Service quality is built on a comparison of two main factors, namely customer perceptions of the real service they receive with the service they actually expect or want. If the reality is more than expected, then the service can be said to be of high quality, whereas if the reality is less than expected, then the service can be said to be of poor quality. And if the reality is the same as the expectation, then the service can be said to be satisfactory.
This research is a quantitative research, quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from Citilink airline passengers at Yogyakarta International Airport who were asked for responses through questionnaires given about service quality variables and passenger satisfaction variables.
Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the effect of the variable quality of boarding gate services significantly on the variable of passenger satisfaction. And the contribution between the variables of service quality boarding gate (X) contributed 0.863 or 86.3% to passenger satisfaction on the Citilink airline at Yogyakarta International Airport, the remaining 13.7% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi penerbitan E-KTP bagi warga negara asing di Kabupaten Kendal, kendala dan upaya mengatasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu: jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis, spesifikasi deskriptif analitis. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan analisa kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penerbitan E-KTP bagi warga negara asing di Kabupaten Kendal pada bulan Januari tahun 2016 sampai dengan bulan Oktober tahun 2022 tercatat ada 11 warga negara asing yang membuat E-KTP didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan dan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 96 Tahun 2018 tentang Persyaratan dan Tata Cara Pendaftaran Penduduk dan Pencatatan Sipil. Adapun kendalanya meliputi 4 hal yaitu: Pertama, jaringan pada komputer sering eror, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan cara Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kendal terus mengupayakan yang terbaik dengan tetap berusaha melayani warga negara asing yang ingin melakukan pembuatan E-KTP; Kedua, kurangnya pemahaman bahasa asing dari para staf, dapat diupayakan dengan cara para warga negara asing yang ingin melakukan proses pengurusan E-KTP haruslah didampingi oleh sponsor atau penjamin agar saat proses pengisian data tidak terjadi miscommunication dengan petugas; Ketiga, warga negara asing yang belum melaporkan ke pihak Dispendukcapil Kendal, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada warga negara asing terkait pentingnya pelaporan penduduk baru; Keempat, belum pahamnya pihak RT/RW terkait cara pelaporan adanya warga negara asing, dalam hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan pemberian sosialisasi rutin dan pembinaan kepada ketua RT/RW setempat agar mengetahui terkait bagaimana cara pelaporan adanya orang asing yang ingin menetap di daerahnya.

Sharia bank in indonesia have to obey the prudential principle and sharia principle to keep people trust regarding that they have to implement their role as an intermediary institution. They did those obligations because they must deal with plenty of risks. When a financing faces some problems, Bank could save them by doing some actions. One of those actions is to do a debt-to-equity swap mechanism. The purpose of this research is knowing how the prudential principle regulated and measure what is the implications of the debt-to-equity swap mechanism. Based on the research that have done, the research implied that Bank action on taking the debt-to-equity swap action have to implement the prudential principle based on OJK’s regulation, this action turned the position of a Bank from a creditor to a shareholders. When they did a debt-to-equity swap to their debtor, the implication of this action was changing the position of the bank form a creditor to a shareholder, hence making the bank also being responsible for the condition of the investee. This action resulting more obligation to the bank as a shareholder and made them for taking the responsibilities, furthermore the bank must run their new role well.Lembaga perbankan syariah di Indonesia wajib untuk mematuhi prinsip kehati-hatian dan prinsip syariah dalam rangka menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat mengingat perannya sebagai lembaga intermediasi. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memitigasi berbagai risiko yang ada. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan merestrukturisasi pembiayaan melalui kegiatan penyertaan modal sementara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam kegiatan penyertaan modal sementara oleh bank syariah yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengatasi akibat kegagalan pembiayaan serta mengetahui implikasi yuridis dari kegiatan penyertaan modal sementara tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa penyertaan modal sementara yang dilakukan oleh bank umum syariah wajib menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian sebagaimana diatur oleh OJK, dikarenakan penyertaan modal sementara mengakibatkan perubahan kedudukan hukum bank menjadi pemegang saham, maka bank wajib menjalankan perannya dengan sebaik mungkin. Implikasi yuridis dari penyertaan modal sementara ini adalah perubahan kedudukan hukum bank dari kreditur menjadi pemegang saham sehingga mengakibatkan bank untuk turut bertanggungjawab atas keadaan investee.    

the effect of relocation and length of business on the income level of market traders Angso Duo Jambi City quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 87 traders. The results of the relocation research have a positive effect, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 is obtained and the tcount (3.866) > ttable (1.667). The length of business partially has no effect and is not significant on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders, Jambi City, obtained a significance value of 0.324 > 0.05, the value of tcount (0.993) < smaller than ttable (1.667). The overall results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount (8.541) > Ftable (3.105). It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between relocation and length of business simultaneously on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders in Jambi City. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the significance value for the effect of relocation (X1) and length of business (X2) simultaneously on the income of traders (Y) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.541 > 3.105). that H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between relocation and the length of simultaneous business together on the income of the Jambi Angso Duo Market traders. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value of income is influenced by relocation and length of business by 16.9% and the remaining 85.1%.

One of the tasks and roles of the Tanjungpinang City National Amil Zakat Agency is to measure how much zakat potential there is and to realize this potential in the community to alleviate poverty and advance community welfare. In 2016 the potential for zakat in Tanjungpinang City was quite large, which is Rp. 10 billion, but the total zakat collected was around Rp. 700 Million, of course, this number is far compared to the existing potential. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the prospect of existing zakat has not been realized properly and has an impact on the lack of utilization of zakat in alleviating poverty and promoting community welfare.The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City, and then what the obstacles to zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City, as well as solutions related to obstacles to zakat management at Baznas Tanjungpinang City. This research uses socio-legal as research methodology, namely research based on field facts.  The novelty of this research lies in the object of the research, the theories used, and the contribution of the research.  The results of this study state that the management of zakat at Baznas Tanjungpinang City has not been effective because of several obstacles, one of which is related to legal synchronization found after using the theory of Legal Effectiveness in the analysis, and a solution is given in the form of additional material for the additional regulations using the Maqashid Sharia theory.  Salah satu tugas serta peranan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Tanjungpinang ialah mengukur seberapa besar potensi zakat yang ada, serta merealisasikan potensi tersebut kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan mengentaskan kemiskinan dan memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat.   Pada tahun 2016 potensi zakat di Kota Tanjungpinang terhitung cukup besar yakni senilai Rp. 10 milliar, namun total zakat yang berhasil dikumpulkan sekitar Rp. 700 juta,   tentunya angka tersebut terbilang jauh dibandingkan dengan potensi yang ada. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi zakat yang ada belum terealisasikan dengan baik dan berdampak pada   kurangnya pemanfaatan zakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan serta memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat masih belum terealisasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang, kemudian apa yang menjadi kendala terkait pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang, serta bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan terkait kendala dalam pengelolaan zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris yakni penelitian yang berdasar pada fakta lapangan. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada objek penelitian, teori-teori yang digunakan, serta kontribusi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tata kelola zakat pada Baznas Kota Tanjungpinang kurang efektif, yang diakibatkan dengan beberapa hambatansalah satunya terkait sinkronisasi hukum yang ditemukan menggunakan teori Efektivitas Hukum, serta diberikan solusi atas berupa tambahan materi muatan terhadap peraturan tambahan tersebut menggunakan teori Maqashid Syariah.  

The background of this research is the number of PAUD institutions that have been established but are not matched by qualified human resources (teachers). Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain an overview and information about the performance of PAUD teachers in implementing the standards for the level of achievement of child development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The study concludes that there is a lack of understanding of teachers regarding aspects of professional and pedagogic competence, an imbalance in the ratio of teachers and children and the use of learning resources is limited to textbooks so that the assessment is only sourced from summative and portfolio tests so that it tends to emphasize the field of basic ability development, and the obstacles faced by teachers. PAUD is mostly due to external factors.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah tidak terlepas pula dari sejumlah masalah yang sering dihadapi para pengusaha. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya permodalan untuk mengembangkan usaha yang sedang dijalankan. Masalah tersebut dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya perkembangan usaha. Permasalahan yang timbul harus segara dapat diatasi dengan tambahan modal agar tidak berdampak pada keuntungan usaha. Sebagai alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah permodalan yaitu dengan mengajukan Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi, namun dalam melakukan pembiayaan harus menjamin kualitas Pembayaran angsuran sebaik mungkin, agar tidak terjadi kredit macet atau pembiayaan bermasalah. Yang dampaknya dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada Pegadaian Syariah karena tidak kembalinya pembiayaan yang ditanamkan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah. Bagaimana penerapan pembiayaan Arrum BPKB pegadaian syariah terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil yang dijalankan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi. Dan Bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaanArrum BPKB Pegadaian Syariah terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil yang dijalankan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dengan editing, organizing dan penemuan hasil dengan menganalisis data yang diperoleh untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Analisis pembiayaan Arrum BPKB yang dijalankan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi berjalan sesuai dengan standar operasional manajemen yang berlaku pada pegadaian syariah pada umumnya. Dan berjalan berdasarkan peraturan direksi Nomor 47/DIR I/2018 tentang petunjuk teknis Pegadaian Arrum Mikro. Produk pembiayaan Arrum BPKB dapat mengembangkan usaha Nasabah Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota. dari data 30 nasabah Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi terdapat 52% nasabah yang mengalami pengembangan Usaha karena pendapatan yang didapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan usaha  dan  48%  nasabah yang tidak mengalami peningkatan pendapatan, karena pendapatan yang didapat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumtif serta adanya penurunan pendapatan akibat pandemi covid-19.
 

This study aims to: (1) describe the sense of ekopuitika theory; (2) describe the working mechanism of ekopuitika theory; and (3) describe the application of the ekopuitika theory in the oral literature.
The theory used in this research is  ekopuitika theory, ecology theory, and poetics theory.
The data collecting technique or data collection process utilized in this research are as follows: (1) recording technique, either audio or audiovisual, (2) notes, (3) rooted interview, (4) literature study and documentation analysis.
The finding of the research is (1) the meaning ekopuitika theory is literary theory/knowledge of poetry which is associated with the environment. (2) the working mechanism is started from analyzing the poetics theory which consists of: 1. Sound that includes: a) rima; (b) assonance; (c) alliteration; (d) anaphora; (e) efoni; (f) kakafoni; and (g) onomatopoeic. 2. Rime (metrum and rhythm) 3. Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. The discourse that includes: (a) cohesion and (b) coherence.
The next how it works, is further analyzed once more with the ecology theory that includes: (a) the representation of nature: plant, animal, mountain, water, sea, land, air, sun, and sky; (b) the manifestation of the representation of behavior: traditional event (ritual), religion, knowledge, cosmology, language, myth, art, moral, and housing.




After the ekopuitika theory applied in the oral literature there was a result that evidently for the representation of nature related to the plant and animal, while for the representation of the behavior associated with the traditional event (ritual) and language.

This research is motivated by the lack of numeracy skills of 1-10 students at RA Al-Furqon. This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation and results of using the singing method using flash cards media to improve children's numeracy skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data used through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. From the results of this study, it was concluded that the singing method through flash cards was proven to improve numeracy skills in group A children in RA Al Furqon, Ciamis Regency.

The information system development step often used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). One of the SDLC stages is system design. It uses the Data Flow Diagram version of the Structured System Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM) because it is a traditional model closely related to the waterfall model. This study aims to prove the role of the data store in the DFD and become an entity in the Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) to see the relationship between each entity. Benefit the associative method tests the connection of the data store on the DFD, which is realized to the ERD. The results obtained are the role of the data store in the DFD to become an entity on the ERD with a proven query table to facilitate data retrieval.
