiency. These performance differences can be attributed to underlying industry factors such as market demand, levels of innovation, and government policies. Companies in the healthcare sector benefit from growth driven by increasing public demand for healthcare services. In contrast, the building materials sector is more vulnerable to economic fluctuations and infrastructure investments. This study concludes that industry sectors and business models have a significant impact on companies' financial performance. Healthcare sector companies demonstrate more stable and promising performance compared to the building materials sector. This study is expected to provide insights for investors in selecting suitable investment portfolios.

The socio-cultural approach is a crucial aspect of creating inclusive and relevant guidance and counseling services, particularly at SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya, which has a diverse student background. This study aims to understand how socio-cultural values are integrated into the counseling process to help students address various issues, such as adaptation difficulties, social gaps, and interpersonal conflicts. Using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations of counseling activities, and document analysis. The results indicate that implementing strategies such as classical guidance, home visits, and community-based approaches effectively strengthens the relationship between counselors and students and enhances students' skills in dealing with differences. Additionally, the integration of local culture into counseling programs positively impacts fostering mutual understanding among students. The implications of this study highlight the need for counselor training to better comprehend students' socio-cultural contexts, enabling counseling services to be designed according to their needs and conditions. This research contributes significantly to developing guidance models that respect socio-cultural diversity in educational settings.

The use of language on social media at this time, there are often various errors in word forms in morphology that are interesting to analyze. This happens because social media users such as Instagram express themselves freely without being bound by formal language rules. Social media is also a place where language rules are constantly changing, so that word forms often change. For example, the use of affixes or remixes in social media that is not in accordance with the rules, but is still understood by netizens in more informal communication. This study aims to analyze morphological errors such as affixation and reduplication in @dewiperssik9 Instagram views. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a documentation observation approach. Data collected through recording and shooting on the Instagram site display @dewiperssik9 related to affixation and reduplication. The data that has been collected will be analyzed to find morphological changes or irregularities. The results of this study show that there are many errors in the use of affixation and reduplication. These errors include improper prefixes and syphilis, as well as differences in reduplication patterns. These findings show how changes in the use of language in the digital age, can help develop the study of linguistics on social media.

Operational audits serve to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's activities, and provide recommendations for improvement. In an increasingly complex context, these audits have become essential to ensure that companies can meet stakeholder expectations and improve overall performance. This research focuses on a bibliometric analysis of operational auditing in Indonesia, using VOSviewer and Publish or Perish software to explore the characteristics of publications in this field. The main objective of this research is to identify research trends and patterns in the field of operational auditing through a bibliometric approach. The research data was obtained using the Publish or Perish (POP) application. The data collected was obtained from search results containing the keyword “operational auditing” obtained through Google Scholar. This study identified a total of 500 articles from 2000 to 2024. The results showed that the number of operational auditing studies conducted between 2000 and 2024 continued to increase. The analysis showed a close relationship between various keywords that reflect the main focus of the research, such as “technology audit” and “internal audit”.

This study aims to analyze the completeness of inpatient medical record filing using a literature review method. A total of 10 articles were selected from journal databases, grey literature, and hand searching. The research findings indicate variation in the percentage of medical record completeness among the analyzed articles, with some showing high completeness rates and others showing low completeness rates. Factors contributing to incompleteness include errors in form filling and insufficient understanding among medical staff regarding the importance of medical record completeness. Recommendations from this study include the necessity to enhance medical staff's understanding of the medical record filling process, as well as the implementation of better policies and training to ensure optimal completeness in medical documentation. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing the completeness of inpatient medical records and provides a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services in hospitals.

This study examines the impact of relocating Indonesia's capital city from Jakarta to East Kalimantan on the local economy, workforce, and associated challenges. Using qualitative methods and descriptive analysis, the findings reveal positive effects such as increased investments and economic growth driven by new infrastructure and heightened economic activity in property, hospitality, and transportation sectors. However, challenges like rising property prices, gentrification, and social changes demand sustainable spatial planning and effective social impact management. Proposed mitigation strategies include thorough planning, social infrastructure development, local economic empowerment, and regular impact monitoring. The capital relocation has the potential to boost local economic growth if managed effectively.
