Abstrak:
Abstract: Indonesia, which consists of thousands of islands, reaching 17,001 islands, is known as a maritime country because the ocean area is larger than the land area, around 2/3 of the total area of ??Indonesia. Sea transportation as part of the National Transportation System needs to unite all regions of Indonesia. Maritime transportation accidents occur due to 3 (three) important factors, namely human error, technical factors and weather (natural) factors.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between the independent variables, namely the Role of Harbor Master, Communication Ability and ISM Code, for the dependent variable, namely Shipping Safety. The population in this study was 130 people consisting of ship crew and employees of the PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Padang Bai Branch who had knowledge classification about shipping safety and the sample in this study was 100 respondents with the technique used was non-probability sampling technique namely by using quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software.
The results of this research by testing the t-test hypothesis show that the variables Role of Harbormaster, Communication Ability and ISM Code have a positive and significant effect on shipping safety at the Padang Bai Bali Ferry Port. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.898 + 0.436X1 + 0.214X2 + 0.189X3 + µ. From the regression results, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on shipping safety is the role of the harbor master variable with a regression coefficient of 0.436. With the r square test of 0.526 or 52.6%, which means that the increase in shipping safety at the Padang Bai Bali Ferry Port is influenced by the Role of the Harbor Master, Communication Ability and ISM Code, namely 52.6% and other factors that influence the increase in shipping safety at the Padang Ferry Port Bai Bali was 47.4%.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the economic potential in Southeast Sulawesi province based on 17 economic sectors. This research is a quantitative study using the LQ analysis tool. Based on research results, the economic potential in Southeast Sulawesi province is relatively stable as indicated by the LQ value, where the mining and quarrying sector occupies the first position as the leading sector. The implication is that the mining and quarrying sector is still a priority in supporting the economy in the province of Southeast Sulawesi. This must be supported by involving more local communities so that the impact can be felt more for the people of Southeast Sulawesi in particular and Indonesia in general

Abstrak:
The successful adoption of programmable machines for complex tasks opens up opportunities for productivity and more efficient communication, but also poses serious challenges in IT project management. This study aims to tackle the issue of high project failure rates caused by inadequate planning. It aims to assist project managers in enhancing their project planning by implementing real-time solutions through the utilization of machine learning (ML) algorithms and a user-friendly graphical interface. This research is divided into two key phases. The initial phase involves an examination of existing literature in the field of machine learning to identify relevant concepts applicable to project management. In the subsequent stage, two distinct types of ML algorithms, namely example-based learning and regression modeling, will be integrated into a user-friendly platform. This research develops a system that utilizes machine learning algorithms to assist project managers in real-time or near real-time through a user-friendly graphical interface, with a focus on improving project planning and risk mitigation. This research shows that machine learning algorithms provide positive results in overcoming human factors and preventing risks based on the experience of project managers.

Abstrak:
This article aims to analyze media perceptions in the coverage of Medan Mayor Boby Nasution on the rejection of LGBT in Medan City. LGBT should not have happened in Indonesia, especially in the city of Medan because it has violated Pancasila, cultural and religious norms that have become legal provisions in Indonesia. This study implements a qualitative descriptive method with framing analysis techniques in the form of documentation and media observations. The results include: the movement of the LGBT group does not have the space or scope to accept it in Indonesia, because its existence itself has been banned by regulations and applicable social norms, because in essence this group only brings a disaster of deviation to teenagers who have absolutely no element of benefit for the people.

Abstrak:
Peningkatan tingkat kriminalitas dan keahlian para pencuri yang semakin tinggi, membuat penulis memperoleh ide atau gagasan inovasi alat pengaman pintu rumah menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) berbasis arduino uno yang tentunya dengan sistem pengamanan yang tinggi. Rancangan keamanan ini tidak mengandalkan mekanik sebagai interface nya melainkan menggunakan perangkat elektronik yang cukup sulit untuk dibobol karena selain diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai elektronik, para pelaku kriminalitas juga harus memilki pengetahuan dibidang pemrograman dan teknologi informasi. Berbeda dengan kunci mekanik, kunci elektronik pada rancangan keamanan ini menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sebagai pembukanya.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) merupakan proses pengidentifikasian suatu objek secara otomastis dengan frekuensi radio. Ada dua komponen penting dalam sistem RFID yaitu kartu (Tag) dan pembaca (reader). Dalam perancangan alat ini, RFID digunakan untuk menghidupkan sistem engine cut off yang ada pada sepeda motor untuk pemutus arus pada CDI sepeda motor, tanpa harus melepas kepala aki yang kadang membutuhkan waktu yg cukup lama. Dalam sistem ini pemilik kendaraan bertindak sebagai RFID tag berisi serial khusus yang menginformasikan tentang kepemilikan yang terdapat pada gantungan kunci pemilik kendaraan dan sepeda motor sebagai RFID reader yang berfungsi sebagai pembaca dari informasi yang ada pada gantungan tersebut. Jadi ketika RFID reader mendeteksi RFID tag pada gantungan kunci pemilik sepeda motor dan sesuai maka sistem engine pada sepeda motor akan on.
Kantor Kecamatan Plantungan merupakan kantor Kecamatan yang terletak di desa Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan kepala camat bernama bapak Suyanto. Letak Kantor Kecamatan Plantungan yang tidak terlalu dekat dengan warga sangat memungkinkan terjadinya aksi pencurian atau pembobolan di dalam Kantor Kecamatan Plantungan apalagi di kantor Kecamatan Plantungan saat malam hari, dalam hal ini sangat memudahkan pencuri untuk masuk kedalam kantor Kecamatan dengan mudah.

Metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria atau Multi criteria decision making (MCDM) membantu pengambil keputusan untuk membuat keputusan preferensi atas alternatif yang tersedia. Evaluasi dan pemilihan paket perangkat lunak merupakan masalah pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria. Proses hierarki analitis (AHP) dan metode penilaian tertimbang (MPT) telah banyak digunakan untuk evaluasi dan pemilihan paket perangkat lunak. Pendekatan sistem berbasis pengetahuan hibrid (PSBPH) untuk evaluasi dan pemilihan paket perangkat lunak telah diusulkan baru-baru ini. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbandingan HKBS, AHP dan MPT. Penelitian ini mempelajari dan membandingkan pendekatan-pendekatan ini dengan menerapkan evaluasi dan pemilihan komponen perangkat lunak. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan MCDM untuk evaluasi dan pemilihan paket perangkat lunak secara komparatif lebih baik dibandingkan AHP dan MPT dalam hal efisiensi komputasi fleksibilitas dalam pemecahan masalah penggunaan kembali pengetahuan dan konsistensi dan penyajian perangkat lunak dalam hasil evaluasi.

Abstrak:
Noise is an unexpected sound from business or activity at a certain level and time, which can cause reduced comfort. The causes of noise can be grouped based on the sound and noise spectrums. However, in general, noise sources come from traffic, industrial, aeroplane, and train activities. When the wheels scuff up against the rail surface, a train operates, producing noise. In this research, a design was created to monitor the noise level produced by railway facilities. This system is made using main components such as arduino uno, DFR0034 sound sensor, SIM800L, and other supporting components. The system is designed to be able to monitor and display data on the noise values that occur. The system is designed based on the internet of things so that it can display data automatically on the computer. Data can be accessed using thingspeak via SIM800L as an internet source, making it easy to observe and measure noise. This design testing was carried out using light rail transit trains, inspection trains, and lorries. Noise levels in trains range from 70 dB to 80 dB. If more than 80 dB is detected, the cause of the noise can be checked to maintain the comfort and safety of passengers and avoid more serious damage if damage is found to the facilities.

Abstrak – Pengetahuan dasar tentang pengenalan Tuhan sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan anak-anak yang beragama Kristen, karena firman Tuhan menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi mereka. Kegiatan Sekolah Minggu telah disediakan untuk memfasilitasi pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pengenalan Tuhan. Namun, dalam proses pembelajaran, seringkali terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya media peraga dan kurangnya variasi kegiatan, yang dapat menghambat minat anak-anak dalam Sekolah Minggu. Game edukasi merupakan salah satu bentuk media digital yang dapat membantu kegiatan Sekolah Minggu dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Game ini dapat menarik perhatian anak-anak dengan menggabungkan konsep belajar dan bermain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi game edukasi yang dapat memudahkan pengajar Sekolah Minggu dalam menyampaikan materi dengan baik, serta membantu pengajar untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman anak-anak tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Aplikasi game ini dirancang dan dikembangkan menggunakan Adobe Animate dengan Action Script 3.0 dan metode prototyping. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi game Sekolah Minggu berbasis Android yang diberi judul "Sunday Fun-Day", yang dapat membantu pengajar Sekolah Minggu dalam memberikan gambaran langsung tentang materi yang disampaikan.

Proses belajar mengajar ada pula guru yang mengajarkan hanya dengan menggunakan media presentasi, namun hal ini membuat siswa cepat bosan. Siswa kesulitan untuk menangkap maksud dari penjelasan guru. Terlebih jika mata pelajaran yang mengandung praktikum tersebut diajarkan pada jam siang atau sore hari ketika siswa sudah mulai merasa lelah. mata pelajaran Desain Grafis Kelas X Smk Diponegoro Banyuputih yang beralamat Jalan Lapangan 9A, Desa Banyuputih, Kec. Banyuputih, Kab. Batang. Dalam penyampai masih menggunakan metode ceramah menjadikan praktek yang mempersulit pemahaman siswa digantikan dengan yang mudah dipahami seperti pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar siswa mampu menyerap materi dengan cepat dan tidak jenuh dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Di dalam media pembelajaran interaktif ini juga terdapat video tutorial yang berisi materi pertemuan dan juga latihan agar dapat mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa dengan mengembangkan metode Motion Graphic yang digunakan dalam pembelaran lebih intektif karena terdapat animasi yang ada di dalam media tersebut

This research discusses the development and implementation of a Reorder Point (ROP) information system in the context of inventory management. ROP is a critical method for optimizing merchandise inventory, avoiding stock shortages, and minimizing inventory costs. The aim of this research is to design and implement an information system that allows companies to calculate and monitor ROP efficiently. The research methodology includes user needs analysis, software development, and system testing in real environments. The research results show that the ROP information system can help companies improve inventory control accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This research also identifies challenges in implementing ROP information systems and provides insight into how to overcome these obstacles. In an era of competitive business, the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand and delivery is the key to success. A sophisticated Reorder Point information system gives companies a competitive advantage by optimizing inventory levels and avoiding excess or shortage of stock that can be detrimental to the company. Additionally, by integrating data from various aspects of supply chain management, the system provides better visibility into company operations, enabling more timely decisions and accurate information. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the ROP information system is a valuable asset in efficient inventory management and helps companies to remain relevant and sustainable in a dynamic business environment. In conclusion, ROP information systems are a valuable tool in efficient inventory management and contribute to the success of a company's supply chain.
