Realizing the importance of improving the performance of employees who are members of sharia financial institutions, it is necessary to identify the factors that can influence it. According to studies from previous research, innovative ability, Islamic leadership and personality are factors that can improve the performance of Muslim employees, especially among employees of sharia financial institutions. This theoretical review aims to conduct a study on the influence of Islamic leadership, personality and innovative abilities on the performance of Muslim employees in Islamic financial institutions. Apart from that, it also aims to understand several indicators of these variables which can be used as references in further research. Based on the results of Islamic leadership studies, innovative abilities and employee personality have a significant influence on employee performance in Islamic financial institutions.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic government system that relies on the principle of checks and balances. This principle is inherent in the legislative institution, namely the DPR, which has the right to carry out its duties, one of which is the right to inquiry. In the election context, the right to inquiry can be used to investigate fraud or violations that occur in the election administration process. However, the use of the right to inquiry currently still raises pros and cons among the public. In response to this, this research aims to understand the juridical considerations regarding the right to inquiry in holding elections and analyze the influence of the right to inquiry on elections. The method used in this research is descriptive normative law by studying or reviewing primary and secondary legal materials. This research shows that the DPR’s right to inquiry cannot influence or cancel the election results. However, the DPR’s right to inquiry can be used to request information from the government regarding the implementation of elections.

This study examines the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing employee awareness and participation in eco-friendly tourism management in Semarang Regency. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research analyzes the implementation of GHRM practices, evaluates the level of employee awareness and participation, tests the influence of GHRM on employee awareness and participation, and identifies factors affecting GHRM effectiveness. The results show that GHRM practices, especially green training and development and green employee involvement, significantly predict employee awareness and participation levels in environmentally friendly practices. However, the implementation of GHRM in the Semarang Regency tourism industry is still not optimal and faces various challenges. A more contextual, participatory, and integrated approach is needed to optimize the role of GHRM in supporting sustainable tourism. Practical implications of this research include the need to integrate sustainability principles into all HR functions, design relevant training programs, involve employees in GHRM initiatives, align reward systems with sustainability goals, and develop an organizational culture that supports sustainability. This study provides valuable insights into the role of GHRM in realizing sustainable tourism and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

This study focused on UNIMED Biology Department students and aimed to find Indonesian language errors in their WhatsApp conversations with lecturers. The data included messages sent by UNIMED biology students to lecturers via WhatsApp. A qualitative analysis was conducted to compare this data with language error standards set in good and correct Indonesian language rules, such as EYD, PUEBI, and KBBI. The results showed that some of the language mistakes that often occur in conversation include incorrect word use, incorrect punctuation, and ineffective sentences

. Pancasila education plays a very important role in efforts to achieve the national mission to shape the nation's personality amid the challenges of the current globalization era. The value of character towards Pancasila Education is increasingly fading, especially among the younger generation such as students and college students. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture in building the character of special students in the current era of globalization. The research method used is a literature study method sourced from journals, the next method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education has an important role in building and developing the character of students so that later it will produce a young generation that is noble and critical. The impact of the phenomenon of globalization can actually cause the decline of the nation's identity, so it is increasingly important to include Pancasila education in the curriculum. This research contributes to raising awareness of the importance of Pancasila education as a means to strengthen and maintain national identity in the face of increasing globalization.

Alokasi dana desa (ADD) merupakan wujud nyata pemenuhan otonomi desa, agar tumbuh dan berkembang mengikuti pertumbuhan desa itu sendiri berdasarkan keanekaragaman, partisipasi, demokrasi, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pemerintahan desa, perlu adanya prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas.  Desa Blerong merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak yang memiliki 8 Dusun, mendapatkan Anggaran Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Guntur. Anggaran alokasi dana desa di desa Blerong setiap tahunya mengalami peningkatan, Melihat permasalahan di atas minimnya penerapan Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi dan ketidak terbukaan antara aparatur desa dengan Masyarakat menjadi ragu dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Blerong. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Desa di Desa Blerong, Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Desa Blerong telah Akuntabel dan Transparasi Dalam Pengelolaan ADD di Desa Blerong Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Blerong, Kecamatan Guntur, Kabupaten Demak. Subyek penelitian ini adalah informan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di desa Blerong sudah baik dengan menggunakan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 20 tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan tahap pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa sudah berjalan dengan tertib dan pelaporanya sudah sesuai dengan standar. Pada tahap pelaporan kepala desa melaporkan realisasi penggunaan anggaran kepada pemerintah daerah, badan musyawarah desa, dan Masyarakat desa.  

The purpose of this research is to examine electronic traffic surveillance in reducing traffic violations in the Pekalongan Police Department. The urgency of this research revolves around the implementation of electronic traffic surveillance because, up until now, traffic monitoring and law enforcement have been carried out conventionally, which does not align with technological advancements. Furthermore, the use of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) can minimize instances of extortion by certain officers toward traffic violators. The legal research method used is socio-legal. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of ETLE in the Pekalongan Police Department is not yet optimal, and lax enforcement leads to the public disregarding the presence of CCTV cameras on certain road sections within the jurisdiction of the Pekalongan Police Department.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengawasan lalu-lintas secara elektronik dalam menurunkan pelanggaran lalu lintas di Polres Pekalongan. Urgensi penelitian ini mengangkat tentang pelaksanaan tentang pengawasan lalu lintas secara elektronik karena selam ini proses pengawasan dan penegakan hukum lalu lintas dilakukan secara konvensional yang tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi. Selain itu penggunaan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) dapat meminimalisir adanya pungli dari oknum petugas kepada pelanggar lalu-lintas. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pelaksanaan ETLE di Polres Pekalongan belum maksimal dan penindakan yang tidak tegas membuat masyarakat tidak mempedulikan adanya CCTV di beberapa ruas jalan yang ada di wilayah hukum Polres Pekalongan.

Proper self-management is crucial for individuals living with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). T2DM is a metabolic disorder characterized by high levels of insulin production, decreased insulin activity, or both. The aim of this research was to assess the self-management practices of T2DM patients at the Dinoyo Primary Health Center in Malang. Descriptive analysis was employed as the research method. The study population comprised 44 T2DM patients, of whom 40 were selected as research samples using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a self-completed questionnaire, specifically the Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire. The findings indicate that the majority of respondents at the Dinoyo Primary Health Center in Malang, namely 30 individuals (75.0%), demonstrated poor self-management practices in managing their T2DM. Future research endeavors should aim to identify additional factors contributing to poor self-management abilities among T2DM patients, such as the level of family support and blood sugar control.

English as an international language is an important language to be proficient in since it is used all over the globe. English is not an easy language to learn. Understanding phrases or expressions is very important when speaking English. The foundation for making sentences in English is to first understand words that are often used in everyday life (everyday vocabulary) and being able to effectively construct sentences that can be understood by others is a prerequisite for being able to compose sentences in English. The method used in the implementation of community service at SMPI Darul Muminin Bekasi school is the visual method and English card. The method of forming sentences using English cards emphasizes the ability of students to understand sentences using learnt vocabulary that is used to be assembled in a plot of a story. The application of the game technique method of composing sentences using English cards is considered very effective and fun, it is hoped that one day this method can be used as a model to develop learning activities in the classroom.

Injuries can affect anyone, including school-age children, and are often caused by a lack of understanding of injury concepts, insufficient knowledge of first aid, and unsafe environments. Therefore, it is crucial to provide first aid and health education to promote overall health and safety. The E-Fa (Education First Aid) Game is a novel approach presented as a game-based Android application. The aim of this study is to analyze the differences in students' knowledge improvement regarding injury management. The study design employed a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Fifty-one respondents were selected through simple random sampling techniques. Data collection involved the use of questionnaires to measure knowledge variables before and after the intervention with the E-Fa Game. The research was conducted at SMP 12 Jember. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test. The results revealed that students' knowledge of performing first aid for injuries improved significantly. The average score increased from 5.90 during the pretest to 7.04 during the posttest, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant improvement in knowledge among SMP 12 Jember students in handling injuries after receiving the intervention with the E-Fa Game. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of the E-Fa Game in enhancing schoolchildren's knowledge of injury management.
